Client Proxy Error in UAT System

Hi,
I am having a Client Proxy - PI - File Scenario.
The Client proxy is working perfect in Development and Test system, but its raising exception "CX_AI_SYSTEM_FAULT" in UAT system.
Please advice. Is there any setting/configuration missing.
Thanks,
Navneeth K.

Please check with SOAP team (web service), what is response they are sending? is structure of SOAP response is same as structure created in PI? It looks error at web service side.

  • ABAP Client Proxy error code: 401, error text: Unauthorized

    Hi,
I have Client proxy in ECC for oubound interface in PI 7.0, when i look into SXMB_MONI of ECC i can see my message with Error "HTTP response contains status code 401 with the description Unauthorized Authorization error while sending by HTTP (error code: 401, error text: Unauthorized)".
As per few thread i already assign SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER role to PIAPPLUSER in ECC, still i am getting same eror.
I do not understand how this Proxy communication work, which ECC user will be use in communication and how this communcation link to RFC destination "SAP_PROXY_ESR" type G. Even i can not see type H in ECC so i created RFC destination of type G.
    With Regards
    Sunil

We were able to get it working by making a change in the Integration Engine Configuration (in sxmb_adm).
Changed "Corresponding Integ. Server" from "http://<server>:<port>/sap/xi/engine?type=entry"
    to "dest://RFCdestinationName"

  • Client proxy error 500

    Hi gurus!
I am very new at this - but I'm tryinf to consume a Web Service from Sap using Abap Proxy (no PI/XI).
I am able to generete the proxy, create logical port, but the connection gives me internal server error 500: GENERAL_ERROR Error duing proxy processing (PART UNKNOWN (NULL)   )
In Soamanager trace I can see the payoad_response, that seems to be fine, but excripted.
My servide provider tells me to descript it.
How can that be done? Is it something of the configuration of the proxy?
As I defined my logical port usind WSDL specifications, I have in transport security:
    Encryption ecpected - false
    Excryption - false.
Thank you all for your help!
    MaryM

    HI Mary,
Are you talking about SAP XI/PI. Than you should do post it there.
If abap proxy is it server proxy or client proxy.
If server proxy i can help you.

  • Create Client Proxy error

    All,
I am tryiing to create a client proxy with a URL. The connectivity tests between the systems are ok and i can access the URL in the consumer server.
But when i try to generate it from se80 it needs too much time to import the WSDL, it is showing the message read / analyze WSDL and it resets the transaction.
Does anybody know why is this happening?
    Regards
    Jon

    Hi Maria,
As I said the WSDL was wrong and yes my client proxy prefix started with z*.
    Kind Regards

  • 10g client install -- "Error in accessing system registry"

Yes, I am the administrator - there is just one account on my machine and it is me.
I am attempting to install 10g client in hopes of fixing another problem. Everything is a problem it seems.
    When I launch setup.exe I get ...
"Error in accessing system registry. You may not have enough permissions to modify registry. Installation cannot continue."
My environment is ... Windows 7 Pro, I do have an Oracle Express Edition installed but since I am having a 32-bit vs. 64-bit issue with an app I am developing in C# 2008 Express, I thought I would try installing the 64-bit 10g standard edition client.

    I didn't know this about Windows 7...
    http://www.blogsdna.com/2168/windows-7-how-to-open-elevated-command-prompt-with-administrator-privileges.htm
I had to open a command prompt with Administrator privileges. I was tipped off by your link which had paragraph 1.4 Managing User Accounts with User Account Control and states,
To ensure that only trusted applications run on your computer, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, and Windows 7 provide User Account Control. If you have enabled this security feature, then, depending on how you have configured it, Oracle Universal Installer prompts you for either your consent or your credentials when installing Oracle Database. Provide either the consent or your Windows Administrator credentials as appropriate.
You must have Administrator privileges to run some Oracle tools, such as Database Configuration Assistant, Net Configuration Assistant, and OPatch, or to run any tool or application that writes to any directory within the Oracle home. If User Account Control is enabled, and you are logged in as the local Administrator, then you can successfully run each of these commands in the usual way. However, if you are logged in as "a member of the Administrator group," then you must explicitly invoke these tasks with Windows Administrator privileges. All the Oracle shortcuts that require Administrator privileges will be invoked as "Administrator" automatically when you click the shortcuts. However, if you run the above tools from a Windows command prompt, you must run them from an Administrator command prompt. OPatch does not have a shortcut and has to be run from an Administrator command prompt.
I followed the instructions concerning the elevated command prompt and then tried the Oracle 10g standard edition client install. I got past the registry problem but then I ran into a Universal Installer 10.2 problem. A window popped up stating, "Abnormal program termination. An internal error has occurred. Please provide the following files to Oracle Support:"
    "Unknown"
    "Unknown"
    "Unknown"
Maybe that is due to 10g not being supported on Windows 7. So NOW I will try 11gR2. :-)

    Hi All,
Thanks for ur response, I was able to figure out the error...It was the port in exchange profile...it was mentioned as 50000, which I had to change to 8000.
Now once I execute the proxy in Proxy --> test interface I am getting this success message
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
    - <asx:abap xmlns:asx="http://www.sap.com/abapxml" version="1.0">

      </asx:values>
      </asx:abap>
But my message is not appearing in SXMB_MONI in XI side.
What could be the problem ? Is it any queses I need to register for asynchronous client proxy ?? How do I debug ?

  • Inbound Proxy Error in Target System

    Hi
My scenario ís MQ>XI>SAp R/3. I am successfully able to pick file from MQ and I see the success flag in SXMB_MONI(XI) and XI sends to SAP R/3 via Inbound proxy.
But on recieving system (R/3) via proxy the data is not recieved correctly.
I see Failure message with error in R/3 SXMB_MONI and the error is as follows.
I guess my Mapping is correct as it passes trhough XI successfully. Is something wrong with the Inbound proxy?
Kindly let me know your views on the same going through the error message I am unable to interpret anything. As the date format which I am recieving is correct.

    Hi,
When u define ur Data type (Messageinterface) dataelement as xsd:Date it is of the format CCYY-MM-DD. (ex 2003-12-31). So yyyyMMdd is not compatable with the ABAP data type that has been generated at the proxy end.
Make sure dats-8 and xsd:Date use the same Date format. This might be the error that i can see.
    xsd:date format

    Hi Sushil,
My first post pointed to that problem:
"Also, your SXMB_ADM in application system should be configured as 'application system' and the corresponding Integration server config is 'dest://<http destination pointing to XI Server>'.".
Cheers, now that the problem is solved.

  • ABAP client proxy   401 error

Hi i have generated a ABAP client proxy in my ECC system and sending an outbound message to XI.  i get the following error.
HTTP response contains status code 401 with the description Unauthorized Error while sending by HTTP (error code: 401, error text: Unauthorized)
    I have tested the following.
    1) My sld and ECC system have the integration engine and pipeline  settings for the XI Server: http://server:8000/sap/xi/engine?type=entry
    2) logon to the URL http://server:8000/sap/xi/engine  with user XIAPPLUSER and pwd in the browser because of the error 'Der Aufruf der URL http://server:8000/sap/xi/engine wurde aufgrund fehlerhafter Anmeldedaten abgebrochen'
any sugestions ?  using a proxy as target works fine

    Hi ,
You seem to have a problem with the XIAPPLUSER logon. Can you check that the user has the appropriate authorizations? Maybe the user is locked? Maybe the password has been incorrectly entered?
XIAPPLUSER should have the role SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER.
Also, check that the XI engine service has been activated.
Transaction SICF. Default_host->sap->xi Activate the entire node with all subtrees.

  • ABAP client proxy wildcard/unicode problem

    Hello,
i have an abap client proxy. The target system is a non sap system. For one input field of the request, a wildcard search is possible (with sign %, field type = string).
If i exceute the proxywith the wildcard sign '%' i get following error message:
SOAP:1.001 CX_SXML_PARSE_ERROR...Error in conversion from UTF-8 to type C or
type CSTRING: 48696C6673736368FC747A65 is not a
    valid UTF-8
If i call the target system directly (for examle with jmeter), i get a response even with wildcard sign '%'.
It seems that there is a generell conversion problem at the sap client proxy. Do you have any ideas?
Is the problem maybe the transformation of the request, or the calling of the target system?
    Thanks a lot!

    any idea?

  • Timeout on Client Proxy

    Hi
When running an ABAP client proxy in an ECC system I get the following error message:
HTTP Response Contains status code 500 with the description of Timeout.
I have increased the HTTP timeout parameters to according to the blog (Points 1 & 2):
    /people/michal.krawczyk2/blog/2006/06/08/xi-timeouts-timeouts-timeouts
but with no success. Can anyone please advise further ?.
A point to note that this does not happen with all messages only larger ones.
    Thanks in advance ...

    hi,
    >>the timeouts were increased by basis team on the R/3 backend and there was a restart following this.
I'd stay with my initial answer - it's http timeout parameter
maybe it was not done in a proper way by your basis
HTTP timeout is HTTP timeout - unless there is some more errors
    which you did not see
    BTW - about packages
I've never heard about anything like abap proxy packages
I don't think he meant any XI functionality

  • Exceptions while creating ABAP client Proxy

    Hi Experts,
I tried to create a client proxy on the CRM system for a web service URL (where the WSDL exists), in the transaction SE80.
When I tried creating this, i got exception as follows.

What are all the settings that needs to be done in this regard.

Have you verified that your SAP system is set up to be able to send messages out over http?  Our firewalls caused the same problem- by configuring proxy settings in transaction SICF we worked around the error.
    Hope that helps!
