CO02 Print

Hi Friends,
Pls help me figure this out .
I am trying to print the Production Orders. In the tcode OPK8 , I made these settings :
In the 'Spool Parameters for user' I created a user XYZ Printer 0909 . In the user master for XYZ the printer is 0921.
I go to tcode Co02 , and in the menu ORDER-SETTINGS-LISTCONTROL at the time of printing , I change the default 0909 to 0910. I print the order , Still it gets printed on User Master Printer.
In The printer Specification Setting , I specify the Output Device '02' ie 'output device from print control to user and in Output device name : LP01.
The issue is : IN CO02 , When i got to list control viA MENU : order-> settings->list control and change the name of the printer , still it always print on the user master printer. I dont know what I have missed , I tried every possible setting ?

Hi ,
could solve this issue , there is a Zprogram used for this specifuc list type , which was missing the code to populate the structure for print control . Added the code and it works fine now
Thanks.

  • Printing 4 pages(1 Original + 3 copies) from CO02 tcode

    Hi all,
I am going to CO02 tcode  and pressing the save button.  It automatically prints the document.  But my requirement is to print 4 copies when I save CO02.  I have my Z print program and the Z sapscript also.  But in Z program, I could nt find any NAST-ANZHL field where we give number of copies.  How to go about it.  Is there any configuration to be made for printing 4 copies or is it possible only through code.  (Also I have to print 4 copies only for a particular Company code only)
    Thanks in advance,

  • Issue with printing production order after changes through CO02

    Hi,
Currently I have one issue with printing production order changes through CO02. If I go for print, all the operations are captured in printout. But after the print, if I add any new operations to this production order, and then go for print, its not capturing the newly added operations. Also, there is information popup coming "Copies will be printed for order. Original list already printed". This message effectively means, even after changes, when I go for print functionality, its just going for printing copies of original printed list.
Can anyone help me out to get the newly added operations reflected in the print through CO02 ?

  • Print out of production order from co02

    Hi All,
How do I take a print out of production order from co02. If I go to co02- Functions-Print- I get an error that after the next update the order will be printed. Since the production order is already in the released state how do I take the print.

    Priya,
What system is prompting is that once you use the print function in the change mode of the order, system prints the papers to Spool or Printer once it is saved, that is the reason it is giving you a message.
Please save the order after using the Print function in the change mode of the order, I am sure that you would get the print output either directly to the printer configured or to spool. If it was configured for spooling, use the transaction SP01/SP02 to print the spool request.

  • Change printer settings for CO01 / CO02

    Hi,
Can anybody explain we how CO01 and CO02 select the standard printer and paper size to print to. Can this (and if, how ) be adjusted per user?
    Thanks!
    Frans

    Hi Frans,
    Hearty welcome to SDN.
My first suggestion is go through the SDN completely i mean in how many ways you can benefit using this site. Before posting any query give some time to yourself for searching in SDN which might have already posted by some other developer, best way to search your queries is click on forums and in the middle screen you can see input box where type your query and click go you can get many hits.
Coming to your query ask your PP consultant to do the printing setting and ask your basis guy to set default output printing device.
There is not much any ABAP has to do with your task other than NACE configuration.
    Cheers!!

  • Prodn Ord print prob (order locked under transaction CO02).

    Hello,
The requirement is when I am releasing a producton order it should get printed. Now when I release and save production order, i get a message as "This order is locked under transaction CO02".
The release takes place (status is REL), but th print does not take place (no spool in work order case LV01). If I reprint this order, it is printed correctly.
If I double click on the message, I do not get any information.
In OPK8 Flow control for transaction, eveything is * and the radio button Online is selected. Does this have any relevance in this case?
I have not seen this message before during release of production order.
Thanks in advance fo your assistance.

  • Print an order in CO02

    Hi,
When i edit an order in CO02, this message appear: ""Copies will be printed for order 1001540 (original lists already printed)""
Result: if i modify the order, i can't see the modification in the Forms when i edit in the second time.
    It's an IMG point?
    What's missing
    Thanks in advance.

    Bakkali,
This is how the system behaves while printing through Co02. The other option would be to use Co04N to print it. This is a very easy way to print multiple orders based on Prodn Scheduler or order type. If you use Co04N you will always get the latest changes reflected in the layout.
    Try it and revert back.

  • Print of Component List from Production Order

    Hi Everyone,
How do we print the list of components which will be used in Production Orders? The scenario is that we have the components in WM bins. As soon as the production Orders are confirmed, we need to print a list of all the components which are required for Production. How do we print that?  WM is planning to develop a system where the print out has a bar code and the RF Gun will read the quantities of the components required for production. Can you please let me know where I can see the print preview of the components involved in manufacturing?
    Thanks and Regards
    Lisa

    Hi Lisa,
The production order can be printed in CO02 screen itself.(Ctrl+P). To define what to be printed, you need to identify/define the correct list in the transaction OPK8. Once the correct combination is selected for the required plant and order type, this can be printed in production order.
But for the preview after printing, you can view the spools created in SP01.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks

  • Printing Process in the PO

    Hello gurus
We are changing the production order, Whenever we are trying to print out through CO04N , the changes are not updating .how to update the data in the production order
    Thanks
    JJ

    Dear,
Have you configured the print control for production order properly. Transaction OPK8.
    In this check the following:
    1) Of the lists you want t print are appearing in the Names of Lists.
    2) In the spool parameters the prod order plant appears and on double clicking the line the relevant print lists are checked and the output list mentioned.
    3) The correct print program is mentioned against each of the lists.
Or T code CO04N or CO04 is meant for printing production orders

  • Settings for USER MASTER in PRINTING?

In The tcode : CO02 for Prod Order , I specify under menu path : Order-settings-listcontrol-for Lp01 printer : 0909 . In the user master record the printer SPLD is 7205. I want that the printer setting on the screen ( 0909 ) should override the settings for user. So , I went to tcode opk8 and in the Print COntrol -> selected output device = 2 ( 1 is for user , 3 is for print control ) . I tried to print the form riding the user master setting , but it is not working . WHen i go and check the Print Determination : I see that it populates the print control from User master only ?
Any idea how can i override this setting ?
note : this List Control calls a Zprogram that calls a Smartform .

    Hi Divya,
you can use tcode opk8 to create new entries under  : Refernce Order Types -> Print Programs and can specify your driver prog name there which will call your smartform .
You can also do setting for each List Type you create in : the : Spool Parameter for user . there you can specify properties of list based on : User name or on the Plant level .
In the driver program i did something like this :
      read table caufvd_tab index 1.
      case caufvd_tab-werks.
        when '7200'.
          i_formname = 'ZSF_OBJECT_LIST'.
        when '9200'.
          i_formname = 'ZSF_OBJECT_LIST'.
        when others.
          i_formname = 'ZSF_OBJECT_LIST'.
      endcase.
Hope this helps . If you have any queries let me know .
    Thanks

  • Creating single spool request for printing all shop floor papers

    Hello PP Gurus,
We are printing shop floor papers at the time of releasing production order using txn CO02. It creates individual spool request for printing different shop floor papers in the same orders . eg Pick list, goods receipt list etc.
Is it possible to do the cofiguration setting to create only one spool request for all the different SF papers belong to same order.? If yes, please let me know the steps for customising this.
Thanks for your help in advance.
    Regards & Thanks
    Rajesh D.

In transaction OPK8, in forms uncheck the 'New List' check box for the List.
