Code for Rediret from one webapplication to another in Application Page (Layout folder)

There is a requirement to redirect from one web application to another using an intermediate SharePoint application page where we have tried SPUtility.Redirect/Response.Redirect however SPUtility.Redirect or Response.Redirect is referring the current context
& redirecting within the context. Which redirect code I need to use so that I will be able to redirect from one web application to other?

Ex 1 - From documents: Move one document (versioned) to your Personal Documents.
Ex 2 - Personal Documents: Move one document (versioned) to documents.
The error message is:
"Move for VCRs from one repository to another is not supported"
We have EP6 SP17 KM6
This also happens in EP6 SP2 P35, but throws and exception.

Correct. This is not supported because it would require assigning new identifiers to the versions. However, version identifiers are supposed to be stable.

Passing data from one webapplication to another

hi all
i have two web apps webapp1 and webapp2 deployed on weblogic server 10.3
i want to redirect to webapp2 from webapp1 based on some condition, set some flag there and then come back to webapp1.
now in webapp1 i want to check the value of this flag set in webapp2.
i tried using request.sendRedirect() method and set the flag value in session attribute.
but as per my understanding sendRedirect() method creates new request object and thus invalidates the old session because of which i am not able to retrieve the values. requestDispatcher.forward(0 method doesn't work for different applications.
so what is the method which i should be using to pass some values from one web application to another.

seems more like something you would fix with a webservice really. With for example XML-RPC you can very quickly setup a (simple) communication line between applications and you don't even have to worry if the applications are moved to different servers or even completely different networks.

Moving Domain for iWeb from one computer to another

Have moved my website domain from Library in one computer running Leopard into Library in another computer running Lion.
Deleted default Domain in new Library, but when I open iWeb app the empty default Domain opens with nothing in it and returns back to Library folder in new Library. Even when I open Domain with my site directly from Library iWeb opens as a new app without my site. Everytime I delete the default Domain
it returns.
How do I get the computer to recognise my site Domain in Library of computer running Lion? And to not keep recreating default empty Domain?
I have done this transfer before between 2 computers running Leopard and it works every time.

As previously noted I got my Domain across to new computer running Lion and everything runs just fine
Editing my site hasn't altered except that now after pressing 'Publish', the edited site won't open and I am taken to the site of my Australian Server 'Big Pond' with a message saying that my site doesn't exist.
When I navigate to my site my edits have worked and the page opens normally.
My site publishing settings are:
'Publish to Mobile Me'
Site name - gareth-sansom.com
The site though opens at http://web.me.com/gsansom/ (where it used to automatically open in after pressing Publish)
I have tried changing site name to that in 'Publish to Mobile Me' but then nothing works including publishing.
If I leave Publish to Mobile me as 'gareth-sansom.com' the publishing works, but I can't open my site after the publishing without navigating to it.
Am I missing something here?

How do i switch the information for games from one ipad to another?

my mom got the ipad two while i had a 32gb first gen. and my lil sister was playing with a 64gb. im trying to move the game information that she has to the 32 gb so i can keep the 64. but im having trouble doing that. everytime i open a game on my 64 its hers and when i open it on hers its mine. how can i also move the gamer information?? please help!

Just the Photos? File -> Export and export them to the Users/Shared Folder. Switch Accounts and access them from the Shared Folder.
Thw whole Library: Drag that to the Users/Shared folder.

How to add or remove data from one table to another in � jsp page

I have two tables on my jsp page.
On the fist table feed by a data base, u have in the first column radiobutton
second colum data
third columm data
on the second table feed by the data of the first table, u have in the first
columm checkbox
second colum data
this column data
u have two link, one link to add and another to remove
1 when u click one of the radiobutton of the fist table following by the click of the link add, u add the line into the second table.
2 when u click on one or two checkboxes of the second table following by a click on the link remove, u remove the line or lines checked.
Did somebody could send to me en example of code and give to me solution on way to make it. thank u.

that's what i have implements. U have a bean witch picked data in that the data base, and catch properties .
i describe to u how work the page.
when u chose or selected TypeDetoyer, it present to u the first table with all the toyer contains in the typeDeToyer, and presents the second table empty.
Secondly, u click a radio button to select � toyer of typeDeToyer and by clicking to the link ada, u feed the second table with the toyer selected.
the seconde table is fill with a checkbox.
inverse, when u check a check box or many of the second table and clicking on the link remove, u remove the selected lines.
the aim of all of this is to save in the data base
the second table, after saving the page is redirect to the modifying form.
I am waiting for ur answer.

Is it possible to set table-variants from a t-code like fb60 from one user to another one?
I mean that both user have the same table-variants.

You mean screen variant, where you will need to anter the GL line items in FB50?
then you can set your desired variant as DEFAULT for all users, when it is configured.
Else thru SU10, for all of your users, add parameter ID SCRVAR and give your parameter value (screen variant name) and SAVE.

Im new to programming. I made a simple app and I want to most it from one mac to another. I copied the folder and tried running it but it gave me a whole bunch of errors along the lines of:
- directory not writable
- permission failed
- errors permission denied
etc...
I do not know what I am doing wrong. Please please help!

Hi GadgetAddicted & welcome to discussions...
It sounds like you're not using the original locations that are constructed when Xcode is first installed.
If your second install is the same as the original, moving a simple project that is intact to begin with shouldn't be a problem.
Be sure that all the resources related to that project are local to the original project (inside the same parent folder), and then duplicate the parent folder...move that, but be sure the name of the parent folder in the second location is the same as in the original.
Repair permissions via Disk Utility after the move.

Copy a page from one Document to another

Can anyone help
In Pages '08 we had the ability to copy a page from one document to another.
In Pages '09 this does not seem possible.
Does anyone have anwser....

OK my bad
I just realized that I was in Word Processing in one document and Page Layout in another and you cannot do the copy between the two. Changed the Blank documentto word processing and voila it worked.

I think this might help. Go to the document you want to copy the page from and go to the "View" menu and choose "page thumbnail" so you can see the thumbnails on the side of the document. Right click (or control click) on the thumbnail of the page you want to copy and choose "copy.
Go to the document you want to paste the page into and make sure you have the "View thumbnail" option turned on. If you already have some pages click on the page you want the new page to follow and then right click and paste the page where you want it. (you have to do this in the thumbnail view area, not in the actual document itself.) If you have inserted the page in the wrong spot, just drag it to the right location. note: I have tried dragging the thumbnail from one document to another and it does not work. Too bad because it works that way with a PDF documents in "Preview" app.

Need help for focusing the cursor from one textbox to another textbox

I have a problem in java script.
Note:The textboxes are generated dynamically.it is not having fixed length.(the number of textboxes generated may be 3,2,4....etc.it is not fixed.
To move cursor from one textbox to another text box ,I have taken the length of the textboxes of the first column.I used onkeyDown event .
in the function ,first i checked the condition like
for(i=0;i<form1.box.length;i++) //box is the name of the textboxes
if(event.keyCode==13)
form1.box[i+1].focus();
return false;
by using this the cursor is moving from first text box to second textbox and stops.
if i use event.returnValue=false; instead of return false ,then the cursor automatically going to the laxt textbox of the column.
my problem is how i can focus the cursor from one textbox to another textbox one after the other till the end.
if any one has solution please help me.
also if we can do in another way also,please help me.
