Column alias to select all fields in only one table in a join

Hi,
Please can you tell me if it is possible to use something like "SELECT a*" to select all fields in table a when using a join to join 2 tables e.g a and b? Instead of using "select acomlumn1 acomlumn2 acomlumn3" etc.

It is not possible... You have to specify all the fields you want to select with the tilde '~' symbol...
or,
The other solution can be to fetch all the fields from the first table and use 'For all entries' of this table to fetch all fields from the other table...

Select all fields of a table while designing the layout of a query

Can some one tell me how to select all fields of a table at a single stroke while designing the layout of a query....this would greatly reduce the time spent to select each and every field of a table into the layout....

Then :-
Select * from <tablename>.
Eg,.Select * from mara.
Then display it using:-
Loop at itab.

How do you write a report to return all field names in a table? I prefer the field names in a column.

In Oracle it is,
Select column_name from user_tab_cols where table_name = 'Table_Name';
Note: Table_Name should be in capital letters
In MS SQL Server it is,
SELECT Column_Name + ', '
FROM INFORMATION_SCHEMA.COLUMNS
WHERE TABLE_NAME = 'Table_Name'

imessage has a new setting that shows all emails associated with your apple id. There are two sections, send and receive. Since you are using the same apple id, Im sure if you adjust one of those settings to your mobile number instead of your appleid, it wont send double.
You might also have to adjust your wifes settings too, so those emails dont overlap

User a in local DB
User y in remote DB ..Y has got 200 tables..
Can I create a DB link in my local DB as user a and access only one table in remote DB (Y schema)
Is this possible ?

The kerberos PAC verification failure when all users of only one Site which having only one RODC server(A), trying to get access iis webpage of different site which having WDC server(B) using Integrated Windows Authentication. But when they accessing the
website using IP address, it is not asking for credentials as I think it is using NTLM Authentication at that time which is less secure than Kerberos.
Note that:- All user accounts and Computers of the RODC has been allowed cache password on the RODC. Nearest WDC for the RODC (A) is the WDC (B).
The website is hosted on a windows server 2003 R2 and generating below system event log for those users of the RODC site :-

This issue has been raised for last one week. Before that everything was fine. No Group Policy changed, Time also same.
In this situation do I need to do Demotion of the RODC and re-promote it as RODC again or is there any other troubleshooting to resolve it.

I noticed that Logon server could become incorrect again after user re-login or restart of a workstation.
It seems root cause is different. Need a permanent solution.
The Workstations of the RODC site are getting IP from a DHCP server by automatic distribution of IP from a specific subnet for the site only. The RODC is
the Primary DNS server for the site.
I have checked the subnet and it is properly bound with only with that AD site. The group of users and workstations are in the same site AD organisational Unit.
Sometime I restarted the NET LOGON service and DNS server service on ther RODC server and sometime rebooted the server. But the Logon server issue has not fixed permanently.
The internal network bandwidth of the site is better than the bandwidth to communicate with other site.
The server is Windows server 2008 R2 standard and hosting the below roles
RODC
DNS
File server
The server performance is Healthy in core times when maximum users usually logins.

Access ODBC link table list ONLY one table

Hi all,
I try to link Oracle tables from Microsoft Access via Link Table. The return list show ONLY one table, which by right it should show ALL tables in my Database.
What is the problem here? Anyone encounter this same problem before.
My database is very large, over 10,000 tables. Can it be because of resources issues?

Are they all real tables are or some of them perhspa VIEWS, SYNONYMS or the like? The default list is for just tables. I have seen cases where a really large list would make Access puke, but this generally results in getting nothing listed.

How to lock a form (all fields read only) using a button (JavaScript)

Hi guys,
I have a form with several input fields, check boxes. Using a button in the form, I would like to lock it using a JavaScript. Locking means in my case that all input fields, checkboxes, etc. are read only (cannot be changed anymore).
I already use the following approach:
data.form.MyInputField.access = "readOnly";
The problem is, that this approach is not comforable from maintenance perspective. I would like a more generic or more simple way.
Generic:
loop over all fields and set them to "read only"
Simple:
xfa.form.lock; // but this does not work
Do you have any ideas how to solve this requirement in another way as I currently do?

Change All Field Names in a Table to have a Lowercase First Letter

I have an SQL database with many tables. All of the field names in each table start with an Uppercase letter. I would like to programmatically change all of the field names in each table to start with a lowercase letter. Can this be done?
E.g.: "FieldName" to "fieldname"

Hi,
The data dictionary view USER_TAB_COLUMNS has one row for every column in every table in your schema. The columns TABLE_NAME, COLUMN_NAME and DATA_TYPE have all the information you need.
Another data dictionary view, USER_TABLES, may be useful, too. It has one row pre table.

Select Distinct Fields from non related table

I have to fetch Distinct Fields from table zdcxy along with the fields from the table zvend but there is no primary key forigen key relationship also if I wanted use join condition. I need to move fields from both the table into output file and 1 part I implemented but I am unable to do second part plz any body can help me its argent. below I pasted part of code along with two requirements.
