Common http link on multiple pages

I would like to have a single image used on multiple pages of
a website for ease of updating, but I also need to have a common
hypertext link associated with tha image. Is there a way of
embedding a HTTP link with an image that is used in this way?

If you will later want an image and it's link to be exactly
the same in all
instances, and future edits to the image or link will be
copied to all
instances, there's two ways-
a few pages, use a dw Library item.
How to-
Select the image. On the quick tag bar at bottom of image,
click the
rightmost <a href> tag (may want to select any style
tags to the immediate
left also)
then dw menu-->modify-->library items-->Add object
to library
In the Assets panel, give this new library item a name now.
to use it in a page, drag it from the assets panel to where
you want it in a
page.
if there will be many pages, use a ssi server side include.

Multiple Buttons linking to Multiple pages from one movie

Hi All,
I have a flash movie with 3 buttons I am trying to link relativley to pages within my site, I have one working fine but can't get the others to link and when I try it makes the one that is working, work no more..
Below's the code I am using for the one that is working;

I only see code for one button there, so I can only guess you repeat the same function multiple times. You cannot use the same name for different functions, and you cannot have the same function duplicated. Similarly, you cannot declare the same variable more than once. You can have buttons share the same function though, and you can assign new values to variables.
For now, start by creating a unique function definition for each button.
For further consideration, if your buttons happen to be movieclips you can assign the url's to them as variables, or if you name your buttons using the page names they link to, then the same function could be shared with a little generic finagling.

How to link to multiple pages - help

My home page has a link to my photo album/photo gallery page. This photo page is filling up, and I will need to add page 2. How do I do this and create the link? I have seen on some of the iWeb pages listed in this dicussion a "page 1/2" and "page 2/2" with left and right arrows at the bottom of pages. These neat links take one from one page to the other. How is this done, to include the page number and arrows? Thanks!

Click the "shape" button and scroll down to select the "fat"arrow i.e. not the skinny ones at the top.
You can either double click inside the arrow and type text or click on "text box" and put your text in a text box.
Highlight the arrow and do "command D" to duplicate it. With duplicate highlighted, go to the "metrics" inspector window and click the "horizontal flip" button.
Now you have two arrows pointing in different directions with the page numbers in them or in a text box below.
Highlighting each arrow in turn, go to the "link" inspector", check the "enable as a hyperlink" box and select "Link to One of my Pages" and then select the page you want the link to go to from the "page menu".

Same Link on Multiple Pages

I have a link to an excel spreadsheet that needs weekly
updating. The same link is throughout my site... what is the best
way to make this update once and have it effect all my pages that
have the same link? After I made my changes outside of Contribute I
then went back into Contribute > browse > file on my computer
--- "no luck" it only made the change to that one page.

Pages 5.5 - http links in documents not 'active'?

After upgrading to Yosemite (10.10) and Pages 5.5 all http links in my Pages documents return a 'pop up box' that allows me to 'edit' the link or 'go to page' - - I find this aggravating... How do I make the links 'active' so when I click on the link Pages takes me directly there without the 'pop up'....

You don't fix it. When you get that edit link pop-up — tap the space bar and off you go to that web site.

How can I make multiple popup links on one page?

I was wondering if anyone had a simple code that will allow me to have multiple popup links on one page? I have no idea what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Html link to multiple swf files on 1 html page

i have a html page that has multiple (20) links to video files, i would like to play these files in the same position, within the same html page. therefore saving myself having 20 html files with the separate swf files embedded. firstly i was planning on converting my .mov files to swf to make then smaller.
my query is, what is the best way to 'house' a swf file(s) that plays when clicked on the relative link on that page.
i have build the page using CSS and have limited javascript knowledge although im keen to learn.

Multiple pages refreshing to common page

I've been noticing an issue regarding Safari web browser on the iPhone.
I have my main page set to appleopolis.com, From there, I click on a link and it opens a new browser page to say, Google search (or any page for that matter). If I click refresh on the second browser page, all the pages (pages 1 and 2) refresh to whatever URL I refreshed. This happens to all pages, regardless of whether I have 2, 3, or more pages open nor does it matter which page I refresh.
Also, I don't have to have the second page opened as a "popup" for this to occur. For Example...
Page 1 is set to Google.com
Page 2 is set to NYTimes.com
Page 3 is set to CNN.com
...all three pages were opened individually by clicking the icon on the bottom right corner of the screen. If I were to refresh Page 2, then Page 1, 2 and 3 refresh to NYTimes.com If I refresh Page 3, then Page 1, 2, 3 refresh to Page 3.
Anyone else have this issue? Any idea why?

Turning off pop-up blocking half-resolves my issue. If I open multiple pages individually and refresh a page, all the pages no longer refresh to a common page.
However, in the example where I open a new page through a link from appleopolis, I still have all pages refreshing to a common page. Appleopolis seems to open web-links through a pop-up or new window script. When I click on the link, the address bar for the appleopolis page changes url's but doesn't load unless I hit reload on any of the other pages.

Multiple objects to have the same rollover state at the same time (but link to different pages)

I have a mac
I would like to know how i can have multiple images with the same rollover states - but which show up at the same time on more than one image, (but each item to have its own linking property applied to it)?
see image below: i want both box 'A' to pop with the same rollover state even if I'm hovering on just one of the boxes. But i want each of the boxes to link to different pages in my website.
Ive tried grouping the images and moving them to their own layer, but the rollovers aren't 'linking' together on multiple objects

It's not, but you don't need that to achieve the behavior you've described. A1, a trigger, will have the states and hyperlink you desire. On rollover it will show its rollover state and will show its target container which will be directly on top of A2. It will look like a rollover state for A2. Repeat this for A2, B1 and B2 and I believe you achieve the behavior you've described. It's just a different way of approaching the problem (that happens to fit the tools available in Muse).

Is it possible to create one home page with links to multiple forms in Adobe Forms Central?

I have several forms that are all related. Is it possible to have one online landing page where I can link to my other forms from?
It would be easier to share one link than multiple.

You could create either a web page of your own to include the links into, or you could create a form that you include the links in - maybe add them as single checkbox fields where the user could check the box stating that they have filled out the related form. There is a "Insert or edit Link" button in the top toolbar when designing a form, select text you would like to represent the link and click the link button to add the URL to a form.
The responses for each form would be connected to those individual forms and would not be presented together. When you recieve responses from the various forms you would not have any built in way to connect the same user to the variuos forms but you could include a "Required" email field in all forms so that you can see who submitted which forms that way.

Link Compositions on multiple pages together?

Dear Adobe Forum/Community/Team,
I am asking myself, if Adobe Muse has the feature, that you can Link Compositions on multiple Pages together. As example what I need:
Page: About us
Contains Compositions with 3 Parts (DE , EN , FR) (Yes, language based compositions)
If customer changes now the page to let's say "Activities", then the compostition on that page reads the state of Page About us, and shows the same language.
I would be glad, if that is possible!

Web Page with link to Multiple Queries

Hi All,
I have a webpage in EP iView which has ahref links to multiple queries in a table. When user clicks on a link the corresponsding query should open. I can do this giving HREF links to text for Query URL. In Development System If I do the URL is generated from WAS of Development system. So When I transport to EP production and When I click in the link it is opening the query in development system. So I need to change the URL to link to PRoduction query before transport.
Is there any way of doing this by providing a technical name of the query.

the URL generated for each system for each query is specific...
transporting the same URL to different system will not solve ur issue.
for e.g. open a query x in Dev. system
execute it in Web
it will generate a URL , this url is sppecfic to query x for Dev. system
even if u transport the url link to Prod system it will always open the query in Dev.......
try to open the query in Prod thru query designer
execute it in web
copy the url and paste it in ur code in PRod system
nwo use the link
it will execute ur query in prod....

Multiple pages open when a ranndom link is clicked on. I have to shut odwn my computer when this happens. how do I fix this problem?

A random event but is occuring more often now. When a link on a page is opened the browser keeps opening. I cannot close ,exit. The only way to stop the down activity is manually shut down the computer.

Scanning multiple pages from print book into computer

How to scan multiple pages from print book into computer? Someone supplied a link to this question, but I got stuck at step 1: Where is "HP Director software"? In other directions, it says to open the "HP Scan window," but that option is not available to me when I follow the directions. I have an HP 2159m computer, HP Photosmart Plus all-in-one, Windows 7, and use Firefox, if that's any help.

I have a similar problem:
I am using an HP Officejet 6310xi via its TWAIN interface. Regardless of which application invokes TWAIN (whether Irfanview, Thumbs Plus, or something else), the scanner dialog closes after transferring each scanned image. To scan the next page requires re-starting the scanner, beginning with a whole new preview and re-entering all my scan settings. This is only an issue with the HP scanner, not with my Cannon CanoScan LIDE 100, Visioneer OneTouch 8920, or any other scanner, each of whose scanner dialogs stay open for scan after scan. Can anyone help me make the HP scanner dialog stay open for multiple pages?
Note: Based on a suggestion on another site I set my scan preferences to include "Prompt for Additional Scans from Glass" as follows, but it did not help.
I am experienced at scanning, but I find it extremely frustrating that the HP scan dialog closes, forgetting its settings, after each page.
