Son varias cosas a la vez.
1 ° Me hackearon la cta original que tenia en una PC, con la que había comprado los 2 productos.
Tuve que cambiar mi correo y quisiera que adjunten mis 2 productos comprados.
2° Tenia la version vieja en una mac del PHOTOSHOP 4 y al querer usarlo, se cierra.
3 ° Me conecte con el servicio técnico, x chat, para ver si ayudaba y no ha hecho nada al respecto.
     Me cerro el chat y no hubo compasión, x eso entre a este foro, para que alguien se solidarice y me ayude.

Veamos, tratas de registrar un producto, o dos como indica el título, o bien se trata de solucionar un problema, que es lo que parece ya que adjuntas el texto de un error de Photoshop en tu Mac.

¿Tiene bloqueo de rotación en adelante, hay un símbolo de candado en la parte superior de la pantalla al lado del símbolo de la batería? Si la hay, entonces dependiendo de lo que tienes Ajustes> General> Usebotón lateral para establecer que (bloqueo de rotación o notificacionessilencio), entonces puede bloquear la rotación por el interruptor en la partederecha de la iPad, oa través de la barra de tareas: haga doble clic en el botón de inicio, diapositiva de la izquierda, y es el icono de la izquierda, pulse de nuevo en casa para salir de la barra de tareas. Si no hay un símbolo de candado entonces pruebe con un arranque: presioney mantenga el sueño y los botones de su casa durante unos 10 a 15 segundos(ignorar el regulador rojo), después de que el logotipo de Apple debería aparecer - usted no perderá ningún contenido , es el equivalente iPad de un reinicio.
Have you got rotation lock on, is there a padlock symbol at the top of the screen next to the battery symbol ? If there is, then depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (rotation lock or mute notifications), then you can lock the rotation by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar. Bueno, honestamente nunca había escuchado de un problema así pero te recomiendo que llames al número de AppleCare de tu país y veas si te pueden dar asistencia telefónica, normalmente así debería ser por tratarse de un equipo nuevo. Si con la ayuda que te den por ese medio no se corrige seguramente te dirán que lo lleves a un centro de servicio o con tu compañía telefónica.
Me extraña que te hayan dicho ellos que no podían hacer nada porque a mi en la mía cuando tuve un problema me cambiaron el teléfono (que estaba en garantía) pero algunas son menos 'amigables' con los usuarios.
