Connecting clients to their cloud hosted in my Datacenter

Hello everyone , i'm new here ^^
i'm looking for some documents to understand different ways and technologies ( MPLS / VPN / Dedicated line ) that allow clients to connect into their cloud hosted in my Datacenter for example., how it works ?and how to secure each of these connections between me ( the provider of service ) and my clients (category of the service does not matter "IAAS, PAAS or SAAS" )

Clearly you're reading the wrong manuals if they're referring to Active Directory
The big question is going to be: what do the logs say?
Either the logs on the client machine, or the logs on the directory server. One (or both) of these should have some indication as to the problem. It could be a problem with the account (is the account enabled) or the home directory, or any number of other things. Knowing the log message will go a long way to explaining what's wrong here.
You could also try setting a user's home directory to something other than the network directory to see if the problem lies with mounting the home directory vs. logging in at all.

You could use a LOGON TRIGGER so every session insert its own environment into your client_info table.

You can use their BC login details and use them , which on publish the site will be under their account.
Please change the BC login from Edit > Preferences > Publish > Switch Accounts , for Mac it would Adobe Muse > Preferences

Sharing videos with clients in the cloud

I have many clients who will be sending videos to me which will need to be edited and all will need to be saved in the same file format, such as Mpeg 4. Later all these videos will need translation subtitles. These videos will need to be shared back & forth with the clients. The cloud will not let me share an MPEG 4 video with a client. The message I get when I try to share my video is "You cannot share this kind of file using Creative Cloud.". So how will they be able to send/share their videos in many different formats with me?

Cannot open dashboard from connected client to restore a single file

I have a small business network with an existing Server 2008 R2 domain controller. In order to backup all the client machines with an experience something like windows home server I recently purchased a new server with windows server 2012 r2 and
installed the essentials role.
I'm able to connect client machines (running windows 7) to the new server and get them to backup. I assume (but have not yet tested) that I would be able to do a full image restore by creating a client restore bootable usb key and booting a client from
that, but first I'd like to be able to browse the files in a client backup and restore a single file rather than the full image. It seems that the only way to do that is to run the dashboard as a remoteapp from the client, but when I try that I get this
error:
I thought that I might need to add the remote desktop services role. So I tried doing that and publishing the dashboard as a remoteapp, but the error still appears. Even if that fixed the problem, though, I would be concerned that would mean we
needed RDS CALs for each client which seems like overkill just for the ability to restore a single file from a backup.
So, is there any other way to get to the dashboard or otherwise restore files onto a client?

Remote Desktop Connection Client 9.3.9600 unable to connect to Server 2012 RDS via Gateway

I have a Windows Sever 2012 R2 RDS environment with two Gateways servers configured in high availability mode (RD Web Access, RD Gateway, RD Connection Broker roles installed) and four Windows Server 2012 R2 RDS Session Hosts. The servers are all running
the most recent public server updates. With this configuration I when connecting externally using a Windows 7 computer with the older Remote Desktop Connection client (6.1.7601) I am able to connect without any problems however when I try connecting with a
newer client from a computer running Windows 8.1 and the 9.3.9600 client I am unable to connect.
At the moment a NAT rule is configured to pass 80/443 traffic to only one of the RDS gateway servers, I've removed our load balancer from the configuration for the moment to reduce the complexity.
No error is generated by the client when it tries to connect it just stops trying to connect after a while.
On the Gateways servers event logs for
Things I have looked into so far.
- I've double and triple checked the RDS configuration and checked it against one of my other clients configurations that is working and they are identical.
- Connecting from an older client version works fine.
I'm not sure what else can be checked does anyone have any ideas?

1. What entries are you seeing in the RD Gateway's log? Event Viewer\ Applications and Services Logs\ Microsoft\ Windows\ TerminalServices-Gateway
2. How come you are not forwarding UDP port 3391 in addition to TCP port 443? It should work without UDP, but you will not have UDP support which is one of the benefits of RDP 8.0/8.1.
3. Are there any non-default group policy settings being applied to the servers and/or client PCs? To be clear, I'm asking if any changes have been made to the default local and domain security policies, group policy objects, new GPOs that may have
been added, etc., that are applicable to the servers and or client PCs.

How to resolve "getPooledConn: No more connections in the pool for Host"

I am using the wl9.1 proxy in a SunOne WebServer 6.1 (solaris), and I regularly get this error:

The error message indicates the HTTP client object cannot be created by the given URL. Please check if your URL is correct.
You also need to check what protocol is used, HTTP or HTTPS, and ensure the protocol is active in your local ABAP system as well. You can check them by t-code SMICM->Goto->Services.

Problems connecting Client 9i from vb6

Hi, ive got an app, which connects to Oracle Client 9i from vb6 using ADO, the problem is that in some client machines i can connect with OraOleDB.Oracle.1 Provider (including mine) but in the others just got a sucessfull connection with MSDAORA provider and i dont know why..

On the SunStudio Patches - I dont believe that this will be fully fixed since part of the problem is the patches themselves. I however do not have access to a SunStudio installed test system at present so I'd be interested to hear feedback from someone who has tried installing these through the SunUC 1.0.8 toolset
Fonts - I believe that greater flexibility will be coming in future releases. Work on the Update Manager gui is still ongoing
Patch server - Yes the SunUC proxy will use the new servers providing it has been upgarded to 1.0.8
Sun4u patch - This is an issue with the patch metadata being incorrect and not the toolset.

I am looking for hosting my application on Azure cloud server and would like to inform you that my application is in ASP.NET 3.5 with database on SQL Server 2008 R2.

How do RDP clients obtain license from host/license server?

Hi,
I have a W2k8 R2 server setup with Remote Desktop Session Host and Licensing. This will be used to allow more than 2 RDP connections to a server.
Can someone explain the process from the client side, getting the license from the host/licensing server, then connect to the server they need to manage?
What configuration is needed on the client/server side to know it needs check for a RDP license?

How the connection works,
The clients will first connect to Remote Desktop Session Host. The Session host will forward it to the License Server.
You have the option to tell the Remote Desktop Session host to say which is the license server it should contact. Check this link below to see how to do this.

All the CAL licenses will be installed and configured in the License Server.
There are two types of CAL licenses - Per User and Per Device CALs. Based on the type of license available in the License server, the license will be obtained and the user's connection is forwarded to the Remote Desktop Session host server.
If no license is available in the Licensing server, it will fail there.

Is it possible to run 200 clients on a single host connecting to a server-application
on another host over RMI.
The result should be a simulation of 200 client-hosts.

classloaders for each client to simulate what you want.
I have a feeling the Grinder (freeware) does this for you.

I'm trying to use Taleo connect client to post http request with the following template:

CONNECT command is used when it wants to open another connection. it is similar to secure protocol https. so what i think is you have to open another connection to google and port is 443. but different between connect and GET/POST menthod will send the request header to the server. but connect method will not send any request header but it will transfer some data through that connection. data can be anything like encrypted information, binary file and so on.

ISP is blocking us from using their smart host, they think we are spamming.

Our ISP is blocking us from using their smart host a few times these days. They told me that one or some of our computers were infected and spamming. I checked Trend Micro console, but have not seen any viruses so far.
We migrated from SBS2003 to SBS2011 a few days ago. And our ISP blocked us from using their smart host on the very next day. Ever since then, this has happened 3 times in a week.
If I use our own server to send out emails, some recipients will reject because of their spam filtering system.
Any thoughts, suggestions??

On your network firewall, you can block outbound SMTP (25) for all of your network systems and create an allow outbound SMTP (25) for your server. Thus if a workstation is trying to send direct to the internet your firewall should prevent the communications
but it will allow your server to send mail out to your smarthost. If your firewall can support unified threat protection, enabling such services will aid you in assuring yourself and your ISP of the clean bill of health for your messaging environment.
You can also force a password change on all of your user accounts as a preventative measure. If you were dealing with ISP mailboxes or an external provider, this would be where the vendor would start.
You should also be able to get support from your ISP; if they are blocking your connection they must have some information to work with that will help you narrow your approach. Another option would be to look into third party smarthost/sanitation services
such as Forefront Online Protection for Exchange which can certify your email and can allow you to bypass your ISP. Usually an ISP offers a free smarthost service but what you get in return is entry-level service, but if you pay for outbound smarthost
services, you get a service level and support agreement.
