Constant Text with PE51 deppending on employee settlement

Hello everybody!
I have a problem with PE51 transaccion; I need to print a fix text in salary form ONLY when the employee's settlement is going to be paid.
I was thinking in fit the text I need in a constant variable and show it deppending on a rule, but I don't know how to do that.
Can anybody help me, please??

I found a workaround for displaying text on intermediate results column.
I created a column with constant text and hide it. And create a sort object for it.
SUBTOTAL_SORTS->ADD_SORT(
                        EXPORTING
                          COLUMNNAME = 'KOSTL1'
                          GROUP = '1' ).
    SUBTOTAL_SORTS->ADD_SORT(
                        EXPORTING
                          COLUMNNAME = 'CSTTL'
                          SUBTOTAL = ABAP_TRUE ).
    SUBTOTAL_SORTS->ADD_SORT(
                        EXPORTING
                          COLUMNNAME = 'PERNR'
                          SUBTOTAL = ABAP_TRUE ).
CSTTL column will have constant text. And its content will contain the text to be displayed. And it MUST be hidden.
By creating a sort object and making SUBTOTAL to true, the content of column will be visible in the totals row.
Earlier I used to do subtotal with KOSTL1 column. And this is the business requirement.
To avoid disturbing this, the value of CSTTL will be same for given cost center and different from other cost centers. In my case,
I am showing CC number, discription and employees count(concatenated string) as text. So am able to make the values of this column same for a cost center.
So, at the end of records related to a cost center, the content of constant text column will be displayed with totals in the same row.
