Contact - Texting - Addt'l "1" in number - Error Message

I am having issues w/ 1 contact. The contact must have been stored incorrectly when I copied my contacts into my new phone - stored with an additional 1 at the beginning - 11732-xxx-xxxx. Now whenever I text that contact, I get an error message: Error Invalid Number. Please resent using a valid 10 digit mobile number. I deleted the contact entirely and added it again. I get the same error. I deleted the contact entirely and I just typed in the number to text. I get the same error message.
I am thinking that the contact/number is stored in cache somewhere on the phone, and when I type it, it automatically adds the extra "1". Does anyone know where that may be so that I may clear it or know why this would happen. Only happening with 1 contact, but someone I typically text daily

Do you mean that SAP changes the W to E, or that SAP pops up a screen with the Warning, like it does for error messages? If so, this is a user setting that controls whether pop-up or bottom of screen. If you con't want the user to see, wrap logic around when it should appear.... you know how the program was called and how it;s being executed...

Incorrect Number error message only started today ...

Hi there
Had my N900 since July and this is first time I have had major problem..
Really weird...I text my wife everyday and have been doing so today as well..but within the last half hour, when I try to SMS her, I get an "Incorrect Number" error message
I have tried deleteing the conversation and restrarting the phone but problem still there
I can SMS other contacts
I can still dial my wife's number
But for some reason, the SMS for that number is now failing
Any ideas??

Turns out three has disconnected phone by accident. So morale of the story is avoid the three network like the plague if you can! Their customer service well and truly sucks!

Bought full version, but insist it is trial. no serial number + error message + customer support

1. I just bought a full version 12 year subscription, after first downloading a trial version. It now insists on remaining a trial version, and ask me to submit a serial number. I can not find it.
2. I have made a combined pdf, and edited text into it. This worked until page 70. Now I keep getting an error message, and it won't allow me to edit more text. I use a Mac OS X 10.9.2
3. Is this actually the customer support that adobe offers?

'ORA-01722: Invalid number' error message in BeX

Hi Gurus,
We have a new report built on top of a DSO. When I run this report, I get the message 'ORA-01722: invalid number'. On furthur testing, I found that when I move two objects 'Date Changed' & 'Time Changed' [both are 'Z' objects we created] from the 'Rows' to 'Free Characteristics', the report runs as expected. So the issue seems that it is with these two objects. One of them is of type 'DATS' & the other of type 'TIMS'. These two are mapped to respective 'Date' & 'Time' fields in SAP R3.
SID's exists in the Master Data tables for both these objects. The data for both the fields contains the normal 'Date' & 'Time' values.Running the query using RSRT shows the same error message. The RSRV check on this report says that 'Query execution not possible as the variables contain invalid values'.
I have seen a couple of other posts in SDN with similar issues but none of them have a solution identified so far. Just wanted to check if anyone who has experienced this issue have been successfully able to resolve it?

Thanks for your prompt reply. Yes, the 'Date' & 'Time' objects have 0DATE & 0TIME as reference objects.
I couldn't find any invalid vallues for these date and time fields. If invalid values were present, wouldn't the DSO activation have failed?

Trying to sync selected (greyed out) contacts to my replacement 4s. Get error messages - computer not setup to sync - override or OK. OK - session could not start. How do I fix?

I have a new replacement 4s. I am trying to set it up. I hate iCloud but need it to sync my calendar to my phone. I mistakenly set it up to sync Contacts too and found out it synced ALL contacts which I do NOT want. I used to use iTunes to sync only selected contact folders (one I call Sync). Others are too sensitive to have on my phone. So I turned off "where is my iPhone", and turned off "Contacts" on iCloud. It said it would delete all my contacts on my phone the next time I sync (using iTunes). So I try to sync my Contacts using iTunes and find that under "Info" on the device tabs my only possible selection is ALL contacts with the "Selected" button greyed out. But even leaving all checked, I get the message "iTunes cannot sync information with the iPhone because syncing has been disabled on this computer (my Mac). Do you want to enable syncing?" I hit the button "Enable syncing" and I get the error message "Syncing cannot be enabled on this computer" with "Override" and "OK" my choices. If I select "OK" I get the error message "iTunes could not sync information to the iPhone (Name) because a sync session could not be started". I can sync my music and my apps but get this stupid message otherwise. What gives and I do I fix this? Thanks

Actually I can't sync anything - no music, photos, etc. And it tries to start syncing as soon as I plug in my iphone and itunes is open. It ends "sync" but hasn't done anything. I have tried deleting lockdown files (per "solution" found here). I have deleted all my backups (per other "solutions"). I have restored my iphone 2x. I have done soft boots of my iphone. My macbookpro 10.9.3. iphone 7.1.1. iTunes 11.2.2 (3).

Rework purchase order - serial number error message

We created a sub-contracting purchase order for re-work so we are issuing same material and receiving same material. The corresponding material is serial managed. So we will issue the same serial number and we will recieve the same serial number in this scenario. While doing GR we are getting an error message by saying that we can't receive the same serial number for the given material. If any one come across this scenario please let me know the solution

This is an issue in ECC5.0. you can not receive the same serial number on rework purchase order if you have already executed a 541 movement on same serial number. You need to change the serial number status to receive it again into system.
Try to change the serial number status from ESTO to AVLB in IQ02, if system doesn't allow to change the serial number status, you need to switch the serial number profile to a different one which will allow you to change the serial number status in IQ02.
once you change the serial number status to AVLB, system will allow you to recieve the serial number

GL Alternative Acct Number - error message FH007

Hello,
I need to change the alternative account number on a number of G/L accounts directly in our Production system. The G/L accounts have balances on them, so I am getting error message FH007 saying that I can't change this because of the balance. There is an OSS note that is applied in our system that was supposed to address this, however I still get the message.
Does anyone know a way to add the alternative acct number to the G/L accounts in this situation?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Is there a documentation on how to use Country Chart of Accounts and how to map to Standard CoA? To post entries should we use Standard CoA or Country CoA GL accounts? Will the system store balances in "Alternative Account Number " also or just stores in Std GL account and when ever reports are executed, they just look at the mappings of Std GL with Alternative Account Number and bring the data?
I have following understanding, please correct me.
We are in ECC6.0 and have operations in US (Group Company) and subsidaries in Peru & Colombia. Global Chart of accounts are 8 characters while these countries require 6 characters.
1) Chart of Accounts - We need to create one Global CoA (GCoA) and two Country Specific CoA's (CSCoA).
2) Each CSCoA, will be created just like any normal CoA - number, description (as per Local Legal Requirements), specify it as P&L or B/S.
3) How do we create GL account- First create in CSCoA only with above details and then create in GCoA providing company code data and assign Alternative Account Number from CSCoA or create in both GCoA and CSCoA even the company code data?
4) Lets say for Income Tax GL, each CSCoA requires 3 different GL accounts, while the Group CoA has only one GL account. Should we create these 2 additional GL accounts in Group CoA and extend only to these company codes in GCoA's?
5) For posting entries let say to Income Tax GL account in local books, will Peru & Colombia use Global GL accounts or Country Specific GL account number (8 character GL or 6 character GL)?
Please provide any other information or guidance and material / web link that would be useful for me.

Can't insert text into web page plus script error message

I'm using CS3 and, on a fairly regular basis, when I am either pasting or inserting content (usually a newsletter of 500-1000 words), I get a message saying something like I can't insert text in this area. I definitely can insert text in the area as I have done it tons of times before. I sometimes have to cut and past a doc line by line to get it to insert. Very frustrating!
Also, just recently, I've been getting a script error message, "An error has occurred in the script of this page" followed by Line: 992, Char: 106, Error: Unterminated String Constant, followed by the question: Do you want to continue running scripts on this page? I click Yes and everything seems to work fine.
Help on either would be appreciated.

You might want to make sure you are trying to copy plain text. It's possible that if you are copying from a Word document or another Web site that you are bringing along extra unseen code it doesn't like. Try copying into Notepad first and then copying from Notepad into Contribute. Not sure if that's the problem or not, but that's what came to my head first.
I used to get an error that sounds similar (however it's not reproducing the error for me right now) to your error. It was because some of my users had javascript menus on their page that Contribute didn't like. However, if worked fine when you clicked yes and it was fine once it was published. So if you are running a script that's probably why and I wouldn't worry too much about it as long as you can continue working and the page displays to your users correctly once published. It's just annoying.

When you put in a disk to burn, the burner performs a test burn on a spot of the DVD where data doesn't get placed. This lets the optical burner and computer determine what kind of disc you've given it. The error message is most likely to occur when there's a mechanical problem with the burner or when you have bad data.
I used to work for an Apple reseller and in any week we'd have a couple people bring in their Macs thinking their optical drives were damaged when they really just had bad media. Most people don't realize that CD and DVD media can go bad with age so it wasn't at all uncommon for people to say, "I burned a disc last month just fine." And I'd stick a DVD from our stock into the computer and burn one just fine too. Problem solved for a lot less than the cost of a new burner.
BTW, if you are in a dusty environment or there's a smoker in the house you might also have a dirty lens so a lens cleaning kit wouldn't be a bad investment either.

My iPhone 4 is sending texts from my email!! Error message near phone number!

My iPhone 4 is sending texts from my email and when I go into the settings to fix this it says "Error" next to my phone number and will not allow me to select it to send/receive texts from. So people are telling me they are texting me but I have not received them and they are telling me that I am sending mesages from my email. Please Help!

Open Settings.
Go to Messages > Send & Receive.
Select or unselect as you please.
Tip: You can un-check your emails if you don't want to send or receive using your email.

Trying to reactivate my number - error message "ar...

Hello,
I want to come in contact with the support. I'm trying to reactivate my online number but when I click on on "reactivate" i meet an "error page" which is white and contains the word "array" - what is wrong and how can i solve this? Tried on different computers.

Same for me. I have been trying to extend my nymber for a month. Now the time is up and the number is deactivated (still reserved).
As a paying customer I would really like to be able to get in touch with the support when central parts of the service is malfunctioning.
Please fix or let me know of a solution..

3905 End-Point Maximum Reach Number error message

I am Hisham Fawzy, I have an issue about that 3905 End-point, it can't be able to transfer internally & externally and this message appear when pressing Transfer button " Maximum Reach Number". I believe that firmware issue but i need to confirmation.
Note: Number of calls= 4 & Busy trigger= 2 in line configuration.

Never seem this error, although I have installed a few hundred of these 3905 phones.
Normally it is an issue with number of calls to low, but in your case it seems OK
So just upgrade, and see what is happeneing

Everytime I go abroad I have problems with my iphone in that contacts text me and I dont receive the message or the message land in my email about three weeks later. Some contacts I cant send or receive messages from even though I could before Any Ideas?

Everytime I go abroad I have problems with my contacts, some people send me messages and I dont receive them. I sent them messages and they are not received either. Their phones and mine show them as sent, but they are never received. Sometimes the text messages sent to arrive in my email about three weeks later. Any ideas how I can resolve this and get back to messaging my friends as normal?

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
