Convert internal table to pdf and send the attachment trough bcs method
Hi everyone , I try to send an pdf attachment trough bcs method but I failed. I use scms_text_to_xstring then use method cl_document_bcs=>xstring_to_solix and then add attachment with the bcs method.

I'm using CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF.
This function SO_DOCUMENTS_MANAGER selects a note from uploading and fills the structure SOOD4 with the file data.
Need to do this automatically, convert to pdf and fill the structure SOOD4If I got your point correctly, you may use the function module SO_OBJECT_CREATE. Take a look at the thread below for an example on how to use it.

Convert SMARTFORM report to PDF and send as an email attachment
Hi
I am using the CONVERT_OTF function module to convert a SMARTFORM report in the "spool" to a PDF file. When I use the DOWNLOAD function module, the resulting file can be opened in acrobat.
I would like to email the report in PDF format as an attachment. I am using the function module SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 to create an attachment however the attached file is not being created correctly and When try to open, it gives 'File is damaged and could not be repaired' error message. I believe that somehow I am not using the SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 function module correctly.
Please help me to correct this

Second requirement is I have to send an E mail of that list to respective persons.help me on this also

I am converting a sap script to PDF and then sending that pdf to vendor mail ids.
I am getting the Data for the conversion of pdf From close_form.But it contains the data for all the vendors . But i have to Send the mail to the specific vendors.For ex if my script output has 5 sheets each with different vendors . I have to send 1 sheet as a pdf mail for that particular vendor. so,1 sheet each for 5 differrent vendors . But the data i get from close_form is the data for all the 5 vendors. How to split the data ?. can any one help me on this issue.

use the StructXML2Plain or XML2Plain from the standard MessageTransformBean
Add the module to you Mail adapter before the mail adapters standard module itself

Converting a File to PDF and Keeping the Files Original Date
I've got Acrobat Pro XI and I'm using the Action Wizard to covert a folder of TIF files to PDFs. The action works but, I'm needing for the newly created PDF files to have the same date on them as the original files. Can anyone help with this?
You can set the date on the file (not with Acrobat but specialist tools may exist), but the creation date shown in Acrobat properties is stored in the file is defined to be when the PDF was created, not the original file.
