CoreID Access: Passing obmygroups to HTTP-Headervariable does not work

Hello,
we want to pass the group membership of a user via headervariable to a web application. This works on a testing environment when configuring a action (headervar - HTTP_GRP - obmygroups) and the variables in the dads.conf (PlsqlCGIEnvironmentList HTTP_GRP).
Now I configured the same on an other environment and there all variables gets filled to (like sn, cn, givenname...) but not the HTTP-GRP Variable. I have no idea why this does not work on the second environment. I tried to pass obuniqueid, and this works.
How can I debug this problem? Does anybode has an idea what goes wrong?

Let me replicate:
Shift-Command-A (on the Desktop, (but how to get there?) to open Apps, e.g System Preferences;
Arrow keys to navigate within Apps;
Command-down arrow to open a specific app;
Arrows to move around, e.g. to Magic Mouse
Space to open Magic Mouse;
Tab to move between options and arrows to change these; and Tab back to the back icon.

Palm Treo 755p -- bought new computer with Vista and downloaded Download Palm Desktop by ACCESS 6.2 -- now the sync does not work, asks for drivers

I am new to the Palm (~1mo.) but I was using hotsync with my old laptop which had Windows XP and was not experiencing any real problems. That computer is going bye-bye, I bought an HP with the Vista OS and I followed the directions on downloading the Download Palm Desktop by ACCESS 6.2 from the website but now I can not get my device to sync-- The Desktop computer asks for the appropriate drivers. I tried searching online, on the disk that came with the smartphone and even reinstalling a couple times and everything is dead in the water...
Anyone able to help me out on this?
Is there an additional patch of some sort to download?

Just in case it is not clear... that post was made after I bought the bluetooth adapter and tried following the advice provided in the Vista 64 Hotsync solution found! post. Again-- my statement of not working is for the following reasons:
1) my PC tells me that the sychronization completed with errors.
2) when I look at the log that the Backup sychronization aborted.
3) It almost invariably tells me that it Failed to backup 1 file(s) and that file is "NetworkProfiles2" through a "Protocol Error: Unknown error. (6410)"
4) many of my contacts (over half) duplicate during this synchronization.
5) many of my appointments (over half) duplicate during this synchronization.
The information about creating a virtual serial port on my PC comes from my actual palm itself. The palm info is in the HotSynch verbage and it tells me to contact my computer manufacturer. In doing so however they have no idea how to do this and Palm does not either. I am still working with HP on trying to resolve that part of it but I am thinking from the hours of research that Palm wants me to create another COM port but again the help I am finding on this is beyond my pay grade so to speak... you can check out the following link and try to help me if you like:

So... any ideas my friend? It appears that some Vista 64-bit users are having success with a bluetooth synch but I have tried emailing those that claim to have been able to do this with no luck. I am not having any luck (I hope my outline above is clearer)-- and no one has seemed to had any luck recently.
I would love to make this work-- I bought this phone for this functionality.

HTTP server does not work

I cannot start my HTTP server. If I go to options>IDE configuration>Server and External Tool settings>HTTP server I cannot select truefrom the drop down menu and start the server. I get an error saying "Unable to start the HTTP server please check that the port is not in use." I then try to change the port number but it gives me the same error and resets the port number to something else.
This is a big problem because I cannot start my Tomcat, and I cannot even test my applets, because this error message always pops up. The command window sais: "
Connection Refused" when I try to test my applets.

thanks for your response. I am using Windows XP. The error message that I am talking about pops up on everything. When I try to start Tomcat it pops up. I cannot even test my applets because the error message pops up. (The error message pops up several times and I have to close it). Actually after I close the the anoying error messages an Internet Explorer window appears and my applet is running. The same thing is with Tomcat. It works only after I close the error message which pops up several times.

I have also tried to change the port and the same thing as you said happens. It changes to a different one, but I still get the error message.

Http_utl.text_write for http 'POST" does not work

i have a proc that uses utl_http code I have seen all over on web sites for 'POST'ing to a REST web service ..... i use utl_http.write_text to write data to the request body but no data gets written ...... below are the code segments I use

Please do not resurrect old threads - rather ask your question in a new thread. If need be, add a URL in your new thread posting that refers to the old thread. Also add as much relevant details as possible. Your Oracle version (all 4 digits). Your o/s. If possible, sample code and data that can be used as a test case. Complete error details. And what the intent of the code is (i.e. what the actual problem is that you're trying to solve).

If the app is not available in your country's store yo have to go to a county that has the app to download it.

Http post does not work in portlet

I have a simple portlet that has a form using http post. When I submit the portal page just displays a blank page. And request parameter name is prefix by only "_pirefnull" :

This works in my development portal. However, it doesn't work in the production portal.
Is there any version of the portal that only works on HTTP get method? How do I solve this problem. Any information would be very much appreciated.

there doesn't seem to be any problem in your code. Though I'm a bit surprised with the null values that you seem to be getting. Could you condirm the folowing the for me:
1. Are you hitting the JSP directly or is the request to render coming from Portal? If you hit it directly then things like PortletRenderRequest will be null.
2. Could you find out what exactly is null - PorltletRenderRequest, RenderContext?
3. Why are you using HTTP GET for form submission? Can't you use POST for this?
4. Do you see any errors in your application.log file? Might be helpful for debugging.
5. What are the versions of your dev and producttion portals? What's the JPDK version you using?

I have several profiles and I need to switch manually depending on my location profile. My Access Connetion however seem to know the right profile (dot next to the profile indicate it picked up the right wireless signal) but never connect to the profile
Is there any Vista feature that is controlling the access as well? Do I need to disable? I remember the older version of Access Connection will ask to disaable some windows services when using Access connection.

Access to Outlook Anywhere does not work

Good evening,
I recently installed an Exchange Server 2013 CAS / MB.
Until now, the server presented a few errors (mainly in the
event log) that does not seem to significantly influence functionality.
This week I published the server on the Internet and verified various malfunctions
related to the access from outside.
In particular from outside:
1 - OWA does not work with Windows integrated authentication, it works with the Forms based authentication;
2 - Outlook Anywhere does not work from internet.
I've done a lot of research and testing without success.
With regard to the first issue (which is not a priority but can relate to second one)
add that in Firefox I get a first authentication request. If
I enter credentials it ask again for identical authentication (repeatly), if I cancel it shows a second one that instead allows me access (are slightly different).
I assume that the first is the integrated Windows application and the second is basic authentication.
Internet Explorer shows me only the first authentication request and if I cancel shows blank page.
The problem is
priority 2:
Outlook connects without problems on LAN network, the Internet
seems to download the correct information
(autodiscover), but then does not connect
to the server (connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable).
If you manually edit the settings,
auto-configuration server returns as
a [email protected]. If I change
manually the server (and proxy settings
http), the result does not change.
- Setting information -
The server is installed
in the LAN network and is exposed on the Internet through
a firewall (Pat on port 443, et al. not 80)
on a public address.
The public and private DNS have been configured with a
host record (A) and two
CNAME (webmail and autodiscover).
The internal Outlook clients connect
with autodiscover and HTTPS /
NTLM / SSL (Outlook connectivity
status).
IMAP, SMTP, POP, ActiveSync function.
Exchange remote connectivity analizer retrieves Autodiscover information but doesn't pass test for RPC/HTTP access (it discard accesson
port 443 and try port 80, SPF isn't configured).
The navigation to the url
https://proxyexternalURL/rpc/rpcproxy.dll has the same behaviour like problem 1.
Test-OutlookConnectivity returns unmanaged error ('WARNING: An unexpected error has occurred and a Watson dump is being generated: Failed to find the probe result for invoke now request id -- and probe workdefinition id --').
Errors in eventviewer: 5011 - WAS (one time), 139 - MSExchange OWA (some not ripetitive), 3028 - MSExchangeApplicationLogic (every 6 hours), 106 - MSExchange common (many during working hour), 65535 - application (some at nighttime 00.00 - 03.00 a.m.), 1006
- MSExchangeDiagnostic (every 30 min), 6002 - MSExchange Mid-Tier Storage (about every 5 minutes), 5 - MSExcahnge Workload Management (one time).

3 -I imported the certificate
of the issuing CA on the standalone test PC to validate the certificate.
3- The port 80 is not open and are not published SRV records.

I have a Access site on the SharePoint. I wanted the site to be duplicated to another subsite, I then did the usual - save site as a template with contents and made a copy of it, however it does not work. I have been getting the error as stated below

Cannot delegate Reporting Services Web access to domain user / group, User does not have required permissions

I have an SCCM 2012 SP1 CU3 installation on a Server 2008 R2 + SQL 2008 R2.
I'm having trouble delegating Reporting Services Web Access to a standard domain user.
I have followed the instructions from these blogs:

No matter how I try, I cannot get the reports to show for a standard domain user. In the console no reports are showing and in the web access I get
"User domain\user does not have required permissions........"
The only thing that is consistenly working when I test is to put the AD Group on the Security Role "Full Administrator".
Then everything will show up.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

Thanks everyone for helping me with tips. I have now solved the problem. It was the permissions from SCCM that did not replicate to the Reporting Server.
In srsrp.log I got these error messages:

Under Snow Leopard I used a WD My World NAS to back up my Mac Pro (Mid 2010). When I upgraded to Lion I am unable to access the backup because the NAS does not yet support AFP. I have now bought a Time Capsule and want to transfer the old backup onto it.

Keep the old OS around and just kick the tires and test new OS. Apple has a history and habit of breaking support in things like this.
You can use TimeMachine as one level of backup, and even there there were changes with Lion, I would always recommend foremost backup clones of every volume. And clone (SuperDuper etc) can be stored on something like HP NAS Media Server which also was supporting TimeMachine, iTunes - until Apple made that harder and more their own proprietary format.

Rather than "upgrade" I would clone the system, and do a clean install, then allow Setup Assistant to import your files.
