How can I make test run of cost element deletion job in background?

Deleting Cost Elements in the Background
If you want to delete many cost elements, the checks for dependent data take some time. You should therefore carry out the deletion in the background at times of minimal system usage.
To do so, choose Background processing.
Choose Execute and answer the confirmation prompt with Yes.
( T Code: KA04 - Individual cost element deletion )
( KA24 - Collective Deletion)
Enter a job name in the dialog box.
Enter a date and time for the planned start or select Immediate start.
You can also define from which date and from which time no more starts should occur.
Choose Confirm to leave the dialog box. In the next dialog box, choose Save.
The R/3 System deletes the cost elements at the date specified.
To check the current status of the job, choose System
Status of Background Job T Code: SM37 and Execute.

In OLT when you set the auto-pilot you can schedule the test to start after a delay of xxx minutes or at some exact time, however I have never used that fixture.

Have Elements 11 and I get a Run Time Error when going into editor?

I have Elements 11 and I am getting a run time error when I select editor. It worked 2 weeks ago and now I get the message. I use Windows 7 and it nothing has changed in the past two weeks that I know of. The error is Microsoft Visual C ++ runtime Library

Windows was installed in 2013, so it is whatever that dumb version was with
no 'off'...
I have Photoshop Elements 10.0
I have no idea what an optimized computer means.
When I say 'either editor' I mean I can't use the Full or Quick editor,
they both produce the same message stream.
As follows:
   Box pops up that is Microsoft Visual C ++ Runtime Library with the
message:
    Runtime Error
    Program : C:\Program files
    THis application has requested the Runtime to terminate it is an
unusual way....
   PLease contact the application support team for more information
If I click the OK button then I get an Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 box that
pops up which says
"Elements 10 has stopped working"
I have no problem downloading images into the program or renaming files or
pulling images back out I just can't edit.

i want to copy an sap program.after coping i need to change some coding there.then i have to create a new transaction for that.
i am just copying the sap program RQEEAL10(transaction-QA32) to Z_RQEEAL10. it has 4 include programs.i am copying them to z programs like
RQ00MF10 copied to z_RQ00MF10
RQALVF14 copied to z_RQALVF14
RQALVF16 copied to z_RQALVF16
RQALVTOP copied to z_RQALVTOP.
now i am executing that program Z_RQEEAL10.but i am getting run time errors as given below.

I will give you one more check point where you have to give your concentration while copying the standard programs....
Call Customer-Function (Function Exists) if any in the Program when copied will not get executed. Instead you need to call the FM Directly.

While deleting the locations /SAPAPO/DELETE_LOCATIONS (after setting the deletion flags in MASSD header: Location: deleiton flag) in background, i get the following run time error.
If someone has fixed this before please help.

As DB49 mentioned, this is related to memory setting.
I guess if you look for the used memory area in the ABAP dump,
you may see how much memory was consumed.
If it already consumed around 2GB, you have better to execute
MASSD with more less data.
If it is not, You have better to ask your basis people to check
following parameters. (By extending these parameter, one user
can use much more memory space).
-Allowed memory space for one user session.
ztta/roll_extension
em/address_space_MB (Only when you use windows OS)
-Allowed memory space for system wise.
em/initial_size_MB
abap/heap_area_dia
abap/heap_area_nondia
abap/heap_area_total

Run time error while testing a service through transaction SICF/SOAMANAGER

Hi all,
We created a service for publishing the function module in web services through WSDL. When we try to test the service using SICF transaction / SOAMANAGER transaction, we get a run time error.
We are not sure whether any other settings or steps required for testing the web services..
Could you please let us know which steps/configurations we are missing?

Please ask you Basis admin to perform the following.
1) Check wether the Java Stack ( Portal, BI system etc) is avaliable in your landscape.
2) Execute tcode SOAMANAGER in ECC system. This will take you to a new browser where you have to login with your SAP username and password. Under SOA MANAGEMENT you can see Technical Configuration tab>click on System Global Settings>and select Access Information J2EE server. Here provide the hostname and the port number. Save the entries.
3)Execute tcode SMICM>Goto>Services. Here you can check for the HTTP Service Name/Port number
4) Activate the required services from tcode SICF

While modifying a smartform, I keep on getting run-time error 5825 object has been deleted.

I have already restarted sap gui, even deleted my smartform and started another.. it keeps on haunting me.

Do you use MS Word 2007 as the ediitor for sapscript and smartforms? In this case you need the support packs specified in SAP note #1115157. Make sure you have the satest SAPGUI patch also.
You can switch to the old graphical editor via transaction I18N -> I18N Customizing -> MS Word as Editor.

I have done the basic configuration required for creating a student & maintaining the student file,
But while trying to create a student through PIQST00/PIQSTC getting abap run time error,

This might be many reasons.If you have not done configuration properly system will take you to dump(Run time error).
