Cpntrol recipe issue

Hi,
I have one issue in control recipe. I have three process instruction categories assigned to one control recipe destination. Now when i am releasing process order only two instruction categories are copying into process order phases.
Could you please help to resolve this issue?

can you provide details of that missing pi catagory?
but when checking in process order all the categories are not coming into
process order from control recipe.
categories are either coming from master recipe or from control recipe destination or from both. So tell me where you have assign that pi categories. One more thing have you perform syntext error check pf all your pi categories. If not then that might be also an issue.

  • PPPI Recipe Issue--NO auto GR when CORK if there is no phase in recipe

    Hello Experts,
    I created a recipe with only one single operation and assign control key PP03 to it, when process order confirmation, there is not auto GR.
    And then I add same resourse to this recipe as a phase, and also use control key PP03, this time auto GR happened.
    May I understand that system only read the last phase control key to decide auto GR or not?

    In the case of process manufacturing,A master recipe consists of a header and several operations, each of which is carried out
    at a primary resource. An operation is subdivided into phases.A phase contains standard values for activities. These values
    serve to calculate dates, capacity requirements, and costs.
    For a process order, confirmations can be made for a phase or several phase or at order level.
    So if you want Auto GR for a process order the system expects for a phase (for the last operation)with a control key with auto
    GR while executing CORK(in case if no production scheduling profile is assigned)

  • Issue on Saving Changed List UIBB contents in PLM - Recipe Management

    Dear All
    I am having a requirement to enhancement the standard PLM Change/ Display Recipe Screen. Enhanced to have two buttons - Get Moisture Loss Button and Calculate Moisture Loss Button. On selecting Get Moisture, system will show a pop up where the user can enter Moisture Loss value. and on selecting the button Calculate Moisture Loss, system will perform some actions based on the value entered on the pop up and updates the Nutrient list in the Calculation tab.
    I am able to see the calculated, or the updated values in the list, but on selecting the save button I am getting an error as Data has not been saved since it was last saved.
    Can anybody please guide me how to solve this issue in Saving the data back.?
    I have done enhancement to the GET_DATA method of the standard feeder class /PLMU/CL_FRW_G_FEEDER_LIST to update the Nutrient list.

    Hi All
    Solved the issue by myself. First and for most thing here is that, the List values are the ones which gets calculated at run time. We can only save the enhanced field values. In order to make the SAVE trigger on we need to enhance the standard structure for the new fields.

  • Issue with PP-PI report

    Dear PP-PI Expert!
    I already searched many forums on internet about this subject, but i have not got any answer about this issue
    I want to collect the pp-pi datas which is inputed into SAP system with TCODE CO54, CO53,CO60,
    The follow process is:
    1.Generate Control recipe of Process Order(PO)
    2.Use TCode CO53 , send Control Recipe
    3.Use TCode CO60, find the PO which is sent control recipe, then open it for input pi-datas, if finish, we complete this
    4.Use TCode CO54, send the complete pi-sheet .
    now, we want to collect these pi-datas with ABAP, but i cannot  determine where is PI-data store, what's table and what's function to get data ...
    Right now, we only see PI-sheet data of only process order by process order , we cannot get datas for analysis and make decide.
    so, Dear PP-Pi expert, pls help me to get out pi data for analysis.
    I already ask the consultant, who is implement my system, but they did not know.

  • Master recipes operations not getting transfered in SNP PDS to APO from R3

    Hello APO Gurus,
    I am trying to transfer SNP PDS for master receipes from R3 to APO.
    Issue description::
    The operation is not getting transfered correctly , some system default operation "010 generated Operation (from Planned Delive)" is getting generated in APO, also activity and resource capacity is not getting transfered. This situation exist for one plant 1000, for other plant 1100 the SNP PDS created correctly.
    i have following points:
    1. Is there some customizing setting missing on R3 or APO side  for plant 1000 tbefore SNP PDS transfer
    2. What need to be checked on master recipes data in R3,
    i have checked on below points
    1. FG Materials and all the Component Material to be in APO in a Active Integration Model.
    2. BOM & Routing and Production Version setup correctly.
    3. The Routing Operations have to Relevant to 'SCHEDULING'.
    4. Try deleting the existing Integration model for materials & re-create new IM & activate.
    Please help me to send SNP PDS correctly to APO to take heuristic run.

    Hi,
    It is good that you have given your already checked points.
    Please check the following things also and try to retransfer the PDS.
    1. Check your resource in ECC, whether you have maintained the Process formula.
    2. Check you have maintained some values in Master Recipe for processing time
    3. Check whether the resource has been transferred for your plant 1000 to APO and an active IM exists.
    4. Also check the type of the resource transferred to APO. It should be a single-mixed/ multi-mixed or bucket resource.

  • Yoga 2 Pro - Frequent issues after Tablet Mode and Suspend in Windows 8.1

    Hi,
    I bought a Yoga 2 Pro running windows 8.1 in December 2013. The machine runs fine, but from the beginning I experience frequent system issues whenever I have the Yoga in Tablet mode (display turned to the back).
    The issues sometimes arise directly after I resume from tablet mode. More frequent the issues appear once I had the machine in tablet mode and after had it in suspend mode!
    Some of the frequent issues that arise after I resume from tablet mode:
    Power surge at right USB Port, where I have my mouse connected! The connected device cannot be provided with enough power. (Note, the left port still works), or
    WiFi not working any more (No WLAN device detected, WLAN not functional), or
    Bluetooth not working (No Bluetooth device detected, BT not functional)
    All issues reliably disappear with a system restart!
    I have already updated my drivers, scanned the Lenovo and Microsoft forum whether this is known without success and hope this avenue will bring me more luck.
    What makes the bug hard to narrow down is that I do not have a recipe to reproduce the error. Not every time I turn the display in tablet mode the symptoms are equal! But what I can is that the tablet mode is the most common denominator I found so far.
    Any helped/suggestions much appreciated.

    Yea, great... it seems like these articles and suggestions come up in the forum, and then there is always someone that says "it didn't work but this solved it for me" which ammounts to setting the screen at full brightness all the time.   LENOVO, HOW ABOUT FIXING THE ISSUE!!!  It definitly has something to do with power, in my case _the only_ thing that fixes it is either plugging in a power cord or closing the screen, reopening it and hitthing the power button to turn it back on (both are REALLY annoying if you're trying to get work done).  
    I'm a fairly experienced IT guy, and I used to swear by _IBM_ Thinkpads and related laptops, then when they went to Lenovo a few years ago it seems like the support has gone to hell and the hardware appears nice but is sketchy (this thing should have never shipped with this display problem or the wifi card issues that it shipped with).   Honestly if issues like this don't get resolved Im not likely to order any more, ever.  Not for my self or for my organization, we will stop persueing contracts with you and certifying the hardware for our work (though with the lenovo purchase it was deemed that the hardware wasn't certifyable for certine applications anyway).  Yes, that will cost you a few thousand sales a year, which is  a drop in the bucket for you, but I'm sure I won't be the only one.

  • Issue with spamassassin, now mail not working

    Hi ! I installed spamtrainer almost two months ago. Been feeding the [email protected] for several weeks now , 700 emails each day at least .
    There was very little improvement if none at all. Tried to add "@local_domains_maps = (1)" to amavisd.conf last night thinking it might be the problem , though no virtual domain exist. This was one of the issue on the default Amavisd config. The other one is adding the symbolic link which I already done.
    Computer froze while adding the parameter "@local_domains_maps = (1)", so I manually turn off the Power Mac, then mail stopped altogether. The mails are filing up but the clients couldn't send or receive since this incidence .

    You are welcome. I'm glad you got it back up.
    (1) You say you did the symbolic link. I will assume this is set correctly; it's very important that it is.
    (2) I don't know what you mean by "Been feeding the [email protected] for several weeks now, 700 emails each day at least." After the initial training period, SpamAssassin doesn't learn from mail it has already processed correctly. At this point, you only need to teach SpamAssassin when it is wrong. [email protected] should only be getting spam that is being passed as clean. Likewise, [email protected] should only be getting legitimate mail that is being flagged as junk. You are redirecting mail to both [email protected] and [email protected] ... right? SpamAssassin needs both.
    (3) Next, as I said before, you need to implement those "Frontline spam defense for Mac OS X Server." Once you have that done and issue "postfix reload" you can look at your SMTP log in Server Admin and watch as Postfix blocks one piece of junk mail after another. It's kind of cool.

    I keep seeing people ask and the advice to replace if it has been unplugged, but really have nothing to confirm that from my experiences.
    My experience is that a weak or dead battery can cause much more than date and time issues.
    I have seen it time and time again.
    Deal with used machines and you will quickly learn....
    I'll give no "recipe" or set list of symptoms, but the range of irregularities that can occur make it a quick and easy first line of troubleshooting, especially when the machine has been off the mains for a few months.

  • Photosmart D7160 connected to desktop with Windows XP, issues with new laptop & network printing

    We have a Photosmart D7160 connected to our desktop that runs Windows XP. I just got a new Acer laptop that runs Windows 7 (64bit). We set up a network to connect to the internet and so I can access documents that had been made on the desktop. I have not had issues using the printer off the desktop with any programs. I installed a creative program to create flyers, cards, etc onto the laptop. Same one as on the desktop. When trying to print off the laptop, I can not access the whole options on the printer. I forget the name of the options I want (maybe called printing preferences) but I would like to choose wether I am using the photo tray or presentation printing or economy printing, etc. I can only choose print.  That is not  good for printing cards, etc. I had made a recipe care template with that program and wanted to print one out.
    What have I not done in setting up my laptop? I tried the to "add a printer" on a network and that did not fix my issue. Any help is appreciated. thanks.

    Dunno if you've sorted your problem out, but I had exactly the same problem with a HP Photosmart 3100. I found some advice on http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=6201674 regarding the firewall on the Mac and yes that is the problem. But as you'll see with my last post in that topic I cant figure out how to keep my firewall on AND have printer sharing. Just allowing printer sharing in the firewall settings is no help.

  • Standard report for issued components

    Dear Experts,
                          In my master recipe i am using a component which is also produced through the process as a co-product, the component appears in equal quantities, once with a positive and then with negative sign (for the co-product). But the problem is in consumption reports like MCRE the 2 quantities cancel out each other giving consumption of the component as zero. I want the system to consider only the positive quantity issued through 261 movement and not consider the negative quantity which is actually received during GR. The issued batch and the received batches are different.
                          Is this standard SAP behaviour or shall i need to change any master data or any configuration to get the right report? Please suggest.

    In that report select the 261 and 262 movement only add the required field and save the layout as raw material consumption
    and set the layout as default
    when ever you see the documented goods movement in coois
    System will display only 261& 262 movement only

  • Recipe Management error while creating Recipe

    Hi,
    While creating recipe in Recipe Management (Tcode: RMWB), in the process tab, I am unable to create a STAGE no.
    When I try to create stage (4 digit numeric) it gives me an error message "Change number 500000000000 does not exist"

    Diagnosis
    One of the following situations caused the error message:
    1. You want to edit a BOM or routing using change number 500000000000.
    2. You entered change number 500000000000 in order to display or change the change master.
    Change number 500000000000 which you entered does not exist in the system.
    Procedure
    Check your entry. Correct the change number if appropriate.
    Please help in solving the above issue.

    Hi Jag,
    Are there recipes in the system (after an upgrade)?
    When you start with the recipe management  the system create automatically a dummy change number (with the profil setting RCP01). The change number  is stored in the table RCPC_AENNR; to read the change number , please use the function module  RCP899_DUMMY_AENNR_READ.
    If the change number 500000000 the dummy, please correct the settings of the change managment if the change number is missing.

    Select the status and navigate to the Attributes sublevel. New Entries and maintain these three fields:
    Status = <your status>
    Obj Type = 'PLM_RCP'
    Attribute = 'SKIP_FORMULA_CHECK'

  • A temporary solution for issue of excel sheet for SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_

    Hi,
    we all sometime or the other have faced the problem with SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1, it passes all the data into a single excel sheet. the following is the code i have written using the same standard FM to resolve the issue.
    Problem's Facing     : To send the output of a report as mail attachment (Excel sheet) from SAP, to the User's outlook or TCP/IP
    What is happening     : All the data which is being passed to the excel is being put in a single cell of the excel sheet.
    Cause               : the difficulty lies in getting the internal table from SAP report, passing it to email Function Module If the structure of the internal Table is unknown .
    Solution:
    if the user while sending data to the Function module ( created using the following code) puts a '#' between field values, all the fields gets separated into individual cells and the data gets printed as required.
    <b>advantages</b> of the following code are:
    1) User just need to type userid or multiple userid's separated by comma.
    2) Performs multiple tasks with one function module.
    3) It can be used to send file with subject only
    4) It can be used to send file with subject and body
    5) It can be used to send file with subject, body, and attachment
    6) Attachment can be of 'TXT' format or 'XLS' format depending upon the choice of the user.
    7) User specific parameters for EMAILID, subject, body and attachment type avoiding the dump error of  "Type conflict"
    8) If the user requires to send output of a report as an excel file, then a single internal table will store the total output separating the field values by ' # ' and the data gets printed evenly. the ' # '  symbol is used as Tab delimiter.

  • Format issue in opening an XLS attachment sent through email by ABAP2XLSX

    I have downloaded the ABAP2XLSX nuggets and tried to send an attachment in the email using the SAP. But when opening the attachment it is giving up an format issue and not able to view the content. I am able to save the XLSX file on the PC and able to read it but when I  send it to email it doesn't open correctly and it is in a non readable format. Please find the code that I have been using.     I realize this is an old post, but am wondering if you ever resolved this.  I'm having the same issue.  Download an xlsx file locally opens fine, but attaching the seemingly exact same file throw errors/warnings when trying to open via an email attachment.
