CPPR error  Wrong status: Send to external sourcing - pending

Hi experts,
we are on SRM 7.0 ehp 1 u2013 backend ECC 6.0 EHP 5.
Iu2019ve activated the process to create SRM RFx with reference to Backend purchase requisitions without PI.
In CPPR I select the backend purchase requisition and start collective processing.
In the collective processing screen I u201CShift to external Sourcingu201D
The status of the backend purchase requisition changes to Send to external sourcing: pending.
The system automatically creates a SC in SRM and a RFx in status u201CSavedu201D.
The status of the backend purchase requisition is still the same.
Also when I publish the RFx the status of the backend purchase requisition doesnu2019t change.
The following services have been customized for peer to peer connection:
RFQRequestSUITEAllowedBiddersByIdentifyingElementsQueryResponse_In
PurchaseOrderSRMPricingSimulateQueryResponse_In
PurchasingContractSRMArchivingCheckQueryResponse_in
QueryCodeList
PurchaseOrderERPConfirmation_In
PurchaseOrderERPContractReleaseNotification_In
PurchaseRequestERPSourcingRequest_In
PurchasingContractERPConfirmation_In
PurchasingContractSRMReplicationConfirmation_In
RFQRequestSUITERequest_In
SupplierInvoiceSUITEContractReleaseNotification_In
PurchaseOrderERPRequest_In_V1
PurchaseRequestERPSourcingConfirmation_IN
RFQRequestSUITEConfirmation_IN
PurchaseOrderERPRequest_IN_V1
PurchasingContractERPRequest_IN_V1
In SXI_Monitor is just one XML: PurchaseRequestERPSourcingRequest_In.
Shouldnu2019t there be an outgoing XML to update the status of the backend purchase requisition?
What I need to do to get the purchase requisition updated?
Thanks for all your inputs!
Kind Regards
Stefan

Hello Stefan,
I hope you have cross checked the CPPR configuration as per the note 1263876.
For the logic of the Badi ME_REQ_SOURCING_CUST in ERP system. Please find some relevant details of the way i have configured it.
method IF_EX_ME_REQ_SOURCE_CUST~ACTIVE.
setting cv_aut_sourcing makes the external sourcing functionality active
either manually or automatically.
setting cv_ext_rfx_ind makes RFx creation in SRM available
setting cv_ext_sc_ind makes SC creation in SRM available
  cv_aut_sourcing = cl_mmpur_constants=>yes.   " ext sourcing active at all
cv_ext_rfx_ind  = cl_mmpur_constants=>yes.   " RFX creation in SRM, not in ERP
  cv_ext_sc_ind   = cl_mmpur_constants=>yes.   " SC creation in SRM possible
endmethod.
method IF_EX_ME_REQ_SOURCE_CUST~CHECK_EXTERNAL_SOURCE.
example Implementation:
Purchase requisitions are send automatically to external sourcing based on the criteria
implemented here. Thus, if you want to send PRs automatically, code your selection
criteria in this method.
  IF is_req_item-ekgrp = 'SRM'.
    cv_ext_sourcing = cl_mmpur_constants=>yes.
  ENDIF.
endmethod.
Also for the issue XML not getting triggered with the interface PurchaseRequestERPSourcingConfirmation_Out , first the XML PurchaseRequestERPSourcingRequest_IN to srm should be successfully processed. Once this done then srm sends the sourcing confirmation out xml to erp.
Is the in xml to srm processed here successfully ?
If yes kindly crosscheck the config as per the details above and also aksed your XI consultant to check the configurations for the Integration scenario used here.
Thanks & Best Regards,
Rahul

  • CPPR Error

    Hi Experts,
We are facing an error in CPPR scenario in SRM 7.0 (SAPKIBKV03). Our back end ECC is Ehp4 (SAPKA70103).
We created a PR in ECC, did a collective processing of this PR and then transferred this PR to external system. After transfer to external system, u2018Ext sourcing statusu2019 of PR in ECC still shows u2018Send to External sourcing pendingu2019. The inbound xml message from SRM to ECC fails with the message u2018Enter Release dateu2019.
Further, when a PO is created in SRM for the shopping cart created (using this PR), the xml data fails in ECC with the error u2018follow-on document from external system not allowedu2019.
Has anyone come across this error? Any help will be helpful.
    Regards,
    SKN

    Hello,
Your both issue are inter related, second part is simple, the status of PReq should be "Send to external sourcing Accepted" otherwise system will not allow follow on to be created from SRM.
The status is not Accepted because incoming XML failed, reason : XML is trying to update the PReq & you might have version management active, release date as mandatory. Incoming XML doesnt have this information & hence fails. Your answer is within Change PReq in ECC.
    Hope this solves.
    Thanks

  • Sending email from an external source

    Hi everyone
Our website is hosted externally and we have a contact form that uses [email protected] as the FROM field but I recently turned on send filter ID which is no longer allowing email from external sources to be routed through the server.  This did accomplish
what I set out to do but I do need an exception or two and have not been able to get it working.
I do have an SPF record setup which is working and this is the error message I am getting:
    Diagnostic information for administrators:
    Generating server: scan5.lastspam.com
    [email protected]
    mail.domain.com #<mail.domain.com #5.7.1 SMTP; 550 5.7.1 Client does not have permissions to send as this sender> #SMTP#
I'm unsure how to give an external IP or domain sender permission on a mailbox.
Thanks for your time and help!

    Kab00kie,
Try this blog.  It's for Exchange 2007, but it should work pretty much the same in Exchange 2010.  Essentially, you create a receive connector, give it the IP's of your website provider (sending IP's)...and the other permissions listed in this
    blog post.

I am trying to get the syntaxc correct for an external table.

I have the directories INPUT_DIR and INPUT_LOGDIR defined, and read/write access granted to the user who creates the table and tried to query from it.
I have tried various combinations of VARCHAR2 lengths and NUMBER vs VARCHAR2 for some of the numeric fields.
I am not getting any Bad, Log or Discard files.
I can do a GET from the SQL prompt, and see the data:
    SQL> GET 'C:\temp\input_dir'myfile.rpt'
    and I see the data.
    Windows 7
    Oracle 11.2
I am not positive of the newline record delimiter - these files are generated by an automated system. Probably generated on a UNIX machine.
Any suggestions on what to try would be helpful.
KUP-04043 error message says to check the syntax .. .I am running out of thigns to check.
    Thank you - Karen

And the get ( I created the sanitized file, so we have a real working, failing, santiized example):
    SQL> get c:\Inputfiles\myfile.rpt
    1 ZZ,ANYOLDDATA,77777,25002000,201103,12,555.555,11.222

    5* ZZ,OTHERDATAS,77122,55069600,201103,22, 1.011,0.293
    So the full series is:
    CREATE DIRECTORY INPUT_DIR AS 'C:\InputFiles';
    -- grant READ and WRITE
    GRANT READ ON DIRECTORY INPUT_DIR TO ILQC;
    GRANT WRITE ON DIRECTORY INPUT_DIR TO ILQC;
-- As SYS, create the bad/log/discard directory:

  • Idoc/ALE error handling, send to external email

    Hi all,
I'm developing an IDoc inbound interface for purchase order create using PORDCR1. For the error handling functionality, I need to send an external email describing all of the validation error happened in user-exit EXIT_SAPFKCIM_002. Please kindly tell me how to cater the functionality. I won't use workflow because the error handling can't describe all the error, it just displaying the first error encountered. I also don't want to create any custom object since message type PORDCR1 is available. I think creating a custom FM is a possible way, but if there is another way, please tell me how.
    Thanks,
    Teddy

    Hi Teddy,
A custom FM is the easiest and simple way. There may be other ways.

  • Ads by external sources

I downloaded from torrent and now stuck with an ad by external sources virus..I referred to the earlier advice to -vsearch  but can't seem to get rid of it…any one has similar experience?

    1. This procedure is a diagnostic test. It changes nothing, for better or worse, and therefore will not, in itself, solve the problem. But with the aid of the test results, the solution may take a few minutes, instead of hours or days.
Don't be put off by the complexity of these instructions. The process is much less complicated than the description. You do harder tasks with the computer all the time.
    2. If you don't already have a current backup, back up all data before doing anything else. The backup is necessary on general principle, not because of anything in the test procedure. Backup is always a must, and when you're having any kind of trouble with the computer, you may be at higher than usual risk of losing data, whether you follow these instructions or not.
There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional. Ask if you need guidance.
    3. Below are instructions to run a UNIX shell script, a type of program. As I wrote above, it changes nothing. It doesn't send or receive any data on the network. All it does is to generate a human-readable report on the state of the computer. That report goes nowhere unless you choose to share it. If you prefer, you can act on it yourself without disclosing the contents to me or anyone else.
You should be wondering whether you can believe me, and whether it's safe to run a program at the behest of a stranger. In general, no, it's not safe and I don't encourage it.
In this case, however, there are a couple of ways for you to decide whether the program is safe without having to trust me. First, you can read it. Unlike an application that you download and click to run, it's transparent, so anyone with the necessary skill can verify what it does.
You may not be able to understand the script yourself. But variations of it have been posted on this website thousands of times over a period of years. The site is hosted by Apple, which does not allow it to be used to distribute harmful software. Any one of the millions of registered users could have read the script and raised the alarm if it was harmful. Then I would not be here now and you would not be reading this message.
Nevertheless, if you can't satisfy yourself that these instructions are safe, don't follow them. Ask for other options.
    4. Here's a summary of what you need to do, if you choose to proceed:
☞ Copy a line of text in this window to the Clipboard.
☞ Paste into the window of another application.
☞ Wait for the test to run. It usually takes a few minutes.
☞ Paste the results, which will have been copied automatically, back into a reply on this page.
The sequence is: copy, paste, wait, paste again. You don't need to copy a second time. Details follow.
    5. You may have started the computer in "safe" mode. Preferably, these steps should be taken in “normal” mode, under the conditions in which the problem is reproduced. If the system is now in safe mode and works well enough in normal mode to run the test, restart as usual. If you can only test in safe mode, do that.
    6. If you have more than one user, and the one affected by the problem is not an administrator, then please run the test twice: once while logged in as the affected user, and once as an administrator. The results may be different. The user that is created automatically on a new computer when you start it for the first time is an administrator. If you can't log in as an administrator, test as the affected user. Most personal Macs have only one user, and in that case this section doesn’t apply. Don't log in as root.
    7. The script is a single long line, all of which must be selected. You can accomplish this easily by triple-clicking anywhere in the line. The whole line will highlight, though you may not see all of it in the browser window, and you can then copy it. If you try to select the line by dragging across the part you can see, you won't get all of it.
Triple-click anywhere in the line of text below on this page to select it:

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
    8. Launch the built-in Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
Click anywhere in the Terminal window and paste by pressing command-V. The text you pasted should vanish immediately. If it doesn't, press the return key.
    9. If you see an error message in the Terminal window such as "Syntax error" or "Event not found," enter
    exec bash
and press return. Then paste the script again.
    10. If you're logged in as an administrator, you'll be prompted for your login password. Nothing will be displayed when you type it. You will not see the usual dots in place of typed characters. Make sure caps lock is off. Type carefully and then press return. You may get a one-time warning to be careful. If you make three failed attempts to enter the password, the test will run anyway, but it will produce less information. In most cases, the difference is not important. If you don't know the password, or if you prefer not to enter it, press the key combination control-C or just press return  three times at the password prompt. Again, the script will still run.
If you're not logged in as an administrator, you won't be prompted for a password. The test will still run. It just won't do anything that requires administrator privileges.
    11. The test may take a few minutes to run, depending on how many files you have and the speed of the computer. A computer that's abnormally slow may take longer to run the test. While it's running, there will be nothing in the Terminal window and no indication of progress. Wait for the line
    [Process completed]
to appear. If you don't see it within half an hour or so, the test probably won't complete in a reasonable time. In that case, close the Terminal window and report what happened. No harm will be done.
    12. When the test is complete, quit Terminal. The results will have been copied to the Clipboard automatically. They are not shown in the Terminal window. Please don't copy anything from there. All you have to do is start a reply to this comment and then paste by pressing command-V again.
At the top of the results, there will be a line that begins with the words "Start time." If you don't see that, but instead see a mass of gibberish, you didn't wait for the "Process completed" message to appear in the Terminal window. Please wait for it and try again.
If any private information, such as your name or email address, appears in the results, anonymize it before posting. Usually that won't be necessary.
    13. When you post the results, you might see an error message on the web page: "You have included content in your post that is not permitted," or "You are not authorized to post." That's a bug in the forum software. Please post the test results on Pastebin, then post a link here to the page you created.
    14. This is a public forum, and others may give you advice based on the results of the test. They speak only for themselves, and I don't necessarily agree with them.

I have read Internet about this case. And this solutions help to us, but only for one month... But it comes again and again. I
have read information about X500 address, but these all cases involved
a local user. When error comes description is about wrong X500 for local user. Why my Exchange 2010 SP3 doesn't send email to external domain, but looking in local database? Of course this address absent in database, because it is
    external address.
Can be this is due to the fact that the user stores more than 30,000 messages in one folder and OAB always crushed?
This problem has only one user, and only while he write to Exchange Online domain.
    Thank you!

    Hello,
Please try to use owa to send a message to exchange online user to check the result.
Because there are many messages, I recommend you set retention policy, and then apply it to the user's mailbox.

  • A trappable error (E0434F4D) occurred in an external object

When launching crystal reports from ASP application following error displayed in the Internet Explorer screen .
"A trappable error (E0434F4D) occurred in an external object. The script cannot continue running"
    Our System Configuration :
Report launched from Internet Explorer 7.0 .
Web server : Windows 2003 Standard Edition.
    HTTP Status : 500
Moreover , on resetting the Internet Information Service the report is launching properly .
The same error message has been recorded in the event viewer log .

Need more details on the duplication steps?
How many times is the report run before you have to reset IIS?
    What else is happening?
If it works for a while this usually means there are open documents not disconnecting or possibly you have run out or licenses. RDC only allows 3 connections then no more users can access the reports until one CAL becomes available.
You may need to build in Report job caching and wait for the job complete before sending off another report to process.
RAS is more robust and can handle higher loads than the deprecated RDC which is no longer shipped with CR 2008. You should look at upgrading your WEB app to ASP.NET which has version CR 10 runtime included with .NET or go to the full CR developer version which will give you inProc RAS and can then do RCAPI functionality...
    Thank you
    Don

  • File error: wrong file type

So my friend dropped my MacBook Pro the other day and broke my hard drive. Most of the data (well, 300 out of 500G) was recovered, but all I *really* cared about was the FEATURE LENGTH FILM I'd spent the last 4 months editing. And of course it was too big to fit on my external hard drive and I'm too broke to buy a new one, so if I can't get it open from the recovered data I'm going to have to re-edit the thing.
The file itself did seem to survive the data recovery process, but when I open the file, it gives me an error: "File error: wrong file type." I've played around with the extensions- first saving the extensionless file as a .fce (this is actually FCE, not FCP, but I thought people might have better answers in this forum), which didn't work, then tried saving it as a .txt, then resaving as .fce, which also didn't work. No matter what I do, it's still giving me the "wrong file type" error.
Is my data probably just corrupted and I'm screwed? Or is there anything else I can try to recover the project? Most of my source files seem to have survived (although they all lost their .mov extension), but the Final Cut file itself just won't open.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
    Amy

You might give the following a try...
    1. open the .fcp file with TextEdit
    2. save the file again
    3. open with fcp

  • Azure Sql DB Export to Storage Container fails with "An error occurred while sending the request"

I've built a new VM from which I'm running PowerShell scripts to backup my databases.  It had worked before on an old server for several months, and worked once on the new server, then I upgraded my Azure PowerShell cmdlets, and haven't been able to
get it to work again.  The new version is 0.8.10.1.
Below is my source code, with sensitive stuff replaced with ?'s.  When I display the $stctx and $dbctx, they seem to have reasonable values.  I added the IP address of the server as an exception to the db firewall, and I've installed SQL Server
Mangement Studio and verified that I can connect to the database.  I have a feeling there's something simple I've overlooked.
    Here's are both error messages:
Start-AzureSqlDatabaseExport : An error occurred while sending the request.
    At C:\Users\Public\PublicCmds\test.ps1:29 char:1
    + Start-AzureSqlDatabaseExport -SqlConnectionContext $dbctx -StorageContext $stctx ...

    Here is the source code:
    param($dbname)
    if ($dbname -eq $null) {
write-host "Database code must be specified"
    return
    $password = "????"| ConvertTo-SecureString -asPlainText -Force
    $servercredential = new-object System.Management.Automation.PSCredential("????", $password)
    $dbsize = 1
    $dbrestorewait = 10
    $dbserver = "????"
    $stacct = $dbname
    $stkey = "????"
    $stctx = New-AzureStorageContext -StorageAccountName $stacct -StorageAccountKey $stkey
    $dbctx = New-AzureSqlDatabaseServerContext -ServerName $dbserver -Credential $servercredential
    $dt = Get-Date
    $timestamp = "_" + $dt.Year + "-" + ("{0:D2}" -f $dt.Month) + "-" + ("{0:D2}" -f $dt.Day) + "-" + ("{0:D2}" -f $dt.Hour) + ("{0:D2}" -f $dt.Minute)
    $bkupname = $dbname + $timestamp + ".bacpac"
    write-host "db context"
    $dbctx
    write-host "storage context"
    $stctx
    write-host "Backup $dbname to $bkupname"
    Start-AzureSqlDatabaseExport -SqlConnectionContext $dbctx -StorageContext $stctx -StorageContainerName databasebackup -DatabaseName $dbname -BlobName $bkupname

    Hi Brad,
Mentioned script, with appropriate values, works on my system.
I'm able to export an Azure SQL database to blob storage. Am using version 0.8.10.1 of cmdlets, so this the same version mentioned in this problem description.
Can you please try using Add-AzureAccount and check if that helps. This is indicated in a different third-party blog.

Does it work from a different machine with newly downloaded credentials.
Does it work for a newly created database (so minimal database size).
If above do not work, we may require additional details like RequestID, StorageAccountName, ServerName so an MS ticket may be more appropriate.

  • Reg: Error in Mail sending through background job in SCOT

    Hello experts,
I am trying to schedule a background job through SCOT so as to send the mails present in SOST.
The job is running but it is giving error as "Invalid status  for recipient" in SOST.
But when I am sending it directly from SOST it is delivered without any errors. The email address is maintained correctly and SMTP settings are also correct as while sending it directly from SOST it reaches the required recipient without any error.
This error is observed only through background job. I am using program RSCONN01 with variant SAP&CONNECTINT in background job.
Kindly suggest why I am getting the error "Invalid status  for recipient" in background job.
    Thanks & Regards

  • Sending an error/ok to sender web service

    Hi
I'm using a SOAP(async) adapter to receive and send messages from and to a web service. The sender party would like to receive a error/ok status from XI if the SOAP message was delivered successfully. Can someone please advise here.
    Thanks in advance
    Clinton

    Hi Clinton,
I am pretty sure that the adapter gives back standardized
    exceptions.
You could also use the faultmessage functionalities
    in the message interface.
    Maybe this helps:

  • Acrobat 9 Pro  " An error occurred while sending mail"

    Dear Gurus:
Free ice cream to the person with the answer that works.      I use Vista OS, 32 bit;    IE (Primary) and Mozilla;   Outlook E-mail (primary) and Windows Mail.  The preceding has been the case for the last two years so "nothing has changed".    I used Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro for two years and designed a number of interactive forms and used the functionality as much as possible.   Overall a good experience with Pro 9
Case in point, I designed an interactive employment application that was regularly used, updated and re-released over a period of about two years without incident.  It was set up to be completed online by employment applicants.  Once completed, they would click to  "e-mail the office"  the completed application then close the document.    It was set up with the button to send a form, and more precisely to send the form as .FDF to the mailto: address#1; address #2.   Again it worked fine using either Mozilla or IE until last week.      As usual, I made some minor edits to the existing body fields and left the buttons alone sine there was no need to bother them.
I emailed  the revised  .PDF document to   "the web guy" who added it to the website- like all the times before.     I went online to  "test it" as usual so I filled it out.   When I click the button to send form to office, the option comes up to select the email client.   I use Outlook so I selected "Desktop E-mail Application",  click  OK  and then I immediately get the message  "An error has occurred while sending mail".      In the past without fail, the Outlook would open after 1-3 seconds and attach the   .FDF file with the normal  .FDF and data jargon.  no problem...      Also, I am aware of extending features to Reader and the licensing issue, but I doubt that is an issue.....
So, before I posted here I tried a few things:
A-  I tried opening the source  .PDF application locally on my PC and filled it out. I clicked the button to "sent the file" to myself.    To be clear this was not posted on the website, but it did open Outlook, create the email, add the .FDF and sent it to me.       HHHMMMM so it works locally....
B-  Next, I started fresh with a blank adobe document page and added two items:  1- a text field and a new email submit button I created to send the data via FDF.    I set it up, it worked fine when I tested it locally on the PC and created the .FDF file and the Outlook email and I sent it to myself.     Then  I took this same little test file and added it to a different website I have access to, I re-published the site,  ccessed the form and  no dice......    I got the same message,  " an error occurred while sending mail"  when I clicked OK to use the Desktop Email Application.
C- I read other posts and Googled for about 6 hours yesterday and  now I am missing clumps of hair.
So, it seems something "happened" that will not let the email be created from an existing form; or a NEW form that are available for use on a website;  but BOTH  work just fine if accessed on a local PC.
    Please , and thank you..
    Brian P.

    Hi Bill,
Thank you for your follow up.       I'm not sure what you mean by,  "did I do a comparison to the original".    If you're asking whether I'm sure the .PDF and the .FDF are the "same" documents, they are...  however the problem is even if they were entirely different forms, my issue is once the submit form button is clicked, Outlook fails to initialize and attach the   .FDF file .
I mentioned how I tried to recreate the "error" by building a new form from scratch in order to eliminate all the possible variables of having a bug in the form that had been updated so many times before without incident.   Even with the new form having just one text field and one submit form button,  it worked as needed when I used the .PDF file locally right from my PC by  filling out the field and submitting the form's  .FDF data to myself.      It opened the Outlookprogram, created the mail and attached the .FDF file.     I clicked "send" and away it goes  from "me" to "me" and I was able to open the email, click the .FDF then browse to the .PDF source form so the files could extract into the   .PDF.    All normal and all Okay ,  like 100 times before using the WEB, but not now... .
Today,  even that simple form with one field and one submit button encounters the same  "An error has occurred while sending mail"  message upon clicking on the web based submit button.     The option comes up to let me select the email server and when I click  "OK" , the error notice comes up...    grrrrrrrrrrrrr
In short, when the form is used in a website environment, it doesn't want to create the outgoing email with the .FDF file attachment.      Normally, it worked like a peach.
    ?? I dunno
