CQ.BrowseDialog tree navigation doesn't work in IE = 10

Hi,
I've got a problem with CQ.BrowseDialog widget. I'm using it through CQ.form.PathField and surprisingly the tree navigation inside doesn't appear to work in Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 (but it does work in IE 8 & 9 and any other browser). The dialog pop-ups normally when I click on search icon, and all buttons (Close, OK, Cancel) react properly. But when I click on filesystem elements, they don't expand, colapse or highlight. Sadly, JS console doesn't throw any errors.
My CQ version is 5.4.0.20110218. Can you help me with fixing the issue, or at least give some idea how to debug this widget? Many thanks.

I managed to find and install the package (I think that's the right one) from:
http://dev.day.com/packageshare/packages/public/day/cq540/hotfix/cq-5.4.0-hotfix-35198.htm l
...but it didn't help. The tree navigation in BrowseDialog still doesn't work in IE 10 and there are no JS errors in my console. Description of the package I installed says about some fixes for IE 9, but not for newer versions.
IE got me used to some errors, but rather in older versions. Here we have an opposite situation: a widget won't work in IE 10. Can I do anything more now, for example debug CQ widgets JavaScript? Any advice welcome.

Adobe AIR help; breadcrum navigation doesn't work in multibyte characters?

I created Adobe application with RoboHelp 9 (using FrameMaker files,
which are written in Japanese and English) to find that breadcrum navigation on the top doesn't work.
Is this a feature that breadcrum navigation doesn't support multibyte characters? Or is this any workaround?

Keboard navigation doesn't work in print dialog

Hi,
We are using JRE 1.6.0_04 . I just found that the tab and shift+tab keys don't work on the print dialog . Also the properties button is disabled .
Does anybody know the reason ?

Apple Maps Navigation Doesn't Work on 3G on iPhone 5

Has anyone else noticed that on iPhone 5, Apple Maps defaults to non-voice guided navigation when LTE is purposely turned off?
Since navigation is supposed to work on the iPhone 4S, I assumed that while on 3G the navigation should work. But it doesn't.
I have the switch set to off to preserve battery life, plus have really bad LTE coverage here anyway.

It will not find another phone. This has never been a feature of iphone/ipod/ipad.
Bluetooth is supported for stereo headsets/speakers, handsfree telephone devices, some keyboards, some apps from the app store, and internet tethering if provided by the carrier.
Other than this it will not connect to a phone or computer.

Guided Navigation doesn't work properly

Hi,
i've a dashboard page with two reports. Each report is in a distinct section. Then i've created a dummy report. When it returns 0 rows first report must be shown, otherwise must be shown the second one. To implement this i've used a Guided Navigation functionality.
Unfortunately, expecially when i clear all caches happens that on the screen appear two labels "Preparing Guided Navigation" but at the end they disappear and no one report is shown.
I've read on this forum a lot of messages about an issue similar, but i've not found a univoque response. I hope you can clarify the situation.
The particularity is that this issue happens only on this dashboard page. Infact i've used Guided Navigation functionality in other places in my Dashboard and all works perfectly. I'm considering that the problem could be the dummy report.

Check if the presentation variable is passing or try creating a new one.

Tree selection doesn't work when vi running

I've added a tree control to my LabVIEW app with 6 columns, the
children each have unique tags as does the parent. I can not
select any of the items while my VI is executing -- I can, however,
make selections when the app is not running. The selection mode
is "0 to 1 item".
Any thoughts?

It IS enabled. When copying the tree to a new VI and doing a "Run Continuously",
nothing can be selected. I've posted the file to

Used PCUI navigation to follow up a new opportunity, but it doesn't work.

We faced a authorization problem with PCUI Navigation. We have configured a navigation for following up other opportunity.
If the user has the SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW authorization, the navigation can work. But we changed the user authorization, the navigation doesn't work.
If we used the user at GUI, the user can follow up a new opportunity successfully.
Symptom:
Open an opportunity and click 'Create opportunity'. The EP open a new window for following up a new opportunity. But the new window is blank(If the user has sap_all and sap_new, the new window can show the new opportunity which was created by navigation).
BSP authorization setting:
BSP_APPL Authorization for BSP Applications
Application CRMD_BUS2000111, CRMD_BUS2000111_F4
View for Display in the People *

Assign the Roles to Object type will solve the issue...

Page naviagation doesn't work after deploy ADF application to Weblogic

After deploy my ADF application (ear) to Weblogic Server, the page navigation doesn't work. When running the ear on weblogic, I got following warnings:

I can run the application correctly in jdeveloper 11g environment. I think there is something wrong with deployment. Can anyone help me?

When you target url with .jspx, you are running the page itself, not in the task flow context, so navigation doesn't work.
In the task flow, your page has 'Activity ID' (which is, for example, 'mainPage' for mainPage.jspx) and the navigation is defined for activity IDs, not pages.

In EP to follow up a new opportunity, it doesn't work

Dear,
We faced a authorization problem with EP Navigation. We have configured
a navigation for following up opportunity.
If the user has the EP roles, Super Administration and =S= Sales
Representative, the navigation can work. But we changed the user role
to have only =S= Sales Representative, the navigation doesn't work.
We used the user at GUI, the user can follow up a new opportunity
successfully.
Steps
1. Open an opportunity
2. Click 'Create opportunity'.
3. The EP open a new window for following up a new opportunity. But the
new window is blank
4. If the user has the role of the super administration, the new window
can show a new opportunity which was created by the follow-up method.

which version of the portal are yo using. have you performed the initial ACL settings for the portal content. this could be an issue of rights.
try giving the respective iviews and content in PCD with everyone access and see if it works. If this is the case then you have to set the appropriate access to the groups of users to read and end user access atleast from everyone.

ALV Tree event registration doesn't work

the following is the registration-form which shall register a item-double-click event to my alv-tree-object. when doing the double-click it doesn't open my own methods in the event-handler class but the standard ones and nothing happens further.

It doesn't matter where I place my double-click. The standard event handling "handle_event" is called.
Instead of this I would like to have my coding.....
Changing the cl_gui_alv_tree to cl_gui_column_tree doesn't work since my tree isn't a reference of column_tree but of alv_tree. So I would have to rebuild nearly the entire tree. This cannot be a solution since I guess the double-click item should work anyway.

The browser's back button doesn't work for portlet navigation

I developed a simple portlet that uses webflow navigation to navigate within a
portlet. I made this portlet visible on a portal's home page. When I view my
main portal page, the URL is "http://localhost:7501/samplePortal/index.jsp "
In this page I can see my portlet. When I click on a link inside of the portlet,
it takes me to the page I want. Then, when I click the browser's back button
to go back to the previous page(main portal page), it doesn't work. The URL changes
back to "http://localhost:7501/samplePortal/index.jsp", but portlet itself doesn't
take me to the previous page. Anybody have any ideas? I am guessing it's because
the wfevent is null, but how do I resolve this problem?

I was able to get the back button to work for portals by commenting out the following
lines in the portal.jsp:

// response.setHeader("Pragma", "no-cache"); // HTTP 1.0
// response.setDateHeader("Expires", 0); // prevents caching at proxy
I also made sure my browser was set to allow the caching of pages.
You are having problems, because we set the response headers to tell the browser
to not cache the portal pages, and the portlet state has not changed back to it's
original state.

Navigation bar doesn't work

I'm working on my website, and the navigation bar doesn't work. When I test it in iWeb, (checking the box that says "make hyperlinks active") it works fine, but when I publish it, they're dead. I can click as much as I want and they don't work.
I replaced the default title with a title that has a hyperlink to send you back to the main page. I'm wondering if this might affect it.
any tips?
the website (for now) is web.mac.com/chriscowan. As of this post, the only active links from the main page are "Music," "Podcasts," and "Words."

i too have been searching for an answer to this problem. found something in another post that totally fixed it. don't know if it will help you but worth a try.
check to see if a grahic box is covering your nav bar. Turn on 'Show Layout' to see the graphic boxes.

Are you outside with a clear view of the sky? The first time a GPS device tries to acquire the GPS satellites it could take several minutes. Subsequent acquisitions will be faster.
And as already asked, does your iPad have GPS?

Prompt constrain doesn't work with chart navigation

Hi,
i've following issue.
I've a dashboard page X with two prompts State and Country. Country is constrained to first prompt (i've checked "Constrain" check - box in prompt definition). In the same page i've a bar chart with navigation rule to a target dashboard page Y.
When i click on it, constrained prompt doesn't work, in fact it doesn't filter Countries depending first prompt but select All Countries.
Example:
Page X :
In prompt State i select "Italy"-> prompt Country is correctly constrained. In fact it shows correctly "Rome, Florence, Turin and so on
Click on bar chart (in chart properties setted navigation rule to page dashboard Y)
Page Y:
Prompt State is filled with "Italy" -> prompt Country isn't constrained. In fact it shows even states that don't belong to Italy State.
Why ?
There's a solution?

i've substituted my filter definition with 'is prompted' and now it works. But i don't understand why. Can you explain how are correlated request filters (is prompted) and prompt values?
