CR Add-on 2.0.0.7 Problem: Only Super Users are allowed access ...

Hi Everybody,
We have installed the latest ( to my best understanding) version of CR Add-on (2.0.0.7 , compiled for 64 bit , downloaded from Richard Duffy's blog) and we are receiving the error message "Only Super Users are allowed access to this function" .
We've checked that the users are all Super Users and they have Professional and Addon licenses.
The only relevant thread I've found in forums solved the issue by installing the latest version of CR Add-on, which we've did.
The installation is  B1 2007 A SP001 ,PL 11.
Any ideas will be highly welcomed.
Thanks in advance,
Simon

We have the same issue, this happens when you go to Administration > Crystal Reports
We can't see the reports in CR
Please if you have a solution tell me.
Thx and Regards,

    is there anyone to help
    with regards

    Its a warning. You can ignore it, and your program will run correctly.
    To get the full details, follow the instructions and run it with Xlint:
    javac -Xlint:unchecked beans\CustomerManager.javaProduces this error message:
    beans\CustomerManager.java:19: warning: [unchecked] unchecked call to add(E) as a member of the raw type java.util.List
                rv.add(getCustomer(String.valueOf(i)));
                      ^
    1 warningIt is a Java1.5 specific warning because you are not using the new Generics info with the collections.
    Here is the version that compiles with no warnings whatsoever.
    package beans;
    import java.util.ArrayList;
    import java.util.List;
    public class CustomerManager
        public List<Customer> getCustomers()
            return generateCustomers();
        private List<Customer> generateCustomers()
            List<Customer> rv = new ArrayList<Customer>();
            for (int i = 0; i < 10; i++)
                rv.add(getCustomer(String.valueOf(i)));
            return rv;
        public Customer getCustomer(String id)
            return new Customer(id, id + "First", "Last" + id,
                "123 Caroline Road Fooville");
    }Basically the change was everywhere you have List or ArrayList replace it with List<Customer> - meaning you have a List of customer objects, rather than just a List of "anything"
    If you are compiling with jdk1.5, then anywhere you use a Collection without specifying the types in this manner, it will create a warning.
    You can ignore the warning if you so wish, and the program should run fine.
    Cheers,

    Add me to the list of Unhappy Razr M users after the KitKat 'upgrade'
    I did a quick Google search and found that many people were having issues after upgrading to KitKat.
    If I disable my Bluetooth connection to my portable speaker I can connect to my router and the Internet.
    If I have Bluetooth on and connected to anything Bluetooth my WiFi shows that it's connected but it will not actually connect to the Internet.
    I have restarted the phone, restarted the router, unpaired everything and re-paired everything, re-discovered the WiFi and re-added my home Internet connection on the phone and router. The Internet connection problem is only there when I have the phone connected to something Bluetooth.
    Surely this can't be considered acceptable since I had a perfectly functioning phone on Thursday morning at 8am and by 9am I now have a phone that won't connect to WiFi and Bluetooth at the same time.
    Please fix this Verizon, this issue is not at my end!

    A knowledgeable gent recently reported it as "soon".

    so what
    greetings from berlin

    Greetings,
    It appears to be a FW problem, possibly flaky case, or drive problem.
    One way to test is to Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, Test for problem in Safe Mode...
    PS. Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive
    Reboot, test again.
    If it only does it in Regular Boot, then it could be some hardware problem like Video card, (Quartz is turned off in Safe Mode), or Airport, or some USB or Firewire device, or 3rd party add-on, Check System Preferences>Accounts (Users & Groups in later OSX versions)>Login Items window to see if it or something relevant is listed.
    Check the System Preferences>Other Row, for 3rd party Pref Panes.
    Also look in these if they exist, some are invisible...

  • Problems restricting AD users from logging in

    We previously had a Snow Leopard Server/client setup and used the magic triangle, placing AD users in an AD group and then nesting this within an OD group in Workgroup Manager.  This group was then given access to logon to our clients in the computer group pane (login preference > access) of workgroup manager and all other users were automatically dissallowed.  This worked perfectly and our system relies on this mechanism.
    Having replaced this system with Mountain Lion Server latest release and 10.8.4 clients, the same setup is not working.  We have not extended the AD schema (just for info).
    To restrict access to our clients to a particular user group, we place the users in the AD group, nest the AD group in the OD group and it appears to break the preference and give access to everyone.
    I have tried some other combinations to determine where the problem lays.
    1.     I explicitly give access to a single AD user - the single AD user can log in and no other users can log in.  This is working.
    2.     I explicitly give access to a single AD user and a deny to a second user.  The single AD user can log in, the second user cannot log in.  Other users cannot log in.  This is working.
    3.     I give access to a single OD group containing a nested AD group containing the single AD user that had access in (2).  I also explicitly deny a second user.  Now all AD users can log in except the one user I denied.  This is broken.  All users not in the nested AD group should be denied access.
    4.     I give access to the nested AD group directly instead of nesting within the OD group.  I also explicitly deny a second user.  Now all AD users can log in except the one user I denied.  This is broken and the same result as (3).
    There are some other quirks in Workgroup manager regarding the AD groups and users.  If I add an AD user directly to an OD group then it is displayed correctly until I change tab.  If I return to the tab again the name is "Not Found" with a "target" icon displayed to the left.  The ID is hexidecimal string.  The same occurs with AD groups.  I have read about this and the suggestion was to change the AD user groups to domain.local groups rather than global groups.  I did this and the AD groups then display correctly but this has not solved the login problem.
    If I use the Server.app to view the users and groups they show up correctly including an AD users added directly to the OD groups so this is better than workgroup manager but I cannot restrict access to the clients using Server.app.
    If anyone has any ideas of how to deal with this or workarounds I would really appreciate it.

    Methinks you should be posting to the server forum.

  • Add a new line item in VA01/VA02 using user exits.

    Hi Experts,
    I have a problem regarding adding of line items in VA01/VA02. I was able to add a line item but my problem is, there is no validation for the added line. I want SAP to validate it before posting it to database. I'm using USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE for this one.
    I also found out from other threads, that adding line items in XVBAP is not advisable since no checking will be done after USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE.
    I'm thinking if I can use FM DYNP_VALUES_UPDATE on one of the user exits to add a line item in VA01/VA02 and let SAP do the checking and validation. This way, I'm sure that the added line is correct and data integrity will be maintained.
    Do you have any comments/suggestions about this?
    Thanks a lot,
    Arman.

    Hi,
    I am trying to do this as well but I don't get it working...
    I am able to add records to XVBAP, but those never show up in my sales order.
    I have found that I should also add records to XVBEP, XKOMV and XKOMP before it will be working, but when I add something to XVBEP I do get a dump on SAVE.
    I would like to ask people that managed to get this working to post the code as an example here.
    Thanks and best regards,

  • Add to portal favorites works only in User-language english

    Hi,
    i've got a litte problem with the funktion "add to portal favorites".
    We use our portal to publish BW-Reports (BW7.0). Our development-language is english.
    Both system (BW and EP) are configured in english.
    In the portal (EP 7.0) we have the problem, that the "add to portal favorites" funktion works fine when the user-language is english. When the user-language is german only a few iviews can be added to the favorites....
    Does anyone have an idee where my bug is?
    Christian

    Hi Hema,
    Try this.
    Change the iView properties, these forces all BI reports to fire in EN,
    The setting in the iView of Application Parameters and set this to u201CLanguage=ENu201D.Then this Overrides the local setting of the Portal and forces a BW report to fire in EN.
    try this link :- Query in Portal User-Language-Independent

  • Problem: Slow Intranet Sites/Internal DNS Resolution for only AD Users

    Hello,
    We are experiencing a very odd problem.
    Any and All Active Directory users are experiencing very slow intranet sites.
    We are a school corporation, so this is affecting our Student Information System, as it is entirely web-based and locally hosted.
    All of our Domain Controllers are Windows Server 2012 R2, with all the latest critical updates.
    All client workstations are Windows 8.1 Professional.
    The problem occurs with ALL web browsers (IE, Chrome, FF, etc)
    All DNS queries respond in <1 ms (no matter whether we are logged in as AD User or local computer user).
    If we login as local computer user, we have blazing fast intranet sites/DNS resolution.
    If we login as AD user, everything crawls again... every click on the intranet site spins and says loading for up to 15 seconds.
    If we add the the intranet site to the local computer HOST file, it is blazing fast, just as if we logged on as local computer user.
    If we take it back out of the HOST file, it drags again.
    I am totally stumped!
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks!

    Hi,
    How are DNS settings configured?
    If there are any public DNS IP addresses in Preferred or Alternate field, please remove them, then input these DNS entries in the Advanced section. We should only configure Domain Controllers’ IP addresses on Preferred
    and Alternate DNS server section for domain-joined machines.

  • System freezes due to hard disk problems only on Linux (not windows)

    Intro/context:
    Recently i've bought (about 2 months) a new laptop, a Lenovo G50-70, which came with Windows 8.1. As i had no interest on that OS, i formatted the disk and installed only Arch Linux. During that time i experienced system freezes which i had no idea why they were happening. As time went by, i found disk errors on system logs related to hard drive. I searched those errors and almost everything i found was that my hard drive had problems, so i decided to use my warranty. But first, i installed the original OS back again. And after using it a couple of weeks, i didn't experiencie any problem with my hard drive (on Linux it was really frequent). Now i've installed Arch Linux back, along with original Windows 8.1, having dual boot. There is no disk problem when using Windows, but when on Arch, i have the same errors and problems i used to have. So i assume it may be related to kernel or some confniguration issue.
    I also haven't noticed any relation between system freezes and system use. I mean, it can happen either under light or heavy use.
    tl dr: system freezes randomly for some minutes when using linux due to hard drive problems. The problem doesn't happen on windows.
    What i've done so far:
    The first period i was on Arch, i run smart (long and short), fsck, and hdparm tests. And nothing (no errors). Searched for bad blocks, and nothing. When back on windows, i also run tests on hdd and found no problems, except some sector reallocation not-that-nice indicators. These problems occured at the end of the first arch installation period. But still i currently experience no problem on windows.
    I've also tried setting libata: noncq, 3.0G, noacpi, noapic kernel parameters, and had no result.
    Changed BIOS setting from AHCI to Legacy, and no result. Also updated BIOS and no result.
    I found no firmware update for this hard drive.
    So i don't know what other thing i can try. I want to emphasize that there is no problem, no freezing, when running Windows, so i don't think it's a hard drive issue.
    Info:
    Hard drive is a Toshiba 2.5" HDD MQ01ABD100 5400 rpm.
    Some logs i've recollected all this time:

    Something i'd noticed both the first time i was on arch and now i've reinstalled it, was that at first i didn't have this problem. I mean, when Arch was just installed. While i was installing and setting up everything.
    Now, i'm not 100% sure about this, but i think problems began when using my current user. Disk is partitioned the following way:
    $ lsblk
    NAME MAJ:MIN RM SIZE RO TYPE MOUNTPOINT
    sda 8:0 0 931,5G 0 disk
    ├─sda1 8:1 0 1000M 0 part
    ├─sda2 8:2 0 260M 0 part /boot
    ├─sda3 8:3 0 207,7G 0 part
    ├─sda4 8:4 0 25G 0 part
    ├─sda5 8:5 0 14,8G 0 part
    ├─sda6 8:6 0 80,5G 0 part /
    ├─sda8 8:8 0 599G 0 part /home
    └─sda9 8:9 0 2G 0 part [SWAP]
    So, i believe problems, for some reason, are related (and were related), both before and now, to the /home partition, /dev/sda8 in this ocassion.
    Because of this, i booted into systemd rescue mode, like root, rw, and unmounted /home partition. Despite root-only limitations, i used the system for a couple of hours, started lxqt, browsed the web mainly, and experienced no problem at all.
    Now i booted normally, with my regular user, and these problems are experienced just like before (and almost instantly, like 3 or 5 minutes after starting system use).
    dmesg this time showed a some different log, though it's not the first time i see this. I just didn't saved that kind of log before.

    There are some sda8 (home) related messages. I also found these messages first time Arch was installed (i think also related to home partition).
    root and home partitions are both ext4.

    how do you add a google calendar to muse web site, that updates are synced?

    You can add Google Calender using iframe which Google provides if you go to calender settings.
    Once you insert this code in Muse page through Object > Insert HTML , the calender will be displayed on page.

  • I have over 1200 songs in my iTunes library that have always synced fine, I have added a new album to my list from one of my CD's, synced to add it to my library but less that 100 songs are now on my device and no matter how many ways I try its not worked

    I have over 1200 songs in my iTunes library that have always synced fine, I have added a new album to my list from one of my CD's, synced to add it to my library but less that 100 songs are now showing on my device and no matter how many ways I try its not able to show any more.
    Does anyone know why this is happening and how to rectify the situation as I have tried every help setting for the last 4 hours.

    I have tried everything I have read on the Internet about sync issues and restore etc and not there isn't a single song on my iPad or iPod touch. All of the songs are listed in my iTunes but are all greyed out, some have the cloud symbol next to them but lots don't and some say waiting.
    Long and short is nothing will save to my devices at all.....HELP !!!!!!!?

  • How do I sync music onto 3 phones with different iclouds but one apple id and one laptop without any problems, each phone user wants different music???

    I have recently uploaded some music onto my laptop from cds onto my itunes library. User 1 (B) is a regular user of itunes and has playlists on his iphone from cds. User 2 (c) wanted like a particular cd on his phone and it synced onto iphone ok from the itunes library, also has never used the laptop before to sync normally uses icloud.
    User 1(b) later downloaded 5 cds onto itunes and wanted to sync onto iphone but now cannot get the sync to work, however when you ask what is actually on the phone those cds do feature via itunes but are shown in grey on the screen whereas all the other music on the phone is in black.
    FACTs
    I only have one laptop and one login on the laptop
    All three phones have their own icloud
    User 3(K) just uses icloud and doesn't use itunes on the laptop but occasionally buys tracks straight from itunes on her iphone
    QUESTION
    Does this mean only one user can login/sync to itunes?
    What is the solution to this problem so that all 3 users will be able to log on to itunes with the same login on the laptop to sync cds onto iphones?
    Would Home Sharing help?
    Thanks

    You are going to need to change the email address you use with your old ID. Once you have got access to your old account you will then log into both accounts at the same time on your Mac and transfer your data to a single account. We can do this later, but need you to get access to your old account first.

  • Network Drive problems with Fast User Switching

    I have a USB drive connected to my Time Capsule and shared to the network. On one of my computers (Mac Pro) I have 2 user accounts which access the data (music, photos). The first one to access the drive after a power on has no problems, and everything works perfectly. However, if I Fast User Switch to the other account, it can see the drive but cannot access it (permission problem apparently). I then have to click the disconnect button in finder, and reconnect, and then can use it again fine. Then when I switch back to the first account its the same deal, having to disconnect and reconnect. It is really annoying, since it marks all my itunes songs as missing and whatnot. Does anyone know how to fix it?
    Thanks!

    Yes, under Sharing in System Preferences both users have been added to full access of the drive. I had to do that for the non-admin account to be able to access it at all.
