Create Additional Phonebook or Directory

Does anyone know of an easy way to create additional phonebooks or directories for IP phones? By using a CSV file, text file or something similar rather than an LDAP lookup? I'd like to create an option under our directories with local resturants or other frequently dialed numbers. Thanks!

To add another listing under Directories option, you would have to modify the default directories webpage, which would not be simple. You can create an XML page and Subscriber it as a Service on the phone.

    Here is the posting again - sanitized this time.
    You can create users in LDAP/AD from SAP without a problem. SAP provides function modules to create/maintain/delete users with LDAP attributes in the correct ou path.
    You can also perform group membership assignment in LDAP from SAP if needed.
    I have done this quite a few times at different companies that use SAP HCM.
    A userid in SAP is created automatically during hiring action with default password e.g. birthday of employee and certain authorization roles based on configured information.
    The userid is then created right away in LDAP in the correct ou path (controlled via custom configuration table) and LDAP group membership is assigned.
    A job runs every 8 hours to perform delta updates in LDAP.
    The userid in SAP and LDAP are locked automatically if the user is terminated using termination action in HR.

    Hi,
    In your report footer, set it to create a new page before it is printed (In 'Section Expert', select the Report Footer -> 'Paging' tab -> Check 'New Page Before' checkbox). Throw your Terms & Conditions into the Report Footer section.
    If you already have a Report Footer that you want to keep, just split the footer into two sections (Right-click the Report Footer section -> 'Insert Section Below') and follow the same procedure for the newly created section.

  • What is the best way to create additional storage AND backup a laptop, as well as the storage?

    Beyond being seriously annoyed at an Apple Employee recommended we go the NAS route at an Apple Store no less—only to find it doesn't work for storage OR Time Machine backups of iPhoto (after spending weeks organizing/transferring date, outside of a good deal of coin)—we are now perplexed as how to set up/store based on our needs.
    Goals
    Create additional storage (iPhoto, iTunes, documents) for the family laptop
    Accessible by anyone/device on the home network (iPad, mini iPad, iPhones, etc..)
    Would prefer the ability to access this offsite as well
    Backup of the laptop
    Backup of the storage HD
    Ensure we do not lose iPhoto libraries data/files
    Here is what I am thinking—need to know if it will work.
    Purchase two HDs
    Plug them into my base station
    Allocate one HD @2T for storage (additional iPhoto libraries, home movies, iTunes libraries, etc...)
    Partition the second HD @3T to handle two Time Machine backups
    (a) Time Machine of the laptop (up to 1T of backups)
    (b) Time Machine of the first HD (up to 2T of backups) - Is this possible?
    What I need to know is
    Is it possible to partition a HD to Time Machine two backups from different sources—one being a HD?
    If this is not a good solution—what is? I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to deal with a lot of data related to iPhoto due to the formatting limitations there.

    While most do not advocate mixing Time Machine backups with other files, I have 3 Time Capsules with files and backups on the same partition and have never had a problem despite doing it for many years. All 3 Time Capsule are set up as NAS devices.
    One Time Capsule holds the Snow Leopard partition backup of two computers. The other two each have a backup of the Mountain Lion partition of two computers. Time Machine is set up to alternate between the devices, which it can now do. On these 2 Time Capsules is a copy of the iTunes Library and a copy of the iPhotos Library, which provides a backup for the two. Every so often I manually copy the new files from the primary iTunes/iPhotos library to the backup on the other Time Capsule.
    If the computer is on, I can access the computer from my iPad and then access the hard drives and the files.
    Hopefully, I have been able to make this clear.

    Please add one extra field in the data structure of the target mapping and let its occurrence be 0..unbounded under the root node 'MT_ADP_Invoice'.
    Apply the condition, if tax code MSKWZ (with its context changed to E1EDP01) equalsS to '03', then map it to the newly created target field whose occurrence is 0..unbounded.
    This will then create an additional field which is your requirement.
    The above is one way.
    But if you want to have the same target field name as ADP_File appended for tax field being '03'.
    Then in that case you can you two message mapping for one common operational mapping / interface.
    In the first message mapping you need to have one target data structure created with the source data structure remaining the same as the one shown by you in scrn shot. Now this target data structure will be similar to the source, except that you need to add one more field at the end(name different from other fields) in target (whose occurrence should be 0..unbounded), and it needs to be mapped to E1EDP01 provided the tax code field MSKWZ(its context changed to E1EDP01) equalsS to constant '03'.
    In the second message mapping you need to map the target structure of previous message mapping to the actual required structure. The newly added field should be mapped to ADP_File of your final target structure.
    This will then create the same structure as required.
    Note : Please change the occurence of ADP_File to 0..unbounded.

    The answer lies in the remit of your Windows administrator to create an alias or link that points
    from your db server to your app server.
    Once that is done, you can refer to the directory as if it was a local one situated on the db server, as normal.

    I'm hoping someone could help me with this problem. I've searched so many websites trying to resolve this issue and it seems no matter what I try I keep getting the same error message.
    I've followed the steps in setting up SCCM 07 from this web site which was very nicely done! I've also followed the directions on Microsofts Tech Net website on how to configure WebDav and IIS settings.
    I'm working on a Virtual Windows Server 2008 32-bit OS, SP2, SCCM 07 SP2, IIS7
    Here is the message I get in the log files:

    I could be completely wrong but I read somewhere that with the latest version of IIS doesn't install these user accounts. I checked to see if those accounts existed and they didn't.
    I've tried what this one website mentioned:

    - Remove the MP role from the Site Server. Watch the MPSetup.log to ensure that the removal is complete.
    - Uninstall the IIS component from the OS of the Site Server.
    - Reboot the Site Server.
    - Run ccmdelcert.exe from the SMS Toolkit.
    - Reinstall the IIS component (with BITS) on the OS of the Site Server.
    - Go into the IIS manager and allow WebDav.
    - Add the MP role to the Site Server. Watch the MPSetup.log to ensure that the installation completes correctly.
    These steps didn't seem to work, probably because it was for SMS 2003.

  • Formula that creates additional rows

    Greetings everyone. I am fairly new to Apple numbers. I have a spreadsheet that calculates an investment return for clients year by year based on their age. I need the spreadsheet to go out to the clients age 100. There is an input page that I put in the clients age as well as additional information that it uses to calculate the investment return. It then takes the clients age and starts off the first column (client age) with that value. Each row has about 5 columns with different information being displayed. I am looking for a way for numbers to take the clients age column and automatically continue to create additional rows until it gets to the clients age 100. I would want each additional row to have the same formatting, formulas, and color scheme as the row before it. Is their a formula that would do this or do I need to create some sort of script?

    You can put the last row (the totals) in a footer and it will always be there or it can be a regular row that is TRUE so it is not hidden.
    If you make the table 125 years in length and automatically hide the unnecessary rows as I have outlined, you won't have to add rows, subtract rows, or tailor it in any other way for each client. It will tailor itself to the correct length based on the age you specify on the client's input page. And next year, when they are a year older, you can change their age in the client input page and the table will change accordingly.
    Depending on how you handle the formulas within the spreadsheet, you can sum things up the normal way with the SUM function or you can sum them up with SUMIF where the "if" is "if the row is TRUE". In other words, if every row that is FALSE has zeros, you can use SUM; if the rows that are FALSE have nonsensical numbers, you could use SUMIF. Formulas for things like rate of return might take some finessing but they too can be done. Any charts you might have can be made to not show hidden data (it's a checkbox), so they too are not a problem.
    I guess I'm from the school of "if it can be done within Numbers, then do it within Numbers" versus throwing scripts into the mix. It will be more versatile and portable if it does not require a script because a script is a separate entity, not part of the spreadsheet. Also, if you make changes to the spreadsheet, you may have to make corresponding changes to the script. That's just my opinion. It's your call. I'm sure Yvan can set you up with a terrific script.

    When i use function module KKPI_BDC_ADD_ON_COSTS_CREATE to create additive costs it shows an error. The error is 'THE OBJECT IS LOCKED BY THE USER SARKARD'  the transaction it uses is CK74 for creating.
    I have also read about KKP4_ADD_ON_COSTS_CREATE. But i dont know the usage of it.. 
    I think it will be helpful if u can clarify with first FM.

    I have a similar requirement, but the issue that I am facing is that I can not find any parameter in the FM - KKPI_BDC_ADD_ON_COSTS_CREATE for Valuation Date which is a mandatory field in CK74. How did you overcome that issue, can you please share ?

    Bottom line: You can certainly create a new album without affecting existing photos.

  • Consignment stock GR Posting - system creates additional quant

    During GR posting for an Inbound delivery in WMS system, System is not clearing the negative quant created for consignment stock in interim storage area, instead it posts an addiitonal quant in the interim area.
    Observation: Inbound delivery replicated in WMS system is having special stock number (Field name - SONUM) with four leading zeros ( 0000113000). Later during TO creation system creates negative quant in 902 with 10 Leading zeros
    (0000000000113000) and positive quant  gets created in  XXX destination storage type  with 10 leading zeros after TO confirmation.
    The GR posting  was supposed to clear the negative quant , but it creates an additional quant with 4 Leading zeros resulting in  totally 3 quants .
    Since  system attempts to take 4 leading zeros probably from the inbound delivery , it is unable to  clear the negative quant already created with 10 leading zeros.
    When we replicated the consignemnt putaway process in centralized WM system, things are working fine.
    Any guess as to how and why system is creating additional zeroes? (which inturn is the reason why it creates another quant)

    Thank you for your reply Don, but I had already gone through that procedure and it will only create new mailboxes for received mail. I want to create new mailboxes for sent mail, i.e. the first column being "to" not "from". Under the Mailbox menus there is an option "Use This Mailbox For" but all the options under that (including Sent) are greyed out. Unfortunately the View/Columns option to change from "From" to "To" changes all mailboxes not just the active one.

    the host directory to public/site3 where the public directory
    already exists on the server but site3 directory does not, can
    Dreamweaver create the site3 folder? Other programs will notify
    that the directory does not exist and ask if you'd like for it to
    be created. Dreamweaver just seems to give me error messages.
    I'm currently using a straight FTP program to create the
    directory before I define the remote site but it seems ridiculous
    to have to do this.

  • Required BAPI for CK74N Transaction - Creating Additive Costs

    Hi Experts, Good Day.
    My functional guy has given a requirement to create BDC for transaction CK74N. But as it is an 'Enjoy' Transaction I thought to opt BAPI instead of BDC. But in the forum I did not find exact BAPI for this and also found some suggestions to develop BDC for old transaction CK74.
    So, as of now I have return BDC for CK74. Here also I have a doubt. When I am executing BDC with 'N' - No-Screen mode I am getting an error like "No batch data found for this field" for some materials. This message is raised only those materials for which Costs has not maintained even for once. In this case at one screen the BDC_CURSUR is showing in some other field instead of Pricing field. So, I am getting error. But same BDC is fine with materials for those Costs has been maintained at-least one time.
    So, I hope with BAPI I can overwrite this error. Can anyone please let me know a BAPI for creating Additive Costs (CK74N).

    If you will pass data to above mentioned function module the SAP standard code will make sure BDC is coded in correct way. Please try to use it..Else you will have to determine via code in your BDC whether its first time or not..if first time means a new subscreen will come.
