Create Conditions with VK14
Hi all
I'm trying to create a function to be used as a copy rule in VK14.
I would copy some condition records with two fields in the key.
Example:
Condition Record: Sold-To/Ship-To/ProdHierarchy
I would copy this Record to another combination of Sold-To/Ship-To
Has somebody already created such a function similar to RV15CC01?

Yes you need to create three different transactions as they are different.

Create pricing condition with default value in processing process field

when i maintain the pricing conditions with vk11 or vk31, i want the price maintained is set default as blocked (the processing status field-KBSTAT). can it be done? i am using 4.6c.You should try to use transaction variant

When you create a transaction variant, you run through the transaction in a special mode. In this mode, you decide which elements you no longer need in your transaction and which values should be inserted where. CASE Statement in Where Condition with Multi Valued parameter in SSRS

I am little confused while using CASE statement in Where condition in SSRS. Below is my scenario:

So above query uses WHERE condition with CASE statement from @GROUP parameter. I want to pass this parameter as multi- valued parameter and hence I have used CASE statement IN (@GROUP).
For @Date one dataset will pass the available and default values and
for @GROUP parameters, another dataset will pass the available and default values.
But this is not working as expected. Please suggest me where I am making mistake in the query.

According to your description, I create a sample report in my local environment. It works as I expected. In your scenario, if the selected values from the Date parameter contains some of the Date field values, the selected values from the GROUP parameter
contains some of GROUPS (‘GROUP1’,’GROUP2’,’GROUP3’,’GROUP4’) and the corresponding when statement is executed , then the dataset returns the corresponding values.
In order to trouble shoot this issue, could you tell us what results are you get and what’s your desired results? If possible, you can post the sample data with sample dataset, then we can make further analysis and help you out.

Hi All
I have one sharepoint list with huge data i.e with 20columns and more than 200 records with the fields .
Suppose lets consider there are A,B,C,D,E,F,G,H columns.
Now i want to create one form with the fields A,C,E.
When the user enter the existing data of list for columns A,C..based on C value the E column value should change and update that particular item in the list.
Please guide me without visual web part can we acheive this by Sharepoint designer 2013 or what would be the preferable solution.
Please help me on this as it is very urgent from me..

According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to update the list item in the same sharepoint list with particular condition with Sharepoint Designer 2013.
I recommend to create workflow associated to the list and then start the workflow automatically when an item is changed.
In the workflow, you can add condition and actions as below:
If current item: C equal to Test1
Set E to Test2
Then the value of the filed E will be changed based on the value of the filed C.
In addition, if you create the form using InfoPath, you can add rule to the filed C as below:

Please read my post once again, i never said we can create customer invoice with ref to Purchase order. I said very clearly, " you can follow the normal 3rd party sales process", which means we create customer invoice with ref to sales order only.
Coming into another query,
but some time PO Is generated 110 qth to vendor but vendor may be he will send 105 due to shortage ... and he will tell i will send the the remaining stock after next 10 days now Generally miro will happen only for 105 not 110 ( even we can do MIRO110 also ) but i am talking generally because he received the stock 105 only
But company wants billing for 110 not for 105 because here customer accepted to pay full money
and vendor gave promise to delivery 5 qty in next 10 days
Why will the customer agree to be billed the full qty, when he receive the partial qty?
Let us assume as you said customer agree to pay for full qty, then there are two options.
1. Do the MIRO for full qty since you would be invoicing the customer for full qty
Or
2. Do the MIRO for partial qty and customer should agree for partial invoice
Please note in the normal case also if there is if condition then you don't have other option.
Example:
Order = 100 qty
PO = 100 qty
MIGO = 50 qty and remaining 50 qty Vendor delivery in next 10 days
MIRO =50 qty
But here also customer agreed to pay for full qty, then what will you do ? you don't have other option but to bill the partial qty in standard.
And let me know if you need any more clarity?

BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE add new line and conditions with a condition value

I am using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE to add new lines to a credit memo. All works fine except that I can not seem to put a condition value on the new lines. The condition is created but with a value of 0. I can popluate the condition amount field, KBETR but not KWERT. BAPICONDX seems to only have the COND_VALUE field in it and not CONDVALUE as in BAPICOND. Does anyone have any idea how to do this? In the code below I just want to change the material on the first line of the credit memo and not add the condition. Then add new lines with the the condition.

Hello together,
i have the following problem. I used the BAPI BAPI_PO_CREATE1 to create Purchase Orders with reference to a purchase requsition. I have 2 different types of purchase requsitions. One with normal items and one with services.
So for both the creation of the purchase order works but if i add Conditions on Serivce Item Level to the purchase requsition they are not transfered to the purchase order.
To eliminate misunderstandings in a purchase order there are 3 diffent typs of conditions possible. First on header Level of the purchase order which can easly be filled with BAPI. The second on item level of the purchase order with can also easily be filled with BAPI and the last on service level which i doesn't found in BAPI. May be someone has an idea how to fill these conditions.

Can i create conditional Radio Buttons?
I'm creating forms in Acrobat 9 Pro.
Does anyone know if it is possible to create conditional Radio Buttons that only need to be checked if a certain box or button from another group is checked?
For example: the first group of buttons might show the days of the week. If Tuesday was chosen a choice would need to be made from a further group of buttons (say a choice of time - 9am, 10am or 11am.). If any other day was chosen a different choice might be required or none at all.
I hope this is clear.Here are other ways to share your library but it only works if you're both on the same network: Enable Home Sharing under iTunes/File Menu and read the iTunes Help entry for Home Sharing for additional info. It will allow up to 5 computers on your network to play and download items from your iTunes Library. Alternatively, you can enable "Share My Library On My Local Network" under iTunes Preferences which allows up to 5 computers to play any content in your library but without the ability to download them.
I assume you keep your iTunes Library synchronized on both computers. If you have it also on the MacBook, this Apple support document will explain how to share your iTunes Library with multiple users on the same computer. This is by far the easiest and always available without using the network. -
Field is missing in Create condition table screen
We are going through one minor issue.We are trying to configure output types for billing docs.I am trying to create a condition table with sold to party field.It is displaying in field catalog,but not displaying in create condition table screen.Any idea how to get it?

As you want to create a condition table at billing level and at billing level for sold to party it is KUNAG where as in sales order level it is KUNNR.
VBRK- KUNAG (SOLD TO PARTY AT BILLING LEVEL )
VBAK- KUNNR (SOLD TO PARTY AT SALES ORDER LEVEL )
so you need to select the sold to party KUNAG and if that sold to party is not available , create that sold to party feild (KUNAG) . and save it
Now when you cerate a condtion table check wheather that cerated feild is there are not . sometimes it will be there and sometimes it wont be there . if that feild is not there then , we need to take the help of ABAPer's and they will copy the standard table into Z table and in that they will write the ALV report or any program . so that it gets triggered in that feild catlog.
example :
KUNAG is availabe in VBRK table
so ABAP'ers will be copying hte standard VBRK table in ZVBRK table and in that ZVBRK table they will write the program where this feild KUNAG is also inserted.
so when you create a condtion table then you can see this KUNAG feild, in the list of feild catlog,if that feild is not there just maintain . the feild. automatically it gets triggered in the feild catlog

like that i have total three groups of different names ....
I like to create a parameter in discoveree for theses three group cpuntries.
if i select "EMT" as a parameter i have to get all countries of code 40 to 80.
is there any possible way to create condition for a parameter like if select this parameter those values only should display..
iam selecting country name,code in my query..

Thanks in advance..Perhaps I am misisng something, but would you not have a table that links the code values to the group name the code value is assigned to? Good database design would say that such a table should exist. I would just bring in that table into the business area and create the join that allows the link to that table. Then you have the group name available to pick as an item to create a parameter on. If there is no such table, then yes, you are stuck with having to do something as mentioned in the other reply.

Function Module for creating condition record (XKOMV table record)

I have a requirement as like below,
In the repair order i need to sum the GRWR condition type's conditional values for all the line items (Except deliverable line item) and then i need to create an condition type GRWR under the deliverable line item with the above calculated conditional values,
the table XKOMV will be having details about all the line item's condition types, in this table i need to add one more new record with the condition type of GRWR and the above calculated conditional values under the deliverable line item.
for the above logic i am using the user exit
USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE
All the above things need to be done when the user click the save button in the transaction (VA01/VA02).
Problem here is table XKOMV contains somany fields so manually we can't create xkomv record, is there any Function module to create condition type record?

You can use Function module PRICING_CHECK to check condition record. Do a where-used list on it to see how to call it.

New created condition types from CRM to R3
I have do initial download with DNL_CUST_CNDALL. The condition customizing(pricing procedure, condition type, condition table...) have been downloaded from R3 to CRM.
In transaction R3AC4(Delta download) two entries for CONDCUSTOMIZING and CONDITIONS exist for delta download of condition customizing and record from R3 to CRM.
But when I created a newe condition type in R3, it is not automatically transfered to CRM. I also tried use transaction R3AR4 (request) to synchronize object DNL_CUST_CNDALL. But the new created condition type is still not availabe in CRM.
Could anyone give some help?

Hui WangI have restart the DNL_CUST_CNDALL, the new created condition type are transfered to CRM. But when I create another new condition type again in R3, it is not transfered.

You cant create a conditional update trigger. Once you create an update trigger it will get called for every update action. However you could write logic inside it to make it do your activity based on your condition using IF condition statement
Say for example if you've table with 6 columns and you want some logic to be implemented on update trigger only if col3 and col5 are participating in update operation you can write trigger like this
CREATE TRIGGER Trg_TableName_Upd
ON TableName
FOR UPDATE
AS
BEGIN
IF UPDATE(Col3) OR UPDATE (Col5)

....your actual logic here

UPDATE() function will check if column was involved in update operation and returns a boolean result
