Create subscription-based YouTube and Twitter feed

What I would like to do is create a feed on my root view in my tabbed-application including specific YouTube and Twitter feeds.
Anytime a user, let's say VideoGuy, uploaded a new video, I would like that to be recorded as an entry and updated in the feed. Anytime VideoGuyTweets tweeted and appended it with #app, it would also show up in the feed.
How do I customize what an 'entry' would look like in xCode? Let's say to make it look kind of like Twitter.
Content management really confuses me here. For instance, what if I would like to create a tab on my application that contains a list of profiles? Do I have to create each profile literally in xCode as part of the app (I sure hope not)? Or is there a platform or structure available for me to designate the design of a profile and call the information from a web database?
However daunting this may be, please just think of me as a serious rookie!
I understand this requires a number of things outside of the scope of iOS dev, but any pointing in the right direction is greatly appreciated!

Facebook iframe and Twitter Feed Pro widget not displaying in Safari

I have a couple sites that use social media feeds. One using Twitter Feed Pro from Muse Themes and the other is the developer iframe for Facebook. Just recently these two embedded elements stopped displaying in Safari (I'm on Safari 8.0.3), yet they show up fine in Chrome and Firefox. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, do you know how to fix it?

This probably is a browser related issue, try to clear cookie and then check.

Steps to create MDT based Build and capture TS in SCCM 2012 R2

I have MDT2012 update 1 with Config manager 2012 R2 integrated. If I try to create MDT task sequence in config manager console, I don't see and template for build and capture. Anyone using the build and capture, pls. share steps with me . Any help will be

MDT 2012 Update 1 is for SCCM 2012 SP1
MDT 2013 is for SCCM 2012 R2
So you need to upgrade your MDT installation. After that, make sure to install the ConfigMgr integration from the start screen (menu)

I am blocked from Twitter and YouTube and cannot find problem.

The NY Times may be blocking me from any access to Twitter.com and YouTube.com. NYTimes has a lawsuit vs. Twitter.com/#1/freeunnamednews. (NY Times knows my IP address since 2001. I have free access to NYTimes.com thru December 31, 2011.) A few NYTimes videos are posted on YouTube. Two days ago I lost all access to both YouTube and Twitter. My modem, dedicated DSL, computer and memory are OK and fast. This a.m. I installed Firefox and regained access to YouTube. I ran a NY Times video posted on YouTube. Next I ran the same video again at NYTimes.com. I lost access to YouTube again. I never regained access to Twitter.com. Nothing helps now - private browsing, request no tracking, etc. Do others have this problem?

I need a read (Speak) app for iBooks, Subscriptions, Kindle and other book based information and web or instruction based books and articles.

I have spent 3-4 months downloading, buying and searching for an app that would read my books, my magazine subscription based articles and other written information resources. I can NOT find 1 that works and the ones that are dedicated (like Kindle) will not work even on a book I bought from Amazon and chose to save to my iPad kindle app. Their is not even an app I can find for the books and manuals I purchased from my iBook account and the Subscriptions I have their. I can't even find an app that would read passages from my NEBible. Can anyone, anywhere from Earth to the farthest reaches of the Universe, advise me of an app, or apps, that I can Buy, Rent, Lease or anything else an app, or whatever, that would read my books etc. to me? This is very important to me as being disabled and having adjustments to make to get info into me is a bit harder than it used to be. I would really appreciate any and all help I can get.

Time Capsule - Can it run as DHCP router, create a wireless network and plug into switch for wired network all at the same time?

I have a closet with Wired connections from all over the house terminating in it. I also have the internet modem and a switch in this closet. My old setup was a netgear in the closet creating a wireless network and also feeding the Ethernet ports all over the house. In my room, I had an Airport express (a month old) bridging the wifi to make the wifi network larger. The Express was hard wired from the wall and my mac mini was using it's wifi (printer was plugged into other ethernet port). Everything was working great.
Fast forward to last week. My Netgear died. So, I bought a time capsule. My plan was to move the Express to the closet and have it create the wifi network and also then run cat 5 cord from express to the switch to feed all the wired wall plugs. Reset it and set it up to create the wifi network as well as DCHP NAT. Wireless was running great on it. Then I plugged in the Cat 5 in the second Ethernet Port to the switch. Wifi stopped working and none of the computers would connect using wired connections either. They would see a 'network' but nothing would work. I would unplug the Cat 5 feeding the swtich and the wireless would start working again. Plug the Cat 5 back in and wireless would stop.
So I thought I would try the Time Capsule in the closet and see if I could get it to work. Pretty much the same thing, except at this point I figured out if I went in and told it NOT to create a wifi network the wired portion worked fine and all the wired computers in the house worked fine. Of course, then I didn't have Wifi.
I'm not clueless when it comes to networking, but I can NOT figure this out! Can either the Time Capsule or Express Create the wifi network AND also feed the data to the switch for all the wired computers?
To simplify this is what I want my end result to be. I prefer the Time Capsule to be the wireless connection extender, but if I have to have the Express do it, I'm fine with that.
1. Express in the closet creating the wifi network as well as feeding the data to the wired connections via my switch.
2. have the Time capsule in my room at the opposite end of the house plugged into the hard wired connection to extend the wrieless network as well as have wired connections such as my printer and my Mac Mini.
If I can get #1 to work, I don't think I'll have any problems with #2. Help!

I have an equally complex setup with a managed switch actually but I have never seen the TC have this kind of issue.
What I do notice is you have changed the TC from defaults.. you are using a non-default IP range.
I have run across issues like this where people move things from default.
I would like you to start over.. factory reset the TC. That will set it back to default router mode.
Do the min setup on the TC..
1. Change all names from what you were using. That includes the TC name and wireless name/s
Make them short, no spaces and pure alphanumeric because that is the correct way to network. Apple default names with spaces and apostrophes are fundamentally bad.
2. With just the TC plugged into the switch.. and a single computer connected by ethernet. Power cycle the whole network.. this allows the switch to clear all the old MAC address.
3. Test on the computer just ethernet. Turn the wireless off.
The computer must use dhcp and must get an ip from the TC.
It has to get the correct Router.. ie Gateway.. I wish apple could stick with proper network terminology.
And it must get same address or valid DNS server address/es.
If it fails.. please plug ethernet directly to the TC.. bypassing the switch.
You should get the standard IP addressing and internet connection.
If not please post the screenshot from the Mac of the network preferences showing the ethernet setup.
I need to see what address it does get. I need you to make sure the ethernet is the TOP of the list. So rearrange the order of network connection. With the airport off it should just go to the top of the list.
If it appears to be working .. but a browser cannot connect, open a terminal and ping an internet address.
Ping the actual gateway address the ISP gives you and ping the ISP dns address.

Create subscriptions - hide admin notification mails for endusers?

Hi@all,
if an admin user creates subscriptions for folders and add several endusers as recipients the endusers will get an admin notification email.
How can I prevent this (means the enduser get no email)?

Hi Andre,
You can remove the corresponding event updaterecipient under System Admin - System Config - KM - Config - CM - Repository Services - Subscription Service.
Alternatively, you could create a subscription.NONE channel (CM - Utilities - Channel Originators) with no Originator Address and selected Channel null. And then choose this Originator for the subscription service in question.

A few different ways about this. You could split the slide show into smaller sections that are withi the limits for posting and then post each section.
You could try a different encoding to make the file smaller. What settings did you use when you created and exported the slide show?

Also, do a search in this forum on HttpURLConnection. That class allows you to use POST method to send form data to a web server.
"Hidden" variables are only hidden in HTML. The HTTP that gets POSTed to the web server doesn't distinguish between hidden and not hidden. That is, the content you would write to the HttpURLConnection.getOutputStream() would be something like:
hidden=1&submit=ok(Of course, the variable names would depend on what the web server was expecting from the form.)
Also, be sure to set the Content-Type request parameter to "application/x-www-form-urlencoded"

Create RFQ based on data supplied by excel document and then create PO

Hello Experts,
I have an requirement to create following scenario.
1. User will upload "Requirement Endorsement Sheet " which contains items and qty in an excel format and this has to be sent to workflow user.
2. Workflow user must able to create RFQ based on the excel document sent in the first step by auto populating item and item qty fields in RFQ.
3. Last step is to create PO based on RFQ created in step 2.
I would like to know whether any SAP standard BAPIs can help to create RFQ adn then using RFQ data create PO.
Appreciate if you can provide some tips for building the above solution.

In your 2nd step the User will manually enter and or it needs to be auto populated. If it requires auto population of RFQ I think you can use standard method. Just search for Business object of RFQ by doing a F4 in SWO1.

Create condition based on date and time

Hi everyone,
I'm using Discoverer Plus 10g. I want to create a condition in my worksheet using StageTime (consists of date and time) as the parameter, i.e. StageTime > StartTimeParameter and StageTime < EndTimeParameter.
I am able to create condition based on the date, but unable to create based on the time. I need to limit the data up to the hour, e.g.
StageTime > 11-NOV-2005 1 AM and StageTime < 11-NOV-2005 3 AM.
But so far I am unable to create a condition for the hour element.
I try to use this:
TO_DATE(TO_CHAR(:Start Date Parameter,'mm-dd-yyyy')||' '||:Start Hour||':00:00','mm-dd-yyyy hh24:mi:ss')
Start Date Parameter is selected using the date picker in Discoverer Plus
and the Start Hour is in the format '00' to '23'
but was prompted with the error: ORA-015858 a non numeric character was found where a numeric was expected.
Would really appreciate anyone's help on this! :)

how about, if :Start Date Parameter is of type DATE and :Start Hour is of type varchar2(2) to simply do
:Start Date Parameter + to_number(:Start Hour)/24

There is a procedure for changing the feed URL for a podcast, which it seems you haven't followed: you have to add a special tag to the old feed - just submitting a new feed will have exactly the effect you describe. The proper method is described here:
