Create train with router and manged bean

I have a 3 level Master/detail view and I need create insert in 3 forms in each stop of train
in first stop I have a entry form for master view and in second stop an entry form for first detail and
in third stop a entry form for second detail...
I need to call create insert method for 3 master/detail view and also the master view has a DBSequence
id that it must passed to first detail view and the first detail view has DBSequence id that must be passed to second detail view...
Further more I have a main page , in this page I have a button that call train taskflow in "Action" and
I have createinsret for master view in ActionListener for first stop of train...
I want user can edit data that he/she entered in the second and third train stop
and commit all data in the end of train stops , for this reason I have 2 method call in train taskflow
and 2 router .... I want when I click button in the main page for first time a variable set and used it in the
taskflow and router decide base on the variable I set on the main page.
please explain how to set this variable in managed bean and used it in train taskflow?

Welcome to the 'wonderful' world of HTML5 e-learning.
In my view, from the issues I am seeing everywhere, HTML5 output from rapid e-learning tools such as Captivate is not ready for the kind of mobile device e-learning you want to develop.
Sorry to be pessimistic, but you may need to consider going back to the drawing board and coding it from the ground up.

General Design With Database and Session Bean Question

I have an application I am developing where users connect to individual databases located on a server. When they login an admin table is accessed which shows what databases they have permissions to. I am then storing the connection to the database in a backing bean. Hoping to use this connection throughout the session. Is this a good practice to have a users connection left open over the session? I can't create a database pool for each individual database and each user for that database.
If I can store that database connection in a session bean. How do I access that connection from another bean. Or from another java class? I am using Glassfish for my application server with JSF1.2. I have looked at resource injection but have not had any luck with sharing the session bean information.
Sorry if this is a trivial question. I have been a Java developer for years. But just starting developing webapps using JSF.

Always keep the lifetime of connection, statement and resultset as short as possible.

Create website with IDCS3 and SiteGrinder?

Media Lab's SiteGrinder is an amazing product for easily converting Photoshop designs into working websites without any knowledge of coding. Unfortunately, I have much more experience with InDesign than with Photoshop, but as it's possible to import InDesign files into Photoshop, I'm wondering if I can go this route with my InDesign designs, rather than learn how to use Photoshop more extensively. Has anyone here created a website with InDesign and SiteGrinder, with minimal Photoshop "intervention"?

It's common -- far too common -- but not inevitable. It's bound to happen with SG, though, because they carve up the layout into fixed size chunks and then use absolute positioning, so there's no way for the containers to accommodate changes in font size except by crashing into each other, or growing scroll bars, which is only sometimes going to work. For the same reason -- starting with a single Photoshop image -- they can't identify headings or lists, so the pages aren't properly accessible to some assistive technology. But I guess this discussion is a bit out of place on an InDesign forum. There's a good piece about doing this somewhere over on InDesign Secrets -- I don't have the exact URL to hand. But you would have to learn some CSS to do that. But if you do find the time to read, for example, Zeldman's book on Designing with Web Standards, you'll end up better at making sites than if you don't.

Sharing airport express internet connection with router and wired network

Dear,
I want to set up the following network, but can't succeed.
Components:
2 Powermacs quad G5's (airport and two ethernet ports)
2 Powerbooks G4 (airport and 1 ethernet port)
1 broadband wired router (1 Wan and 4 Lan ports)
1 airport express
1 cable internet connection.
1 LaCie Ethernet Disk mini 300 GB
The internet connection is at the other site of the office (little architecture office). It is not possible to get the internetconnection directly to the desk wth the computer. 1 Powermac G5 is set up to share his internet connection. (Share via airport with ethernet 1). The ethernet 1 port is connected to the Wan port of the wired router. The other Powermac G5's ethernet 1 port is connected to Lan 1 of the router. The LaCie Ethernet Disk mini 300 GB is connected to the the Lan 2 of the router.
All the conputers get their IP adresses bij DHCP. The router is set to distribute IP adresses. Without the router and the LaCie everything works fine. There is internet connection on every computer and filesharing in between them is possible.
I like to be able to do the following.
Use airport connection on the two powerbooks, for internet and access to the network. Use the wired connection between the powermacs and the lacie for filesharing. On the second powermac use internetconnection through the router. With this configuration is it possible to copy files fast between the powermacs and the lacie harddisk.
At the moment I'm trying to get internet connection on the second powermac. The ethernet port gives me a proper IP-adress and tells me that I can connect to the internet, but it won't let me go on the internet and when I turn the airport back on, safari buggs. Without the ethernet cable connected I can go on the internet without anny problem, but off cours the fast filesharing isn't possible any more.

Disable the DHCP server on your wired router. Since your Power Mac G5 Jeroen is sharing Internet, it is already providing DHCP.
Use airport connection on the two powerbooks, for internet and access to the network.
Sorry, but it is not possible for the PowerBooks to access the subnet created by the Power Mac G5 Jeroen.
Use the wired connection between the powermacs and the lacie for filesharing.
Shouldn't be a problem.
On the second powermac use internetconnection through the router.
On Power Mac G5 Jeroen, you will need to disable the firewall or open the ports through the firewall needed by Power Mac G5 Nico to access the Internet.
Is there a possible sollution to this problem?
What you have is incredibly complicated. A much simpler solution is to
Get a 2nd AirPort Express (AX).
Use WDS to wirelessly connect the 2 AXs.
Connect an Ethernet switch (or hub) to the Ethernet port on the 2nd AX.
Connect all of your Ethernet clients (2 Power Mac G5s and LaCie) to this switch (or hub).
In this configuration your PowerBooks will have wireless access and all of your Ethernet devices will get IP addresses from the AX connected to the Internet.

Create dll with arrays and call it

I am trying to create dll with labview in order to pass a 2d array to the main program. The problem is that I don't really know how to create the function to call it (I don't know much about pointers)
The function I have created to call the dll is void Untitled1(TD1Hdl *Array1) which is suposse to return the array created on it.
For example, in the program attached, how should I do to pass the array to another program using dlls?

The code you've provided doesn't do anything (just a control wired to an indicator) so I'm not sure what you're asking here.
If I understand correctly, you want to build a DLL from your LabVIEW VI. From what language will you call that DLL? There is no standard way to pass a 2-D array. If you can convert to a 1-D array, you can use a simple pointer. With a 2-D array, you're stuck with LabVIEW's array representation (the TD1Hdl type), which means that whatever code calls that function will need to understand the LabVIEW data type and how to manipulate it.

Creating model with Control and Design LV2009

I'm trying to make a PI control model with Control and Design in labview 2009. I'm tyring to create the following transferfunction:
D(z)=Kp+((Kp*Ki)/(1-z^-1))
But labview adds by itself an extra z^-1 in the Numerator
See the attachment what I have tried. I first want to create 1+(1/(1-z^-1)). What I'm I doing wrong ?

The two expressions "1+(1/(1-z^-1))" and "(2-z^-1)/(1-z^-1)" are equivalent to one another. They just have the terms rearranged. Since LabVIEW expresses a transfer function as a numerator and denominator, it is drawing the function as "(2-z^-1)/(1-z^-1)". You aren't doing anything wrong.

I have created video with music and pictures. I have exported it. But all that shows is the music no pictures. I have done this before and it worked ok. Am I missing something?

I have created a video with pictures and music. When i export it, it goes into a MP4 video. which I have done before and it worked ok. Now the only thing on the MP4 video is music but not my pictures.
I am very new to this and have taught myself everything so far. I have no technical understanding. So please make any answers as basic as you can.

Create Report with CR4E and XML Data Source

Hi all,
I have a problem when create a report with CR4E that should use a XML data source. It is not possible to choose fields from the field explorer, because ther are no fields from the XML-file. Is there a general problem when using an ODA data source in CR4E? At the moment I can only create reports with a database as data source.
Please help me with a tip.

One of my friends advised me to develop my whole site on the
layout mode as its better than the standard as he says
but I couldnot make an ordinary table with rows and columns
in th layout mode

I install "routing and remote access" into Window Server and make it work as a firewall.
When connections are accepted or denied at firewall, would you tell me if the firewall can output the logs ?
If that function can, would you tell me how to configure ?
