Creating a small website. Any templates out there?

Question

Can anyone recommend a free website template to create a very simple website (max of 3 pages). The person maintaining this site doesn't know Dreamweaver, so if the template has a simple way to update that would be great .
A simple template that I can go in and change out fonts, photos and text. And then is real simple to maintain, you don't have to go in html editor software to do it.

Actually, there is a free website template in CS4 all set up for you. You'll have to do some editing, but not a lot of code editing to get it to work:
Simply open Dreamweaver CS4. and define a website. Then go to File>New, choose Blank Page, HTML and pick a document type from the list. You'll be able to see a preview once you select one that is not <none> which is the default..
I recommend you select a fixed width document and not a liquid one. It will be easier to work with.
This will create a blank document with very simple navigation that will allow you to get something up on the web. In Design View, you can safely edit the text and, if you figure out the menu in Dreamweaver, you can even insert photos.
Murray is absolutely correct in saying you need to have some understanding of HTML and CSS, but this will get you two of three pages with minimal knowledge.
When you do this, Dreamweaver will create two documents for you to save, an HTML document and a CSS document, or style sheet. It will keep track of the links between these. To have a uniform website, I recommend you use the Save  As… function to save your initial page with a different name for your second web page.
You will need to create links in the navigation, so you can select the text in them and, in the bottom, select the various pages in your website from the pick menu. 
The good thing about using this method is that Dreamweaver heavily comments everything so that, if you read it carefully, you'll have some sense of what is happening in the code.
