Creating a tcode for form reports

Hello Experts,
I need to create a transaction code for a report created with FSI2. I took the name of the program that this report had generated and created a t-code.
My problem is that the selection screen using the t-code that I created with the one I get when executing the report with FSI0 are not the same. Output type in my view is missing.

Hi.Check value for Screen field(as for me Screen field=D_SREPOVARI-EXTDREPORT) in SE93 for your Tcode. It'd be exact like Tech Name of report. You can check this name in FSI2. Chose report(double click),then Extract-Report Assignment -Tech name on.Copy Sender Report, e.g.
RE/FBR /01RFRRS01 0SAPBLNCE-10, then delete "/".
After that in SE93
D_SREPOVARI-REPORTTYPE = RE
D_SREPOVARI-EXTDREPORT = FBR01RFRRS01 0SAPBLNCE-10

I would like to create an install file that would load an application we developed (used 6i forms and reports). This application would be installed on the client side and will be used to access a database on the server side. I vaguely remember something called a "make file", but I am finding nothing on it. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

You can use Oracle File Packager (C:\orawin95\BIN\OISFP10.EXE). I use it successfully. Your installation will look like Oracle installation.

I have created several report for COPA from KE31. Now i want to create seperate TCodes for each report. So please kindly guide me how can i generate TCode for these reports.

Hi,
Get the generated name of ur program from ur tcode.
Then goto se93
give transaction code and click create
select the second radio button(transaction code for reports)
give short description and press enter
after that give your program name
and select the gui check boxes as required for html ,java,
and save it
you can use the transaction code

How to create a z-tcode for a report in FSI3 transaction

hi friends,
i want to create a z tcode for a report in FSI3 transaction, i have copied the program of the report and created a tcode in se93, but some more tabs are getting displayed in selection screen when im executing my Z Tcode, and report is not getting executed. kindly help.

Hi,
follow these steps:
1. enter into transaction SE43 and change any Z area menu (we won't save it anyway)
2. choose to add a new entry
3. in the popup, choose to add a new report
4. select "Drilldown"
5. the application class depends on the area from you are trying to define/launch drilldown reports. In case of transaction FSI3, the appropriate application class is "FBR FI:FIS - Balance sheet, balance sheet key figures
6. then choose the suitable report type. This corresponds to the nodes that you'll see in transaction FSI3
7. finally choose a report, and optionally a variant.
8. you'll return to the screen "Transaction code for reports" (same as in step 4)
9. expand the button to display further options
10. optionally, specify a custom transaction code and/or description
11. accept all popups. This will create the transaction
12. finally, exit and don't save the area menu

To create an executable you will need to generate the form and report. CTRL +T does this. First compile and then control T and you'll be ready to go.

Tcodes for COPA Reports

Hi All,
I need to create Tcode for KE30 reports.Through SE93 i tried with the option transaction and parameters and activated.
The problem is, when I execute the report using tcode i'm getting the message as ' Report ZXXXXX does not exist ( refer to the long text ) ' ,
even the report existing the system.
I would be grateful if anyone give suggestion on this.

I need to create Tcode for KE30 reports.Through SE93 i tried with the option transaction and parameters and activated.
Seems you did not create transaction type "transaction with parameters" but either "program and screen" or "program and selection-screen", so did you create and activate a report named ZXXXXX ?
NB: There is no "Activation" for transaction, can you elaborate once again your requirement ?

We have some reportes created con transaction ke30, but now we have to use different tcode for each report. How can I assign a tcode for each report that shows ke30.

I have also the same problem.
I have a lot of reports in the KE30 but because we are going to start with authorisations.
So i want to create transactions, i go to se93:
Create new transaction entering Tcode and short text. I select: program and selection screen
Then normally i enter in the program in this case: GPD5TA0H8LQWBUW7IEULVEQ5PIC
And i save and it works, But now it is not the case.
Can anybody tell me what i am doing wrong?

Can v create graphical display for the report

my q is this can v create trend lines for a report ........
if the ans is yes then pl mention the way of doing it .......

when you run a bex report on the left top you have a button "graph". If you click this, you get a basic chart representing your output table. when you right-click on the chart you get the option menu as you get in xls, meaning you can change the type of chart (line, bar, pie,...) the series, the titles and so on (like regular xls)
so the answer to your question is yes. If you want even more features you can use workbooks.

Problem when creating a tcode for maintainence view

when i'm trying to create a tcode for maintainence view of table ,i used to fields view name: here i gave the table name;

now when i activated and executed the tocde the screen is showing some abnormal values in the display..this is happening in the development server..can any one help me on this..i can send the screen shot if required..thanks in advance,,

Who's know how to create transaction code for CJE0 report.

Alternatively, you can try adding anew entry to your menu area in development (SE43N), creating a subnode, selecting the report as your option and provide the information. Do not forget to give your own transaction name. I'm quite sure, that in this case (if you will transport this together with the report), it should work.

P.S. I know that program names changes when it's about a writer/painter report. Is it really the same thing with CJE0 reports?

There's just one proper solution:
Via trx SE43N. Steps:
1. I suggest you choose area menu PS01
2. Choose extend to create a new Z-folder (or select 'change' to add to an existing (standard SAP) folder)
3. Create extension , ehancement ID: f.e.: ZPS01
4. Select the new folder in the tree
5. Click 5th button: 'add entry as a subnode'
6. In pop-up 'Add new entries' click button 'Report'
7. Select radio button at 'Drilldown'
8. A pop up appears to select the application class
9. I guess you'll no what to do from here... it speaks for itself.

Im trying to use the variable 130 for a report but in crystal reports, in some SAP Standard Reports the table PLD_Items appears, my question is how to create this structure for my report, i know that is an ADO.NET connection based on an XML file, but i dont know from where i can take this value can any one help me please?

I brought profit center in selection criterion:
For this I have changed my Form T Code: KE35:
General Data Selection :
Included Profit center along with the controlling Area.
Then I changed my report:
KE30:
Variables Tab:
Givn Profit center as entry at execution.
