Creating attributes with value as CDATA
is it possible to create elements with attributes and values where values are CDATA
You can't use a CDATA section as the value of an attribute, if that's what you were asking.

Create attributes with image type
There is only one image attribute in the Item Type attribute, I need an additional image attribute for the item, is it possible to add ? However I can't find the datatype of "image" when creating an attribute. Thanks !
hi,
i tested this and there is no image attribute type. so to render an additional image with your item you need to use a workaround. one solution i can think of is to add an additional custom file attribute to your item type. then use an attached pl/sql procedure that get executed for your item type and render this attribute as icon. i think you should be able to use the content management view wwsbr_all_items to query the name of the icon in the document table. you can pass itemid, pageid and pagegroup id to your procedure. on the region level you need to enable the associated functions attribute to display the result of the procedure.

ERS - transaction MRRL creating invoices with value ZERO service
Hello!
I have a service sheet, then a 101 movement,I reverse it and created the 102.
By mistake the ERS was run and created a IR with zero value.
I tried to reverse de IR document in MR8M and I get the error:
You are not allowed to have zero lines only
If I try to modify the Service Sheet I get:
An invoice already exists for this entry sheet
According to note 385905:
ERS zero documents cannot be cancelled. As these are documents without an update to FI, such a cancellation process is also not useful.
How can I post this invoice correctly??
I need the IR backed out so I can re post the invoice correctly. If I try to create a new service enry sheet the system tell me it is complete.
THANKS!!!
Edited by: SussyO on Jun 29, 2010 12:55 AMDear Sandra,
For every purchase order with flag 'ERS' a table entry is generated.
If a goods receipt is posted, this GR should be invoiced via ERS
(Tr. MRRL). Manually posted invoices should be avoided, because
the table entry will not be deleted. A new invoice receipt must be
created while running ERS (but with amount and quantity zero and without
FI documents) in order to give a message to the vendor because he
has sent you an invoice by mistake.
The different handling has intentionally been implemented because
in Tr. MRRL, you can use the message determination.
Using Tr. MRRL, a message to your vendor is created (because he may
have sent you an invoice probably by error). Now he'll get a zero bill.
Also, please verify the SAP note 385905 which explains that these invoices are
visible in your PO history. It goes onto say that these documents cannot be cancelled and anyway, because they have no FI docs, such a cancellation would be useless. And please verify more one SAP note 415286.

Creating F4 with values determined by another field
Hi,
I have a table with a few fields.
I created a search help for the first field.
According to my demands, the values of the search help of the second field should be determined according to the
user selection of the first field.
I thought to use SET/GET - so this way I save the value of the first field and I implement an exit method where I do the GET.
But - where can I do the SET ??
Thanks you all.

Create xml file with values from context
Hi experts!
I am trying to implement a WD application that will have some input fields, the value of those input fields will be used to create an xml file with a certain format and then sent to a certain application.
Apart from this i want to read an xml file back from the application and then fill some other context nodes with values from the xml file.
Is there any standard used code to do this??
If not how can i do this???
Thanx in advance!!!
P.S. Points will be rewarded to all usefull answers.
Edited by: Armin Reichert on Jun 30, 2008 6:12 PM
Please stop this P.S. nonsense!Hi,
you need to create three util class for that:-
XMLHandler
XMLParser
XMLBuilder
for example in my XML two tag item will be there e.g. Title and Organizer,and from ur WebDynpro view you need to pass value for the XML tag.
And u need to call buildXML()function of builder class to generate XML, in that i have passed bean object to get the values of tags. you need to set the value in bean from the view ui context.

VMM 2012R2 UR4 - Version 3.2.7768.0
Not sure when this started happening since I haven't had to update or create a new RunAs account in VMM in some time, but every time I do, either through the console or through PowerShell it throws an error about The specified directory service attribute
or value does not exist. The VMM Service account is the same as it always has been, and other than this issue everything with VMM is working fine. The full text of the error message is below.
I am hoping someone has some ideas because I don't have any more at this point.

Problem while creating xml with cdata section
Hi,
I am facing problem while creating xml with cdata section in it. I am using Oracle 10.1.0.4.0 I am writing a stored procedure which accepts a set of input parameters and creates a xml document from them. The code snippet is as follows:
select xmlelement("DOCUMENTS",
xmlagg
(xmlelement
("DOCUMENT",
xmlforest
(m.document_name_txt as "DOCUMENT_NAME_TXT",
m.document_type_cd as "DOCUMENT_TYPE_CD",
'<![cdata[' || m.document_clob_data || ']]>' as "DOCUMENT_CLOB_DATA"
) from table(cast(msg_clob_data_arr as DOCUMENT_CLOB_TBL))m;
msg_clob_data_arr is an input parameter to procedure and DOCUMENT_CLOB_TBL is a pl/sql table of an object containing 3 attributes: first 2 being varchar2 and the 3rd one as CLOB. The xml document this query is generating is as follows:
<DOCUMENTS>
<DOCUMENT>
<DOCUMENT_NAME_TXT>TestName</DOCUMENT_NAME_TXT>
<DOCUMENT_TYPE_CD>BLOB</DOCUMENT_TYPE_CD>
<DOCUMENT_CLOB_DATA>
<![cdata[123456789012345678901234567890123456789012]]>
</DOCUMENT_CLOB_DATA>
</DOCUMENT>
</DOCUMENTS>
The problem is instead of <![cdata[....]]> xmlforest query is encoding everything to give < for cdata tag. How can I overcome this? Please help.SQL> create or replace function XMLCDATA_10103 (elementName varchar2,

Object would have more then one attribute with the tag :VALUE
I'm creating a new component in Ultiboard - a 100 pin connector. This connector (Hirose) has 4 rows of 25 pins. Alternate rows are staggered. I'm trying to name each pin with it's appropiate name: A1, A2, A3 ....A50. Then B1, B2, B3 .....B50.
When I change the VALUE or NUMBER attribute, I get the DRC error message:
This action cannot be completed because the resulting Object would have more then one attribute with the tag :VALUE
Please remove one of the attributes and try again.
Okay, so I've tried deleting the tag and now I can't name the pin at all.
What am I missing?You should be in the footprint editor to edit the pin name. Select tools>>Database>>Database Manager, highlight the component in your database and click on the Edit icon. In the footprint editor, double click on the pad and a SMT or THT pin Properties dialog appears, select the Attributes tab and highlight the Number row, press the change button and you should be able to change the pin name.

I would like to know how i can create a bell graph with out using sub VIs, the data that i created consists in 500 readings with values of 0 to 100, i calculated the mean value and standard diviation. I hope some one can help me
Here's a quick example I threw together that generates a sort-of-bell-curve shaped data distribution, then performs the binning and plotting.

Throw Information message for sale order created with value less that 5$
Hi all,
I am basically an abaper, I have got a requirement in SD. The requirement is any sales order created with value less that 5$, should be prompted with an error message saying the minimum order value should be more than 5$. Could any one help me on this.
Thanks in advance,
shivuserexit_save_document_prepare,main program - sapmv45a, issue an error message if your document value is less than 5$ (VBAK-NETWR) but check if your order has any non-rejected item, I would not issue this message if all items are rejected:
loop at xvbap where updkz ne 'D' and abgru = ' '.
exit.
endloop.
if sy-subrc = 0. "-you have at least one non-rejected, non-deleted item.
NOTE: sapmv45a works NOT only for orders, so please check document types in your logic which are relevant to your messge only (VBAK-VBTYP and/or VBAK-AUART). -

Should we make an enhancement on this include? Is there any side

How to Create Charts with the variable value
Hi,
I have to create a crystal report in which i have given variable under "Facility:". I have kept two variables under facility of which one is like you can select one or more values and other one u can select only one value and i mentioned it as mandatory.
What i wanted is, I have to create a bar chart based on the facility . I also want to create a pie chart using the value of facility which comes from the mandatory variable.
To be more clear, I selected two facilities, say X & Y under the first variable and one facility, say Z under the second variable (mandatory). I was able to prepare bar chart with these three facilities. Now i want to prepare a pie chart using the value Z.
Can anyone please help me out?Likely a bug in the ChartBuilders or the JDK.
ScatterChartBuilder.<Number, Number>create().build(); // does not work either.javac is unable to determine if the create() method from SceneChartBuilder or the create() method from RegionBuilder should be applied.
The AxisBuilders which also derive from RegionBuilder work because they don't define their own create method with obscure generic type info.
How can I resolve the ambiguity?new ScatterChart ;-)
