to File->Options
then select database Tab
from that Uncheck Automatic smart Linking.

You can may be do the easy way out then,
1) Open the Sales Order for which you have created the Procurement Document.
2) Go to the 'Form Settings' of the Sales Order and 'Table Format'.
3) In the list, select the Procurement Doc field and make it visible.
You will be able to see the Procurement Document for the Sales Order raised without using the query.
Check if this is what you are looking for and the same helps.

Link between tables

Hi,
how can I find the links between tables ?
I remember it is possible by a trx to look at links between tables, the trx shows a flow chart
with the link between all SAP tables.

goto SE11->enter the name of the table you want to find the link.
for e.g EKKO. Press display .
On the application Table there is a button 'Graphic' (CTRLSHIFTF11). Press this button
to get list of table which are linked .You see a screen with the list of all tables which are linked
and on that screen when u press back u get a graphical flow chart box where u see all the tables
and their link .They will be shown in green color.
The below Step only works if you know some tables
other way is u can do it with SQVI transaction.Its called as Quickviewer screen.Create a view
by entering some name and press create .Its prompts for a dialog box and enter some title.
Below there is a drop list in DATA Source tab Choose table join and press enter.
Go to EDIT option in menu bar and enter the name of the table which u know. ADD similar tables
and if there is any link it will be shown below.

Query Builder - How to create a link between tables with many fields?

I have many fields in my tables. When the query builder loads the tables, the tables are expanded to accomodate all the fields. Suppose I want to link Table A's Customer ID (the first field in Table A) wiith Table B's Customer ID (the last field in Table B). How can I do that if the last field in Table B are not visible in the screen?
Currently, I create a link in Table A's customer with a random field in Table B. Then I edit the link to create a proper condition. Is there a more efficient way to do this?

Hi woro2006 -
Easiest way is to grab Table A's title bar & drag Table A down the page until the columns you want to link are visible.
FYI, there is an outstanding bug

to add a context menu on the field for this. That is, Link {context field} to > {other data sources} > {fields from that source}
It is being considered for 3.1, but I have no idea where it will end up in the priority queue.

Is there any link between Table PB0002 & HRT1045

Applicant Details stored in the Table PB0002 and Rating details i.e. rating for the particular Applicant stored in the Table HRT1045 but there is no link
between these tables . I need to connect these 2 tables for create a

If you want to do this manually then you need to go in below sequence. There are function modules which you can search and use to get ratings though.
1. Go to table HRP1001 and get the appraisal object "BA" linked to your employee/applicant.
2. Get the object number from the sobid field and read the table HRP1045 for the appraisal object and id. Get the TABNR field value from here.
3. Use above value to query HRT1045 and get the data you are looking for.

I have created database link between two database schema (From DBSchema2 i have created database link for DBSchema1). From DBSchema2, i have quried one table (This table is present in DBSchema1). But it throws an error says that Table or View does not exist. Anyone pls tell the detailed way to create database link between schema??

I said achieve not archive. Anyways so you are trying to archive the data. Can you just detail your requirement ? What exactly do you want ?
Only few tables will be moved to Archive Schema and other foriegn key tables will have a reference to the Live Schema. So how i can create the link between the Archive Schme to Live schema?
There is no question of creating database links between 2 schems. It is pure stupidity. If you want to access any object from another schema grant proper privileges and create a synonym for the object. Database links are not meant for this purpose.

"Create Link" in table of contents being overwritten?

Hello community,
I'm using Acrobat X. Just one item in my table of contents is linking incorrectly. I've deleted the link and tried making new ones by:
Using the Link tool under Tools > Content.
Right-clicking the text and selecting "Create Link."
For some reason the link keeps taking me past the heading I want and onto the start of the following page. Text is about 2/3 of the way down on the page. I can link anywhere else in the document just fine -- even higher up on the same page. Just not around this one particular heading.
Any ideas why this is happening? It's driving me mad.

Relative linking between tables no longer supported?

With the Numbers 3.1 update, relative linking between cells in different tables no longer seems to work. That means that if I want to pull the value of one cell into a cell in another table, now if I reorder either table, the value that gets passed changes. Up to this 3.1 update, Numbers was able to keep it straight if you sorted one (or both) of the tables.
This is bad (for me, anyway). Am I missing something? Thanks.

I'm not even using a formula. I'm simply saying take the value of a cell from one table and pull it into another table.
I have two tables (Grades and Participation). In the Grades table, I'm pulling the summed participation score for each student from the Participation table. So, for Student A, in the Grades table, I have a cell in their row of scores:
=Participation::All Sections::R3
This makes the cell equal to the cell R3 on the table "All Sections" on the sheet "Participation" (yes, the tables are on different sheets; this shouldn't matter).
This works, but if I resort the table "Participation," say by last name only instead of by section number/last name or by student number, the student who lands on Row 3 is different, and R3 is the number for a different student. But on the Grades table, the student in Row 3 has stayed the same. And the number for that student is now wrong.
In Numbers 3.01, I think this worked correctly. So, if you resorted, Numbers was able to keep it straight in the other table. In Number 2.3 it surely worked correctly, because I can test it, and here's how Numbers 2.3 references that same cell. Instead of simply referencing the cell R3, it uses a unique identifer that references the email field in each row - like so:
=Participation::All Sections::Participation [email protected]
That way, if I resort, everything stayes aligned across tables. Numbers 3.1 is no longer doing this.

You could create and ABAP Query infoset and create your tables links there. Or you can create an ABAP dictionary view.

Problem In creating link between info source to DSO(Urgent)

Dear Experts,
I am facing an problem in creating an link between info source and DSO.My problem is: I am actually loading data from R/3 into two data sources 2lis_01_s951 and 2lis_01_s952 there is a need for me to calcualte revenue % i.e diving revenue by qty from different data sources so i created one Info Source for 2 data sources,So i am facing a problem in creating an link from Info Source to DSO.Is there any other way to solve this problem.

Im suggesting either of the following 2 solutions. Both of them require some abap programming.
A. Permanently store calculation result in DSO :
A1) Youll need to decide which of the 2 DSOs you want to store the result of the % calculation, then add a new infoobject for that purpose;
A2) Load ALL the data into the DSO that will NOT store the result of the % calculation; lets call this DSO DSO1. The data records in this DSO will be retrieved later on when loading the other DSO;
A3) For the DSO that will store the result of the % calculation (lets call this DSO DSO2), create a transformation rule (i.e. update rule) that will SELECT the related data record from DSO1 and carry out the calculation before storing the data record in DSO2 ( this can also be done in the Start Routine to loop through all the data records of a packet.)
B. Carry out the calculation at query time :
B1) Create a multiprovider (i.e. multicube or infoset) to combine your infocubes or DSOs together. Keep in mind that a multicube works as a union of the infoproviders, while an Infoset works as a join of the infoproviders.
B2) Create a formula in your query to calculate the %.

Hello Jianxin,
It depends on document category type.
For Shopping Cart, no link exist between CRMD_ORDERADM_H and BBP_PDORG tables as purchasing organization is defined at item level.
For Purchase Order, using BBP_PDORG-SET_GUID, you get PO header GUID (GUID_HI) in table CRMD_LINK where CRMD-LINK-GUID_SET = BBP_PDORG-SET_GUID.

Creating links between 3D model parts and Excel BOM

I have quickly looked at Acrobat3D, but don't know much about Adobe products.
Unfortunately we are using Solidworks 2006 files, which 3D doesn't seem to support. Let alone when 2007 comes out.
Anyway, I was hoping to make a "Parts Book" for our machinery,
where I could somehow 'LINK' individual items from the 3D model - directly to Part Numbers from an Excel Bill of Materials.
I.e. clicking on the model item would highlight the Part number, and vice versa.
Any ideas if this is possible? Any help is much appreciated.

I've only used the Tryout version (7.0.7) as the company I work for won't purchase Acrobat 3D - unless I can prove it will save time.
Unfortunately, from what i've tried, the Model Tree is such that the Model only shows the part Description.
From a 'Spare Parts' sales point of view - I need to link the model part to a separate Table that shows 'much more information'.
I.e. Part Number, Description, Quantity, Version, etc.
Hence, the need to link between parts within the 3D model & a separate Bill of Materials from Excel.
