Creating workbook with more than 1 worksheet

Hi guys,
I need to create workbook with 4 different worksheets. When the query is run, all 4 worksheet shall be filled up by 4 different company codes.
E.g. Worksheet 1 shall have report for Co_Code = 1
     Worksheet 2 shall have report for Co_Code = 2.
Is it possible? if yes , how to achieve this?

Hi Kirk,
As Bhanu has suggested insert the query in the four worksheets and filter them on different company codes
Worksheet 1 Filter on company code 1
Worksheet 2 Filter on company code 2 and so on
then when the user executes the workbook it will fetch the data for different company codes in different workbooks.
Just make sure that you mark the option "Refresh all the queries in the workbook" in the properties window of the workbook.

    you can achieve this easily by creating a partner determination procedure in which you will be having more than one partner function having the function category as activity partner.
    once you created the PDP just attach this to the transaction and then call the procedure when you are actually creating an activity.
    for sending mail you can use FM
    SO_SEND_MAIL_DOCUMENT_AP1
    this is just one way
    another way is which stephen suggests
    you can use the personalised mail form functionality ,this is good in a way u neednt do any coding it will solve ur purpose in standard way.
    another way is when you create campaign and when an inbound activity is created for the every survey response
    this way you can send multiple mail and also for more than one or even n number of activity partners ,we can create the activity for the same

  • Workbooks with more than 12 queries

    Hi,
    I have a workbook with 11 queries.
    In each query, there is only one variable (same technical name).
    As a consequence, the whole workbook is refreshed automatically by filling only one variable screen.
    When I add 1 more query in this workbook, then 12 variable screens are displayed one after the other, with the same variable!
    Is there a known limitation with BEx 3.x / BW 3.5 that causes this problem with workbooks having more than 12 queries?

  • JSR-75 PIM API creating Contact with more than one Number (Phone,Fax ...)

    I try to create a contact with more than one Phonenumber using the method contact.addString(...) .
    Contact with one single number is no Problem but contacts with more than one Number are ignored and are not stored to the phonebook. I try to add the Numbers using a for -loop. Is there an other way to solve this Problem?

  • Error Creating Invoices with more than 1000 positions

    Hello.
    I am creating invoices in SD module with VF01 transaction.  When the document has more than 1000 positions an error is displayed.
    The text of the error is:
    Memory area p.status GUI SAPMV60A SM is too small.
    área memoria p.status GUI SAPMV60A SM demasiado pequeña.
    I would like to know if there is any way to correct this error. If it happens because memory is too small, how could it be increased?

    As far as I know, standard SAP has restricted the no. of line items in an accounting document to 999.
    So, this is in turn impacts the no. of line items you can have on a Sales invoice,
    Since every invoice  line item can have atleast 2 accounting entries, the max. no. of  invoice line items you can have is 499.
    I dont think there is no work around for this

    im trying to plot a graph using the report generation toolkit and i got this error and it say it cannot contain more than 4000 rows or columns

    Execute one report save it in the workbook, then you can goto the tools and click insert query, like that you can add how many queries you want. then right click on the reports goto properties there in the interface tab click the check button for refrsh all the queries. finally save it with the option save existing wrokbook(beacause you already save the first query in the workbook)

    I am taking part in the process of migrating a J2ee application from JBoss to SAP Server. I have imported the ejb project.
    I have an entity bean with 79 CMP fields. i have created the bean and created the table for the same also. but when i tried to build the dictionary, i am getting an error message as given below,
    "Dictionary Generation: DB2:checkNumberOfColumns (primary key of table IMP_MANDANT): number of columns (79) greater than allowed maximum (64) IMP_MANDANT.dtdbtable MyAtlasDictionary/src/packages"
    Is it mean that we can not create tables with fields more than 64?
    How can i create tables with more than 64 fields?

    Ribhi,
    A master detail form typically consist of a master form and a tabular form for the detail records, i.e. you can edit your detail records on the same page as your master record. Since you can only have one tabular form per page, having multiple of these detail tabular forms, won't work. However you could instead create your master-detail form with the option of creating the detail as a read-only report, which would have an edit link on each detail row, that would take you to a form to edit each detail row individually. With this model, you could just add additional reports after the initial creating of the master-detail form.

    Sorry. We can't help you. It's no longer an iPhone. Apple won't touch it.
    Take it to whoever replaced the screen and see if they can help you.
    iPhones are not user servicable and Apple does not sell iPhone parts at all. I'd be surprised if you were actually able to back it up at this point. It sounds like it's completely borked.

    In the ViewCiteria tag you can specify the datasource in which you want to place the criteria. Is it also possible to work with more than one datasource ?
    In my project I want one query form for specifying criteria for more than one datasource. When I send the query form, I want the right view criteria will be coupled with the right datasource.

    I think I got the same problem! I tried to combine all the tables in a new view and create a query on this view.
    But when I search and my result has to be one record from the main table, I get this record more than once.
    I tried to use distinct but that does not work because each column has a different value, so the record is never the same.
    I hope someone can help us!

    I have created a java dictionary in Netweaver Developer studio. I have to create a table with more than 64 fields in it. I was able to create the table in dictionary, but when i tried to build it, I am getting an error message as "more than 64 fields are not allowed". If i create the table with 64 fields or below 64 fields, i can build the dictionary and deploy it.
    That is, when i create a table with more than 64 fieds, I am not able to compile the dictionary, But if i reduce the fields to 64 or below, i can compile the dictionary.
    Kindly help me to solve the problem.

    Sudheesh,as far as I am aware creating of fields in the table actually depends on the total width of table that can be used for various Vendors.
    So I actually tried out creating a table with too many fields,and I am reproducing the errors which I have obtained -

    I hope you can understand what the errors state.I am trying to create a table whose total width(sum of width all columns) is greater than the maximum allowed for various Vendors,such as DB2,MSSQL,SAPDB etc.

    It's never too late to try to teach users that the Search feature is not only for helpers.
    The number of columns allowed in Numbers is not a relevant value when the question is about Pages '08 tables.
    I tried to copy a 256 columns Numbers table into a Pages '09 document.
    I didn't got a table but values separated by TABs.
    I tried to convert this text range in a table and got this clear message :
    If I remember well, in Pages '08, the limit is 40 columns.

    I'm having a problem to create a logical column with more than one data source in Siebel 7.8.
    What I want to do is the union of 2 physical tables in one logical table.
    For example, I have a "local_clients" table and a "abroad_clients" table. What I want is to have a logical table "clients" with the client data from the 2 tables.
    What I've tried is dragging the datasources I need onto the logical column.
    However this isn't working because it only retrieves the data from the first data source.

    I think it is not possible to do this just by dragging the columns to the logical table. A logical table can have more than one source, but I think each column must have just one direct source column.
    I'm not sure, but maybe you should do the UNION SQL to get the data of the two tables. In the physical layer, when you create a new physical table, it's possible to set the "table type" as a "SELECT". I didn't try that, but it seems that it's possible to have the union table in the physical layer.
