CS5 photoshop crashes every time -_-

Question

hi,
my cs5 photoshop is crashing on me recently alot now, you can say if i do a small edit i save it straight away because fear of loosing data.
the reason well not to sure, its just when im moving texts around it just says stop respnding and closes on me. -_-
i cannot work like this.
my setup is i have windows 7, intel cpu Q9550 quad core, 4 gig ram. 32 bit windows.
2 9800GT in sli mode with the lastest drivers.
so please i need help.

Exception code: 0xc0000005 can be related to memory problems, but is more often just the use of a bad pointer in executable software.  Specifically:

It is possible that if this problem has recently appeared, that the computer is starting to experience hardware problems.  Since you have checked the RAM it's possible something else is starting to fail.
It's also possible that software that you've recently installed has caused the problem.  Unfortunately, one single error log entry just isn't enough to go on to determine what's gone wrong.
Does this occur with just Photoshop or are you seeing ill behavior from other applications as well?
Other avenues of correction you might consider exploring:
Look for other entries in your Windows System Error Log to see if you can discern a pattern.
Reinstall Photoshop.
Restore your computer to a configuration at a time when it was working properly - e.g., through the System Restore process.
Open the computer up and carefully vacuum out the dust, and ensure all cards and RAM modules are well-inserted in their slots.  Make sure your fans are all working.
Perhaps it's time to consider getting a whole new computer.
