CSD Problem: Another supervisor just logged in with the sameID you are logged in with
Hi Folks,
Last month, I had encountered this incident "Another supervisor just logged in with the sameID you are logged in with" when I launched the CSD. When I looked at other supervisors account of the same team we were just the two of us. We are using AD and I am sure we have unique username/password. It worked before. I restarted the application, I uninstall then re-install. I cannot find any solution to it. Hope you can help me resolve this issue. I attached the snapshot of the error.

Do you have access to the UCCX(E) server? If so, run the showlicenseusage.exe file next time it happens and find out what IP address the "other" user is logged in as you from.
program files\cisco\desktop\bin\showlicenseusage.exe
Another possibility is that the machine you are logging in on already has an instance of CSD running that you are logged in to. Check your task manager for an already running process (supervisor.exe).

Need your assistance on the issue that we are facing in prod environment.
We are able to open web console from remote machine and able to view monitoring pane as well as my workplace folders from console . Able to view and access alerts and other folder in the monitoring pane. We are able to view and access My Workplace folder
and able to view the reports in Favorite Reports folder. But when I click on run Report we are getting the below error "500 Internal Server Error - There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed."
In our environment we have 3 servers one is SQL server and two are SCOM servers. Please advise how to fix this issue. Do we have to do any thing from SQL End?

Event ID 6002 : Performance data from the Health Service could not be collected since opening the shared data failed with error 5L (Access is denied.).

I am getting error while accessing url of lyncweb.domain.com, dialin.domain.com and meet.domain.com pointing to RP server.
502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.
There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. When the Web server (while acting as a gateway or proxy) contacted the upstream content server, it received an invalid response from the content server.

In IIS ARR proxy server following server farms are added and configured as per link ttp://y0av.me/2013/07/22/lync2013_iisarr/
In proxy server had setup only following server farm : While running remote connectivity web service test : meet, dialin, lyncdiscover and lyncweb.
The client inside works fine internally and through vpn. Login with external client also working fine. But we are getting error in MRCA as follows.
a) While testing remote connectivity for lync getting error : The certificate couldn't be validated because SSL negotiation wasn't successful. This could have occurred as a result of a network error or because of a problem with the certificate installation.
Certificate was installed properly.
b) For remote web test under Lync throws error : A Web exception occurred because an HTTP 502 - BadGateway response was received from IIS7.

Please help me to understand what is the problem with the set up of the program. I bought an ebook from an internet site to which my IP address was blocked (in country 1). My brother bought it on a computer in country 2 and wanted to download and send me the file so I can open it on my computer. He set up initial download without Adobe ID. Afterwards he downloaded the pdf and send it to me. I tried to upload it with my ADE reader but it didn't work without ID. My brother then deleted afterwards his ADE and installed it again, downloaded the ebook again but this time setting up an ID. He transferred me the file ,I used the same ID but then the following message appeared "The vendor account is not associated with the file you are trying to open. Please try again." . Can this be fixed somehow? I cannot open the URLLinks even as there is no connection from my IP , but I have the pdf file ( ebook) but I don't know how to set up the program.
Sorry Everyone this error message appeared in Digital Editions 4 used on a windows 8 laptop. Thanks Chris

I have wasted whole day trying fixing but it does not work, i wasted my money for purchasing eBook that works on Adobe Digital Edition which only adds complexity and wasting peoples time.
Is there anyone who can help answering how can I fix vendor account not associated message issue, while i am entering correct Adobe ID and pass.installed eBook and authorized on Adobe Digital Edition and was able to read eBook earlier.

Digital editions is set-up and accepting books. Everything seems fine except when I try to open the books, it asks for authorisation. I enter the Adobe ID which works when I go into the Adobe site, but gives me the error "The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Please try again". When I connect my iPad or iPod to my compuer running iTunes I get the following message for most of the apps. "A newer version of app "5-0 Radio" exists in your iTunes library. Are you sure you want to replace it with the one you are moving?"

Unfortunately for what I do for a living I can't use a mac, cannot WAIT till they do become compatible or I just switch professions!
I have adobe 7Pro because I MUST create PDF documents for my business, however when my laptop crashed for the 3rd time in less than a year and I was NOT about to pay HP $400 to reboot it, instead I had fun and smashed it (like in Office Space) and went out and bought a new Sony Vaio. This laptop is nice and all however now ALL new computers come with Gates newest form of a rip off, VISTA, which had so many issues they release a new update for it every day and professional companies wouldn't touch it, so they FORCED it on us small business owners and personal computer users, such CRAP! (If you notice all large corporations use XP, there is no Vista for large corps, there's a reason for that...
The people that do NOT have the $ to keep upgrading and paying for FIX ITS online from some unknown who has figured a work around are forced to use this crap!!! I'm BEYOND anoyed... ANYWHO I am installing my adobe 7pro and every time I open it I get asked to "ACTIVATE AGAIN" so I call in to get a NEW Activation code and a minute later it does it AGAIN... SOOO, I get Tech support and the IDIOT in India literally READS to me the following statements:
"Adobe 7 is not compatible with Vista"
I tell him, that's a lie because my friend uses it on vista.
He proceeds to READ to me "If you are not satisfied with that answer, then acrobat no longer supports Adobe 7". WTF?!?!? If I am not SATISFIED with that answer!??! aparantly he was NOT supposed to read THAT part!!! Laughing I proceed to tell him to piss off and hang up on him because I am SOOO tired of all these damn AMERICAN companies outsourcing their customer service to some 3rd world country where they pay these people $5 a week and have them just read from a ******* script for your problems, that is NOT technical support, that's BULL CRAP! I know 4 yr olds that read english better!!!
I am sick and tired of it... I might just take advantage of the 14 day return policy and go to Apple and buy a mac next week and change my profession sooner than I had planned JUST TO AVOID USING THIS CRAP!!! ADOBE YOU SUCK!!! Microsoft SUCKS!!!
If you run into this problem do what I am doing, go to Apple and buy a mac, we need to stand up against all this and pay attention to the COMMERCIALS that are VERY TRUE and drop Microsoft, IBM, anything Gates related and stop using their products!!!Thanks Mike!

DONE... so I moved onto Sony, but this Vista just is making my life a living

Do you have to be logged in to the ID you purchased OS X with to receive updates?
OKAY. Multiple Macs in the house all with their own Apple ID.
I know you can install OS X upgrade on all the macs with just one purchase. I'd have to log into the same Apple ID that purchased on each machine.
My question is if once I switch back to the Mac's normal individual Apple ID will I still be able to receice OS X updates or will I always have to log into the ID that I purchased with to receive them?You'll need to log back in with the purchasing ID each time.

I had to do a reinstall of windows 7 recently and now have had to download library access and digital editions. Can't get books to transfer correctly to Nook and can't even open them on the computer in Digital Editions. Keep getting messages that not authorized to open protected book and/or the above message. Have followed instructions to deauthorize and reauthorize. Also get message when I try to open book. "This document is licensed for a different user account."

This error is generated when there was no web page with the name you specified at the web site.-
Troubleshooting suggestions:
Ensure the page you are linking to exists in the correct folder.
Check your file name for case sensitivity . Index.htm is not the same as index.htm!
Temporarily disable any rewrite rules by renaming your .htaccess file if it exists
is the problem with
iweb or with hosting?
One Apple tech started to fix Iweb and had to end session and the next said problem with hosting at Network Solutions as it published
to local folder. NWS has checked sttting a few times-
Any help would be extremely appreciated as trying to fix this for about five weeks
