CUA- list of all assigned systems to the user

Hello,
The user maintainence is done through CUA in our landscape.
I have 80 users from a particular region, for whom need to find there access
in each system/client. Which report or method can help me to find
a concise report listing every users with its associated access system/client.

You can create a display rule for a portal desktop depending upon the group. Through code you can add the required users to this group.

How do I get a list of all image files for a user?

The Finder folder windows have changed the sidebar. I no longer see any way to configure the Finder window to display a quick search for all images. How do I easily run a search for all image files owned by a user?
I am just starting to set up a brand new system that came with Yosemite and it's user interface has many changes from my older Snow Leopard system. I have many image files from many different sources that I wish to consolidate on the new system. I do not wish to rely on iPhoto at this point. I prefer to use the file system or Finder or Spotlight.

0. find the user id.
    a. log in as that specific user.
    b. run terminal
    c. type "echo $UID"
    d. write down the user id that will be displayed
1. Go to the finder
2. go to the user home folder
3. click the box with the magnifying glass (upper right corner of the window)
4. type .jpg
5. a menu will pop under the magnifying glass box, select "jpg image"
6. click the "plus" sign that's displayed to the right of the word "save"
7. two pull down menus will appear, select "other" from the first one
8. a new window will pull down, scroll to "owner" and select it
9. back in the original window type the user id (a number) to the right of "owner" "equals"

You can use a script like the one below if you have all the usernames with you.

rid=pcd:portal_content/administrator/content_admin/content_admin_role
rdesc=Content Admin
user=user1;user2;user3
Or you can assign all the users to a group using a script file like this
[group]
gid=Administrators
user=user1;user2
and then assign the role to the group.

Anonymous FTP User created by the system lacks the user name

I'm experiencing some problems and inconsistencies in the Mac OS X Server 10.4.7 FTP service.
First I'll report this behaviour to evaluate if it's worth a bug report.
I read in the that the user with user name 'Anonymous FTP User" and short name 'ftp' is created by the system the first time the FTP server is accessed using an anonymous user.
I noticed that the user is indeed created but its user name field is empty. It doesn't have the associated LDAP record, too.
If I try to manually create a user with an empty user name field WGM errors, so could this be considered a bug?

Using NFS u can write the file in XI directories only not on other system
If u want to write in other System (ECC in u r case) u shud use FTP protocol.

Unable to assign AMBA to the user

I need to assign 'Approvals Management Business Analyst' to the users. I have to set up via User Management and not as a responsibility in the FND_USER screen. I have User Management and Functional Administrator responsibilities which I have added them to myself. But I couldn't see any functions under User Management responsibility. Please help me out to assign 'Approvals Management Business Analyst' to the users.

If i restore a user folder from time machine. is it just restoring all files associated with the user or programs also?

I don't think there's a single place that will give you a list but you can check your devices to create one. On your iOS devices go to Settings>Messages>Receive At and check the Apple ID at the top. You can check FaceTime at Settings>FaceTime. You can check iCloud at Settings>iCloud>Account. On your Mac go to System Preferences>iCloud> click on Account Details. On your PC go to Start>Control Panel>Network and Internet>iCloud (you Apple ID is listed on the left).

Well after posting my issue in regards to my volume, I went on to read some other clients issues and discovered your answer! I feel a little foolish, but yes, my master volume switch was off.

HT4897 My Aliases are still on my iMac desktop but are no longer on my iPhone. All operating systems are the current offerings.

I have i-OS8 on the phone and Yosemite in the Cloud and when I did this I still have the original 5 Aliases on the desktop, sending and receiving but I can no longer do it from the iPhone. What Happened?
I can get my main mail account to work on the apple ID account and as a test I tried adding a new alias and that worked but all my old ones are not working.
One of the old aliases was pretty important to me, what can I do??

The only answer I have is not a pleasant one. Your photos are gone. There may be computer services that might be able to retrieve photos from a formatted drive (and they might not be able to retrieve the photos from the formatted drive). These services are usually quite expensive.
PSE has low res thumbnails. You could blow them up in the Organizer to single image view, and then do a screen capture to save these low-quality photos. You would have to do this one by one.
In the future, making backups is a very important step. If your burner isn't working, you need to get it fixed, or you need to get an external hard drive for backups. You are one of a large number of people who have written here that your photos are gone ... and for anyone else reading this far, don't let this happen to you.
