Can someone tell me what is backed up in the DRS recovery for CUIC?
Are:
1 Custom Reports
2 changes to stock reports?
3. Report Definitions?
4 Value Lists
5 Partner created custom reports?
6 Data Sources?
7 All Passwords?
8 Schedules?
9 Dashboards?
any Help would be greatly appreciated.  Pointing to the correct documentation is great also.

  • CUIC Scheduler | Error when saving to remote location

    CUIC 8.5.4
    When attempting to save a report to an SFTP site it is failing.  When I test the connection it shows offline and I recieve the following error:  "Unknown error.  Please contact the administrator."

  • DRS issues with Unity Connection 7.1.5

    Hi all,
    We're having some Issues with the DRS Backup of a CUCM BE 7.1.5 System.
    System Version is 7.1.5.10000-12.
    When selecting the CUC Feature in DRS the backup fails,
    The Error I get is the following:
    Failed to initiate backup. Server [ZURCM01], component [CLM] requires component [PLATFORM] to be registered.
    When deactivating the CUC Feature the Backup runs normally.
    Any ideas how to fix this?

  • CUIC Custom Report for Business Hours for Weekdays Only

    Customer wants a UCCX custom report which we are building with CUIC Premium.  The one criteria we are having issue with deals with the ability to selects days of the week BUT only with specific hours of the day for each of the days selected.  So customer want to be able to run the report for Monday to Friday but from 8AM to 5PM for each of those days, so essentially during business hours only.  The built in Absolute Date Range does not work because that would run the report starting Monday at 8AM until Friday at 5PM.

    Our 3rd party solution lets you produce historical reports by "shifts" by each day.  In your case each day agents having the shift of 8 - 5.  Let me know if you would like to discuss in detail how our solution can accomplish this and more.

  • CUIC 8.5 - Problem with Save As and editing reports

                CUIC 8.5.2.  I have users set up with Roles of Login User, Dashboard Designer, Report Designer, Report Definition Designer and Value List Collection Designer.  They also have Read Execute and Write Permissions.  Problem is, if they run a stock report, the Save As, and Edit options on the report are greyed out and inactive.  What is missing in order for users to be able to create custom reports?  Any help would be appreciated.

    I might have ran into this at some point last year, I think (but I could be wrong) if you setup the write permissions for  the user group, it should then fix it for everyone.  You might want to give that a spin in case you have a lot of individual users.

  • Help in Collection in CUIC

    Hi Team,
    Request all your help on the issue I am facing on the Collection group in CUIC. I am in the process of creating the Collection list for outbound reports where the request is to pull the Campaign Names based on the Campaign Group. I have created the Collection for the Campaign Names using the Wildcard based on the campaign group, but it is not fetching the exact Campaign Names.  For example, if there is a Campaign Group Team then the campaigns S1,S2,S3 should automatically populate by clicking the Collection Group Team. However it is fetching all values in the collection with the string Team1 and Team2.
    Request all your help in identifying the correct format for the Collection group
    The below is the value list and Campaign Query.
    Value List:
    select CAMPAIGNID  as id , CAMPAIGNID as Value
    from obd_campaign (nolock)
    Collection List:

  • Report Parameters in CUIC

    Hi,
    We are developing custom reports in CUIC. We are facing couple of issues:
    1. One of the requriement is to present the selection parameters in a drop down. As of now, i can have value list where user can select one or multiple values from the list but i have to restrict the user to select only one value. For this, i would like to have a drop down instead of list. How do we do that?
    2. When we run the report, results are coming in a grid with the report title. We also want to show the parameters values (which user has selected). But we didn't find any option to do that. Please guide.

    --- Cuic designed to support multiple filter values. Currently in cuic there is no provision to restrict user for single filter value (parameter value). As per current design you can’t achieve this.

    -- Every time you run the report all filter values comes as part of report footer. You can check all user selected parameter values in report footer.

  • CUIC DB Schema Document

    Hi All,
    Can someone share me or guide me to the URL, to get the CUIC DB schema(i am not referring to the AWDB or HDS schema).
    I am basically trying to run a report to capture any error occured while executing the report.
    In 7.5 CUIS, CISCO provided as out of box report to get the error descriptions but somehow they have missed these reports in 8.5 not sure about the reason.
    Finally thought to build my own reports out from CUIC DB.

  • Scheduling a report in CUIC

    Hi,
    Can I schedule a report in CUIC and I want that report to dumped in a specific location.  Is this possible ?
    I know the other options are to email the scheduled reports or to make it available in the dashboard. But, I do not need them. I need the scheduled reports to be dumped ina specific location.

    We actually use a vbs script to move the "scheduled" report to a network share location.  Set the .vbs to run using Task Schedule.  Here is one of the scripts we use:

  • Creating new fields for UCCX 9.0 CUIC

    I am tryin to create a Contact Service Activity report for a customer and I have 2 problems.
    1st I have created a new field which I want to show the number of calls handled outsite of the Service Level.
    The formula I have created is SUM(${calls_handled})-SUM(${handle_sl_met}) this works fine for the totals, however I am getting the overall totals on every Service line . Within Edit Properties i have just put in (${calls_handled})-(${handle_sl_met}) thinking that would sort the individual service lines, however it is still showing the overall total number!
    The 2nd problem I have is that I want to run the same report so that it show multiple day summaries for each service.

    Regardless of license level (Premium, Enhanced or Standard), CUIC is there, on the same server.
    Not sure if you can install it or move it to a separate server - I guess the answer is no.
    About the licenses: you'll have to decide whether you'll be able to use the full feature set (if you need HTTP applications, Databases, custom Java classes, then go Premium), or not (then it's either Enhanced or Standard). Again, CUIC will be there, with unlimited users.
    About HA - if you mean High Availability, UCCX supports that, out of the box, it's actually an active-inactive server pair. You'll need a separate license for that, too, as far as I know.
    Good alternatives to CUIC: personally, I prefer BIRT. But there's a long list of reporting platforms. Some SQL knowledge is a plus.
    Hint: the SRND is a great way to start. The amount of information there might be overwhelming, but all the details are supposed to be there.

  • Creating an Hour field in an SQL Query CUIC v10.0

    I am trying to create a report that shows the calls offered etc by Hour, instead of by half hour or 15 minutes which comes with the usual DateTime (interval) query.
    I am using DATEPART (Hour, DateTime) As Hour  and whilst this is giving me the hour number in the new column, I an showing 2 rows per hour as per the half hour interval.
    I have included it in the Group By and this makes no difference, Whilst I can group them by hour and that would in effect solve the issue, I then loos the Date Field!
    Ideally what I would like to see in 1 column is
    Call Type 1    4/2/15 10:00 AM
                          4/2/15 11:00 AM
                          4/2/25 12:00 AM
    etc.....
    Instead what I have is
    Call Type 1    4/2/15 10:00 AM         10
                          4/2/15 10:30 AM         10
                          4/2/25 11:00 AM         11
                          4/2/25 11:30AM          11
    etc...

    Sarah,
    You will need to make sure you remove "DateTime" from your GROUP BY clause, and from the SELECT statement.
    Instead of using DATEPART, I would use something like:
    DateTimeHour = DATEADD(h,DATEDIFF(h,0,DateTime),0)
    The above will give you a full DateTime value, rounded down to the nearest hour. Don't forget to include it in the GROUP BY (and probably SORT BY).
    You can add "DateTime" back as Filter Field in CUIC after you do the initial Create Fields step (look on the Fields page). Filtering on DateTime instead of DATEADD(h,DATEDIFF(h,0,DateTime),0) should make for a more efficient SQL query.

  • UCCX 9.0 CUIC Value lists

    Hello,
    I have installed UCCX 9.0(2) and I am using CUIC for the reporting data. When I first configured the UCCX CSQs, I used some sample names. After the testing phase, I changed those names to the final names.
    Everything is working as expected with the callcenter. The only problem I have is that in CUIC, if I check the Stock Value list "UCCX_CSQ Names" I see the names of the old CSQs as well as the new CSQs.
    The old CSQs are no longer configured in the system, and I cannot modify the value list since it is a stock list. How can I remove those old names from CUIC?

    If you delete of modifiy any thing in UCCX then old value will mark as inactive but that will still present in infromix database.
    if you want to completly remove it then you have to purge the old data . but in that case you will lose all your historical data also . you can request TAC they will delete old config from root . but normally this is working as design .

    I don't understand.
    Can I install it on the same server where there is UCCX 9.0.2 or on a different server?
    What licenses do I need?
    My customer asks application HA (no vmware)
    There are good alternatives to the Cuic ?

  • CUIC reporting in UCCX 9

    Dear Experts,
    I have 2 issues with CUIC reporting.
    the first issue is related to filter in the report. for example, for agent detail summary, I want to apply 2 filter, the first one is the agent name, the 2nd one is the call type (incoming, outgoing, ..etc ). it only apply the agent name and forget the call type. it apply only one filter.
    how we can apply 2 filters or more ?
    the 2nd issue is related to the custom report, I want to create a custom. the documentation said, you need to right click on the category or sub category and create a new one. unfortunately, I use the right click and nothing happened.

    Amer is referring to CUIC Premium, not CCX Premium. CUIC is a separate product also used with UCCE and comes in two editions. Cisco has packaged the CUIC Standard edition with CCX as it is primarly attempting to be an HRC replacement first. HRC only allowed one filter criteria as well.
    CUIC Premium is not cheap for production use (just wait until you ask for a quote)! In the second situation the suggested workaround is to buy the non-production lab license of CUIC Premium, design the report definition there, then export and import it into the embedded CUIC instance. Don't forget you would also need to build a new stored procedure in Informix to go with the report. Alternatively, you could subcontract the report development to a partner who already has this in place.

  • CUIC 9.0 Custom Reporting

    Good Afternoon,
    I was wondering if anyone could help me with the following issue.
    I am looking to create customized dashboards for our contact center's supervisors. I'd like to add a customized report that includes All agent data for the current day (aht, calls taken, calls abandoned, etc). From the time that they logged in until the present moment. I have attempted to customize "Agent Historical All Fields Daily" Stock report to do this, however I am wondering if I can set this report to run from shift start time until realtime each and every time the dashboard is opened, and also set a refresh interval for the report. I am relatively new to CUIC, so if there is any information I am missing please let me know. Thanks in advance for all assistance. I look forward to using these forums for further research and education!

    Unfortunately, some of the stock reports don't have a built-in option for "relative" dates (i.e., being able to choose "Today", "Yesterday", etc). If you have the "peragt26_Agent Consolidated Daily Report" available to you, you should be able to select "Today" in that, it should have most of the data you're looking for. If you don't have this report, it is available from the CDN under "WebView reports". http://developer.cisco.com/web/ccr/documentation
    In order to have a report in a dashboard automatically run with specific filter criteria, it needs to have a "default filter" set up. Each report can only have a single default filter. If you have multiple defaults you would like to set up, you will need to create copies of your report, each with its own default filter. You can set the default filter by right-clicking the report in the Reports tab and choosing Edit.
    Once you have your reports and dashboards set up, I would recommend potentially adjusting user permissions so supervisors can only see the reports/dashboards that pertain to them.
