Custom substitution strings in custom report layout (XSL-FO)

I copied the default generic column report layout (XSL-FO) and made my own template. Everything worked except that I would need to pass some of my custom substition strings to the XSL-FO template. For example, I had a subsitution string named PDF_HEADER_TITLE. I could not simply hard-code it as &PDF_HEADER_TITLE. because it would fail to generate the pdf file. Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?
Thanks.
Andy

Hey Smitha Mohan,
In fact SAP BW MDX supports limited string manipulation and only with NAME and UNIQUENAME attributes.
Here are some samples that you can use in universes:
MID([0COSTELMNT].currentmember.NAME,1,4)
LEFT([0COSTELMNT].currentmember.NAME,2)
RIGHT([0COSTELMNT].currentmember.NAME,3)
MID([0COSTELMNT].currentmember.UNIQUENAME ,1,4)
LEFT([0COSTELMNT].currentmember.UNIQUENAME ,2)
RIGHT([0COSTELMNT].currentmember.UNIQUENAME ,3)
Use them along with Concate()
Hope it should solves the req.
Gracias...!!

  • Variable or Substitution String in Interactive Report Filter

    Background: I have an application that has a number of customized Interactive Reports where the Filter on the reports is set to a custom company name. When I install the application, I do not want to go through the reports and change the filter for the new company's name. The filters I need to change are all set by LOVs.
    Question: Is there a way that I can do one of the following:
    - associate a Filter with a Variable or Substitution String such that I can set that variable or string on login and then the user always sees the correct Filter displayed in the Interactive Report?
    - or is there a code method to update a sql apex table behind the scenes to reset the Filter to the new value. So that I could run that after installation as part of a customization / set-up time?
    System Info: 4.1.0.00.32
    Thanks,
    Stephen
    I used the IR_FILTER function, and while it allowed for a new filter to be set. It did not save the filter after logout or for other users accessing the Primary report. I could not find a SAVE Interactive Report function. So, my question still stands on looking for a method to set and save Filters programatically.

    Hi,
    I don't have access to an Apex 3 environment to check this, but I think that the Apex 4 Interactive Reports save the filters slightly differently and an attempt to mimic that functionality using IR conditions would fail.
    The only alternative I can think of right now is to have an additional column that returns 0 or 1 - eg:
    SELECT FIELD1,
    FIELD2,
    FIELD3,
    CASE WHEN (FIELD1 IS NULL OR FIELD2 IS NULL OR FIELD3 IS NULL) THEN 1 ELSE 0 END INCLUDE_NULLS
    FROM YOURTABLEand then apply a filter to INCLUDE_NULLS = 1

  • Rendering Static Images in Report Layouts xsl:fo template

    Hello,
    This is my first posting to the group.
    I have been looking for a simple way to implement static images into the XSL:fo template file in order to export them to .pdf.
    Having searched through the forums and through various Apex blogs, they all seem to refer to the BI Template builder, which doesn't really help me as my company will not allow this sort of plugin to be installed.
    I tried another tactic: looking at XSL:FO howtos on using external images, which suggests using the following syntax:
    <fo:block>
    <fo:external-graphic src="url('insert_image_namehere')"/>
    </fo:block>
    However, when I try to use the #WORKSPACE_IMAGES# substitution to refer to local images, it fails to render - I suspect that #WORKSPACE_IMAGES# is not a valid substitution on the report layout editor page (its not listed in one of the 'approved substitutions' list)
    Other than trying to use this BI Template Builder (out of the question), can anyone suggest a means of resolving this issue?

    update:
    I tried deriving the full path for the image file by viewing the source when I embedded it in an HTML region on the same page and it gives me something similar to the following URL:
    wwv_flow_file_mgr.get_file?p_security_group_id=502133210878128108&p_fname=myImage.gif
    (p.s. it is a .gif file - not sure if this should make any material difference)
    As a result, I tried embedding this into the code:
    <fo:block>
    <fo:external-graphic src="wwv_flow_file_mgr.get_file?p_security_group_id=502133210878128108&p_fname=myImage.gif)"/>
    </fo:block>
    but this time, instead of merely not rendering, when Acrobat opens, an error message appeared reported that the file was corrupted or invalid. When trying different formats, I seem to get a generic: "500 Internal Server Error".
    I'm going to try putting the image file in the server directory tree to see if that will work. I'll post later either way.

  • Create Report Layout (Apex 3.2) - How can I set the substitution variables?

    Hi,
    I created a "Report Query" under "Shared Components". I now want to work on the corresponding "report layout". I created a "Generic Columns (XSL-FO)". I read the following in the documentation:
    The following are valid substitution strings:
    #PAGE_HEADER#
    #PAGE_HEADERFONT_COLOR#
    #PAGE_HEADER_FONT_FAMILY#
    #PAGE_HEADER_FONT_SIZE#
    #PAGE_HEADER_FONT_WEIGHT#
    #PAGE_FOOTER#
    #PAGE_FOOTER_FONT_COLOR#
    #PAGE_FOOTER_FONT_FAMILY#
    #PAGE_FOOTER_FONT_SIZE#
    #PAGE_FOOTER_FONT_WEIGHT#
    #PAGE_WIDTH#
    #PAGE_HEIGHT#
    #HEADER_BG_COLOR#
    #HEADER_FONT_COLOR#
    #HEADER_FONT_FAMILY#
    #HEADER_FONT_SIZE#
    #HEADER_FONT_WEIGHT#
    #BODY_BG_COLOR#
    #BODY_FONT_COLOR#
    #BODY_FONT_FAMILY#
    #BODY_FONT_SIZE#
    #BODY_FONT_WEIGHT#
    #BORDER_WIDTH#
    Where can I set the values for these substitution variables in my "Report Layout"? Could someone give an example? I can't seem to find documentation on this.
    Thanks!
    Francois

    Thanks for the tip however I'm not trying to do this through the print tab, I'm calling the report using the following get_print_document in pl/sql code:
    l_report_blob := apex_util.get_print_document(
    p_application_id => l_application_id,
    p_report_layout_name => l_report,
    p_report_query_name => l_report,
    p_report_layout_type => l_output_format,
    p_document_format => l_output_format,
    p_print_server => null);
    Where could I set these substitution variables ? I'm simply calling a report query and layout created under Shared Components.
    Thanks

  • Attribute "Report Layout" is missing in the "Print Attributes" tab for IR

    Hallo,
    The attribute “Report Layout” is missing in the “Print Attributes” tab for an interactive report?
    How to alter the report layout (xsl-fo) of an interactive report?
    Has someone any idea where to configure this?
    Btw, for the "classic" SQL Report the XSL-FO "Report Layout" can be cahnged in "Print Attributes" and this works fine for me. But I want to change the xsl-fo for the interactive report.
    "If you do not select a report layout, a default XSL-FO layout is used. The default XSL-FO layout is always used for rendering Interactive Report regions. ... Unlike classic reports, the Interactive Report Print Attributes can only utilize the default XSL-FO layout and is initiated from the Report Attributes, Download section rather than directly from this screen. Once configured, these attributes only apply only to the current region and cannot be used outside the context of the region."
    http://apex.oracle.com/i/doc/bldapp_rpt_print.htm
    How can the "default XSL-FO layout" be changed?
    Changing is necessary because the Apache FOP 1.0 reports the following error (for the transmitted default XSL-FO):
    "fo:simple-page-master", "fo:region-body" must be declared before "fo:region-before"
    http://www.w3.org/TR/xsl/#fo_region-before
    The default report layout is not saved in:
    select * from APEX_040000.WWV_FLOW_REPORT_LAYOUTS
    Thx, Willi

    I've found two workaround for getting Apache FOP 1.0 to work with Oracle Apex 4.0 for PDF printing of interactive reports:
    1, Use an application process to set your custom layout for interactive reports:
    [ ] grant all on APEX_040000.WWV_RENDER_REPORT3 to {YOUR_SCHEMA_NAME};
    [ ] Create an Application Process e.g. "Custom Report Layout" with constraint for request 'PDF' and Process Text:
    declare
    v_xsl varchar2(32767);
    begin
    v_xsl := '<?xml version = ''1.0'' encoding = ''utf-8''?>
    <xsl:stylesheet version="2.0"
      <fo:region-body region-name="region-body" margin-top="54.0pt" margin-bottom="54.0pt"/>
      <fo:region-before region-name="region-header" extent="54.0pt"/>
    </xsl:stylesheet>';
    APEX_040000.WWV_RENDER_REPORT3.g_prn_template := v_xsl;
    end;2, If you have some knowlege in Java change the sequnce of the the nodes in the apex_fop.jsp (or servlet), ie. changing the xsl before you use it for transformation.
    The code depends on the solution you are using to parse the xsl string.
    Hope this may help someone,
    Willi

  • Substitution string used in custom Report column name does not display in PDF version of report

    I am using Apex 4.2.6.00.03, Apex Listener 2 via Glassfish4 and have set up all my applications and reports on this system.  We previously used Oracle 10.2, with Apache with a custom fopping document.
    My issue is that I have a report that has custom column headings using a substitution string to pull in the begin or end date for the report.  When the report is run and displayed, the column headings appropriately display the date.  However, when I try to set up the Print to PDF option, the column headings are not displaying correctly.
    Is it possible to use a substitution string in the column heading?  I am able to use the substitution string in the Page Header and Page Footer and those display correctly.
    In the Report Attributes setup I have set the "Strip HTML" to Yes and I have four columns that are using the &"ITEM NAME". string.  See below for actual display:
    The report column headings in APEX displays correctly (bold is the substitution detail):
    Fund    Account Description          Balance 07/01/2014     Budget/Goal FY 14-15     YTD Actual 02/28/2015         Ending Balance 02/28/2015
    In the Print Attributes setup, when I get to the Report Columns section, the Heading column displays the headings as set up in the Report Attributes custom and I am not able to edit these names.  See below:
    In the version of the report that is Printed to PDF I get the following for display:
    Fund           Account Description           Balance %26amp;P347_BEGIN_DATE.     Budget/Goal %26amp;P347_FY.     YTD Actual %26amp;P347_END_DATE.     Ending Balance %26amp;P347_END_DATE.
    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Pat

    First, the misspelled word is a test object and not data.
    Second, all data display correctly.
    Third, text object is displaying the old misspelled word.
    Fourth, I have eliminated the possibility that problems in of my pdf export routine cause this issue by exporting directly from Crystal Reports Viewer. I print the report to the crystal report viewer. The report looks good. The text object is spelled correctly. Then I click the Crystal Reports viewer's export button in the left upper corner and I export to both EXCEL and PDF. The excel export looks good. The pdf export is misspelled. All the export occurs internally in Crystal reports.
    Fifth, I found outthat all users who have this problem have the ADOBE PDF writer installed. I am just suspicious that ADOBE writer is interferring with Crystal export
    Sixth, I cannot recreate this problem on any of our development and test machines. It only happens on end-user laptops.
    Seventh, I changed the name of the report that had this problem and created a new version and installed on end-user laptop. The behaviour still persists. User saved the report as both RPT and PDF. RPT export looks good. PDF version has the spelling problem. Data on both reports is up-to-date and good. I copied the same RPT export to my PC and exported it to PDF, the pdf looks good. That is why I think something on the end-users laptops is causing the export to use some cached template.
    One more thing I did was to change the report name in VB.NET project, recreated a new package and installed on end-user's laptop. The same exact problem is still there.
    I have worked with Crystal Reports more than 15 years and I have never such a weird behaviour before. I know this sounds very weird. We are all baffled by what is happening.

  • Report print attributes - custom report layout

    Hi there,
    I've looked for this information in the web and in this forum without luck so far...
    We have here BI Publisher and I use the "Enable Report Printing" option in a traditional report in Apex 4.0.2. That works great.
    But instead of using the "Default Report Layout", I want to use a custom one based on a RTF file. However I have no idea what the data XML looks like in order to build a custom layout.
    To be clear: if you go to Shared Components > Report Queries, you have a Download XML Data option so you can build your report layout based on the XML structure. For instance, you can use <?for-each:ROWSET1_ROW?>, <?COLUMN_NAME?> etc
    Any ideas about what that XML structure is for a traditional report?
    Thanks
    Luis

    Found it: change temporarily the output format to XML and download the report. The XML structure is all there. Very helpful to know that all page items are included in the XML as well. It would be good to have this functionality detailed somewhere in the Apex documentation.
    What I still need to know is how to access the substitution strings below in my RTF (NOT XSL-FO) template:
    Select Default Report Layout to use the built-in generic report layout.
    To use a custom generic report layout, select it from the list.
    You can use the following substitution strings when building custom XSL-FO report layouts:
    #PAGE_HEADER#
    #PAGE_HEADERFONT_COLOR#
    #PAGE_HEADER_FONT_FAMILY#
    ...Any ideas?

  • Custom Report Layout with mutliple child tables

    I am trying to create a custom report layout (using Bi Publisher) where I have parent data (multiple jobs on a page) and several child tables for each job (JobDays and JobStops) and several child tables for JobDays (JobDayProviders, JobDayCrew). On the apex screen, I have a join on Jobs and JobDays and I am using functions to string each child row value for JobDayProviders and JobDayCrew together and putting a <br> in between so that they will format on separate lines within a cell. It works fine on the screen but when trying to print to pdf, it ignores these line breaks. I have also tried using <br></br> (saw an article that said just use HTML in bi pulisher) which puts two lines in between each value on the screen and is still ignored on the pdf.
    for example:
    Table hierarchy:
    Jobs table
    Job Stops
    Job Days
    Job Day Service Providers
    Job Day Crew
    Report Layout per job (will have mutlipe jobs to print, just printing 1 day per job):
    Jobs.col1 JobStops.row1 JobDay.col1 JobDayProviders.row1 JobDayCrew.r1
    JobStops.row2 JobDayProviders.row2 JobDayCrew.r2
    JobDayProviders.row3
    Thanks,
    Linda
    First, is there a way to get bi publisher to recognize the line breaks? If not, what is the best way to create a custom report for this scenario? I tried to create a report query with mutliple queries, but cannot determine how to link the child queries to the paren query. I have seen an example where a button is pressed to print one parent row and the id of that row is saved and referenced as a parameter in each of the queries, but if printing mutliple parents on a report, how would I link the child queries to the parent query?

    Helen,
    The best way for your case is to use a content folder and customize it whichever way you like.
    however, your question is about reports. the problem in reports is this that you have to use just one single query and the layout of the results of this query are displayed in a peculiar way.
    anyway. something similar but not exactly the same as what you wanted do is the following.
    use a query like the following: (with a union in between)
    SELECT COLUMN1,NULL , NULL ,NULL ,NULL
    FROM my_source_table
    WHERE myCriteria LIKE 'SoAndSo%'
    UNION
    SELECT NULL,COLUMN2 , COLUMN3, COLUMN4, COLUMN5
    FROM my_source_table
    WHERE myCriteria LIKE 'SoAndSo%'
    ---------- Now, have the following codes in the layout segments:
    <!--- header --->
    <table border="0" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="1" width="20%" align="center">
    <!--- body --->
    <tr align="center">
    <td><table border="0" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="0" width="30%" align="center">
    <tr align="center">
    <TH><#COLUMN1.FIELD#></TH>
    </tr>
    </table>
    </td>
    <TD class="report_cell" ALIGN="LEFT"><#COLUMN2.FIELD#></TD>
    <TD class="report_cell" ALIGN="LEFT"><#COLUMN3.FIELD#></TD>
    <TD class="report_cell" ALIGN="LEFT"><#COLUMN4.FIELD#></TD>
    <TD class="report_cell" ALIGN="LEFT"><#COLUMN5.FIELD#></TD>
    </tr>
    <!--- footer --->
    <TR><TD></TD></TR>
    this should produce a report with a table structure (you may see the whole if you give BORDER="1" in the main table tag). Within this table, the first column of the first row should be showing top-leftmost column value once (COLUMN1 value) and then the next rows would show last four column values as a table block on the right-bottom part.
    with kind regards,
    naqvi

  • Importing Crystal Report layout for customer statements

    Hello,
    I have imported a crystal report layout to use for the customer statements when running them from the ageing report.  The problem is even if we only select one business partner in the ageing report, when we print preview the statement it displays statements for all business partners - this is because in the crystal report there are no parameters.  I know that when you import a layout like this for other documents you need to use for example, {ORDR.DocEntry}={DocKey@} as the parameter however the customer statements don't have a docentry.  When I look at the system statement layout (collection layout), when you run the report you get an ADO.NET (XML) connection prompt.  Is it possible to use the crystal layout i have for the customer statements but for only the customer(s) showing on the ageing report?
    Many thanks,
    Kate

    So just to make it clear,
    you want an overview of open invoices from 1 customer.
    If so, try this in crystal reports :
    Create a parameter field (field explorer)
    Name : CardName
    Type : String
    Value : Static
    do not select a value field (none)
    press ok.
    Select expert
    Create new
    Starts with
    type this : {?CardName}
    press add
    Click formula editor and make it look like this :
    {OINV.DocStatus} = "o" and
    {OINV.CardName} startswith {?CardName}

    AND Call_Type_Interval.DateTime <= :end_date
    GROUP BY Call_Type.EnterpriseName,
    Call_Type.Description,
    Call_Type_Interval.CallTypeID
    For this definition i wanted to create a customized report which is apparently not possible.

  • Customized R12 Standard Purchase Order report with custom data and layout

    Hi all,
    We need to customize the seeded Purchase Order report in R12 to add an additional section to include cost data coming from our custom table. The key is that our customized report should be launched instead of the seeded report via various PO forms (e.g. View Document menu option, PO Communications form to email, fax and print PO, etc).
    I manually set up a custom Document Type Layout for the Document "Standard Purchase Order" to use my customized template so my custom layout is shown instead of the R12 layout, but according to Oracle support the report can only draw data from a set of seeded Oracle views like po_headers_xml,po_lines_xml etc.
    Any suggestions how we can add our custom data to PO report in R12?
    Thanks! Mike.

    Hi Mike
    thats a tough one, the PO generation is a bit restrictive to say the least when it comes to customizing. It sounds like you have worked out how to get your own template in there to render the PO.
    On the data front, all I can think of is to customize and replace the seeded PO view with one that incorporates your extra data.
    Or, get into the page customization world and write your own extract and format concurrent program/procedure and then hook it onto the buttons where you want to launch it.
    You might have more luch, response wise from the EBS PO forum.

  • Custom Report Layout in APEX 3.0 PDF

    How much freedom do we have when developing a custom report layout using BI Publisher when we create the template file using the Word XML add-on?
    Why I am asking is, I am trying to replicate several Crystal based reports that use multiple lines of for data. They group on several columns and display the grouped data on separate lines in the report.
    Grouping 1 Line one has customer detail information
    Next grouping 1 or more lines are provider of service line information
    Last Line count of detail lines for customer
    Or would I be better off porting these reports to Oracle Reports?
    Thank you!

    Marc, I was able to create reports based on a layout and a report query...Is it possible to let the end user (not apex developers) download the report layout, make modifications and load it again. They will only be changing the text and very rarely will modify the fields..
    Thanks

    update: i found the following logic in the f4000 app on page 1405 for download

    l_mime_type varchar2(255);

    if c1.report_layout_type = 'RTF_FILE' then

    l_file_ext := 'rtf';
    else
    l_mime_type := 'application/xml';
    l_file_ext := 'xml';

    wpg_docload.download_file( l_report_document );
    end loop;
    end;
    and 1406 for upload
    declare

    for c1 in (
    select blob_content from wwv_flow_files

    ) loop
    l_report_layout_id := wwv_flow_id.next_val;
    l_report_layout := wwv_flow_utilities.blob_to_clob(c1.blob_content);
    insert into wwv_flow_report_layouts (
    id,
    flow_id,
    report_layout_name,
    report_layout_type,

    are these the tables/apis i could use ?

  • Custom report layout question...can't find any answers anywhere

    I am trying to build a report in Portal, using the custom report layout. The report displays like so, before I do any customization:
    COLUMN1 COLUMN2 COLUMN3
    COLUMN1 COLUMN2 COLUMN3
    COLUMN1 COLUMN2 COLUMN3
    COLUMN1 COLUMN2 COLUMN3
    where COLUMN1 is the same value, always per report; COLUMN2 and COLUMN3 vary.
    What I want is:
    COLUMN1
    COLUMN2 COLUMN3
    COLUMN2 COLUMN3
    COLUMN2 COLUMN3
    COLUMN2 COLUMN3
    In the report layout editor, Body section, this is what I see:
    <TD ALIGN="LEFT"><#COLUMN1.FIELD#></TD>
    <TD ALIGN="LEFT"><#COLUMN2.FIELD#></TD>
    <TD ALIGN="LEFT"><#COLUMN3.FIELD#></TD>
    so #COLUMN1.FIELD# must be some kind of array, but I am not finding any documentation anywhere on how to reference the individual values. All I need is the very first value of the COLUMN1 variable. Once I have that value, I can put it where I need it, but I can't get at that value, just the array.
    I have searched portal center, the app server documentation, html documentation. I have googled everything I could think of, but came up with nothing. I found a similar question on this forum, but no one responded with an answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Helen,
    The best way for your case is to use a content folder and customize it whichever way you like.
    however, your question is about reports. the problem in reports is this that you have to use just one single query and the layout of the results of this query are displayed in a peculiar way.
    anyway. something similar but not exactly the same as what you wanted do is the following.
    use a query like the following: (with a union in between)
    SELECT COLUMN1,NULL , NULL ,NULL ,NULL
    FROM my_source_table
    WHERE myCriteria LIKE 'SoAndSo%'
    UNION
    SELECT NULL,COLUMN2 , COLUMN3, COLUMN4, COLUMN5
    FROM my_source_table
    WHERE myCriteria LIKE 'SoAndSo%'
    ---------- Now, have the following codes in the layout segments:
    <!--- header --->
    <table border="0" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="1" width="20%" align="center">
    <!--- body --->
    <tr align="center">
    <td><table border="0" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="0" width="30%" align="center">
    <tr align="center">
    <TH><#COLUMN1.FIELD#></TH>
    </tr>
    </table>
    </td>
    <TD class="report_cell" ALIGN="LEFT"><#COLUMN2.FIELD#></TD>
    <TD class="report_cell" ALIGN="LEFT"><#COLUMN3.FIELD#></TD>
    <TD class="report_cell" ALIGN="LEFT"><#COLUMN4.FIELD#></TD>
    <TD class="report_cell" ALIGN="LEFT"><#COLUMN5.FIELD#></TD>
    </tr>
    <!--- footer --->
    <TR><TD></TD></TR>
    this should produce a report with a table structure (you may see the whole if you give BORDER="1" in the main table tag). Within this table, the first column of the first row should be showing top-leftmost column value once (COLUMN1 value) and then the next rows would show last four column values as a table block on the right-bottom part.
    with kind regards,
    naqvi

  • Reports Layout- storing custom report layouts that aren't FOP/RTF

    I am actually setting up a similar environment to the supported FOP processor, but with a JasperReports custom j2ee web application (WAR).
    I am having some degree of success. Instead of relying on passing user/pass for a JDBC connection, I have reports mapped by XML elements. The reports just pick up off of the document already being sent with the xPath record root at /DOCUMENT/REGION/ROWSET/ROW.
    I have planned on saving the jrxml reports as Report Layouts into APEX, so that the templates are also saved directly with the application and sent with the request, making the server side more of a dumb processor.
    I have had some success in this setup except for what looks like one issue.
    It appears that the jrxml remains intact on the upload, verified by viewing the CLOB contents of WWV_FLOW_REPORT_LAYOUTS.PAGE_TEMPLATE.
    I was going to say that it appeared that the "+" characters were being stripped, but after starting up my packet sniffer, it appears that is is actually because the fields (xml, template, etc) are not url_encoded prior to transmission. They are getting to the OC4J server, but not read correctly by the default HttpServletRequest.
    I realize that should this remain consistant, I can call the .Reader of the request object and actually pick up the POST parameters manually.
    Question:
    Is there anyway that this could be corrected in a future release, patch, or is there a way I can modify this behavior?
    Am I the only one who has seen this or does anyone suspect I have done something wrong in my setup?

    Configuration
    OS: Windows Vista 32bit
    Database: 10gR2 XE
    APEX: 3.2.0.00.27
    OC4J: JDev 10.1.3.4 (running in debug)

    I guess I have further confirmed this, by manually setting the particular character, "+" to its URL encoded equivalent "%2B" in the table WWW_FLOW_REPORT_LAYOUTS. After this, on receipt of the object at the Java receiver, it is formatted correctly. Furthermore, the getReader or getInputStream of the HttpServletRequest doesn't help because at this point it is empty.
    I figure if all else fails, I can put a dreaded trigger on to the WWV_FLOW_REPORT_LAYOUTS, or an after the fact process to URL encode the contents. Heck, I am already unsupported as far as the printing goes, amirite
