Customer compalint smartform

Hello all,
can any one help with the problem.
My smartform triggers an mail from the business activity as monthly report.
the problem is smartform has the questionnaire.
Mail is generated to the activity person when the status is changed to completed and the transaction is saved.
It works fine when the transaction is filled and saved then status is changed to complete then save the transaction. It will generate the mail every thing works fine, but when the status is changed to completed before saving the transaction for the first time the email will not contain the questionnaire part.
there is no rule as such to save the activity first and then change the status,Did anyone came across this problem.

for invoice, the smartform is.. LB_BIL_INVOICE and the print program is RLB_INVOICE ...in abap editor i opended this.....
how to see the output..how to customize it...

Hai,
You have to copy these standard objects to Z* objects and you should modify them.
Example: Copy LB_BIL_INVOICE to ZLB_BIL_INVOICE and change as of requirement.
To see the output:
tcode: VF03
Type your Invoice number
Choose Billing document->Issue Output To->Screen.
Output Type: RD00.
Execute.
Note: For this your invoice number should be customized with this output type.
Configuring output type to your invoice number.
Goto VF02.
Type your invoice number and Enter
Choose Goto -> Header -> Output
Give RD00 in Output type, Print output in Medium, En in Language and press Enter
Give your printer name in Logical destinition and Your Smartform name in Form.
Back
Save
If you want to create a new Output type for your Smartform.
Go to NACE tcode.
Choose V3 Billing and click on Output Types button
Go to Change Mode
Click on New entries
and create your Output type.
To give parameters for this you can check output type RD00.

Customizing BBP_SC smartform

Hello all.
I have a question about smartform customizing. We'd like to customize both the shopping cart (BBP_SC) and the PO (BBP_PO) smart forms. For PO smartforms, we can create a copy of the original, call it ZBBP_PO, and customize it. We can then go into the IMG, SRM, SRM Server, Cross Applications, Set output actions and output format, define actions for PO output and choose the new ZBBP_PO smartform as the output method. For shopping carts, however, we have not found a place to make that setting (to tell the system the name of the smartform to use). Has anyone seen where that is possible?

The call of BBP_SC is hardcoded.
For exemple you'll find it in include : LBBP_SC_APPF54 (preview).

Customizing SAP Smartform

Hi,
I need to customize an SAP defined smartform (paycheck). I copied the smartform with Z_ and assigned it to local object. When i activate it, it throws an error saying "The type "/1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP_US" is unknown. I haven't changed anything. I checked the type in SE11 and it exists. Its in a different package. What should i do now to get rid of that error?. Please help.

is it /1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP_US"? because in ides i checked this doesnt exist
/1PYXXFO/SAP_PAYSLIP_DE only exists with country extension i dont see a one for US

Customizing smartform copy interface /SMB40/SDDLN_A print prog RLE_DELNOTE

customized a smartform to pring delivery notes(VL01) by Copying interface from SAP standard form /SMB40/SDDLN_A, and print it with standard print program:RLE_DELNOTE.
but not item information can be displayed.
the procdure:
after enter tcode:vl03,and chose my output type, but in fact only the header information was printed, there is nothing about item information, even i change output type to standard smartform:
1 Print output RLE_DELNOTE ENTRY /SMB40/SDDLN_A
item information still can't be print out,in debug mod i find that: only header data was filled, there is no
item data.
did anyone had met this problem?
is it due to the configuration or the package of smartforms?

Customized smartform decimal display error for USD currency

Hi All,
I have customized PO smartform. the vendor currency is USD and out of 4 po line items, only 1 Item is displaying wrong decimal.
Say: it should display 28,089.00 but that line item displaying 28.089,00.
But all other item are displaying correct decimals like 28,089.00.
Please advise.

Check in debug mode what values are there in the internal table.Check the format. Plus lets say i have 2 line items of different currency and i am using the above mentioned steps then it can happen

How to print the out put for each customer in table

Dear SDN Team Members!
I've created a report and the output is displayed on the smartform for the same.
In this report, I've selected a list of customers and the report has to print the list of transactions being made by each customer in Smartform.
These details must be printed seperately for each customer.
I'm thinking of control statement AT NEW & AT END. But i don't know how to use them exactly so that the output is displayed seperately for each customer in the Smartform.
Please provide syntax and points will be awarded for.

at new customer. "customer must be the fisrt field in the itab and itab mus be sorted by customer.

in transaction M706 "Processing Routines" configuration MIGO message (e.g. WE03) there is a field called "PDF/Smartform Form". We would like assign a smartform, not a sapscript, ¿Does exist an smartform standar in system?

There is no standrad smartform for this to use as of now.
SAP did not develop any. So if you want to assign a Smartform there, then you need to write a new custom form(smartform) and then you can assign there.
Here when writing or developing your own form, you can select format, design and req. fields and develop the form.
I think this is clear.

Payment summary shows only single smartform for multiple entries

Hi All,
When an employee (whose cost center was changed in between the year) uses ESS - Payment Details - Display Payment Summary which uses the program 'rpcpspq0' in backend to show the payment summary, system shows single smartform(first smartform with first cost center).
While I run the program in backend, it shows 2 smartforms (after pressing F3, second smartform is displayed).
User wants both the smartforms to be shown is ESS.
Please suggest me on this.
Note: SAP has provided a note for this, but is useful only with Web dynpro application. While ours is ITS.

Adobe form to replace smartform in SRM 7

Hello,
We are in the process of utilizing the adobe server for form processing in our SRM 7 environment. In SRM 5.0 we have some custom Z smartforms for SRM documents. I am having the following questions:
1) What are the steps to do a "smoke test" to make sure the adobe server is working as it should?
2) Is there a graceful way of transforming the smartforms into adobe forms without re-designing them?
3) What are the steps to configure the system so that the it prints adobe form instead of the smartforms? (I have read note 1264423. It doesn't seem to have too many details.)
4) If adobe form would be exclusively used in SRM 7, is BADI BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE_SF still relevant or should we deactivate it?

What I didn't realize is this:
By migrating Smart Forms, you can reuse them as PDF-based print forms. You can find the Smart Form migration tool in transaction SMARTFORMS.
I have tried the migration tool. It did convert the old smartform to the new form/interface, but not without many errors. But at least we know that we don't have to start from scratch.

assigning the customer z-smartforms to the activities of sap e-recruiting is done in the e-recruiting customizing: SAP E-Recruiting -> Recruitment -> Applicant Tracking -> Activities -> Correspondence under this node there is anywhere a node called Assign Forms to Activity Types. The exact structure under the named path depends on the e-recruiting release you are using (IMG structure changed during the releases and EhPs).
If in spite of assigning the customer smarforms to the activities the standard template smartforms appear / are printed it indicates that you did not use the exact smartform interface required.
The interface used depends on the release and the technology set for correspondence change in the application. Details on this can be found in my post linked above.

Generate smartform for multiple customers

Hi all,
I have to generate an output letter for each customer using smartform .In the report program I am fetching the customer data and I am populating the data into an internal table say ts_customer. i.e ts_customer will contain the data of all the customers in case of multiple customer output. Suppose ts_customer contains 3 records corresponding to 3 customers.But when I am executing the program only the smartform output corresponding to the first customer is getting displayed i.e only one page is getting displayed.As of now I am looping the table ts_customer in the report program. Is it possible to loop the table ts_customer from within the smartform so that the letter corresponding to each customer will be displayed.

Printing movement stock papers - wrong printer in Smartforms

I have two output information for movement stock papers - the standard one and the custom one (which is the copy of the standard one - from the point of configuration).
The only one difference is the forms they uses.
Standard is writen in Sapscript and custom in Smartforms.
Both outputs are printed automatically during the stock movement but the standard one is printed on the the proper printer which was given in configuration and the custom one on the default printer (for the user). Then when I check in document both outputs were processed ok and it should be printed on the same printer - although they wasn't.
I would be appreciated for any clue,

How change smartform standard output for SC?

Hi gurus!
I've created a new smartform ZBBP_SC as copy of standard smartform. I need display Z Smartform when the users click on print button. I know to customize PO, BID, ... outputs but i don't find for SC in SPRO.
Would it be necessary customize output in SPRO? Do i have to create a new its (BSP) for transaction bbpsc01?
