Customisation during Import failed due to com.bea.wli.sb.transports.ejb.Jws
Hi All,
*Environment:
Weblogic Server: 10.0.1.0
Workshop Studiio: 1.1.0.0
Aqualogic Service Bus: 3.0.0.0.0
Linux: 2.6.18-53.e15 x86_64
ANT: org.apache.ant_1.6.5
JDK: jdk150_11
All my services are JMS based, so all the JMS destinations has already been created and tested using a different utlity written in java which sends a messages to the jms queues and recieve those messges, so i am sure my jms destinations are already there.
*Problem:
1 - I can use alsb console to import the config.jar without any problem, even though the jms destinations are reflecting older addresses i.e. jms:localhost:7001/connfact/queue (my dev)environment, where as my to be environment is different physical host with address like jms://abdhost:7099/connfact/queue.
2 - When i try to apply customisation using a customisation file i generated from my dev environment and changes the jms locations according to the to be host. the customisation operation failed complaining about 'Failed to lookup connection factory <factory name>'.
in the weblogic console the error is
[JAM] Warning: failed to resolve class com.bea.wli.sb.transports.ejb.Jws
<ERROR> <ConfigFwk> <BEA-390109> <Failed to notify session listener com.bea.wli.sb.transports.WLSArtifactDeployerImpl for operation beforeSessionActivate on session weblogic
com.bea.wli.sb.transports.TransportException: Failed to lookup connection factory <factory name>
*Same Problem using ANT on hudson:
I am also running same process using ANT build script on hudson to kick off build which imports alsb configuration, using already created config.jar, into alsb 3.0.0.0 already running on linux. The ANT script runs WLST import.py and export.py script, copied from the weblogic tutorial, to import configuration into alsb 3.0.0.0, but failed with same error.
I am not sure if this error is only related to missing jar which is missed during weblogic startup and in my ant script. If so, can someone tell which jar to use unless its a BUG and already been addressed as this is pretty old version i am using.
PS: dev and tobe environments have same weblogic build so i had already checked that.
Many thanks for your help!

Alsbejbtransport - com.bea.wli.sb.transports.TransportException
Dear expert,
Desperately need help! From time to time, we run into this issue - Unable to find port at address.. At the first level of research, I think some temporary file / cache for the ejb transport are generated in /appl/osb_bea/user_projects/domains/<domain name>/sbgen/alsbejbtransport.
Currently, we have to stop the server --> remove all the cache file --> recreate the business service --> restart. May I know is there a permanent solution? Also has found this is supposed to be fixed by CR355917? I've also attached the details logs.
CR355917 - After removing an EJB business service, some EJB transport generated files remain under BEA_HOME\user_projects\domains\DOMAIN_NAME\sbgen\alsbejbtransport.
Workaround: You can delete these files. However, to delete the files, you might need to wait until the server is stopped, as they might be open.

I do have restarted the servers after the deployment
Steps to Configure socket transport:
Place the samples folder under OSB installation directory
1. Run DOMAIN_HOME/bin/setDomainEnv.cmd (setDomainEnv.sh on a UNIX system) on the command prompt to set the environment where DOMAIN_HOME is the physical directory of your OSB domain.
2. Navigated to directory OSB_ORACLE_HOME/samples/servicebus/sample-transport on the same command prompt where OSB_ORACLE_HOME is your OSB home (for e.g. - D:\OFMW11g\mw\Oracle_OSB\samples\servicebus\sample-transport)
3. Executed command - "ant build" without double quotes (Make sure that you get "BUILD SUCCESSFUL" message) on the same command prompt
4. Executed command - "ant stage" without double quotes (Make sure that you get "BUILD SUCCESSFUL" message) on the same command prompt
5. Executed command - "ant deploy" without double quotes (Make sure that you get "BUILD SUCCESSFUL" message) on the same command prompt after modifying build.properties as per your setup.
6. Now go to weblogic admin console --> Deployments section and make sure that you see deployments "Socket Transport" and "SocketAdapter" in "Active" state
7. Create the proxy and business services as directed on the OSB documentation link (http://download.oracle.com/docs/html/E15866_01/example.htm#i1036658)
8. Start and test the socket server as directed on the OSB documentation link..
Please let me know if I am going wrong anywhere.

Hi,
My test case is a simple one. JMS Proxy (Publish with QOS- exactly once) --> http Proxy (Publish with QOS- Best Effort)--> http BS. Am getting a BEA-380000 - com.bea.wli.sb.pipeline.PipelineException error while testing from JMS proxy in test console. However, the test is successful while testing from http Proxy.
I saw one of the threads OSB - BEA-380000 - com.bea.wli.sb.pipeline.PipelineException but it didn't solve my issue.
Please advise if anyone has a solution.
Thanks,
NikhilHi All,
I found these are the observations when ever this error occured.
1) name space issue, un used namspaces are giving conflict, two namespaces with different uri's, out of which one is no more required, that will give problem.
2) Copying any stage from route node to the other stages ( it will add few extra namespaces).
3) Using un-reachable variables in the failed stage.
Thanks.

Hi
Which event queue should be used if an external application wants to post a message
to wli to be consumed by an event node?
com.bea.wli.bpm.EventQueue vs com.bea.wlpi.EventQueue ????????
I am using WLI 7.0 and tried with com.bea.wli.bpm.EventQueue but the event node
doesn't seem to be consuming the messages at all.
With com.bea.wlpi.EventQueue, the messages are being consumed but the event node
is not necessarily waiting. Moreover com.bea.wlpi.EventQueue is not listed at
all in the weblogic admin console.
Any comments
-Thanks
SreeramHi Sreeram,
The WLI_BPM_Event (com.bea.wli.bpm.Event) queue is the default event
queue for BPM. Here is a link that describes how to take a JMS message
and deliver it to BPM process engine:
http://e-docs.bea.com/wli/docs70/devclient/jms.htm
Cheers,
Chris

Regards,
yogeshHi Yogesh - when you say "i don't think the file is corrupt, because it works fine in eclipse", do you mean, you are actually able to publish them to a server and test those out?
Dont know your exact scenario, but when you say that you took the sbconfig from another machine and used it on your local system, cant we just go ahead with that? I mean, clean up your code base, and then import this latest "working" sbconfig and start afresh?
-Swagat -
I did a fresh install of the following on my linux machine in the mentioned order -
jrockit-jdk1.6.0_29-R28.2.2-4.1.0-linux-x64.bin -> /opt/fusion/middleware_11116/jrockit-jdk1.6.0_29
oepe-wls-indigo-installer-11.1.1.8.0.201110211138-10.3.6-linux32.bin -> /opt/fusion/middleware_11116
ofm_osb_generic_11.1.1.6.0_disk1_1of1.zip -> /opt/fusion/middleware_11116/11116
jdevstudio11116install.jar -> /opt/fusion/middleware_11116/jdeveloper
Note 3: jdeveloperstudio11116 doesn’t support wls 10.3.6. It supports only till wls 10.3.5. So, had to install jdeveloper outside of middleware home.
Now, when I'm trying to build a jar, which needs to be later deployed on an osb domain, it is failing with following error -

After searching for a while, I copied all the content from /opt/fusion/middleware_11116/Oracle_OSB1/eclipse140 to /opt/fusion/middleware_11116/oepe_11.1.1.8.0
/opt/fusion/middleware_11116/oepe_11.1.1.8.0/dropins does have a file oracle.osb.ide.link which contains
path=/opt/fusion/middleware_11116/Oracle_OSB1/eclipse140
Still I'm getting the above error. Didn't find any solution in Oracle forum or anywhere else. Anyone has a solution for this?
Thanks.Solution Summary
Add system property "com.bea.plateng.common.util.logging.useJDKlogger" set to "true" for configexport task, so that ANT target body look like:
<java \[...] jar="\[...]/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.0.1.R33x_v20080118.jar">
<sysproperty key="com.bea.plateng.common.util.logging.useJDKlogger" value="true"/>
</java>
Solution Description
The problem is in OSB module "com.bea.cie.comdev", which provides custom logging abstraction classes. Class com.bea.plateng.common.util.logging.LogFactory dynamically detects log4j library. If it is found, returns Log4jLogger, otherwise Jdk14Logger. The problem is that it uses context class loader for log4j detection and current class loader for Log4jLogger instantiation. In runtime, detection finds log4j installed in plugins/ directory (version 1.2.13), but instantiation finds none.
Specified parameter disables log4j detection. -
JDBC initialize failed due to long idling time
Hi gurus
Anyone having similar problem and would like to share their solution for the problem stated below.
Normally the integration for IDOC-XI-JDBC scenarios is working fine, but when the R3 halt sending IDOC to XI, the JDBC connection to MS SQL 2000 server failed to process and initialise due to long idling time. Currently the temporary solution is to go to XI change the Integration Directory : Communication Channel for the JDBC - Activate - Clear Cache. Then go to R3, retrigger the IDOC again. And the above problem will be resolved. But after a while (long idling time again), this problem arise once again.

Edited by: Malcolm Pang on Oct 23, 2008 11:08 AMIn the JDBC adapter , select option Disconnect From Database after Each message processing.
This will solve the process as your JDBC Database seems to be closing the connection after a particular idle time.

Edited by: user10465271 on Jun 8, 2009 3:44 PMThere have been many posts like this lately, there are two answers.
1) <WEBLOGIC_INSTALLATION>\modules\com.bea.wli.transform.fbruntime_1.1.0.0.jar
This can be found by doing something like:
java -jar jarscan.jar -dir C:\Oracle\wls10gR3\modules -class com.bea.wlxt.WLXTException
where jarscan is here: http://www.inetfeedback.com/jarscan/
There is also a java.net version too: https://jarscan.dev.java.net/ and i'm sure it works equally well for finding classes in directories that contain jars and classes.
2) Don't get to this point! If you include <WEBLOGIC_INSTALLATION>\wls10gR3\wlserver_10.3\server\lib\weblogic.jar as an absolute path to the installed version of weblogic.jar in your classpath, the relative path references to the modules in meta-inf/MANIFEST.MF of weblogic.jar should resolve correctly. To put it another way, do NOT copy/move weblogic.jar from it's installed location. If you do so, the references to other classes will probably not resolve. I haven't tried it myself, but tracking down all these classes and module is not fun and I don't recommend going down that path. -
BEA 8.1 Team,
Is there any limitation on BEA Repository such as number of nodes, etc.
I have a serious production issue. All i could see from the LOG file is the stact trace which i have posted it here.

Thanks in Advance,
-Nach.Hi Dragan,
First of all we need to put some debug (System.out.println) to findout exactly which object reference is actually becoming NULL. From there only we can start diagnosis on this issue. that's the root. It should be very easy for your Developers to put some debug on that...because the NullPointerException is being thrown by your code...I m not Blaming on your Code... WLS may be responsible for that...but first of all we need to find out Which Object is becoming NULL.
Thanks

COULD SOMEONE GIVE ME A SOLUTION TO OVERCOME THIS.
YOUR SOLUTION AND GREATELY APPRITIATED.
REGARDS,
DHANANJAYHi Dhanajay,
Firstly check if R3trans -d is working fine.
If so, please chek if the following parameters are set properly.
DIR_LIBRARY=/usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/exe/run
TRANSDIR = ....\trans
<SID>/DBHOST = <HOSTNAME>
<SID>/DBNAME = <SID>
<SID>/DBTYPE = ora
Execute the below command and check the transport profile:
tp check all pf=/usr/sap/trans/bin/TP_DOMAIN_<SID>.PFL
Please confirm the permission of the /oracle/ directory
The permission of the /oracle should be 755.
Also check if the import queue is not locked.
Also please ensure the Kernel is of latest version, if not, please update the DBSL shared library.Please look at the note 19466.
Finally you can try once distributing and activating the transport routes once.
When you executed command R3trans -d logfile trans.log will be created.
Please check this file for exact error information.
Paste the log file here.
Let us know the outcome.
Regards,
Sujit. -
I am trying to run OLE Automation but I got an error during run time:
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {5BDDE329-543B-411B-A14C-5EB01519338B} failed due to the following error: 80040154.
Code:
PhotoshopTypeLibrary.PhotoshopElementsApplicationClass app = new ps.PhotoshopElementsApplicationClass();
PhotoshopTypeLibrary.IAutoPSDoc NewDoc = app.Open(@"C:\psd1\test.psd");
I downloaded free SDK for Photoshop SDK CS 4 and I have Photoshop element installed on my machine.
Is this a known issue? Any help appreciated.Try running the SharePoint Product Configuration Wizard and see if that clears up this issue.
