Customize browser, is it possible...?

Hi!
I would like to ask is it possible to create web browser in AIR which can block mailto, ftp and some http addresses, and when user click some form field (onfocus action in JS) then automaticlly shows virtual keyboard over the browser ...??
Maybe you know some examples ..?

Hi,
This is not directly supported, but you might be able to achieve it via AIR's embedded browser.
The embedded browser fires a locationChange event whenever it is about to go to a new address. You could listen to that and then allow that particular URL or not.
For the form field keyboard, once the page has loaded in the HTML control, loop through all the input tags to attach your own listeners to it as well. Then you could pop up the keyboard.

Unable to Customize browser

When running a report via report server , I want to customize navigation as follows :
if paramter is empty , i want to go back to calling menu. I tried ovveride the before form html code but I couldn't . how can I do this . I use developper 6 / developper 6i

Private browsing always on (possible?)

I apologze if this has been discussed, but I did search and found nothing (maybe it's my search tactics?), so I was wondering if there was a way to have private browsing always enabled automatically?
If this has already been discussed then a link to the info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!

One of its sections is specifically for Safari, and includes the ability to zero the history. Another very useful item is to activate the Debug menu (which you may not know that Safari had).
Whenever I start up Safari I go to 'Show Caches Window' in the Debug menu, and click on 'Disable Webcore Caches'. This saves you getting a shedload of caches you, and Safari, simply don't need.
In Safari 2 you should check the option 'Always check for World Leaks'. Whatever they are (some kind of programming error, but who cares!), they take up a lot of space, and RAM, if allowed to fester. If you get a message that a World Leak was detected the procedure is to shut down Safari and reopen it.
World leaks do not happen with Safari 3.

In this case the customer interactions have occured before captivate has started. They don't choose an image or name of the college
After some more looking Captivatedev has a solution for passing the data using using JavaScript

E61 - multiple browser windows possible?

I haven't found a way to open a 2nd browser window using the built-in web browser on the E61.
Is anyone aware of a way to open a link in a new window, such that you can have 2 or more windows open simultaneously? The obvious technique of holding down the shift key while clicking on a link does not work.
It seems that some 3rd party browser apps do support this feature. But I'm hoping that its possible with the built-in browser and I've just overlooked something.

Not sure about E61 browser, but is possible with Opera.

Displaying a web browser on an appplication (possibly grabbing DLL's?)

I've been working on a loader for a game called RuneScape. I don't want to add the applet from a jar and it would most likely be easier to just add a browser page if possible. There's a program called SwiftKit (http://swiftkit.com/) which does it, but I highly doubt it's written in Java.
All in all I'm wondering if it's possible to add a web browser to a Java applcation.

Mail: Where is Photo Browser Icon in Toolbar? or Stationery Icon?

Ive been trying to figure out how to work with the Mac mail program. I cant tell you all the problems Ive been having. Was on the phone with Apple care for 90 minutes yesterday and ended the call with nothing resolved. Ugh
Anyway, this should be simple. In the help menu and the tutorials, they mention a Photo Browser Icon that you can put in the toolbar on the top of the page. The problem is I cant find it.
Ive done VIEW/CUSTOMIZE TOOLBAR and when the customized toolbar options come up, I DONT SEE ANYTHING FOR A PHOTO BROWSER
Is it possible that the tutorials and help menus are out of date and there is no longer a photo browser icon? If you have it, can you tell me exactly where on the customize tool bar menu you find it - cuz I am not seeing one. Im using Mail 5.0 with Lion.
I also notice you can access the Photo Browser by WINDOW/PHOTO BROWSER but Im looking for the toolbar icon. I just cant find it anywhere.
Just reading the help menu, it also said there should be a Stationery icon in the toolbar, and again I dont see that option either. Does that even exist in t his version because I dont see it at all?

The help and tutorial were showing it in the overall toolbar...I see now its in a toolbar that is featured in the new message panel. I dont know if that is a Lion difference maybe?
Are the different formatting options/colors/fonts/stationery etc things that would be visible if you send emails to people who are not using Macs or Apple products? For example if someone is accessing Yahoo on a PC, will they see what you're sending?
I also saw a priority button - Just curious how that works - Is that priority for the sender, recipient?
(And its a different topic but in case you know, In Text Edit, is there a preview window before printing so I can see the layout and know where to put page breaks? Thanks again.

Bex Analyser
The Business Explorer Analyzer (BEx Analyzer) is the analysis and reporting tool of the Business Explorer that is embedded in Microsoft Excel.
Features
You can call up the BEx Query Designer in the BEx Analyzer, in order to define queries. Subsequently, you can analyze the selected InfoProvider data by navigation to the query created in the Query Designer and create different query views of the data. You can add the different query views for a query or for different queries to a work book and save them there. You can save the workbook in your favorites or in your role on the BW Server. You can also save the workbook locally on your computer.

·        Evaluating Query Data
The BEx Analyzer offers convenient functions for evaluating and presenting InfoProvider data interactively. In the BEx Analyzer, you can add queries to workbooks, navigate within them and refresh the data. You can also process the queries further in Microsoft Excel or display them in the Web browser in a default view.
Navigation of a query allows you, for example, to filter characteristics on a single value, drilldown on all values for a characteristic, regroup characteristics and key figures in the rows and columns of the results area, or hide key figures. Navigation results in different views of the InfoProvider data. In addition, a range of further functions is available which allow you to edit a query interactively (for example, sorting, cumulated output, among others). ·        Queries in Workbooks
Queries are inserted into workbooks so you can display them. When you insert a query, a link is made between the cell areas of the worksheet and the data of the InfoProvider upon which the query is based. A link therefore exists between the Business Explorer and the Business Information Warehouse Server (BW Server).
When inserting a query into the workbook, a VBA routine is automatically generated in the workbook. You can also connect the Business Explorer with your own VBA programs (Visual Basic for Applications).
You can create workbook templates, into which you can insert your queries. Workbook templates can contain pre-determined items for the area of the query, formatting settings, logos, VBA macros, and so on.
·        Precalculating workbooks
You can precalculate and distribute workbooks with the BEx Broadcaster, which is a Web application you get to form the BEx toolbar. The system generates MS Excel workbooks with historical data. You determine the time for precalculation yourself: You can have workbooks precalculated at a predefined time or they can be precalculated whenever data in the underlying InfoProvider changes. You can have the precalculated workbooks sent by e-mail or you can export them into the Enterprise Portal, where you can make them available to employees within your company.
Activities
To start the BEx Analyzer, choose Start ® Programs ® SAP Front-end Business Information Warehouse ® SAP Business Explorer Analyzer.
You can also access the BEx Analyzer via SAP Easy Access ® SAP Business Information Warehouse ® SAP Menu ® Business Explorer ® Analyzer or in the Business Explorer Browser using the Business Explorer Analyzer symbol in the menu bar.

Cross browser testing : Modifier Keys playback actions not working in chrome and Firefox

In my work flow I have to select multiple items in list.So I have recorded 'Ctrl+Click' action to select list items.In Chrome and Firefox it is not selecting multiple Items.
Even Ctrl+A,Ctrl+C,Ctrl+V also not working in chrome and Firefox.Complete modifier keys support is not observed in chrome and Firefox.Let me Know how to automate modifier keys actions in cross browser?

First,please make sure the Chrome and Firefox is supported by cross browser testing.
Latest version of Chrome and Firefox supported by cross browser testing are Chrome version 38.0.2125.111 and
Firefox 33.
I doubt whether Chrome and Firefox in cross browser testing don’t support automating modifier keys or there is anything wrong on it if you are using supported browser. Since this issue is related to the Extensions tool

Need help! how to open a shared folder thru web browser

Hi to all LV'ers,
as the subject implies, i am trying to find a way to view the shared folder w/in the company network thru web browser. is this possible? is there a much easy way?? i never been used FTP vi's before or any other vi's to deal with this situation but i successfully used web publishing tool to make an access of LV front panel remotely using "web publishing tool". btw, im using LV 8.5.1.
my purpose for this is to let our boss to have a quick access of the data from excel files (w/ "s" because many excel file report is generated everyday for data updates) resided in remote computer (this computer runs the LV program and we can view its front panel remotely thru web publishing tool but i also need to view the folder of this computer that contains files). that is why im finding a way to have an access not only a specific excel file but a specific folder. ofcourse, we can access the shared folder thru "my network places>>entire network>>microsoft windows network" if the folder is shared but our boss is far more convenient if we LV programmers can create a button to automatically lead them to the folder containing files they needed.
I hope anyone already done dealing with this can shared their solutions.

i think what i told in my 1st msg makes things more complicated than what i really need, sorry for that.. but for sure, i need this to be done in LV because the data from excel files was generated by LV program and this LV program is displayed in our web (thru web publishing tool), see picture below.
what i want to do is to add a button here in front panel that when pushed, will show the folder consisting of several excel files. with this, i can choose what particular excel file to be opened. sorry guys i make you confused in my situation. here i attached i simple VI to let me open the excel file but unfortunately when i select the desired excel file, the dialog says "path not found". when i browse and open the excel file manually using "entire network>>microsoft windows network>>remote computer name>> shared folder>>excelfile", i can successfully opened it.
i dont know why i cannot make a valid path using my attached vi. maybe there's something wrong with my program,please let me know. the attached vi is LV 8.5.1. i will used this vi as a subvi later in the front panel shown above.

Can't drag folders in Media Browser

It says everywhere (in the manuals) that if you open Media Browser (in Pages, KeyNote etc), you can drag in it from the finder your folders of images or sounds or movies. I try to do it, but when I click the folder in the finder, Media Browser disappears... Anybody can kindly help? MTIA

But if this is the case, somebody should at least correct the Help files where everybody can read:
*To add another folder to the Media Browser, do any of the following:*
To add a folder containing audio files, click Audio in the Media Browser, and then +drag the folder you want from the Finder to the Media Browser+.
To add a folder containing photos, click Photos in the Media Browser, and then +drag the folder you want from the Finder to the Media Browser+.
To add a folder containing movies, click Movies in the Media Browser, and then +drag the folder you want from the Finder to the Media Browser+.
Or possibly we +did NOT pay+ for the Help Files?

i have a web internet live cams aplication and i am using adobe media server 5
i succeed to broadcast http live from web cam to web browser on apple devices using this url:

my question is about android browser:
is it possible to broadcast http live from web cam to android web browser using adobe media server 5?
and if so what is the url?
and if not although adobe took off the possibility to download from here site
flash player for android is there any other web page where users able to download adobe flash player for android browser?
or we are in a situation that its not possible to broadcast live from web cam to android browser
from both http or rmtp?
