CWS request removal from block list

I had a client who is using CWS report that one of my domains is being blocked due to its inclusion in a malware database in CWS. Does anyone know of any way to request removal of a domain from the CWS block list? I called TAC and they stated that the client would have to open a support case but the client has already overridden the block locally and the client shouldn't have to open case for my issue. I need to get the domain removed globally in case any other clients are using CWS and the domain is being blocked.

Hi,
Anybody with a valid CEC ID can contact TAC and ask for a case to be opened to review the URL/Domain in question.
Once a case is opened, it will roughly be processed within 1-2 business days.
On manual review if the Domain is found to be clean, steps will be taken to make it accessible globally.

I can't uninstall Thunderbird from my Windows Programs "uninstall list"; why does it not uninstall and be removed from this list?

Very frustrating...under the Windows "Programs/Uninstall a program" list, Mozilla Thunderbird is still listed AFTER I have removed it completely (I thought) from my computer. I have clicked on "uninstall" several times and nothing happens. I resent the fact that Mozilla has set this up so that it apparently can't be removed from that list.. What's that all about? I have tried to research the problem, even using your website to no avail. All I want to do is get it out of my uninstall/change list. I have not used that program AND won't use it. I don't want that program on my computer/list period. I would appreciate your help.

This is a fault with Windows application management. Mozilla does nothing to interfere with the install/uninstall process.
You could re-install Thunderbird to re-synch the applications list and then un-install it again, or you could use a utility to remove it from the list.
A search for ''thunderbird.exe'' will confirm whether or not it has been truly removed, though you may need to disable all the idiot-proofing that Microsoft implement to stop us seeing the true state of the file system; set it to show hidden files and file extensions for starters.
Thunderbird is pretty much self-contained. You are free to manually remove the folder the application lives in if Windows is unable to uninstall it for you, though that won't fix the incorrect appearance of thunderbird in the list of installed applications.

List used to add permissions to InfoPath form updated, but people removed from the list still getting permissions.

I have a list that gives users Contribute permission to an InfoPath form during a workflow action. This list has changed, and I have added and removed users from it. The people who I've added are getting permissions, but the people I removed are STILL getting
permissions, even though they are nowhere on the list. What could be happening? I would greatly appreciate any help!

These are time sheets we're working with, so each user needs a certain set of people to approve and review his/her time sheets. The workflow we have running on each time sheet created reads which department the user is in, matches them with the row that
contains the field "department" that matches their department, and gives permission to all of the users in the remaining fields TS Approvers and TS Reviewers. If I update these fields at all, the new users in these fields get permissions for that department's
time sheets, but the people I removed from these fields do not stop getting permissions. It's as if there is a cached copy of the list which is being used by the workflow to assign permissions. This list will fluctuate, so it is not a viable solution to keep
running powershell scripts to remove people from each of these items after they have been removed from the list.

Country removed from subscription list

I was just wondering why Sierra Leone was removed from the subscription list. Sierra Leone is the only country that I call using skype, but there are cheaper ways to call if skype no longer provides that subscription. Skype's losing lots of business. Not just from me. How did you block the plugin?
If you blocked it via Firefox and not via an extension then you should see a Lego block icon on the left end of the location bar that you can click.
You can inspect and manage the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab via these steps:
*Click the "[[Site Identity Button|Site Identity Button]]" (globe/padlock) on the location bar
*Click "More Information" to open "Tools > Page Info" with the Security tab selected
*Go to the Permissions tab (Tools > Page Info > Permissions) to check the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab
If you blocked content via an extension like Adblock Plus then you need to click its toolbar icon to check what content is being blocked.

Remove From Purchases List

I, like many people I assume, have downloaded a few few things that are clearly free for a reason. I've uninstalled them from my Mac as they weren't what I was looking for, but they still show on my Purchases list.
Does anyone know of a way to remove apps that have been removed from my Mac from the Purchases list too. I won't want to re-download them in the future.?

i think what you need to do is search for the folder of that app in the search and completely remove it from the computer ie remove it from the computer root so the system does not pick it up anymore . deleteing simply erases it from the computers icon however the files are still present in the root directory of the system . I had the same problem when i was working for this shop signage company as they had all the macs installed their ... i called up apple support and they confirmed that this is the way to do it .

Property Node activated even though it's been removed from Block Diagram

I messed around with the property node of one of my controls and when I was finished and removed the property node from the block diagram it still makes my control blink.
How do I make it stop??
Is the option of Enable state not possible to set in property node mode. I'd like to go from disabled and grayed to enabled.

Your blinking property might still be set. Add the property again to set it to False.
To set the enabled/disabled/grayed state use the "Disabled" property.

Why do I have to contact my reseller to have trial named-user licences (that neither I or my reseller requested) removed from my CC account?

After buying 50 device licenses for Dreamweaver, 50 named-user trial licences were added to my CC account (along with the 50 device licences). The trials expired after 1 month and now the team management interface reports payment issues and that that I must contact my reseller to remove the named-user licences. The reseller did not ask for these named-user licences to be added and neither did I. How do I get these named-user licences removed? Adobe support tell me that I have to raise an order with my reseller (for the licences that I don't want) and then cancel the order to have the named-user licences removed. That solution sounds stupid frankly so we won't be doing that.

I checked & found that since it is an indirect purchase, you will have to contact reseller to get the seats removed. Reseller needs to place zero value order & return the order which will remove the trial seats.
