DAQ browser not working in compiled exe

I have built an executable of my code. It installs on a non-LabVIEW PC fine, but throws the error in the attached image. Previous releases of this software worked fine. I added functionality of being able to select a DAQ device/port/line shown in control line.jpg. That control is for a sub-vi in my code.
When I did a search for the attached error:
"Cannot load the Browse dialog. Some necessary components are missing. To correct the problem, reinstall the drive software that is associated with this control"
. . . I found the same error in reference to a Fieldpoint IO Point causing this problem in an exe with steps to solve the issue, but could not find anything related to DAQ IO.
Any thoughts and/or suggestions would be much appreciated. I would like to allow my user to select which DAQ port he wants to control.

I did a manual install of DAQmx on the pc in question before, but this time I included DAQmx in the installer anyway (and, yes, it is now a 1.4Gb file!). Anyway, I'm having my guy onsite install that version to see if it helps, but I have a feeling it will not. It's the same error as here (also here). so I think it may require a similar workaround.
Almost forgot, I'm running LabVIEW 2012.0f3, MAX 5.3.1f0

That problem isn't related to Private Browsing specifically, that's how Firefox works with regards to multiple "sessions" with the same server - only one logon is allowed at any time. Try using one of these extensions to be able to run multiple session cookies.

Welcome to the Nokia forum.
If the default browser doesn't work after updating to Anna, hard reset the device and then reinstall Anna with Nokia Suite.
Take a back up with Nokia Suite by going to Tools > Back up. When making the backup, don't tick the Settings box as this will back up the bug. Now hard reset the phone with *#7370# and default security code 12345 unless you've changed this code yourself. Once the phone has rebooted you will have an empty phone.
Now click on the green icon in Nokia Suite and reinstall the current software. Once you've done this, click on Tools > Restore to place the back up back onto your phone.
After doing the above you will be able to use the default browser again.
Let me know how you get on so that I can troubleshoot, if necessary.

Per window private browsing not working, still sharing cookies

Firefox 21, per window private browsing not working. The cookies are still shared among private browsing windows and tabs. Even with private tab addon, still not working.
If I log into google in one tab, I am still logged in with that account in new private tabs and private windows.

One more question about cookies in private browsing mode.
I don't like browse a web using usual mode 'cause I don't like tonns of sites in a history. But when I start with private mode every time I get empty set of cookies and this was not quite good for me 'cause some sites store its options needed for me. In a prev. versions of FF I solved this issue in such a way: I stored some cookies in a file and every time I started private browsing I loaded them from file. But now this method gives nothing: in cookies manager all set of "non private" cookies is shown both before importing and after importing them from a file and I need to reconfigure my sites every time I start private browsing.

Fscommand and swf in web browser not working

Hi,
I am trying to open one flash projector exe file from web browser swf file but it is not working.
When I tried calling the fscommand("exec", "myapplication.bat") and fscommand("exec", "myapplication.exe") from projector exe flash file then it works fine.
I just want to know the supportabilities of fscommand in as3 using Flash Proffessional CS5.

The line that matters: None of the commands are available in web players.
On the web use ExternalInterface to run JavaScript on the page - not sure you'll have much luck with exec though.

Gcc not working with compiled glibc from PKGBUILD

i like to compile certain parts of my system, between them are the kernel, glibc , zsh, etc.
i had noticed that using a compiled version of glibc from abs results in gcc not working at all ( C compiler cannot create executables logs says). this is weird especially because i hadn't had problems before, i have looked for the error mesagges on Google and a lot of people has had this problem but nobody has a "generic" solution for this

You have stripped glibc too much. See the Arch PKGBUILD and make sure your makepkg.conf has STRIP_BINARY etc defined.

GUI_DOWNLOAD "BIN" filetype in Browser not working

I am downloading an internal table with XML data using GUI_DOWNLOAD and FILETYPE as BIN.
This is not working in the SRM browser

Just make your default browser working.
Goto configuration in settings and select correct settings for default config. Settings and preferred access point and select default in all apps and select yes.
Now your default browser should be working for downloads.

Downloading IE because Firefox is messed up...multiple issues (1) browser window missing = no window to input address data. (2) No back or forward arrow buttons (3) tabbed browsing not working

absolutely frustrated since Friday
THERE is NO DATA in the help files for this:
I CANNOT navigate the WWW with these parts of FireFox missing.
1) backwards and forwards arrows are missing
2) The Tabbed browsing is not working
when I click on tabbed browsing I get a blank screen and because the browser window is missing I cannot type in an address or any other data.

Pressing "F11" will toggle Full Screen mode on/off in most browsers. In Full Screen mode you will not display toolbars.

Location bar in Firefox or Address Bar in any other browser is where you type in a url address, it is on the Navigation bar and it is not a window.
If you are missing toolbars and are not in Full Screen mode,
* "Alt" > Toolbars > ...check mark menu bar or other toolbar
If you have your toolbars but are missing parts of thyem use "cutomization".

Protected Mode of Reader X does not work if explorer.exe is not a parent process [2008R2 RDS/TS]

We are running IE8 as a RemoteApp on Windows Server 2008 R2 Remote Desktop Services "Terminal Server". It has Reader X installed.
When opening linked PDF document, it shows the protected mode "fail" dialog.
If, instead, explorer.exe is launched as remote app, and ie8 is started from explorer,
opening PDF files in protected mode works.
This is regardless of settings, 32/64 bitness, whether iexplore is launched as remote app or
in full RDP session using "alternate shell:". If explorer is not parent of the process subtree,
protected mode doesn't work.
What might be the issue, and is there a workaround that does not involve starting explorer.exe?

This problem is fixed in the latest Reader X update 10.1.

Dreamweaver CC: Preview in Browser Not Working

I am new to Dreamweaver CC, but I've used other versions of Dreamweaver extensively.
Since I've installed CC, by Preview in Browser has not worked. When I click it, and choose my browser (this issue occurs with ANY browser I choose), it opens my chosen browser and then tells me the page cannot be found. I know the issue is where DW is pointing my browser. For example, if i'm working in my contact.php file in DW and tell it to preview in broswer, the address that shows up in my search bar is "contact.php/"
Now obviously, that won't point my browser to any usable address. So how do I fix the issue? I've tried looking through all kinds of settings but have found nothing.
Someone please help me!

You realize you must have a local testing server installed and defined in your Site settings in order to preview PHP pages, right?
Which Local Testing Server are you using?
Is it running?

DB connection not working in compiled programme

Hi all,
I have a calibration vi working fine in the development mode and run. Yet when i build an exe for it, the exe fails with the following message? any ideas?
Error -2146824584 occurred at Conn Get Properties.vi->DB Tools Create Parameterized Query.vi->DB Tools Insert Data.vi->calibration.vi
Possible reason(s):
Exception occured in ADODB.Connection: Operation is not allowed when the object is closed.Help Path is C:\WINDOWS\HELP\ADO270.CHM and context 1240653 in Conn Get Properties.vi->DB Tools Create Parameterized Query.vi->DB Tools Insert Data.vi->calibration.vi
I write data away to a database by using a udl file which supplies the connection information to the db tools open connection.vi which works fine when i test the connection - just not sure why the exe fails when the development version works fine

how do you get the path to the db or udl file? Did you strip that extra folder for the exe?

Hope the Access Points are not deleted with the Restore. Request your Operator to send fresh settings and when they arrive thru' SMS, SAVE them. Now try ..

Internet Browser Not Working despite re-sending service book...

Can someone please help?
The web browser is not working on my Pearl.
I am with O2 and have been in the O2 shop for an hour today and on the phone to various people at customer services and still no joy on my Blackberry problem.
The internet browser is not working. My e-mail has been set up and i can recieve mails only, but not send them. The error code: YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY BROWSER CONFIG SERVICE BOOK ENTRIES, or when I try and send an e-mail, NO MESSAGE SERVICE CONFIG appears, despite re-sending service book codes, plus also turning my phone off, and taking the battery off several times whilst in the O2 shop and then at home when on the phone to customer services.
The people at my network are stumped, and so am I!
Please, any solutions?

Even though two steps are redundant, I suggest the following steps (in order, waiting for success of each before proceeding to the next):
1) Register HRT
Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table > (it does not matter which line is current) > Register Now
2) Resend Service Books
KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then it sadly remains up to your carrier to resolve as they are the ones who deliver your services to you...

Nokia browser not working after update

I recently updated the nokia browser and now it's not working. When i try to use an app that uses the browser it attempts to use ovi browser but it's not compatible and it displays a message saying that the app is running but can't display. Anyone else have the same issue? And does anyone know a fix for this. Oh I forgot i'm using a Nokia Asha 303.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums!
Try to re-install Opera Mini using Nokia Suite, please follow this link to download it. If the application still does not work, you could reset your phone by dialling *#7370# followed by your security code (the default security code is 12345, unless you have changed it). Before reset, it's a good idea to back up your phone as it will remove all data on the device.
When your device boots up, restore your backup (remember to untick settings) and re-install all your applications from "my stuff" section on Nokia Store.
