  • Firefox Version 27 Reporting Services Action Menu Error. An error has occurred with the data fetch.

    Hello, since I've updated to Firefox 27.0.1 on Windows 7, I'm encountering a problem with Reporting Services on a Sharepoint site. It is a Sharepoint 2010 site with SQL Server Reporting Services 2012 Sharepoint Integrated mode. I was previously on Firefox version 26 and didn't encounter this problem.
    When a report is open and you use the Actions link on the Reporting Services toolbar, I receive the following error messages.
    An error has occurred with the data fetch. Please refresh the page and retry.
    I've tried updating to Firefox 28 beta but the same error occurs. I see another user is having the same problem here. http://sharepoint-community.net/forum/topics/reporting-service-and-firefox-27
    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
    Ryan

    Rachel, I did perform the Sharepoint file alteration discussed in the other article and it did stop Firefox from producing the error. I've done some testing on some other browsers and have yet to encounter any problems with the fix however I'm hesitant to perform that workaround in a production environment.
    Thanks for looking.

  • Profile error: Memory access violation (data fetch)

    Hello,
    I have VI with a lot of mathematic Nodes. When I try to profile it, I allways get this error: "Memory access violation (data fetch)".
    Keil uVision shows this error:
    "Memory write not possible (Real-Time Agent)
    Memory read not possible (Real-Time Agent)"
    Without profiling the VI works on the MCB2400. And profiling also works if I try very simple examples.
    bye & thanks

    Hi Amin, Alex,
    I noticed this issue had been open for some time, so I decided to post directly to save time.
    Thanks,

    LabVIEW Embedded PSE
     Diagnosis: So apparently, this behavior has nothing to do with the profiler. The culprit is the Advanced Analysis SubVI call (Mean.vi) in BB.vi.
    Mean.vi has a call library function node inside it and this CLN is configured to run in its own thread (labVIEW spawns a new thread for each call). Probably due to bad thread management on the ARM (in this case), this call causes a memory violation.
    Solution:Turn off the "Run in any thread" setting on the CLN as shown in the attached screenshot - change it to "Run in UI Thread". For good measure also turn off reentrancy on Mean.vi (second screenshot)

  • No Data Found Error in wwv_flow_files

    Hello All,
    I have written a procedure to upload the .csv file data into one of my database Table. It was working fine some days back, but when I try to upload a .csv today, it gives me error "No Data Found".
    This is the Query I am using to fetch the data from wwv_flow_files table:
    select blob_content into v_blob_data
    from wwv_flow_files
    where last_updated = (select max(last_updated) from wwv_flow_files where UPDATED_BY = UPPER(:APP_USER))
    and id = (select max(id) from wwv_flow_files where updated_by = UPPER(:APP_USER));
    this is returning No data found error.
    Please suggest what is the problem.
    Apex vesion : 4.0.1.00.03
    DB: 11g
    Thanks
    Tauceef

    Hi Trent,
    As I said, I am using this code from a long time ago, it was working fine before and I have uploaded many files using this code.
    But suddenly I don't know what happen it start giving this error.
    For making sure that this statement is the one which is giving "no data found" error I commented all the other select statements
    and I still got no data found. So it's confirmed.
    One more thing, I tried to run this code in SQL command by hard coding the :APP_USER value and this is what I got in the result:
    BLOB_CONTENT
    [unsupported data type]
    means this code is returning something but at run time it is giving no data found.
    Please suggest.
    Thanks

  • No data found error on Form on a Table with report

    Hi Everyone, I'm using Application Express 4.1.0.00.32 on Windows 7. I built a Form on a table with report. Earlier I was using rowid as a passing parameter but then I had to change it to primary key column from report to form.
    So in the "Fetch row process" I changed the "Items containing primary key value" and "Primary Key column" to P1004_PERSON_ID and PERSON_ID respectively. Which is my primary key.
    My Form is working exactly fine but at on point it throws "no data found error".
    I have a required date field in the form. So if the user doesn't fill in the date field and try to save the form, it throws the "Feild required error" and then when user enters date and try to save then it throws the error "No data found.". here is the snapshot... snapshot
    How can I fix this error.I'm really stuck.
    I checked debubber..it is as follows... in debughger it's still showing rowid. I don't know why. How can I fix that.

    should it not be :

  • Misterious "ORA-01403: no data found" error

    Hi,
    I've been searching through the forum and the Internet with no results, so I'm posting here hoping you can help me.
    Here is the situation: I had a page 30 with a tree branching to a form on a view.This worked fine until one day that suddenly, we got the "ORA-01403: no data found" error when loading the page. I guess that's normal, since the form shows the data filtered in the tree (in the tree we click on an element and pass its ROWID to the form), and when we load the page no ROWID is selected. So, the first question would be, how can I manage this situation? My first option was to have a condition in the Automatic Fetch for the Form, so that it's executed only when the ROWID item is not null. It worked a couple of times. After a while, it crashed again.
    Tired of trying things, we decided to copy this page 30 to another page (page #80). Surprisingly, page #80 worked meanwhile #30 crashed. And they are completely the same, the data has not changed either.
    Could it be that page #30 somehow is corrupted? It's really strange that the same exact copy of the page works with one ID but not with another one.
    Has someone experienced this situation? it makes me feel like the app is unsecure and unstable. Any ideas, please?
    Apex version: 4.1.1 on APEX listener.
    Thanks,
    Elena.

    Thanks for your response. The form is a single row (a form on a table or view). Here is what I've found out thanks to your tips:
    It affects to all the three users that I have access with.Try it with a new user that has never accessed the page before.
    I used the debug mode (new to me, so I'm kind of slow on this, still) and wrote an exception message on the Automatic Fetch Row and I managed to know the ROWID that the fetch process is using in the where clause. Of course this ROWID does not exist in the table, so the first question that comes to my mind is "how come and from where is the page getting this ROWID?". I don't know and can't comment because I can't see the app. ;-)
    If the ROWID is stored in an item, check the Maintain session state property isn't set to Per User.I changed this and seemed to work. But it crashed later. I made a computation process to set to null the rowid's when loading the page. After reset, I deleted the computations (due to application functionality) and it worked. However, I do not trust this page anymore. So we created a new fresh app and copied this page. Luckily we are on development environment :)
    >
    So, I made a computation to initialize to null the item that saves the ROWID, and now it worked.
    This page that I'm testing on is #30, but the valid page is #80 (it has changes made on the look and feel of the page). So, I deleted page #30, and copied page #80 (which works perfectly) into #30. And it crashes again (obvius, since it doesn't have the computation that gives null to the rowid item). What's "interesting" is that I still see the exception message I wrote in the older version of page #30. So, it seems that some values need to be purged and that the delete is not clean, but how? I'm not entirely clear on what you've been doing there, but it does indeed all sound rather odd.
    I suspect that you wouldn't be able to reproduce this problem on apex.oracle.com. However, it would probably be helpful if you could upload the app and provide developer credentials to the workspace so we could see how it works and if there's anything obvious (or not) that might cause this problem.Unluckily I cannot do this. Thank you anyway for the help, it's hard to explain when something so weird happens.
    Thanks!
    Elena.

  • ORA-01403: no data found error (given by edit link of APEX-made form)

    Hello!
    I am a newbie in apex, so please forgive me if my question is stupid or obvious. I got a bit confused because of a problem, and I really hope that you professionals can give me some clues of where could I begin the elimination of this error.
    I made a report and a form in another page with APEX's tool Add Form/Report and Form. The report shows a full table, and the rows of the table are editable. However, I have rows which I can't edit because APEX gives me the following error:
    ORA-01403: no data found
    Error Unable to fetch row.
    Not all rows do this, but I have a few that do. Of course the report shows them, so I think they must exist. I didn't change anything special on the APEX-made items or processes.
    I thought that the problem could be with my data, but I couldn't see anything weird in that rows.
    Does anyone have an idea of what can this be caused by? I have APEX 2.1.0.00.39.
    Thanks,
    Eszter

    Hi Andy,
    Thank you very much for your time!
    The fields in the form are all right. The fields get filled in perfectly in most of the cases, only those few rows don't :(
    However, now that you wrote of the process of row fetching, I think that maybe I have an idea of what is happening. My table has two primary keys (two fields together make the primary key, I don't know how it's called in English), one of them is a date. (I know that this is quite a bad practice, but, much to my regret, I cannot change it.) Now, this date is in YY-MON-DD format, which is used by my language.
    One of this dates is from 1800's. As my report shows it, the year gets truncated to the last two character. APEX passes this value into the field of the form using varchar2, and when it tries to cast it back to YY-MON-DD format, then it supposes it's from 1900's instead of 1800's. With 19xx however it doesn't find my field.
    Does this sound logical? It seems logical to me, but I am a beginner... :(
    Still, if this is the core of the problem, it's most possibly not the only problem, because I have dates from 19xx which can't identify their rows... But I am suspicious because of these date things. If you have any idea then please let me know.
    Thanks,
    Eszter

  • Internal error in R-tree processing: [Recursive fetch error]

    Hello,
    I seem to be getting an error when using any type of SDO function (SDO_RELATE, SDO_FILTER, SDO_ NN, ... ) on my spatially indexed data. The error I'm getting is this:
    ERROR at line 1:
    ORA-29903: error in executing ODCIIndexFetch() routine
    ORA-13236: internal error in R-tree processing: []
    ORA-13236: internal error in R-tree processing: [Recursive fetch error]
    The interesting part of this is that I only get this error if I insert more than 31 entries into the table. All the relevant code is posted below, what I do is create the table, then create the metadata from the sqlplus interface. After that I run a java program that does Clear() then Insert() then Create_Indices(). All these run just fine (at least run without telling me about any errors). But as soon as that is all done and I do an SDO query on the data, for example:
    SELECT location stop_range_poly_area
    FROM stops
    WHERE SDO_FILTER
    location,
    SDO_GEOMETRY
    2003, null, null,
    SDO_ELEM_INFO_ARRAY(1,1003,1),
    SDO_ORDINATE_ARRAY(300,300, 600,300, 600,600, 300,600, 300,300)
    ) = 'TRUE';
    I get the above mentioned error. But if I change my data so that it doesn't have more than 31 entries (doesn't matter which 31 entries, just so long as it doesn't exceed that number) that query (and all of my other SDO test queries on the stops table) seems to work just fine.
    Thanks for looking at this,
    Brad

    Hi,
    Thanks for trying but changing those items for the specific failing queries didn't seem to help. Though you do seem to be right about the internal/external polygon problem, so I changed it all my other queries to see if they would fail (that way things would at least be consistent), but it doesn't seem to make a difference. All my old failing quries still fail and my working ones still work. I also changed the co-ordinates as you specified and still have no changes (unless of course the results changed, but right now I'm just looking for queries that compile and run, the results don't matter yet).
    Maybe this will help, I'll give you guys both sets of data, one that works and one that doesn't and maybe you can see a problem in the data that I'm just missing or too ignorant to see. The data is simply comma seperated values that I parse into the required fields in the order (id, description, x, y).
    So far, the only reason I've been able to find that the non-working data doesn't work is because there are more than 31 rows. I started taking records out of the stops table in a binary search sort of pattern. If I take out stops 100-115 (resulting 29 records) all the queries work, if I take out stops 100-107 (resulting in 36 records) it doesn't work. If I take out 109-115 (resulting in 35 records) it doesn't work. If I take out 1-11 (resulting in 32 records) it doesn't work. If I take out 1-12 (resulting in 31 records) it does work. Here's a table
    Take out Stops ---- records left -- Works?

  • Data Access Error in OIM Scheduler

    I have a scheduler task in OIM,which fetches the "*Manager Employee ID*" custom field from OIM and if that is not empty then updates the Manager ID for that user.
    The scheduler task when run throws an Data Access error, every time it starts and closes.
    The same Scheduler code is working fine in the UAT environment successfully, but throws the error "Data Access Error" in the Prod environment.
    In the code there is a catch block for catching the "*tcDataSetException*" and this is where the error is thrown from.
    When i looked in to the code i found that the "*tcUserOperationsIntf*" was initialized but not closed in the finally block. Will closing the "tcUserOperationsIntf" slove this problem or am i missing something ?
    When is the Data Access Error occur??? There are other schedulers that are running fine in the prod environment.
    Any help in this regard would be really helpful to me.
    Thanks

    I am getting the UDF using the Query.
    I am placing the piece of code that i am using for your reference
    try {
         //Get Users for who have got there manager empid and manager empid not set to null
         String msQuery1 = "select usr_key,usr_login, "+udf_Manager_EMPID+" from usr where "+udf_Manager_EMPID+" is not null " ;
              tcDataSet getMemberUsers = new tcDataSet();
              getMemberUsers.setQuery(getDataBase(), msQuery1);
              getMemberUsers.executeQuery();
              for (int i=0;i<getMemberUsers.getTotalRowCount();i++)
                   getMemberUsers.goToRow(i);
                   String managerEmpId = getMemberUsers.getString(udf_Manager_EMPID);
                   logger.debug("the manager emp id that we get for the user is "+managerEmpId );
                   long userKey = getMemberUsers.getLong("usr_key");
                   String userid = getMemberUsers.getString("usr_login");//Users.User ID
                   logger.debug("the userkey that we get for the user is "+userKey );
                   String msQuery2 = "select usr_key from usr where "+udf_EmployeeID+"="+ managerEmpId ;
                   tcDataSet getMemberUser = new tcDataSet();
                        getMemberUser.setQuery(getDataBase(), msQuery2);
                        getMemberUser.executeQuery();
                        long userassociatedwithmgrid=0;
                        for(int j=0;j<getMemberUser.getTotalRowCount();j++){
                        getMemberUser.goToRow(j);
                             userassociatedwithmgrid = getMemberUser.getLong("usr_key");
                             logger.debug("the user id that we get for the user's manager is "+userassociatedwithmgrid );
                             updateusermanager(userid,userassociatedwithmgrid);
    } catch (tcDataSetException e)
              logger.error(e.getMessage() + " DataSetException");
    In the above code the error is being thrown from the catch block as Data Access Error
    As i told earlier this piece of code works fine in UAT but does not work in prod and throw the above error. The error is thrown from the line msQuery2
    Thanks

  • Table Value Set Definition - Fetch Error

    I am trying to use a TABLE Validated Value Set based on the value set used in the Accounting Key Flexfield using the following query. When you run the test button in the DFF Table definition, it says that it is succesfully tested.
    SELECT FLEX_VALUE, DESCRIPTION
    FROM FND_FLEX_VALUES_VL
    WHERE FLEX_VALUE_SET_ID=1010305
    order by flex_value
    But when I go to the Oracle form to the respective DFF, it throws the below long error.
    APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 24345 in fdlget
    Cause: fdlget failed due to ORA-24345: A Truncation or null fetch error occurred.
    The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT FLEX_VALUE, FLEX_VALUE VALUE, DESCRIPTION DESCRIPTION, NVL('N','N'), NVL(TO_NUMBER(NULL),-1), NULL, NVL('Y','Y')
    Can anybody help me, how to get this resolved.
    Regards,

    R12 problem - check the definition of your value set being used. If it is defined as List type "List of Values", then try changing to "Long List of Values". Save and try again. If you don't get the error again, then you probably have a column in the value set that is shorter than the defined table size. For example, description is 50 characters long in the value set, but the table column is 240 characters. If you have data that is longer than 50 characters, you will get this error. But if you change the List type to "Long List of Values", it won't throw the error. I've been trying to get Oracle to figure out the problem, but they just want us to increase the size of the value sets.
    Good luck and let me know if this works for you.

  • Oracle.bpel.services.datacontrol.data.DataCollection error in BPM work-list

    Hi,
    I am working with Human task form. I Have created one form using create auto-generate option from task options. The form is fetching and displaying data properly in BPM work-list, but when i click on approve/reject button in form, it gives the error oracle.bpel.services.datacontrol.data.DataCollection error . Not sure, from where this error is coming.
    Please reply if anyone is having idea why this error is coming. I am working with Jdev 11.1.1.5 and SOA suite 11g and this project is part of new development. ( no migration issue, i guess)
    thanks,
    rps

    was this issue resolved?
    I am facing the same issue and when I click on Approve/Reject in the form I receive a pop up saying
    oracle.bpel.services.datacontrol.data.DataCollection cannot be cast to oracle.bpel.services.datacontrol.data.DataObject.

    However it does show the basics of inserting a structure via the INSERT call in PL/SQL (as oppose to individual variables) - and this is an important consideration as the resulting code is more robust and requires less keystrokes.

  • Sap bw 7.3 master data load error

    sap bw 7.3 master data load error
    erroe: Exception in Substep Rules

    Hi Jayram,
    I am assuming that you are getting this error when you are loading data from PSA to IO. If so, the error might be because of
    1. Duplicate records
    PSA might have duplicate records. But you will be able to load only one record to Master data IO. In DTP Update tab, there is an option for "Handle Duplicate Record Keys" . Just enable this & try to load again.
    2. Erroneous records.
    Some special reocrds are allowed in PSA where as thye might not be allowed in Master Data/Data Targets like Lower case letters/ some speacial characters etc. If error is because of this, then you might need to correct the data at PSA level & reload the data to Master data. Else get it corrected in source system itself & fetch the data to BW. Or write some code to take care of these special characters.
    Hope it helps!
    Regards,
    Pavan

  • Fetch Error but the row exists

    I have an application when you go to the next page, you sometimes get the following error:
    ORA-01403: no data found
    Error Unable to fetch row.
    OK
    I then edit the page and run it without making changes, and it works with no errors. It happens on two particular pages.

    Start with page 33
    Select last checkbox (Small Business Enterprise) and click on start application
    The next page, Name and Address (page 2) will be displayed. Fill out all the information and click on the "Next Question" button.
    I usually get the error on the next page (Page 27) or the following page (Page 28)
    Can someone please help me?
    Robert

    I think the problem is that your ARF processes are firing after part of the form is painted. Change them to fire After Header.
    A related problem (which I fixed in page 28) is that the metadata for the DML Fetch Row process on page 28 was corrupted. If you export the page, or application, you'll see this:
    p:=p||'#OWNER#:OCA_FIRMS:P28_FIRM_ID:FIRM_ID|U';
    begin
    p:=p||'#OWNER#:OCA_FIRMS:P28_FIRM_ID:FIRM_ID|U';
    wwv_flow_api.create_page_process(
      p_id     => 4630220837539919989 + wwv_flow_api.g_id_offset,
      p_flow_id=> wwv_flow.g_flow_id,
      p_flow_step_id => 28,
      p_process_sequence=> 10,
      p_process_point=> 'AFTER_SUBMIT',
      p_process_type=> 'DML_PROCESS_ROW',
    ...The first assignment statement, above, was this before I fixed it:
    p:=p||'F|#OWNER#:OCA_FIRMS:P28_FIRM_ID:FIRM_ID|U';
    That 'F|' is incorrect. We are aware that this happens sometimes but are not sure exactly how.
