If data gets deleted for the table RSTRFIELDSH at BW end
...what should i do?to get it back

Wim,
We lost the data from production. We ran Archive program to archive the data and archiving file is still exist.
There is no possibliity to run the OUTBOUND process again to create the IDOCs.
But only my concern is When we run the Transaction SARA we will be getting the data for other period as well.
But I need to reload the data for three months only because that archiving file also has other period data as well.
Can you send me details of how to use SARA Transaciton for particular period.

    I have a written a code like this, For Example.
    loop at kna1 into w_kna1.
    Used Table1 in smartform and give a loop to display the item details based on first internal table.
    display itemdetails
    Used Table2 in smartform and give a loop to display the item details based on second internal table.
    display itemdetails.
    Used Template to display the item details to display the item details based on first internal table.
    endloop.
    Now my problem is table 1 is coming fine. table 2 data is getting repeated for all the customers based on 1st customer data, how should i clear the workarea after every customer.
    Similar pbm for the template which i'm using.
    Please help me on this.

    Thanks for replying. I cant use one single table to display the output. There are several conditions in two tables.
    I have corrected the error of repetition data. Logic i will mention it below.
    loop at kna1 into wa_kna1.
    for header data " this is main table
    loop at item_1  into wa_item_1. " for first item table
    Data displayed.
    loop at item_2 into wa_item_2. " for 2nd item table
    Data displayed.
    endloop. " for 2nd item table
    data calculation based on first item table.
    endloop. " this is for first item table
    endloop." this is for 2nd item table.
    The data which is there in the 2nd item table should display data based on the kna1 loop. Data is displaying properly but not in 1 table, say for example.
    kunnr- 1000010
    there are 9 items.
    All the 9 items should be in 1 table. But here it is displaying 1 item in 1 table till 9 items in 9 tables.
    I need to club all the 9 items in 1 table.
    One more doubt is 2 items have same belnr (document number) i need to club this and add the wmbtr field and then display as 1 record.
    So final records in 2nd item table should be 8 not 9.
    Can you please help me on this.

    If P_TYPE='P' , then the data must get saved in KEC_FDACCT_DTL table.
    The problem what is happening is,
    If i enter the details with all the records as 'P' , the record gets inserted into the table KEC_FDACCT_DTL
    If i enter the details with records of 'P' and 'R' , then nothing gets inserted into the table KEC_FDACCT_DTL.
    Even the records with 'P' is not getting updated.
    I want the records of 'P' , to be inserted into table KEC_FDACCT_DTL, even when multiple records of all types of 'P_Type' (R, w & P) are entered.
    So, can you please help me with this.

    The currency is not getting updated in the table VBAP. The currency was suppossed to be copied from the header table VBAK for a Sales Order. When the user creating a Sales Order the currency WAERK is not shown in VBAP table. VBAK-WAERk is in EUR . Does anyone know why is this happenning?
    Currency is maintained in the Customer Master, Material Master and Sales Org. Any suggestions?.
    Also it is happened for only one line item in a set of line items , Other line items did display the currency field.
    The net Value has data in it .

    1460621 VBAP-WAERK is deleted after the sold-to party is changed
    1426441 VBAP-WAERK deleted for subitems
    1493998 VBAP-WAERK deleted for subitems

  • Condition Record PB00 gets deleted from A018 table

    Hi Gurus-
    Could anyone of you explain how the PB00 condition is getting deleted from A018 table (Purch Org Level Condition)? It looks like some batch job is randomly setting the Valid to Date A018-DATBI to yesterday's date and today there is no valid time dependent condition.
    I don't know any process/program that accesses PB00 condition in table A018 other than MEK1 or MEK4.
    Does SD condition type change has any impact in Purchasing Price (PB00). Although all the Rate/Price is stored in the same table KONP but separated by application area and table (A017, A018, A071, A073).
    Can anybody shed some lights on this please?

    Thanks for your reply. We know the user name who is making the change in A018. It is a batch user ID that makes the change but we have about 100 differentg background batch job that is scheduled everyday and I went through every one of them but did not raise any flag.
    And the worst part is since it is done by the batch user id (batch job), there is no change record (if I try to do MEK3-Environment>display changes) not even an entry in CDHDR table or CDPOS table.
    Trying to see if you guys know of any SD or MM program that accesses that table and set the valid to field to yesterdays date and create a new condition record (KNUMH) with valid to date 31.12.9999 and rate (value) to 0.00?

    The issue is like this :
    We have a weekly workorders upload program from legacy systems to SAP-APO. The legacy planners send a .CSV file containing material-wise workroders. A customised zee program picks these quantities & writes them in Prod.planned keyfigures in SNP planning book. This process is done for the manufacturing locations only.
    Lately workorders for two particular material M1 & M2 had failed to get upload. It gives the error 'NO VALID SOURCE OF SUPPLY COULD BE FOUND' in its Job log. We did some debugging & found that for successful materials the  TRPID is getting generated in the table /SAPAPO/V_TRPROD  whereas this TRPID is missing for M1 & M2. Why this is happening is our main concern. We tried deleting the PPM & creating this again, assuming that the PPMID is the precursor for generating this TRPID, but this yielded no results.

    We deleted the PPM & created it again, which didn't work.
    Later on we deleted the product itself from APO & re-CIFed it from R3 & then re-created the PPM.
    The PPMID which was missing earlier is now getting created! However no luck with the TRPID.
    Why this TRPID is not getting generated in our only concern

    When the pricing conditions are being copied from invoice it is getting copied but later it is getting deleted in the include LV61AA42.

  • Upper-level Essbase data gets deleted on running CALC ALL

    Hi,
    We have a need to aggregate missing values (#Missing) to the parent level and so this is what we did. Go to EAS->Expand Essbase Servers->Expand the concerned application->Right-click on database->Edit->Properties and check the option to "Aggregate missing values". After doing this, we are having a peculiar issue when we execute "CALC ALL". We see that some of our upper-level data (non-level 0 data) gets deleted, and so we have to re-run all our business rules to calculate upper-level data. To be specific, we are having this issue of data going missing in accounting statements/reports such as Balance Sheet/Income Statement. In this reports, the rows are members of Account dimension (Dense) and the columns are members of Company dimension (Sparse). All other dimension are made POV. We did NOT have this problem when the 'Aggregate missing values' option was UNCHECKED. Does CALC ALL work differently when AGGMISS option is ON?
    We are using Hyperion Planning, Essbase and Financial Reporting (version 11.1.1.3).

    Hi John,
    Now that you mentioned your point about upper-level data, I double-checked the Account dimension members (for which the data was being deleted) and you are right that I am seeing a different behavior than I posted originally. Sorry about that. So this is what I am observing:
    The Account dimension has 'Balance Sheet' as one of the children. This member, 'Balance Sheet', has children: Cash, Receivables, Payables so on, and all children of 'Balance Sheet' are level 0 members. Now, we run calculation scripts to calculate the values of these members. These members form the rows of Balance Sheet report. After all the relevant calc script have been executed, I am running a script that has just CALC ALL in it. I am observing that the values of Cash, Receivables, Payables etc (level 0 children of Balance Sheet) are getting deleted when we have the option "Aggregate Missing Values" as checked in EAS.
    Then, I inserted SET AGGMISS OFF before CALC ALL in the script and now the values are intact! I am trying to understand why CALC ALL would delete those values when AGGMISS is ON?
    You said that most people do not use CALC ALL. What is the better alternative to aggregate the database then? Is it CALC DIM?
