DBXML 2.5 Assertion failure

Question

Hi,
I have the following query:
declare function local:direct_imp($theory_name as xs:string) as node()* {  
  collection('xml_content.dbxml')//theory[ends-with(./imports/@from, $theory_name)]/@xml:id
declare function local:imp($theory_name as xs:string) as node()* { 
  let $direct := local:direct_imp($theory_name)  
  return $direct |(for $i in $direct return local:imp($i))
local:imp('sets-introduction')When executing it, I get:
Assertion failed: ud->paths.size() == 1, ..\src\dbxml\optimizer\QueryPlanGenerator.cpp:589The problem didn't appear on dbxml 2.4.16
I have indices on @from, @xml:id.
Do you need more precise info?
Do you know what may cause the problem?

The program would be pretty simple, but the container is pretty big: ca 450Mb. Even though I don't mind uploading it on the ftp server. Probably I can decrease the number of documents so that the problem remains
