DC for Sales Organizations

Hello everybody!
I'm just thinking about how to design a reusable component that displays a list of sales organizations (<b>BAPI_SALES_AREAS_GET</b>).
I want to be able to reuse this list - e.g. a dropdown field - within different Web Dynpro (Java) applications for the portal. As far  as I know I must create a development component in order to achieve this, right?
Can anybody give me some hints for a good solution? I'm pretty new to Web Dynpro and don't know much about the concept, yet...
<u>PS:</u> The overall goal is to have a portal application which uses a set of reusable application components for certain functions.

OK, as a simple start what should I use - Portal Application Module/Standalone, Web Dynpro, J2EE/EJB or Web Service?
Right now, I'm a bit lost. Would be great if you could give me some advice - maybe a good (and easy to understand) tutorial.

  • TAXES FOR SALES ORGANIZATIONS

    Hello everybody,
    I need some help if somebody can give me a hand. My question is if its possible to have differents taxes for each sales organization. I¨ll explain it.
    I have any materials which must have differents taxes depending on the sales organization. For example, MWST=2 for S.Org O005 and MWST=1 for S.Org O006.
    Taxes currently depends on country. IS it possible to take taxes depending on sales org?

    The tax rates are based on the tax code, normally the rates will be maintained for the tax code in FTXP and gets determined in the SD Pricing through MWST condition type, you will have to create a new access table with sales organisation and create a condition record for each of the Sales organisation with differant tax code assigned.

    I have create a Z Report.Now the requirement is that only certain users belonging to a particular Sales Organization can run that report.
    Which standard Authorization Objects can be used for this case.

    But V_KNA1_VKO also has these params:
    VTWEG      Distribution Channel
    SPART      Division
    V_VBRK_VKO also has only Sales Org(VKORG). I think that suits your req.
    But before deciding on the Auth. Obj please read the documentation & check that it suits your req.

  • Default ATP check for sales organization - which function?

    Hi all.
    If you for a particular sales organization make the settings in customizing, that all ATP checks should default be "Delivery proposal" for example, which function module is then checking this in sales order creation? I would like to do some debugging, but I cannot find any ABAP program/function module where this is being checked?

    As in the earilie mail said, the order block normally defined in the document level iteself.
    Do you use any custom progams to block the sales order in sales org level ?
    If not please go to order type ans check for the block.

  • Is sales organization in cdpos-tabkey for materials?

    Hi,
    I'm creating a program to display the modifications to materials.
    Therefore I am using the field cdpos-tabkey.
    I found out that the plant of the material can be found in cdpos-tabkey + 21(4).
    Does anybody know if the sales organization can be found in cdpos-tabkey?

    CDPOS-TABKEY contains the key field values (concatenated together) of the table seen in CDPOS-TABNAME
    Since Plant is found in the MARC table, the CDPOS-TABKEY for plant related changes will have the key fields of MARC concatenated together.
    plant = cdpos-tabkey+21(4) if cdpos-tabname = 'MARC'.
    Now for sales organization related changes, CDPOS-TABNAME would be MVKE.
    So CDPOS-TABKEY would contain the key fields of the table MVKE concatenated together.
    So for sales organization, you will have to look for 4 chars from the 22nd character of CDPOS-TABKEY.
    sales_org = cdpos-tabkey+21(4) if cdpos-tabname = 'MVKE'.

    Going by the initial post you have done everything for smooth SD flow of your new sales org
    But the most important thing missing is
    1. VOR1 Define common distribution channel
    2. VOR2 Define common divisions
    Img-sd-master data---define common distribution channel  T codeVOR1
    Img-sd-master data---define common divisions T codeVOR2
    See without doing this you will not be able to create a CMR for the new sales area or neew sales org
    This is very important SD settings
    This was pointed out by Mr.Amit but the t code was wrong
    V/N6 also is reqd if you are going to have free goods determination in your new sales org

  • MSA. Activities and Sales Organization

    Hello Forum,
    Do you know if there is a related table of SMOVBKA for Sales Organization data for an Activity. I'm having Sales Org Unit determination issues and I've made the test of deleting all Sales Org related data in SMOVBKA with no change in MSA or GUI (after running Conntrans of course), therefore I'm guessing there is another table storing this information. Any clues?

    During the integration process of Mobile Sales and CRM Enterprise some questionary decisions were made, one was to keep the SAP ERP orgmodel in MSA and also in parallel have the HR-like orgmodel in CRM server. So this is why MSA only supports VKORG, VTWEG and SPART (and VKBUR / VKGRP) as organisational data.
    However, when you delete data on a CDB table like the SMOVBKA, there is no possibility to see the changes anywhere else in the system! The only way is to delete the orgdata via the application or in the server via a BAPI, because otherwise the creation of a BDoc for data exchange does not happen.

    In VA02, I defined BP05 for sales organization, and two items : the first one in the BP01 plant and the second one in the BP02 plant.
    The sale order works and  I am trying to delivery two products from two differents plant in the same document.
    Here the message No VL415 : "Plant BP01  has deviating sales area data"
    "In a delivery with internal offsetting, the system determined during the
    plant check that the plant has different sales area data from the header
    sales area data determined for internal offsetting."
    How can I link finance and logical sales organization ?

    There is no link between Finance sales organization and logistic sales organization
    Look at the following points in spro for the intercompany billing:
    Sales and Distribution > Billing > Intercompany Billing > Assign Organizational Units By Plant
    Sales and Distribution > Billing > Intercompany Billing > Define Internal Customer Number By Sales Organization

    is 5 seconds a lot of time?
    make use of copy from fields in MM01 initial screen, enter as copy from material the material number you want enhance with a new sales org view.
    At the organisation pop-up make sure you enter the copy from sales org and plant on the right.
    next step is just to go into the material and click save button.

    Check weather your developer hardcode the sales organization pin code: else check the logic weathe Sales org Pin Code is getting from following logic. Go to table TVKO and put ur sales org number in VKORG field  then execute
    Get the ADRNR number and pass the same in ADRC table and get the POST_CODE1 as pin code number (give same logic to your abaper)
