DDR records in ddm.box not processing and i see sql errors in log.

Recently i notice that in my lab after CU2 was applied, No new DDR records are being processed. I get the error below in the ddm.log. Looks like a sql DB issue but I am still able to create collections and apply policies to existing client with out any problem.
Anyone seen such an issue before?

Yes it does look like you have a SQL issue, As such you will need to contact CSS for support only they can help you any edits to the database that might need to be done.

I run mac os 10.4.11 and firefox 7 will not open, and I get an error message saying firefox is not supported on this version of mac os. is there a different version I can download? Am I missing something?

As of Firefox 4.0 and newer one needs both OSX 10.5+ and a Intel Mac.
The last version to work on a Intel Mac using OSX 10.4.* is Firefox 3.6.*

The file has 4 artboards with webpage designs. I tried to take two of the artboards, create a separate doc with those two, and save, but the result was the same.
However, I am able to save simpler, smaller files.

Signing in with a new ID creates a new iCloud account. However, each device is limited in the number of iCloud accounts that it is allowed to create. Once you reach that limit, you cannot create another account. I have been having the same issue for the last two weeks. No real indication as to why it ever began other than I had turned off my router and Airport Extreme Base Station off for a weekend while I was away from my place.
iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, all have no issues at all with my Airport Extreme Base Station. Can stay connected throughout my living room, bathroom, bedroom, no issues whatsoever.
My 5 month old MacBook Pro 2.66 GHz Core i7 Airport is sometimes perfect, able to connect, DHCP, and browse without issue. Then, for no reason, I won't be able to join my wireless network, or when I can join, I can't pick up an IP address. And then it will connect, pick up and IP, and then it won't browse. No real rhyme or reason to when this will happen, or when it works.
I thought that it was an issue with my MacBook Pro, but then my sister visited with her brand new MacBook Pro 2.26 Intel Core 2 Duo, and while a month ago she was able to connect, DHCP, and browse without issue, this weekend she had all of the same issues I was having.
My XBOX 360 and MacBook Pro have absolutely no issues with the wired connection. Only my WAN seems to have this issue.
Did you ever find anything more to this?

I also got a response from Apple who said that there was a problem related to fonts and the encryption.xml file
Once we'd removed this we were able to upload the epub no problem.
It's odd that the system seems to say that all is okay when it isn't. We have to rely on guesswork rather a lot using iBook Producer.
