De-activeren en volledig verwijderen van versie 11 PSE en PRE na installatie van versie 13

Onlangs kocht ik versie 13 van PSE en PRE. Ik had vroeger reeds versie 11 aangekocht. Na wat testen besloot ik over te schakelen en de vorige versie 11 te verwijderen van deze computer. Bij het verwijderen van PSE11 scheen alles vlot te verlopen maar blijkbaar staat de lijn nog altijd bij de geïnstalleerde programma's. Als ik opnieuw tracht het programma te verwijderen krijg ik het bericht dat men alleen geïnstalleerde programma's kan verwijderen, maar waarom blijft het dan staan tussen de andere programma's. Ook in de systeem map "Program Data" "Adobe" "Photoshop Elements" staat er nog steeds een folder van meer dan 650 MB. Kan ik die map zomaar manueel verwijderen? En gaat dan die lijn uit geïnstalleerde programma's ook verdwijnen?
Bij het trachten te verwijderen van PRE 11 loopt alles tot vlak bij het einde, waarop ik een pop-up bericht krijg "Fout 1316: de opgegeven account bestaat al". Uiteraard bestaat die account vermits ik een Adobe-Id heb en dat al mijn producten geregistreerd zijn op mijn account. Als ik op dit bericht ok klik dan wordt de "verwijdering" volledig teniet gedaan. Hoe kan ik beide producten volledig van mijn pc verwijderen?

I tried again and got the same answers from the program. I know and use
CCleaner, but when you try to uninstall an Adobe Product from CCleaner
"Tools" it is the same Adobe tool that takes the hand as when I try to
do it from "Control Program" "Installed Programs". So it is normal that
I get the same answers there too. What is strange and what you can see
on the hereby included screen prints is that in the CCleaner Tools the
PRE 11 is even mentioned twice. In CCLeaner I could eventually "delete"
the registry entries but that will certainly not un-install the PSE 11
or PRE 11, and they will continue to take a lot of unnecessary space on
my hard disk.
While looking around I found that even in "Program Files (x86)" there
were serious "remains" of as well PSE 9 and Organizer 9, as from PSE 11
and PRE 11.
The last time I tried to un-install PRE 11 and the message "Error 1316"
appeared again I stopped the program by deleting it from the "Program
Manager". When I try now to "un-install" PRE 11 from the list of
installed programs, I get the same message as for PSE 11: it is
impossible to delete a program that is already deleted! Why does it
still appear in the list if it is no longer installed?
Can I simply through the Windows Explorer delete all files and folders
related to PSE 9, Organizer 9, PSE 11, PRE 11 or will I get in serious
trouble by doing that?

Niet kunnen afspelen van presentie PSE 11

Hallo forum,
Nadat ik een diaserie heb gemaakt met overgangen en zoomeffecten en deze wil testen met de media speler van PSE 11, zie ik de foto's in het fotovak, en in het scherm. Druk ik op de afspeeltoets dan zie ik in het fotovak dat de foto's gekozen worden, maar het het scherm blijft zwart.
Ik heb Quick Time Player geinstalleerd.
Wie kan mij helpen om mijn probleem op te lossen. Ik heb het probleem al direct na de installatie 1 jaar geleden.

If you are on Windows try this - search for the file PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe, right-click it and select Run As Administrator. In my 64-bit Windows 7 the file is at C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Elements 11 Organizer\PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe.
Note that if this fix works you shouldn't need to do it again, just run the Organizer in the normal fashion.

PSE 8 & PRE 8 Unstall Error

I have purchased PSE 11 and PRE 11 (Downloaded but not installed yet). I am trying to uninstall PSE 8 and PRE 8 without success.
PRE 8 finally completed, but all program files still exist in C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements 8.0\
PSE 8 will not complete. It fails with message:
Error 1316: A network error occured while attempting to read from the file C:\Windows\Installer\Adobe Photoshope Elements 8.0.msi
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Here is an update and a workaround. I hope it's helpful to others as well.
After receiving lots of views, but not receiving any suggestions, I decided to uninstall PSE 8, but kept getting an ERROR 1316 message. After additional searching I found MicrosoftFixIt, a free download that enabled me to uninstall PSE 8 and Premier Elements 8, where I had encountered the identical amtlib.dll BAD IMAGE error message described in my initial post.
I then reinstalled both programs, and now everything is fine.

Ebenen aus PSE in PRE?

Hallo
ich habe eine Frage zwecks PRE.
Ich habe in PSE ein Bild mit mehreren Ebenen erstellt.
Eine dieser Ebenen ist ein Rahmen. In diesen Rahmen würde ich gerne ein Video einbetten.
Wie geht das?

dazu brauchst du keine ebenen .... stelle das( normale ) foto/bild in die timeline ( spur 1 ), setze das video dann darüber ( spur 2 ) und skaliere und positioniere das video an die gewünschte stelle

I still get, even after uninstalling the virusscanner, deleting cache and firewall reset the message:"The page you want to visit cannot be diplayed....Invalid or Unsupported form of compression".
In IE the site works fine.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
You can try to disable the compression by temporarily setting the network.http.accept-encoding pref to an empty string on the about:config page. 
You can reset the pref to the default to restore its previous gzip,deflate value.

Ik kreeg de melding dat mijn adobe geüpdatet moest worden. Vervolgens probeer ik deze te doen en gaat hij bij het downloaden niet verder dan 25%. Hoe kan dit en wat moet ik er aan doen?

Comment désactiver PSE et PRE sur un Mac hors d'usage ?

J'ai un MacBook et un iMac.
J'ai PSE12 et PRE12 sur les deux.
Le iMac est mort et je l'ai remplacé par un MacMini.
Je ne peux plus désactiver les logiciels sur le iMac et ne peut pas les activer sur le MacMini car l'activation est limitée à 2 machines.
Comment désactiver l'iMac et activer le MacMini ?

Time machine nas

Ik gebruik al jaren een Synology 212j NAS voor opslag van backups van Time Machine.
Sinds kort (installatie van Mavericks??) werkt dit niet meer, TM herkent de schijf maar kan hem niet gebruiken.
Schakel ik de firewall uit dan gaat het wel. Wie weet de oplossing (poort?)?

All you could hope to do is copy the sparsebundle to a work drive then use Disk Utility to see if you can mount it and repair it. Otherwise you are out of luck as far as I can tell. If the sparsebundle is damaged and cannot be repaired by DU or if the sparsebundle cannot be mounted, then there's nothing one can do to recover the data.
I would strongly suggest you not entrust your backups to an unsupported backup system - the NAS - using an unsupported hack. TM does not support backups to a NAS device other than a Time Capsule. Even using a USB drive connected to an AEBS is not supported (although it will work.)
Personally I would recommend you start making multiple backups. Use TM for your daily incremental backups, but also use another hard drive and another backup tool to make a bootable clone of your hard drive. This way even if one backup goes awry you have a second one. Having taught for 30 years I understand the value of backing up the backups.

PSE 8 submappen

PSE 8 nederlandse versie kan via Bewerken, Voorkeuren submappen creëren.
Probleem ontstaat bij het volgende: Maak submap met opnamedatum JJJJ MM DD.
Echter als men dan het Bestand ophaalt via de kaartlezer, dan wordt deze voorgenoemde instelling niet herkend. Wat het dichtse bijkomt = JJJJ DD MM. Dit laatste komt uiteraard de juiste volgorde niet ten goede. Is ook telefonisch door de Adobe TS erkend.
Echter wat toch wel heel vreemd is, dat de engelse versie volgens Adobe dit wel goed doet. De enige oplossing die mij wordt gegeven is om de Nederlandse versie om te ruilen voor een Engelse versie. Alleen de verzendkosten komen voor mijn rekening.
Heeft iemand anders ook dit probleem??
PS. Mijn PSE 6 nederlandse versie doet wel op de juiste manier submappen maken.

Open configuratiescherm (Windows 7), open 'Land en taal'.
Onder de tab 'Notaties' moet als korte datumnotatie gekozen worden voor jj-MM-dd.
Open PSE8 en importeer foto's van camera etc.
Onder de geavanceerde instellingen kan nu voor de submappen gekozen worden voor 'Opnamedatum (jj-mm-dd).

Ik ben een Nederlandse gebruiker van Firefox en alles is in het Engels dat vind ik erg lastig. Hoe krijg ik het in het Nederlands?

Op onze Laptop heeft onze zoon, Firefox geïnstaleerd en dat is in het Nederlands. Op de Desktop heeft een deskundige het gedaan en nu is alles in het Engels. En daar ons Engels niet toerijkend daarvoor is en omdat de spellingscontrole ook niet goed functioneerd. Wil ik dat omzetten naar het Nederlands.
Maar ik kan niet vinden waar ik dat kan doen.
Hopelijk kan iemand mij dat in begrijpelijke taal uitleggen.

Het handigste is om de Engelse versie te verwijderen en de Nederlandse versie te installeren. Hiervoor kunt u een andere browser gebruiken, zoals bijvoorbeeld Internet Explorer. Uw gebruikersgegevens (bladwijzers etc.) staan op een aparte plek op de computer en die kunt u daarom blijven gebruiken.
