  • Box in Long text of sapscript

    Hi All,
    I have  created a script.....in that i have to print  only long text in the main window.
    Now my problem is...the LONG text is breaking and going to next page...
    means a part on 1 page and remaining  on subsequent pages..
    And the problem is the box which i have put arround the main window is coming only in first page and last page .  In between pages the box arround the main window is not coming .
    How to get the box around those pages also.

    The property of MAIN window is like that, If the Data is more than a Page it automatically goes to next pages.
    So better decide where I mean in which you wants to print ? In MAin window , then it automatcially goes to other pages. use a new paragraph format and mention PAGE PROTECTION for that such that it prints in the Same page.
    For the boxes see the seetings of the main window in all pages, especially in NEXT page.. so that the box is coming properly

  • Dynamic BOX in sapscript

    Hi,
    I am using the BOX control command in SapScript.
    Is it possible to assign the values of Xpos and Ypos
    dynamicalliy.
    In BOX XPOS 16 CH WIDTH 0 MM HEIGHT 18 MM FRAME 10 TW,
    i want to assign the values at runtime, instead of
    xpos 16 , something like Xpos Var, where var contain the value of xposition.

  • Decimal values not showing in PO output

    In PO qty is created with decimal values ( 30.500 M)
    when print  the output it is coming as 31 m ( values is getting rounded off)
    PO is created with ref to sales order , where as qty is  EA
    in SO . ( Qty EA is not affecting PO / PR)
    Please advise on the PO configuration part to get the PO output with decimal values.

  • How to enforce position after decimal point

    Hi,
    i need to enforce a position after the decimal point in an SAPScript Form.
    The Form is MEDRUCK_RV and the field ist RM06P-PRMG1.
    I tried to enforce it with RM06P-PRMG1(Z9.1) but it doesn't work.
    I need to cut the left-hand zeros and display one position after the decimal point.
    Can someone help?

  • SAPScript output doesn't match the variable's value

    Hello Expert,
    In my script, I defined as below:
    /:  IF &VBDKR-VKORG& = 'WCAO'
    =  ,,&KOMVD-KAWRT(I11.4<)&,,&KOMVD-AWEIN&
    /:  ENDIF
    Then I run the report which will trigger the script. In the debug mode, I find the values are as below
    VBDKR-VKORG: WCAO
    KOMVD-KAWRT: 97.74
    KOMVD-AWEIN: STN
    In my expection, the output should be 97.7400 STN, but actuall the output displays 9.7740 STN. It's off by one decimal point conversion. This is quite confusing.
    CAn any expert help on this and tell how to fix the issue?

  • SAPSCRIPTS - BOX COMMAND.

    Hi ,
    I hava script in which i am supposed to print an internal table.
    now. the script is designed in such a way that on first page the main window starts at line 17 of the page and on second page the main window starts at line no 7.
    i ma printing my internal table in the main window. i am ussing box command to get a tabular look n feel . on first page the y pos of the box is set to 18 LN. n its gettin printed properly.
    till first 15 records the data gets printed on first page but if the records in the internal table are more than 15 then then the output continues to second screen.
    now while setting the ypos how should  set the value? how exatly i am supposed to count the value to set for the y pos? when we say BOX ypos 7 LN dose it mean set ypos  at line 7 from upword direction? n line of the window or line 7 of the page?

  • Remove decimals when equal to 0 SAPSCRIPT

    Hello all,
    When printing a quantity field in a sapscript form, I would like to remove the decimals if they are all 0, but retain them if at least one is non zero.  For example:
    Quantity    -   Value to print
    1000.000   - 1000
    1000.020   - 1000.020
    1000.200   - 1000.200
    1000.002   - 1000.002
    I have tried many different things including formatting options C and Z (i.e. kwmeng(C)) but neither provide the correct result.  Also, kwmeng(.3) will not work because sometimes I want kwmeng(.0).  I want to avoid ABAP code in the print program and I know that it is possible because a different form in our system performs exactly this way without parsing the value into mantissa and decimal (though I cannot determine how). 
    Please post any thoughts or ideas.  Thanks!

    I think that if the quantity field is linked in the DDic structure/table to a unit of measure field, which content at runtime refers to a unit with 0 decimals, then it should work exactly as you expect.

  • How to cut the zeros after the decimal point ?

    Hello everybody,
    does anyone know a solution how to cut the zeros after the decimal point at at CHAR data field?
    For example the field
    &RM06P-PRMG1&
    This is a char field in the database, so that the command
    &RM06P-PRMG1(.0C)&
    doesn't work.
    At the moment the output on the form is like that
    124,000
    It shoud be like that
    124
    It would be great if anyone could help me!

    Hi Strobbel,
    If you are working on standard sapscript, first make a zcopy of it, do the modifications in that and assign the new form to the output types in tcode NACE.
    First you need to create a program to write the logic, so go to tcode SE38 , create a new program (say zremove_zero) with Program type Executable.
    Now you will see ABAP Editor with statement;
    Report zremove_zero.
    Add the following lines below the report statement.
    *&      Form  remove_zero
    *       text
    *      <--lv_AMT  text
    FORM remove_zero  CHANGING lv_amt.
      DATA p_amt TYPE p.
      MOVE lv_amt TO p_amt.
      MOVE p_amt TO lv_amt.
    Condense lv_amt.
    ENDFORM.
    Now save and activate the program.
    Now open the zcopy of your script and Just above the statement  &RM06P-PRMG1& write the following lines;
    /: perform remove_zero in program zremove_zero
    /: changing &RM06P-PRMG1&
    /: endperform.
    Now you can see your amount printing without decimals.
