Default position

When we do leaving action for an employee, position in 0001 is getting defaulted to 99999999 and vacancy infotype is getting triggered.
But when we do Retirement action, position is not getting defaulted.
How and where do we do this defaulting of position ??

Hi,
I have a similar requirement for defaulting position '99999999' where emp.status is set to '2' and have implemented the below dynamic action code but it does'nt seem to work. Any clues on fixing this;
0000              MASSN     04     XXX     *          **DEFAULT POSITION FOR XX ACTION**
0000              MASSN     04     XXX     P     P0000-MASSN='XX'
0000              MASSN     04     XXX     I     COP,0001,,,(P0000-BEGDA),(P0000-ENDDA)
0000              MASSN     04     XXX     W     P00001-PLANS='99999999'
Thanks

  • Creating #DEFAULT# positions in page templates

    Hi All.
    I was wondering if there was any way to create 2-3 default(#DEFAULT#) positions for buttons that we would use throughout in a particular app?
    Thanks,
    Nayana

    Thanks Vikas.
    Since the format had to be repeated over many pages, I just built a custom type of Region that I use with the button positions that I need for which I modified the CSS to include my formatted classes well as the Region for only those button position that I need.

  • In 4.0.1, is it possible to move the Bookmarks Button on the Bookmarks Toolbar to a different position on the Bookmarks Toolbar from it default position on the far right?

    The default Bookmarks Button is on the far, upper right side of the browser window on the Bookmarks Toolbar. It's distracting there, on the edge, in Siberia. I use it a thousand times per day. It's unnatural and distracting to always be turning to the edge, away from "the action". Is there any way to slide its location on the toolbar? Or at least put it on the far left where there's more "action"? I doubt I'm the only one with this instinct, otherwise the Firefox button and items on the usual menu bar (like File, Edit) would not always be placed on the upper left, not upper right. I'm not asking about the other, optional Bookmarks Button that can be put on the Navigation Toolbar which functions differently and more cumbersomely.

    To move the bookmarks button on the Bookmarks Toolbar, you have to go into Customize first. Just drag the button palette to one side so you have full access to the bar. The only things on it should be "Bookmarks Toolbar Items" and the icon for the bookmarks drop-down list. Hopefully then you can swap their positions.
    (And it is weird that the buttons look the same when one shows a menu and other opens the Bookmarks Sidebar.)

  • Can I change the Default Position of a JColorChooser Dialog Box???

    I am working on a drawing application where I am using a button that launches a JColorChooser dialog to allow a user to select a color which. I have tied this button to the JColorChooser using the source code below to reset the color based on the user's selection. This all works fine. However, when the JColorChooser comes up, the dialog comes up right in the middle of the drawing area and erases any portion of the drawing that the dialog box overlaps with, which having my luck is more or less right in the middle of the JPanel where I am doing the drawing. My question is can I tell the JColorChooser to come up somewhere else in the user interface by offsetting it from the actual application somehow? I am using a JFrame to add all of these components to (the color choose button and the drawing area) and wonder if there is a way to tell the JColorChooser dialog not to come in the default location. Any help that anybody could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
    Kevin
    pickColor = new JButton( "Choose Color" );
    pickColor.addActionListener(
    new ActionListener() {
    public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent event)
    color = JColorChooser.showDialog(
    ColorPicker.this, "Choose a color", color);
    if ( color == null )
    currentColor = Color.RED;
    else
    currentColor = color;
    );

    JColorChooser has a method createDialog() that lets you create (rather than
    merely show) a dialog containing your colour chooser.
    If you use this method you can position the dialog wherever you want. The
    dialog inherits the Window methods for positioning - eg
    setLocationRelativeTo(Component c).

  • How to change the default position of context menu item? (C#)

    Hi,
    I have included a calendar context menu item with my Outlook Addin. But by default, its positioned at the last as shown in the picture below:
    I need a way to make it as the fourth item instead of last one. Also, I want set an icon for the same. How can I do that?
    Appreciate if you can give some sample examples.
    Thanks in advance.
    Thanks Prasad

    Hello Prasad,
    The
    Customizing Context Menus in Office 2010 article in MSDN describes the basics.
    You can specify the IdMso value of the built-in control after/before you need to insert your own:
    <button id="MyBtn" label="MyButton" insertBeforeMso="OpenSelectedItems" />
    See
    Office 2013 Help Files: Office Fluent User Interface Control Identifiers
    for IdMso values.

  • WVC200: How to set a home default position ?

    From time to time we have to turn the camera off and when the camera is power-on it goes to a home position where it shows the ceiling ! Is there something that can be done to change that home position ?

    I believe that this is a device limitation and everytime you turn off the camera it will go back to default (home position). Repositioning the camera itself would be the best option to avoid ceiling view of your camera.

  • How do you return the screen to default position?

    I'm having problems with the position of the desktop screen, it appears at an angle with the left side higher than the right and the right side lower than the left which is very frustrating.
    I have updated the firmware correctly, fitted a new PRAM battery and reset the PRAM and NVRAM but still the screen appears at an angle.
    I can obviously re-position the screen in the OS manually but it is hard to get the exact position correct.
    I was hoping to return the machine to its factory settings, which I would have thought would have returned the screen to its correct straight position. Would this work? Any ideas? Os is this a fault which can't be corrected?
    Is this a common problem with the iMac G3?
    Any help or info would be appreciated!

    Hey Gazzola and Welcome to Apple Discussions,
    I can obviously re-position the screen in the OS manually but it is hard to get the exact position correct.
    Right using the monitor adjustments.
    I was hoping to return the machine to its factory settings, which I would have thought would have returned the screen to its correct straight position. Would this work?
    I doubt it. You could try using open firmware reset. From:
    http://www.macintouch.com/panfirmware.html
    "Open Firmware reset: Hold down command-option-o-f at boot until a white screen appears, and then type the following at the prompt (press return after each line):
    reset-nvram
    set-defaults
    reset-all
    Any ideas?
    Yes, most likely it's a bad capacitor in the PAV section of the iMac. This can be repaired but it's a pain. You can run an external monitor via the VGA spigot under the oval grill under in the back. Just pop it off (I use a butter knife) and plug in the external. Actually you should do that just to verify it's an internal monitor problem anyway.

  • I just upgraded to Firefox 4. Now my cursor doesn't "snap-to" the default position.

    I just upgraded to Firefox 4. Now my cursor doesn't "snap-to" the default button. I made sure it was newly recognized (by unchecking and rechecking) in
    Control Panel > Mouse > Pointer Options > Snap To: Automatically move pointer to a default button in a dialog box > Apply > OK
    But the Fox isn't cooperating. How do I get this working again?

    I'm afraid I don't understand how your reply relates to my problem. I'll type the words I don't understand in your answer:
    "default dialog button" (where do you find this?)
    "mouse middle-click button" (I have a wheel)
    "Global default" I don't know what that is, so, apparently, it doesn't apply to me.
    "IntelliMouse" I don't have this either, just an old, dumb "Dell mouse" ;-)
    "dialog box" is that what I'm hoping the cursor will be moved to? If so, how do I get it to move there on it's own? What's the purpose of "Snap to" if I have to move the cursor there myself?

  • Is it possible to customise the tab/address/menu bar positions? I dislike the default position changes.

    Similar to MS Office, one can position all the menu bars in any order, top down or sideways as required. I find that with ver 4, the tabs on the top line , the search, home buttons etc are not intuitive and are quite annoying with their positional changes.

    You can still use/see the Menu Bar (''File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Help'') if you prefer it:
    *'''Temporarily display the Menu Bar''': press the ALT key or the F10 key and make your selections from the temporarily displayed Menu Bar
    *'''Toggle between the Menu Bar and Firefox button'''. Do one of the following:
    **NOTE:
    ***Menu Bar '''checked''' = Menu Bar on, Firefox button off
    ***Menu Bar '''un-checked''' = Menu Bar off, Firefox button on
    **keyboard shortcut: HOLD the ALT key while pressing the letters VTM on your keyboard
    **Using the Menu Bar: click View > Toolbars, click Menu Bar
    **Using the Firefox Button: click Firefox Button > Options, click Menu Bar
    **right-click on an empty space in one of the toolbars, click Menu Bar

  • I have gone through all the suggested steps to restore the navigation toolbar to the default position, yet none have worked. Is there anyway I can do so? If not, where can I get a copy of the previous edition of Firefox?

    I have tried all posted means to restore default settings to my navigation toolbar. Are there other ways?

    I was a strong supporter of Firefox until this happened. None of the fixes have worked...and besides why should I have to waste my time trying to fix it in the first place. I lost a lot of time and information with this situation and Firefox provides no support for itself that I can see. No...I've switched to Google Chrome and Firefox will have a serious uphill climb getting me back or preventing me from warning others off their product. FIREFOX HAS COST ME SEVERAL HOURS...NO...DAYS REPAIRING THIS DAMAGE. I won't be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank god we still have the freedom to chose in this country...at least for now.
    P.S. I hope Firefox goes the way of Netscape. I was once a supporter of their product too...but they blew it bad...

  • "App cannot be installed in the default position"

    How can I update Firefox on android phone?
    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    Open the Firefox for Android listing on your Android Playstore. If your app is not up-to-date you will see Update button. Click it.
    It will download the new version and install it.
    If you see open button, smile, your app is up to date :)

  • Buttons set as "free position" change back to default

    In iDVD 6, if you move a button to free position and then save it, when you re-open the project the button position changes back to the default position. I am using the iDVD 6 theme "Reflection Black" and positioned the button in the gray pane at the bottom but it moves back up the pane to the default position no matter how I try to save it. Anyone else having this problem?
    Thanks

    The first six slideshows behave themselves and stay where I position them in the area designed for the listing. The remaining six are off to the side right across the moving drop zones, which makes them hard to read.
    I believe all of the menus are defaulted to handle six buttons, while you can add up to twelve on some, maybe this main menu can only "hold" six... I had four on mine.
    How about one button on the main menu that says something like "Slideshows" and when you click on that it takes you to a new menu (the chapter menu) and try to put twelve there.
