Delete an inactive Bucket

Hi,
I am struggling to delete an inactive bucket in Bucket dashboard, this bucket doesn't have any items linked to it but it gives me these errors.
Error        An internal error occurred
Error      Dereferencing of the NULL reference
Error      Deletion of the object Environmental not possible as Items are associated with it
Info.      No changes were made. Data is not saved
Please assist as I can't delete this bucket due to the above errors

Hi,
The error was caused by data inconsistency to rectify this we have created a program that deletes entries from the /RPM/Relation_d table for the inactive buckets. In this program we look up for the inactive buckets in /RPM/Bucket_d and check if there are items in /RPM/Item_d that are linked to this bucket in either case we go to the /RPM/Relation_d and delete the relationship.
The above was recommended by SAP.

How can I delete old & inactive user account datawith a script?

there is a mac 10.4 server that has many old user folders. too many to delete one by one. there is no grouping of users. all of them are in the /user folder
I want a script that will check the folders in the /user direcotry against the OD users. If a user for that folder does not exist then it will rm or move to trash or an /inactive users or /olduser folder.

Well, the problem with rm the folder is that it still leaves data hanging around (profile, home drive, etc.) I was really hoping for something that would sweep up everything from people that are no longer in the OpenDirectory database.
Anyway, I'll close this question by saying thanks for trying.

I want to delete all the inactive objects in a transport Request . How can i do this ? I have many inactive objects in a request so i want to delete them first and then transport it . How can i do this . Please help..

Hi,
go to transaction se10 click on display individually enter teh request and click display and then you would get the list of all objects in that request so you can check which one are inactive and delete.
Or you can also go to se80 in the repository browser you can choose inactive objects so it would show all inactive objects for a user from there also you can delete objects.

Randomly deleted drawings from bucket fill?

Hey guys, been using Flash recently and getting the hang of it now, however a recurring problem keeps happening - much of the drawings I'm doing are 'wet art', i.e. not symbols, as that makes it easier for what I'm doing. Anyway, using the bucket fill, on random occasions an outline or object will fill with colour when it wasn't supposed to, usually because of a gap in the linework. However the issue is that undoing the action does not restore my drawings - they remain completely deleted despite me only bucket filling and then undoing the action. Random objects around the paint will be deleted as well. Obviously, this is beyond frustrating as it completely halts progress when I need to redraw an entire background because the program seems to be messing up.
There is no error message or anything of the sort - an object just fills up with the paint bucket, and undoing the fill deletes the entire object instead of undoing just the fill.
Does anyone know a solution?

We need to delete all PIR for our Inactive version. If we use md74,75,76 its deleting based on keydate which is global plant based setting. But our requirement is to delete whole inactive PIR on version basis. Is it possible to do it.

You can do it though MD62 too,
Requirement Plan = *
Enter your Plant =
Select your inactive Version
Date Balnk
Next screen select all and delete them you can also use MD74/75 by entering all inactive version means exclude version 00 from selection.

The account in question is an account of a now shuttered business and in light grey letters it says "Inactive" under the account.

Sounds like you have an Exchange account added to your device.
Settings > General > Profile > Remove/Delete

Deleting inactive pricing types

we have a requirement, where we need to delete the inactive pricing types from the sales order.
we have configured a pricing routine (902) with the pricing condition.
when we create/change a sales order, the control comes to the routine, but the table xkomv[] is not populated with value for the field KINAK. This field determines, whether the pricing type is active or not. if its not blank, then its inactive.
But when the control comes to any of the user exit ( MV45AFZB - check_vbap using us_dialog), the table xkomv[] is populated with the field KINAK.
Now i need to delete those entries which have been marked, and recalculate the pricing conditoon.
Can any one, tell me how to do that? where to implement the logic?
how to invoke the recalualtion of pricing condtion manually?

Order category BF not getting deleted in APO

Hi Experts,
I have a situation where the material is already deleted in ECC (hence no longer existing), but the product is existing in APO and we need to delete this in APO. To do this, we need to delete the dependent orders for that product/location first and then other dependencies.
There are few orders for the prod/loc as confirmed purchase orders (ord cat BF). These orders are now PP/DS orders with status as PP firmed, output firmed and date fixed.
I have tried the two programs- /sapapo/rlcdelete and /sapapo/delete_pp_order, but system is not picking up the orders to delete.
The system shows as message as " No deletion of converted orders in active version"
As I said earlier, the product is no longer existing in ECC, hence I can not delete the orders from there.
Is there any other way to achieve this? Is there any BADI to do this in APO?

Hi
You can use /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER report for deleting these orders.
Execute the this report, mention all the products for which you want to delete the order and execute it. It might give the message as orders will not get deleted as inactive in APO.
Go back please enter as DEL_EXECU, in the place where we use to enter the T-codes and enter and than again execute the report. It will delete the orders.
You can also try /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL report.

Follow up action to set delete flag after UD (QS41, QS51)

If user give UD as 'not good' for Equipment (eg Vernier Caliper) then he has to set delete flag for maintenance plan no and Equipment no through IP02 and IE02 respectively
now he want that, above delete flag should set automatically after giving UD so particular maintenance plan or equipment should not release in future.
I got one follow up action 'QM_PM' in transaction QS51 due to this after giving UD for Inspection lot, plan get technically complete (TECHO)
so how to make changes so i'll achieve above functionality

i got one solution on which i am working
Steps:
1.The solution is to use the User Exit namely QEVA0010 and use the logic as mentioned below.
2. Test and use the above mentioned user exit.
3. The first condition should be checked for Inspection Type - 14 and for UD code NG.
4.Logic to be used To set the deletion flag for the Equipment.
   Go to Table QAPP - Pass inspection lot Number and get the Equipment no.
   Go to Table EQUI - Pass Equipment no and get OBJNR
Go to Table JEST - Pass the Objnr - The value for deletion flag status is active is I0076 and the value for deletion flag inactive is I0320.
   In order to set the deletion Flag,use help of FM - STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN to code.
5.Logic to be used To set the deletion flag for the Maintenance Plan.
Go to Table QALS - Pass inspection lot no and get the order no.
Go to Table AFIH - Pass order no - Get maintenance Plan.
Go to Table MPLA - Pass the maintenance plan and get the Objnr no.
JEST - Pass the Objnr - The value for deletion flag status is active is I0076 and the value for deletion flag inactive is I0320.

In APO SNP, if you only delete the time series it will not delete the inactive material from it.
If you go to APO material master i.e. /SAPAPO/MAT1 - Product you will still find your inactive products. By deleting the time series, you are only deleting the data from time series key figures, but you will still have the data in order series key figures.
You can require to delete these products by mainly using following steps.
a) Remove product from integration model
b) Delete all orders for this product-location which still exist in the APO system by running the reports /SAPAPO/RLCDELETE or /SAPAPO/DELETE_PP_ORDER (this report is not recommanded to be used in product system!!) or transactions /SAPAPO/RRP4 or /SAPAPO/RRP4.
c) Use transaction /sapapo/ccr to delete all objects in APO that are integrated with R/3. The /sapapo/ccr will show the orders as 'Not in an active integration model' and offers to delete the orders in APO
d) Delete the product from ATP tables by running the report /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL with the selection according to the product being deleted. (Orders from DB & live cache)
e) Delete all related product substitution and location product substitution using the transaction /SAPAPO/RBA04;
f) Delete the product from all PPMs through the transaction /SAPAPO/SCC05;
g) Remove the product from external procurement using the transaction /SAPAPO/PWBSRC2;
h) Remove the product from transportation lanes through the transaction /SAPAPO/SCC_TL1 or /SAPAPO/SCE; Note: If the lane was created with option 'All products', you should not care about this condition.
i) Remove the product from quota arrangement through the transaction /SAPAP/SCC_TQ1;
j) Remove references from the product master or the location product master using the transaction /SAPAPO/MAT1, tab 'Classification';
k) Remove the planning package from the location product master using the transaction /SAPAPO/MAT1, tab 'PP/DS';
l) Remove the product from RTO;
m) Remove the product from product split.
2. Mark deletion flag
a) In transaction /SAPAPO/MAT1, select the product (and location in case of location product);
b) In the menu bar, choose 'Product' and go to 'Mark for deletion' (Shift+F6);
c) In the popup 'Set deletion Flag' set a flag in the appropriate field: Leave the field 'Product' empty unless you want to delete the product master, i.e. in case a location product must be deleted, the flag has to be set on location only;
d) The deletion can be executed directly or be scheduled for another time.
Use Report /SAPAPO/DELETE_PRODUCTS for deletion.
Once you delete all the products, than you can again open the CIF to bring in the new products.

Transformation Transports inactive

Hi All,
I am transporting some Transformations using Transport Connection and selecting only necessary objects. The first import fails with RC 8 and the following:
Unknown error from the Transport Organizer
Error while activating transformation
Error when activating Transformation 0FI5WAZTHGV66TREPIY6ABUQIKF8028S
When I re-import the request, it completes with a RC 0, but the Transformations are left with 'Active version does not exist' ie inactive.
We've applied SP8.
Any help greatly appreciated.

We also faced the same problem. Delete the Inactive transformation in the target system and move the new request(only transformation )again.

Release a Request with inactive enhancements

Hi,
I am having a transport request which contains 6 enhancements of WebUI.
Out of these 6, there are 2 enhancements which are inactive and they are not required.
So while releasing the request the system gives an error as "Enhancement is not active and cannot be transported".
All the sub task of the request are released.
how can we delete the inactive enhancements from the system.
We want to send other enhancements from dev to QA client.

How to delete custom AET fields in CRM 7.0 Web UI

Hello gurus,
When I want to delete a custom AET field created by a mistake or for exercising purposes only, the UI Config tool markes it for deletion by changing a status to "Marked for Deletion" (a garbage bucket icon). My question is how to proceed further, i.e. eliminate the field completely. Do I need to manually delete the fields from the "Append" structures in the corresponding CRMS_xxxx Attribute structure, or do something like this?

note: please do not delete the field manually from SAP GUI.
AET is able to create and delete custom field. The deletion process happens always in 2 steps.
1. you select which field you want to delete and press on delete icon. This will mark the field to be deleted.
As long, you do not "Save and Generate". This deletion mark will not be persisted and the complete deletion of the field will not be executed. Having this mechanism, you are always able to cancel the deletion.
2. If you really want to delete the field. Press on "Save and Generate". "Save" will persist the deletion mark for the field.
And "Generate" will do the "Delete" generation.
Please don't forget to remove the field from the UI configuration, when you configured the field in any UI Config before.

Inactive clients not showing up as inactive in console, but show on inactive client report

I have Client Status Reporting installed, configured, and reporting successful database updates on my SCCM 2007 install. However, the client properties don't list the machines as inactive. For example, one device on the report says inactive
but when I right-click > properties on the system object it lists the "active" property as 1 when it should be 0. Can anyone speculate why this isn't updating? I need to query my inactive machines to take into account my patch statistics
for upper management. If "inactive" isn't 0 then the query won't return any results. Thanks for any help!

There can be many reason for this, but if I had to guess, I would thing that you have two object in the database with the exact same name, one active and one inactive. To solve the report problem I personally, delete all inactive PCs as
soon as I find them in the CM07 database.

Order Deletion Problem

Hello all...i've a strange situation...When a planner deletes an order in the past for a particular time bucket, the order gets deleted in this bucket but is added up to the next bucket. Does anyone know why this might happen??
