Delete Blank Order Requirement in MD04

Hi All,
We created a new material for MRP recently but when we created it we used the wrong Availability check type. We then created an order for this material, ran MRP and the line showed up as a blank order on MRP.
We realised the masterdata error, corrected it, and re-ran MRP. Now our order appears correctly on MRP however the blank order requirement still appears.
I have read here and on other forums that this order can not be deleted but one of the other analysts thinks there may be a program to delete this blank line.
Does anyone know of this program, or any other way, of deleting the blank order requirement from MRP in MD04.

I am not sure wether SDRQCR21 will solve the problem even you refer SAP Note : 207942 / 25444 .You can raise OSS notes with SAP in this matter and they will be the best person to comment on it .
This is just my perception .Frist you try SDRQCR21 and decide accrodingly .

In my scanerio i found deleted sales order appearing in md04 and even it is not appearing in vbak table and at the same time sales order not appearing for display .
can some one help for the cause ..........??

This is an error in the standard SAP programs (entries in VBBE table remain while they should be deteled). They made a program to clean up the entries in the VBBE table, it's program SDRQCR21
Best is to run a nightly job on this program.
You can check note 25444 for details.

Require to delete sales order

All the contributors,
plz to give me a right solution, Req_urjent.
Query:
with PO against Sales order ( indvidual purchase order_ sales process.)
with ref PO- raised sales order, and also delivery with PGI,
but when raised a sls order customer code entered wrongly of other customer code, here i followed vl09 reverse goods entry, and vl02n deleted delivery, but when deleting the sls order in va02 the sls order unable to delete and getting some message of cost management account issue.
so know i want to raise with the same Purchase Order Number with right customer code,
therefore requiring how to delete sales order. plz help out me.

Hi there,
You willnot be able to delete the sales order. You will only be able to reject the line items in the order. Once you enter the reason for rejection, the order line items are not further processed.

Delete sales order from MD04 screen

Hi Gurus,
Need help in deleting a sales order from the MD04 screen.
The sales order was deleted, there are no production order/reservations associated with this Sales order, the sales order is still appearing on the md04 screen and consuming the stock. Ran MRP both in Netchange and Regen mode still the sales order appear on the MD04 screen.
This is a four months old sales order.

Why does old sale order (The deliver date before current date) show VSF (independent requirement) in MD04?

Dear All,
I face one issue, the old sales order (the delivery date before current date) has became VSF (independent requirement) in MD04, could someone let me know why and how to fix it?
Take 01.09.2014 as example, we have one 50PC's sales order with delivery date as 25.08.2014, in MD04, the system will show two independent requirements, one is 50PC's customer order and another is 50PC's VSF.

If I understood the issue correctly, system is showing both the sales order and the PIR on the same date, right?
If this is the case, it's probably a PIR consumption issue. Take a look on the following note, especially question 10:

Goods receipt for subcontract does not erase requirement in MD04

Hi,
I have a subcontract material for example X which is built of 3 components - A,B & C.
Initially the BOM in the Purchase Order of X did not have any component. I mistakenly posted a goods receipt and realized that the requirement were not getting deleted from MD04 of the components. There after to correct this, I reversed the goods receipt and populated the BOM with components A, B & C and again posted goods receipt for the subcontract material X.
When I receive material X, the requirement still exists in the stock requirement list (MD04) of A, B & C. I also went to Transaction ME2O and saw that the stock at the vendor did not get reduced.
I have checked the Goods Receipt material document and the components A, B & C have a movement type of 543 O. In MB51 Goods movement for the components, I can see the deduction from the vendor.
Why are the requirements not getting deleted from MD04 of A, B & C and why is not the component stock at the vendor getting reduced?
For all other orders, the requirements get erased in MD04 of A, B & C when I receive X
Please help me out with this issue.

It is not possible to delete an external procurement order at the tareget location and retain it at the source location as the order is linked by the source destination combination, as soon as you delete the order at target location its refernce at the source also gets deleted, also its not possible to create a order with target location as blank.
what is your business requirement for this logic can u pls elaborate?

Duplicated Requirement at MD04

Hallo,
I have an issue related with a duplicated requirement for a Sales Order.
Our system is customized in order of working with the next process [Make-to-Order strategy]:
Sales Order--> Planned Order --> Process Order --> Outbound Delivery --> Billing Doc
The problem is that at MD04 I have the next requeriment.
2012-02-28     CustSt     "Sales Order"/000001                               0      0
2012-02-27     CusOrd     "Sales Order"/000001/0001                       1-     1-
2012-02-28     PldOrd     "Planned Order"/SO                        62     1      0      10     WHSE
It is a planned order, but I know that is a duplicated requirement, because for that Sales Order there is already a Outbound Delivery and a Billing Doc.
I know that deleting the billing and Outbound Delivery, and executing the MD41 the Sales Order will disappears from MD04. But I can not do that, because the billing doc. is already with the customer.
It is a way to delete that duplicated requirement?

Can you run program SDRQCR21 in SA38 for that material and check again in MD04? Also check the production order has been set with technically completed or not. You can also take a looks at OSS Note 25444 - SDRQCR21: Recovery of sales and delivery requirements and Note 547277 - FAQ: Requirements in SD and in the delivery

1) Delete Production Order,

2) Delete Planned Order,
MD16 is the only option to delete planned orders in mass.
During MRP run if you choose - Delete and recreate plan order mode. Automatically the unwanted plan orders
2) Delete Purchase Requisation,
Execute MD04, in that it will display the created PR's
Check in tcode MD62 whether you have any demand for that material which you are getting PRs first delete requirement here/
Then run MRP by tcode MD03 or MD02 giving input of material and plant. In the initial screen of MD03 / MD02, make field planning mode - Delete and recreate planning data
Is that Old PR Firmed.
If yes remove the Firm indicator and Re run the MRP with planning Mode 3.
It removes the PR from EBAN.
Now check in MD04
OR,
Use Mass change transaction code MEMASSRQ or use BAPI (BAPI_REQUISITION_DELETE) to do the same.
Or
Use ME57 with layout ALV, in this also u can delete PR
If you want delete PR manually then
goto ME52N --> enter PR number --> select line item --> click delete button
or
goto ME52N --> enter PR number --> Item --> Tab Quanties/Dates --> set tick mark for closed check box

Deleted delivries reserving stock in MD04

Hi,
We have an issue where delivery documnet is created and before PGi it is deleted . Once it is deleted system is removing from MD04 but still stock is reserved . System runs avaiabilty and promises but into delivery no stock is copied because the stock is already assigend to deleted delivery.
Please help how to get the stock back.

Once you delete the delivery, the sales order will become open. But the schedule line category throws the requirement, the same can be seen in MD04. To refresh the requirement in MD04, assign Reason for Rejection in sale order and save. Again in MD04, refresh and see whether your problem is solved.
Still if the issue is not resolved, run the correction report SDRQCR21

Deleted Planned Order Trace

Dear All,
I have one query regarding Deletion Of planned order. Is there any Table or report where we can find out deleted planned order. In my scenario there were four planned orders of which user have converted one planned order into production order but other three planned orders are not appearing in Stock and Requirement List ( MD04). I want to trace these three planned orders whether they are deleted by user. I have tried in PLAF table but could not find out.

Planned orders which are created temporally just to calculate the net requirement when you run MRP. Hence if you delete manually there will not be any record. If user has deleted the planned order dont worry, when you run next MRP run system will calculate the net requirement and create new planned orders.
If you want to restrict the deletion of planned order manually then try with authorization, use the following role
SAP_MM_CBP_PLANNED_ORDER for MM planed orders
SAP_PP_MRP_PLANNED_ORDER for PP planed orders.
Or one more option is create a planned order manually in MD11.

Deleted planned orders

Hi all,
we are having an inconsistency in our productive system.
Planned orders were manually deleted (by deleting PLAF table records).
Now dependent requirements exist in the Stock/Requirements list (MD04) for which no parent planned order exists and are not getting deleted with MRP run.
SAP Note 633119 makes a reference to an ABAP code to safely remove the erroneous dependent requirements. Can someone send it to me or tell me where I can find it?

Hi,
I assume that you case is number 1 - Deleted planned order (for Standard or Simulative DepReqs). If yes the in that note is written that you need to create an OSS message and SAP will send you a report customized for your problem.
Then create an OSS message in the component PP-MRP containing all the relevant information.

Table For Production Order as per MD04

I making a report in which i want to take all the open production order as per MD04 transacton, in MD04 when we check the material if there is any open production we can see in MD04, i want to read all those orders from a table i have in AFKO but problem is that it is also showing order which are not present in MD04 even the date of final order confirmation is blank i the table AFKO field GETRI.

Report on deleted sales orders ( va02)

hi,
i got one requirement to write a program to display the list of deleted sales orders (through VA02 Tcode).
to my knowledge when a sales order is deleted through VA02 the order will be deleted from the database itself and will be deleted from all the SAP tables.
if that is correct, is there any possibility that we can create a Ztable and update the data before deletion or any other solution for the above requirement?
