How do I remove my Ipad that my son now has from my apple ID so he doesn't see all my messages

This happens when you both use the same Apple ID for iMessage. To fix this you have two choices:
On one of the phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a different ID. Note: you can still share the same ID for purchasing in Settings>iTunes & App Stores; or
On both phones go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive and uncheck the email address(es) shown under "You can be reached by iMessage at".

Deleting Selected Content from Apple TV

I synced a lot of music onto Apple TV and now I've decided I no longer wnat song of the songs on it.
In order to snyc the music I created a new playlist in Itunes and checked the box on ATV to sync all the files over.
If I delete the files from the play list on Itunes all that will do is edit the play list as it appears in Itunes, not on ATV, correct?

No, if you remove the entries from the playlist and sync again, it should remove the files from the tv.

I have slide shows on my Apple TV. I want to delete this but not on my iphoto on my Mac. I want to delete photos on my iphone. How do I do this?

To remove from Apple TV:
iTunes > File > Home Sharing > Choose photos, uncheck what you don't want and apply.
To remove from iPhone:
Connect to iTunes, then select the device in the devices list, navigate to the photos tab and uncheck the photos you don't want, then sync/apply.

Here is the thing, currently I have an id of apple with my gmail account, which I associated the iCloud account. I would like to delete my account to create a new from the iphone, so it is "iCloud" as my primary address. I want my apple ID is "[email protected]" not "[email protected]".

Unfortunately, you can't. The primary address for your iCloud account must be a non-Apple email account. The only exception to this is for former MobileMe subscribers who migrated to iCloud when MobileMe closed, which was 18 months ago.

I have updated Apple Configurator to 1.4, and have "null" VPP codes. I have imported new codes from VPP, but can't delete the "null" codes. I believe the null codes are interferring with the new codes.

I'm also wondering where Apple Pay pulled my billing and shipping addresses from in the first place. iTunes? My Contacts card? Strangely, it appears to use only one billing address even though you could conceivably have a different address for each card. Definitely a phishing email. It's total nonsense. Delete all emails from Apple, Amazon, Paypal, your bank, and every other email that asks for your personal details. Any outfit you deal with are well aware of the necessary data, and have no need for you to tell them again.

Depending on your setup for Family Sharing, you can either remove others if you are the organizer unless the accounts are for kids that are 13 and younger. If they are 13 and younger, they can be transferred to another Family Share account to then be removed from your account and at that point you should be good. A "genius" at an Apple store told me to delete the photos from my documents folder and trash them and I would still be able to keep them in iPhoto. Now I cannot use the photos other than in the iPhoto file. Can this be undone?

How can I retreive deleted iPhotos which were deleted from the documents and trash files? I stupidly did this because a "genius" from Apple Store assured me that I would still have access to the photos.

Check iPhoto's Advanced preference pane to see if it's set to a referenced or managed library;
If it's set to a referenced library you photos are gone.
If that's the case they might be able to be recovered with a file recovery app like SubrosaSoft FileSalvage. It will run in demo mode so you can see if it can recover your photos before having to purchase it. Use the iMac as little as possible till them so as not to overwrite them.
If it's set to a managed library launch iPhoto with the Option+Command keys held down and rebuild the library's databse file.
What verson of iPhoto and system are you running?
