Delta update data error. Can we do a full load with bad records?

Hello,
We are working with SAP BW 7.0. And we had a problem with a delta update. It has made the delta update correctly, however, a register is loaded incorrectly, when this register was correct in the source system.
We just made a load of that record and now we have it right in the master data. But we must now update the InfoCube. The data came up with a delta load, and now to load only this record we must make a full load (with only 1 register), then in the infocube make a delete selection of the wrong record.
The problem is that we have doubts about how this would affect the load delta, because loads are scheduled for each day and then lost as the source of where to start the next load and we have problems with delta loads the next few days.

What is your delta extractor (LIS or not LIS), What is you target (DSO or cube).
depending on your soruce and target procedure is not the same but you can do it in every cases :
in case of not LIS
just reload with full IP to PSA
in case of LIS
delete setup tables
do a restructuration for your record (if you can with selection condition)
in case of cube in BW
do a simple full upload
in case of DSO
do a full upload in repair mode (if dataflow is 3.x) else just use DTP.
But if your target is DSO and DSO load other infocube after be sure that they are not corrupted

Macbook won't boot after Update, mach_kernel error, can't reinstall

I have a Macbook 13" with a 1.8ghz C2D with 2gig ram.
I attempted to install the update to 10.4.10 from 10.4.9 today and when it rebooted it went straight to kernel panic mode (circle with slash through it with a flashing file folder with a question mark). Cannot do anything at this point.
When I rebooted in verbose or single-user mode it gave this:

I then rebooted with the OSX 10.4.8 installation disk. Went to disk utility and tried to repair the disk. It failed. I then opened terminal and was able to see my disk drive located at /Volumes/Macintosh HD/
I do not see the mach_kernel file located in root though.
There is a:
mach -> /mach.sym
and right under it there is
mach.sym
Well, Next I attempted to reinstall OSX but tried a minimum install with the "archive and install" trying to "preserve users and network settings."
This attempt at an install failed giving the error "There was an error installing the software" and "please try installing again."
I attempted to install again with the same result
The regular test and extended Apple Hardware test came back okay as well. Any ideas?
Here is some more information:
When I run Disk Utility from the install disc and try to Run the First Aid on the Hard Drive The errors are as follows:
Invalid Key Length
Volume Check Failed.
Error: The underlying test reported failure on exit
1 HFS volume checked
1 volume coiule not be repaired because of an error.
Also when I run the "Verify Disk" portion of Disk Utility I get:
Invalid Key Length
The Volume Macintosh HD needs to be repaired
Error: The underlying test reported failure on exit
1 HFS volume checked
Volume needs repair
I tried calling apple support thinking they might help me because the problem only occurred when I tried to update with their software update. They refused to help me unless I payed 50 bucks! They did refer me to this forum. I have really enjoyed my 7 months with the Macbook and cannot afford to lose the data on the hard drive. If you guys can help I would much appreciate it. Thanks.

First off, you are not seeing a kernel panic but an inability to load the kernel file "mach_kernel," which is damaged or missing.
This is apparently because of a file system error (Invalid Key Length), a serious error Disk Utility is not designed to repair, since the repair usually involves loss of data & that app is very conservative about such things.
It is almost impossible that the update itself is responsible for creating this error but very common for one to exacerbate it if it already exists. This is because file system errors corrupt files when the OS writes files to the disk, & updates write a lot of files to the disk.
If you have implemented a backup strategy, the fix is straightforward, if a little time consuming: reformat the drive, do a new install of the OS from the installer disks, & restore your data from your backups.
If you have not implemented a backup strategy, you now know why one is essential: no data you cannot afford to lose should reside only in one place like your internal hard drive. Data is lost every day because of human error, theft, hardware failure, or a host of other reasons. Only a good backup strategy can prevent this.
Assuming the second situation applies to you, your best bet is to purchase a more powerful disk repair utility like DiskWarrior to see if it can repair the file system damage with minimal data loss. Be sure you read & heed the app's manual before using it! Failure to do so, or attempting to use the computer before the errors are repaired, will almost certainly result in more data loss.

"dreamweaver encountered an internal data error" - can't connect to server (CS6)

Since last week I can't connect to all of my websites using Dreamweaver. When I click on connect or switch to the server view I instantly get the error message "dreamweaver encountered an internal data error".
The websites are on different servers and I can connect to each of them using another FTP Software like SmartFTP.
I already used google and found some "solutions" like checking the "FTP timeout time". But even a timeout time of 60 seconds instantly brings the error message.
Also I tried a fresh install of Dreamweaver yesterday but this doesn't help.
OS is Windows 8 Pro x64
Any advice would be great because I can't work without Dreamweaver.

The errror message of MapViewer is nearly the same with some more informations about the spatial query and the coordintes of the query window. If I run that spatial query in the sqldeveloper it returns a result!
I did following stebs:
- saved a tiff-Image in a GeoRaster table with pyramid an tiled images.
- checked the sdo_geom_metadata --> they are correct
- checked the sdo_georaster object for the rdt table name and rasterid --> they are correct
- checked the rdt table --> objects with that rid are saved
- checked the mdsys.sdo_geor_sysdata table --> entry is correct
- validate the geraster with the sdo_geor.validategeoraster function --> object is valid
- updated the spatial extend of the image and try again the preview functio--> the same error
The databse server is a virtual Linux server with Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 - 64bit.
The web server is a Window 2003 R2 Server with a weblogic server and mapviewer patch 5 (Ver1033p5_B081010).
For a test I did the same (the same table script, the same raster data, the same import method) on a developer pc (WinXP Pro SP2) with Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.1.0 (32bit) the same mapbuilder version but with the MapViewer QuickStartKid and it works fine!!!
Has anyone an idea?

Full Load with deletion selections in Data Mart

I have a DataMart INFOCUBE A to INFOCUBE B, Full loads must be diary. But the infocube A have snapshot, by the zvalid characteristic (AAAA.MM) Eg. 2006.06.
And the INFOCUBE B dosent have , it needs the last snapshot from INFOCUBE A.
I am using a delete selection (deleted request from infocube after update) from the infopackage with infosources are the same checked, Datasources are the same checked, Source Systems are the same checked, and with the selections are same or more comprehensive, and I develop a abap routine in the data selection of the characteristic zvalid to create the year.month necessary for the extraction and i have other selection on 0project characteristic. But when beginning a new month, it do not delete the last request, it inserts the new one. ( even when the selections are overlapping).
Example that what I need:

Do you upload the cube from other sources too? Otherwise there is a flag in the InfoPackage that is called 'Delete entire content of data target'.
It's under Data targets and you can change it if you select 'Select Data Targets'.

Can I do Parallel Full loads from ODS to Cube.

Usually I will do one a full update load from OD'S to Cube. to speed up the process can I do parallel Full update loads from ods to Cube?

Assuming that the only connection we are talking about is between a single ODS and a single Cube.
I think the only time you could speed anything up is in full drop an reload scenario. You could create multiple InfoPackages based on selection and execute them simultaneously.
If the update is a delta there is really no way to do it.
How many records are we talking about? Is there logic in the update rule?

Data Load with 0 records

Hi,
How a system should react under following cases:
1. Full load bringing in 0 records
2. Init load bringing in 0 records
3. Delta load bringing in 0 records
Note: here by 0 records I mean actually the load has no records.
For each of the above case will the load turn green or remain yellow and then times out.
I always have different reactions from the system for these cases. Appreciate view from experts

Jr roberto setting which you said exists true,
but i have that setting marked as green.
i did an init load which pulled in 0 records. this is correct. now eventhough the green is checked for 0 records in rsmo settings the load errored out after the time out setting in infopack
and the main traffic light is still running...with No errors could be found. The current process has probably not finished yet.

Do you have to get a full windows disc to install on mac or can you download the full windows with a product key?

Well I've been trying to find a full installment of Windows 7 32/64 bit Ultimate/Home Edition/Professional but I can't find a disc. So basically I'm asking can I just download Windows 7 from the internet with the product key or do I HAVE TO get a disc and install it through Bootcamp?

I don't know if you can legally download a full Windows 7 installer, but if you can find one, you just need to copy the image to a flash drive. See:

Update failed error, can someone please help?

I've been trying since last night to update from 1.1 to 2.0 and can't seem to get it to work. I select update from Apple TV settings and it downloads the update. Once completed, I select Update now and begins the process and starts to fill-in the progress bar, then shortly it states that the Update failed and asks to press the menu button. I do so and I am greeted by 3 choices: Diagnostics (which I've run about 3 times now and everything comes back okay); Restart (which I've done as well and only reboots the device); Factory Restore (which I did 2 times and only restores the device back to factory defaults).
I can't get the update to work at all. Aside from that, the device works perfectly fine, without any issues. My DSL line is 6mbps and works very well. The Apple TV is connected via Wifi (802.11n) and that's fast too, so I really don't know how to resolve it, short of bringing it to a local Apple store for a replacement.
If anyone can help me out and at least point me in the right direction, I'd gladly appreciate it.

But...Since the Apple TV was only about 11 days old, I contacted Apple's 800 support line and explained the issue I was having. They said that they hadn't really heard of anyone having that problem and asked me to do the usual troubleshooting steps (diagnostics, restart and factory default). Since that didn't solve the problem they told me I could either get an exchange through Apple via mail or I could take it to a local Apple store with the receipt and they would exchange it for a new model.
I opted for the latter. I was curious about resolving the issue and seeing what was being affected, but truthfully, I was more interested in getting my Apple TV updated and working to full capacity.
So that's it. I took it in today and got an exchange immediately. The new device updated like a charm and plays beautifully.

i got this when building my custom class loader and it took me sometime to figure this out since my editor generates my class templates I didn't even think to check something as basic as not having a public class - hopefully this saves someone else some trouble

According to the book a2.b1 is refering to the 2nd B object becasue it is static yet I dont see anywhere that a2 or a2.b1 were assigned to any reference of b2 or the object that b2 points too? Is the book wrong?

Tutorial error - can't get off the ground with OWB_DEMO

I’m having problems with the OWB tutorials, just setting up the demo project.
The OMBPLUS scripts fail while setting up the project environment.
When I run loadall.tcl, it correctly creates the project, then dies running createlocs.tcl, on the first OMBINSTALL command. It complains that I have not defined ORACLE_HOME, which isn’t true – it’s defined in my environment. Here’s the output from the run:

Anybody else have this issue?

I think this is a bug in OWB 10.2.0.2.8, a variable OWBCC_HOME must be set to the local Oracle home on windows in the "setowbenv.bat" file. Please see bug 5853639 on metalink for clarification.

JSP, Data tags, How to build a form edit with multiple records

Hi, I'm using Jdev 9i.
I would like to have a JSP form where I can update, delete, insert records displayed in the same page.
I know that I can use the data tag jbo:DataEdit to do it, but it only works with a single record, I want to have several records in the same page, displayed horizontally.
The best example is a form to add items in an invoice:
Productid description quantity price
1001 xxx 10 20.00
1002 yyy 15 30.00
1003 zzz 7 10.00

The form display is dictated by how you process the submit. I would build the form by using standard html tags. Here is another pseudo example:
