Depreciation GL A/C balance and table ANLC-NAFAG value are different

Dear All
I have faced a problem after charging depreciation I found that the balance of Depreciation General ledger account is higher than the value of Table ANLC-NAFAG
How can I find out the reason of this difference and what is the table link between BSEG/BKPF with ANLC/ANLP or any other asset table to find out this difference of depreciation charged, please advice
Regards
Sekhar

Hi Babu
Thanks for your early reply, I have tried for ABST2 but get "Current fiscal year 2010 in company code XXXX does not match the system date's fiscal year 2011."
their may be some posting for the FY 2010  in AA so I can not close FY 2010 in AA.
I have compare with ANLP and FS10N GL Balances of depreciation a/c and Accumulated Depreciation Account and found( GL Balances are equal in debit and credit side)  that differences arrived in the posting period 03 only.
we have posted depreciation for the posting period 12 also. please advice how can I rectify it.

Sekhar

I know this email is confusing and really hard to understand...perhaps now you will know how i've been feeling--lost and confused with all the mis-information, with a hit and miss phone, and out of time with all the 1 1/2 hr to 2 hrs EACH wasted on this issue.
On top of all this, I can't even find out how to file a complaint with anyone higher up than Customer Service.
I hate to tell you this, but you didn't write an email. You wrote a discussion post on the Verizon Wireless Community forum which is a public peer to peer forum. Unfortunately since you didn't mark your post as a question, the VZW reps that roam this community won't ever see your post. Before you re-post it, don't. Duplicate posts get removed from the community.
I see there were several missteps both by the reps and yourself in your post. First you should have insisted on returning the phone within the 14 day return policy period. Second which Samsung Galaxy mini model did you purchase? The S3 mini or the S4 mini? Did you do any research prior to deciding on this device. The reps at that time deflected the easiest course of action, by trying to get you to replace the phone under insurance instead of returning the phone. The Early Edge payment option requires the current phone on the line using the early Edge must be returned to Verizon Wireless. Did you once considered going to a third party site like Swappa to purchase a gently used device for your daughter?

  • TTF and OTF versions of SourceSansPro are differently displayed in Swing (Nimbus L&F)

    I am using Java SE 7 U 25 on Windows 7 Pro 64bit
When I switch between the otf and the ttf version of the same font (Source Sand Pro by Adobe) then I see some differences (see the space above the "O")

  • Dynamic rows in tables, second line values are duplicated on every lines

    Hello,
I am building an offline form interfaced with an abap program.
The abap program is sending a table define like this :
    material  |  batch  | quantity   | unit
I add javascript in the form in order to add dynamically new rows to this table :
    button ADD :
    TABLE.LINE.instanceManager.addInstance(1);
//Invoke the recalculate method to include the field values from the added row in calculations.
    xfa.form.recalculate(1);
    button DELETE :
    xfa.form.data.MAIN.table.TABLE._line.removeInstance(this.parent.index);
// Invoke the recalculate method to update the form calculations.
    xfa.form.recalculate(1);
My problem is that the data table only have two line, and even if I add new line, the second line values are copied to the next ones...
Table is well defined as 1 to n..
    Thank you for your help.

    Hello Mr.Louis,
    I'm having a similiar problem.
I'm using LCDsgn 8.0/Adobe Reader 8.1 and OS is MS Windows XP Proff 2002.
My Internal Table EMPNO ///  Name  /// City.
In my case there is no duplication. But, when I add row,
    1. the empty row get added.
    2. I do the entry in Name and City fields and go for addition of another new row.
    3. It adds a new row, but  clears name and city of the previously added row.
    4. When I add a new row again, and enter all values then it modifes with correct value for the row effected in step 3. But entry for new row added get similarly erased.
Any insight towards the resolution of this would be highly appreciated.

  • Please tell me in which tables tax related values are stored in for FI/CO .

    Hi,
Iam working on a FI/CO report, and I need tax values to calculate the total loaded cost i.e. (Material cost + un-planned cost + taxes)  for the parked PO.
the fields that I will use to search the tax values are tax codes(MWSKZ) & the tax jurisdiction code(TXJCD).
Please help me out to find the tax values.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
you ask: But what before the invoce is posted? where are the taxes stored.
what do you mean exactly ?
the tax-condition? - they is stored in tables KONP/V
-> you can get the values with fm RECP_FI_TAX_CALCULATE
and you can calucalte tax with fm's:
    CALCULATE_TAX_FROM_GROSSAMOUNT
    CALCULATE_TAX_FROM_NET_AMOUNT

  • SQL query to find differences (changes) between tables (from one table) where field names are different

    Hi All,
I am looking to create a view which returns new or modified data (differences) based on a comparison between two tables.
The EMP_SOURCE table stores all employee data including duplicate staff numbers (STAFFNO):
    CREATE TABLE [dbo].[EMP_SOURCE](
    [FULLNAME] [varchar](255) NULL,
    [JOBTITLE] [varchar](255) NULL,
    [LOCATION] [varchar](255) NULL,
    [COUNTRY] [varchar](255) NULL,
    [STAFFNO] [varchar](255) NULL
    ) ON [PRIMARY]
    GO
The EMP table stores unique staff numbers. This is the table used by the application.
    CREATE TABLE [dbo].[EMP](
    [EMP_ID] [int] NOT NULL,
    [EMP_NAME] [varchar](255) NULL,
    [EMP_TITLE] [varchar](255) NULL,
    [EMP_OFFICE] [varchar](255) NULL,
    [EMP_COUNTRY] [varchar](255) NULL,
    [EMP_NUMBER] [varchar](255) NULL,
    CONSTRAINT [PK_EMP] PRIMARY KEY CLUSTERED
    [EMP_ID] ASC
    )WITH (PAD_INDEX = OFF, STATISTICS_NORECOMPUTE = OFF, IGNORE_DUP_KEY = OFF, ALLOW_ROW_LOCKS = ON, ALLOW_PAGE_LOCKS = ON) ON [PRIMARY]
    ) ON [PRIMARY]
    GO
We are looking to migrate data from EMP_SOURCE to EMP but only records which are new in EMP_SOURCE and do not exist in EMP or records which are different in EMP_SOURCE from EMP.
    EMP_SOURCE:
    FULLNAME
    JOBTITLE

  • Compare tables, find rows that are "different"

A common problem in replication/query-extract-load scenarios is comparing two sets of data, and finding the rows that have changed or are different. A clean solution to this is less obvious than it sounds, because "different" can involve nulls (love them!/hate them!).
Consider two structurally identical tables with all data linked by a common PK:
    Snapshot A Snapshot B
PK First Last State PK First Last State
1 Bob Smith AZ 1 Bob Smith AZ
2 Louise Jones FL 2 Louise Brown FL
3 Joe Jones NULL 3 Joe Jones CA
4 Joe NULL GA 4 Joe Celko NULL
5 Phill NULL AL 5 Phill NULL AL
If we are interested in tracking or processing any changes in our data, we would agree that only Rows 1 and 5 are "the same" in both sets A & B.
Because of null logic, this sql only gets me row 2 (besides being syntactically miserable with a wide table) :
    select A.PK from A inner join B on A.PK = B.PK
    where (A.First <> B.First) OR (A.Last <> B.Last) OR (A.State <> B.State);
So how can I select rows 2, 3, and 4? (Extra credit for for a query I can type in less than two minutes with a pair of tables that have 42 columns)

  • In service purchase order, value are different in status tab and when doing service enrty sheet

please check the value 170360    4080  both are different  why?

    Hi tekhnath,
Well according to the screen that you posted, the status of a PO can be seen under the status tab in the header of the PO, the value that you see in the service entry sheet is the price of the ordered value, like wise if my net price is 200 and the quantity i am booking is 2 then the value field in the service entry sheet would show 4000. The pending quantity can be seen in the report me2n against the PO number.
here in your figures 170360 is the remaining order value and 4080 is the value for which you have booked the service entry sheet for.

  • Created By field and Modified By field and People Picker field values are hidden to other Users

    Hi,
We have a strange permission issue in one of the MOSS-2007 server farm. The users are not able to see each other name in "created by" and "modified by" column value in lists and libraries. For example if "User A" create an item in a list then if "User B" opens that item then he cannot see "created by" and "modified by" column value and vice-versa. But they can see their name in "created by" and "modified by" column but not others. Both the users has contribute access to that list, so both can edit each other data but cannot see each other name.
This become a bigger issue, if any of tje list has people picker column, then thay cannot see that column value(if that column value does not his/her own name). This means this column value will be always empty for "user A" when that peopel picker value is anything other than "User A". This happens for all the lists and libraries.
Even "User A" and "User B" are owner of that site, it behaves the same. But site collection administrator can see  "created by" and "modified by" for all items for all the users.
It seems very strange for me. any help on this will be appreciated.
    Thanks in advance,
    Sanban

    Hi,
You can try to create a new standard view, then select “created by” and “modified by” column under columns, next apply this view, finally check the effect.
Did you customize the permissions of the list or document library? Did you customize the permission of the item? For example, break the permission inheritance form its parents. If so, try to inherit permission from its parents, after that create a new standard view according to the steps above, then check the effect.
By default, permissions on lists, libraries, folders, items, and documents are inherited from the parent site. However, you can break this inheritance for any securable object at a lower level in the hierarchy by editing the permissions on that securable object (that is, creating a unique permission assignment) . For example, you can edit the permissions for a document library, which breaks the permissions inheritance from the site.
You can also try to create a new document library, then create a new document with user A, after that log into with user B, check the effect.

  • Content Organizer bug - PDF files does not get routed correctly if autodeclaration is on and library level default values are set

It looks like whenever one specifies Column default values at a library level then the content organizer routing goes a bit awry SPECIFICALLY FOR NON OFFICE FILES [e.g. PDF] . Below are the observations and issues
    1. Column level default value set on a record library with auto declaration of records turned on.  The content organizer routes the document to the library but also keeps a copy of the document in the drop off library. It does not remove it from the drop
off library. The instant we clear the default value settings at the library level of the target library the content organizer works as expected again.
    2. If default value settings are specified on a column in the target library then the PDF file gets routed to the document library but all the metadata is blanked out. The copy of the file that remains in the drop off library has all the correct metadata but
the target library has blanked out metadata.
Are the 2 observations described above by design or are they bugs? If so is there any documentation that is available that proves this because this does not make logical sense and proving this to a client in the absence of any documentation is a challenge.
The problem goes away if we shift the default value to the site columns directly at the site collection level. It's just the library level defaults that the pdf files do not seem to agree with

    Hi Lisa,
Thanks for responding. This can be replicated in any environment but is only replicable for a specific combination of content organizer settings . The combination of settings I am referring to can be seen in the screenshot below. If you turn off redirect
users to the drop off library for direct uploads to libraries and if you turn on sharepoint versioning then you should be able to replicate the issue. Also we are using managed metadata site columns. I simplified this use case to a custom content content type
with just 2 custom managed metadata columns and can still replicate the issue in several environments. Also note the issue does not occur if the default values are set at the site or site collection level. It only occurs if you set the column value default
at a library level.  I was able to replicate this on a completely vanilla Enterprise records site collection freshly created just to test this.  Also note that the issue is not that the file does not reach the destination library. The issue is the
document does not get removed from the drop off library after it is transfered to the destination library which technically should have gotten removed.
