The Develop-Disabled message is usually for the CC version of LR that comes with PS as part of the Photography Plan for $10/month.
A serial number would be for the non-CC version of LR.
If you have purchased the non-CC version of LR, then uninstall the CC version, or whatever version of LR you have using your normal OS-uninstall procedures, then download and install the non-CC version of LR from the Adobe Updates page, version LR 5.7, and register with the serial number you have:

I am from Kosovo, in Kosovo there isn't any apple store, I took my phone to fix in a shop and they changed my Icloud, my phone is now deactivated accidentally but the shops password has been hacked. I dont know what to do about it. If there was an apple store here i could take my phone there and fix it but i dont know what to do since i can't find the Icloud password. I have used lightroom for ~2 years and have lightroom 5.5 installed on a PC. Yesterday evening I uploaded a new set of photos which I cataloged and rated as usual. After that when I switched to the develop module trouble began. First thing was when using the crop tool the picture would disappear and only reappear once I closed the tool. Then exposure and White balance changes would change the histogram but not the appearance of the photo. Finally clipping was also not appearing on the picture. I first reuploaded the photos. No effect. Then I reinstalled lightroom. No effect. Help please!

My MacBook Pro 13" won't turn on 90% of the time I try to get it running, and when it does turn on, even on a charger, it shuts down if I stop using it for 2+ seconds and it won't turn back on. Should I replace the battery? It doesn't hold a charge either...

the battery won’t melt because of long connection to the AC charger, although that has the potential of reducing the battery’s life.
Do you have access to a second 60 W AC charger to test with your MacBook Pro, or access to a second 13-inch MacBook Pro against which your AC charger could be tested? -

If you mean help finding the iPod itself, then if you set up the Find My iPod service prior to the iPod going missing, then there is a chance that can be tracked, though it depends on a number of factors: the iPod is turned on, connected to a WiFi network - probably not likely when you lost it on a bus, but it's not impossible - and has not had the Find My iPod service disabled. Log into icloud.com and go to the Find My iPhone section. Note, though, that you'll only get the location of the WiFi router to which the iPod is connected; there's no way to pinpoint the exact location of the iPod itself.
If you did not set up Find My iPod, then there is no way to track it. Notify the police and change any passwords for any online accounts you may have used from your iPod (the iTunes Store, for instance).

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It won’t solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Third-party system modifications are a common cause of usability problems. By a “system modification,” I mean software that affects the operation of other software — potentially for the worse. The following procedure will help identify which such modifications you've installed. Don’t be alarmed by the complexity of these instructions — they’re easy to carry out and won’t change anything on your Mac.
These steps are to be taken while booted in “normal” mode, not in safe mode. If you’re now running in safe mode, reboot as usual before continuing.
Below are instructions to enter some UNIX shell commands. The commands are harmless, but they must be entered exactly as given in order to work. If you have doubts about the safety of the procedure suggested here, search this site for other discussions in which it’s been followed without any report of ill effects.
Some of the commands will line-wrap or scroll in your browser, but each one is really just a single line, all of which must be selected. You can accomplish this easily by triple-clicking anywhere in the line. The whole line will highlight, and you can then either copy or drag it. The headings “Step 1” and so on are not part of the commands.
Note: If you have more than one user account, Step 2 must be taken as an administrator. Ordinarily that would be the user created automatically when you booted the system for the first time. The other steps should be taken as the user who has the problem, if different. Most personal Macs have only one user, and in that case this paragraph doesn’t apply.
Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the page that opens.
When you launch Terminal, a text window will open with a line already in it, ending either in a dollar sign (“$”) or a percent sign (“%”). If you get the percent sign, enter “sh” and press return. You should then get a new line ending in a dollar sign.
Step 1
Copy or drag — do not type — the line below into the Terminal window, then press return:

The loss of the facility to click URLs in emails and be connected to the site is good. Now I have to copy and paste the link, a backward step. Help will be appreciatedThis "original file cannot be found" thing happens if the file is no longer where iTunes expects to find it. Possible causes are that you or some third party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, or that the drive it lives on has had a change of drive letter. It is also possible that iTunes has changed from expecting the files to be in the pre-iTunes 9 layout to post-iTunes 9 layout,or vice-versa, and so is looking in slightly the wrong place.
Select a track with an exclamation mark, use Ctrl-I to get info, then cancel when asked to try to locate the track. Look on the summary tab for the location that iTunes thinks the file should be. Now take a look around your hard drive(s). Hopefully you can locate the track in question. If a section of your library has simply been moved, or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse the actions.
Alternatively, as long as you can find a location holding the missing files, then you should be able to use my FindTracks script to reconnect them to iTunes .

In settings, the FaceTime icon is not clickable and in home screen the FaceTime icon (application) responds with: "Account Restriction This iPhone is restricted from making FaceTime accounts". I have had a FaceTime account in good order for 2 years now and have not abused or excessively used it. Apple doesn't respond multiple messages, ISP is of no use.
I have tried this and can see that FaceTime is ALLOWED in RESTRICTIONS
I have tried also, in restrictions, other items regarding applications, iTunes App Store without results.
