The NEW SHADE OF GREEN SUCKS big time, while you want to stick with new shade for the logo, I want the ability to change the UI color to my licking, give us options to change the UI color such as the buttons, the current song played, the current playlist, give us options, how hard is make a bunch of colored buttons, you can do it in an hour in photoshop and the coding you can do it in like one day. Not just OLD GREEN and NEW GREEN, but while you at you can add other colors such as sky blue, purple, pink, yellow, brown, azure and other colors that DONT HURT YOUR EYES. GIVE US OPTIONS, IS NOT THAT HARD! OLD GREEN FOR THE WIN!

How to make custom icc color profile work as default for all users?

Hi!
I've calibrated two monitors for the machine running Mavericks OS X. I've managed to move these custom icc color profiles to ColorSync folder in HDD Library, so that that they are available for all the users. However, I cannot figure out how to make these icc profiles work as default profiles for all users and not only the one I used to calibrate monitors.
Is there a specific place I have to put custom icc profile to make it system default?

If you put the profiles in the root /Library/ColorSync/Profiles/ folder, then each user needs to select them in their account. There isn't a way to apply them globally so each account automatically comes up that way.

How to create 'custom defined color' in the palette (Oracle 6i Form Buidl)?

I'm new to Oracle 6i and urgently need to edit a colour scheme used on an existing set of Forms in Forms Builder.
I can see how to select colors from the default palette but cannot find a way to edit the 8 spaces kept in the palette for 'custom defined colors'.

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. If Back-to-My Mac is selected in System Preferences, the Guest account will not work. The intent is to see if it is specific to one account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.
Isolating an issue by using another user account
If the problem is still there, try booting into the Safe Mode using your normal account. Disconnect all peripherals except those needed for the test. Shut down the computer and then power it back up after waiting 10 seconds. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the shift key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. The boot up is significantly slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a directory check, and disables all startup and login items, among other things. When you reboot normally, the initial reboot may be slower than normal. If the system operates normally, there may be 3rd party applications which are causing a problem. Try deleting/disabling the third party applications after a restart by using the application un-installer. For each disable/delete, you will need to restart if you don't do them all at once.

Thanks Joe. We have discovered from this forum, actually, that if you send the photos from the iPhone, if that's where they were taken, then you are asked what size.
"If you send from the camera, then you get the option of reducing the size. If you send from your other photos synced from your computer, they don't have that option of reducing."
I tested it by sending a couple of photos taken by my iPhone, and sure enough, was asked as to size. Then sent the same two photos from my iPad (Photostream) and was not asked. Interestingly though, the sizes were identical in both emails.

There may be some haxies/3rd party s/w that can do this, but I've not heard of them.
Customisation is limited on macs, unless you start hacking deep into the coreservices of the system - dodgy at best and almost certainly to get reset on the next update from Apple central

Credit Management Query - Transfer of credit limit to other customer.

Hi Team
Can Credit limit can be transfered from one customer to other customer with in same control area ? If so what are the necessary step that has to be taken care (i.e, is Business Approvals mandatory or manually SD Cons can do it ?)
Ex : There are 10 customers in control area 5000.
Customer1 has credit limit has been set to 250 US $ & he has already used 249.99$ , now his credit limit has to be transfered from customer 1 to customer 2 . Is it possible to do this thru T.code VDH1N ?
Please provide your suggestions .

First of all, Business approval is MANDATORY for making such changes.
Secondly, the requirement is not feasible as per my knowledge.
One possbility is , imagine we have to transfer the credit limit of customer A to customer B.
There should not be any exposure for both A and B.
Because financial documents have already been created for A and B and hence even if we manage to manipulate the transfer of exposure (using table edit), it will create a mismatch in the accounting during audits.
Hence please wait for more exper opinion on your requirement and ask business to hold this requirement for a while.

How do we trasfer invoices from customer to customer and how to handle GL entries in this situation if GL period is closed.
I read customer merge is the solutions for this. Is this correct?, is there any other approach to achieve this?

This cannot be done. You have have a movement to bring it back to normal stock and then another movement to take it from normal to consignment stock for the other customer customer. See Movement Type 403 and 404.
Think of it as having been sold to a customer. Even when a customer wants to return unused stock, you do not ask them to send it to another customer.

Cannot order AT&T iPhone 6 Gold 64gb in BEAST but can order every *other* model and color combo?

Been going into Best Buy for the last few days trying to order this phone thinking that they'll get this problem fixed and I can order the iPhone 6 I want. But every time they pull up the iPhone 6 order screen the AT&T iPhone 6 Gold 64gb is the *only one* that doesn't show up. I can get any other size and color but that one. The employees are stumped and one even said it seems like a bug in the system.
I can go to Apple, Target, Radioshack, etc. and order this phone and have it in '7-10 business days', but it's bugged in Best Buy's system for some reason. What gives? Is it actually a bugged item? The SKU is 7640053 please help!

As far as I know, this is not a bug. Availability of all models of the iPhone 6 is still limited and once they become available again, the store should be able to order.

The error doesnt seem to be related to the JavaBean.
You can try changing the syncMaxWaitTime in the BPEL Console.

Blind or visually impaired people simply cannot enjoy their music on their preferred desktop system. The spotify client has not Screen reader accessibility, making it totally unusable. After installing the Spotify client the blind user can only login with their credentials. After that only an empty screen, according to the Screen Readers.On the Mac there is a workaround that makes the client usable but quite difficult since it still requires mouse use and lots of patience. By executing the following script an accesible mode is enabled, but it has to be used every time the app closes. /Applications/Spotify.app/Contents/MacOS/Spotify --force-renderer-accessibility > /dev/null 2>&1 & This Chromium based windows allows to control Spotify with VoiceOver but as I said before it still requires lots of mouse to do most of the things.

What is going on?  How do you contact Goldengirl and the other customer relations person?
What do you do? Post here and hope they respond?  That's all I can figure is what must be the way? Wow you would think there would be an email for them or a link or something. Am I missing something?Customer relations w no direct way to contact customer relations? What's wrong w that picture?

First thing is I want to complain about this person here:  I had some questions on a product and called up and got Charly 1-20295539207. He was horribly incompetent. He took 30 minutes just to, "get my information" which only consisted of just email and name. How can it take 30 minutes for that????? But trust me, Charlie absolutely makes it easy to waste that much time and still not get an answer to your question. So after he spent 30 minutes gathering my, "info" (i.e. name and email) he told me he could not help me and to call back even though I told him 3 times up-front what I was calling about. All of the Sony reps are the absolute worst and they all have the same idiosyncracies, making you repeat your issue over and over and over and over being one of them. Then, after you tell them what the issue is - 4-5 times, they say, "How can I help you"????????? WHAT???? I JUST TOLD YOU 4-5 TIMES AND THEN THEY ASK SOME OBNOXIOUS AGGRAVATING QUESTION LIKE THAT?   You have to be kidding me? I am not making any of this up. It's absolutely abusurd and criminal how the sony reps are. So I asked him, IF YOU COULDN'T HELP ME WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT AT THE START AND WHY DID YOU WASTE 30 MINUTES OF MY TIME FOR NOTHING GATHERING, "ALL" OF MY INFO????? HE SAT THERE IN SILENCE AND SAID NOTHING. that is the other thing these aweful reps do. Thay all do it. They sit in silence and say nothing. THEN you have to ask them over and over and over again the same question and they never will give you an answer but will then say, "HOW MAY I HELP YOU"!!!!!! It's insane what they put customers through. It's like talking to low iq people.   It';s clear that sony only hires people who are inferiour as regards tech knowledge, customer service knowledge, and who don't know how to talk on the telephone. So I was 45 minutes total and after 30 minutes he told me he could not help me even though I told him in the first minute why I was calling (despite the fact I had to repeat myself over and over wasting lots of my valuable time). so why did he keep me on the phone allthat time if he could not help me? Why didn't he tell me at the start? How do I complain about him? IS there some type of corporate escalation department? IN addiiton I never got my problem solved. I need help w the media go that has screwed up all of my pictures.

Customizing "Disabled" color for specific components only

when uncommenting the "UIManager.put(...)" line in the following code all combos display their text ungreyed when disabled. But how to proceed, if you want to give this feature only to specific combos? Setting the foreground colour, even when done in an own renderer, doesn't work.
There has been a discussion of the same problem in

but it always comes back to the overall solution with the UIManager.
If the solution should be to write an own ComboUI, does anybody have an example, for my own attempt badly failed.
